Peter Ricciardi began his career in the Arizona Department of Corrections, starting at a supermax prison in the violence control unit. After moving back to New Jersey, he worked as a police aide in dispatch before becoming a police officer in Newark. For the past 23 years, Peter has served in Law Enforcement. Pete’rs journey includes roles from patrol officer to investigator, and becoming a crisis negotiator. As Peter nears retirement, he reflects on the challenges, lessons, and bonds formed throughout his dedicated career in law enforcement.
