load it up here right now and find out how
many early rampage teams are left. Remember this is the
tournament within the tournament, so if you are one of
the first two hundred teen or two hundred leagues, if
you draft in one of the first two hundred leagues
of this competition, you'll be eligible for not only a
million dollar grand prize, but a ten thousand dollars grand

(03:14):
prize as well. Early rampage leagues remaining is at seventeen
and regardless of if we still have more left, it
closes on June fifteenth. You got to register by June fifteenth,
draft by June thirtieth, and then you're eligible for that
early rampage ten thousand dollars grand prize as well. We
have a midnight draft coming up later on tonight that
already has some sign ups and we're about three hours

(03:35):
two hours away from that too, so check that out
if you want to do some late night drafting. Otherwise,
drafts will resume tomorrow at one pm Eastern time. The
FFPC main event. We're going to have a couple of
live events live drafts for that both Saturday and Sunday.
Million dollar grand prize six million dollar plus prize boil.

come on a schedule update, a big live schedule update

(04:41):
next week that I actually have to have. I have
more to figure out on Wednesday with Farrell and Aiden,
but we'll take care of that. When we take care
of that, I want to bring in. Speaking of Farrell,
he is the co host of this show. He is
the commissioner of the Kentucky Fantasy Football State Championship. I'm
on the clock in one of those drafts right now,

(05:01):
so I'll try to make a pick while we're while
we're talking to Fran and talking to Ferrel tonight, so
I'm not holding up the draft. You know him, you
love him. He is the incomparable, definitive fantasy football commissioner
at Ferrell Elliott Farrell. Good Friday the thirteenth, to you, Buddy.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
I tell you I'm unknown and loved.

Speaker 1 (05:17):
Bill.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
You talk about an ego booster of Balge. Your introductions
are priceless. Thank you for those kind words, sir, You're
very welcome. I'm excited to hear all the great things
that we haven't planned tonight. And you know, Fran Shinnick
is an FFPC player that the k FFFC is fortunate

(05:39):
to share and who'll be making his first trip to
the league this year in person, So I'm excited about that.
And Balky, I just reserve some rooms at the Paris
in Las Vegas, and I have decided that I'm going
to arrive on Wednesday and I'm going to stay for
the entire week. Good for you, Yeah, ruin.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Me out of town, man and you know, normally I
leave usually on Sunday because it's my son's birthday, but
this year, his birthday is on Tuesday, So I'm gonna
hang out watch all the games of everybody on Sunday
and watch the games Monday night, go home on Tuesday.
Very excited for that. It's gonna be a great time.
Hopefully everybody who's watching can join us out in Las
Vegas for those main live events. Excuse me, one of

(06:20):
the players that will be drafted in that those live
events will be Keon Coleman, which I think is interesting,
phare that we're leading off with him tonight because I've
been mister Shakir for the last couple of weeks. Had
interesting conversation with Khalil Shakir versus Keon Coleman with Alan
Sislowski on the Rodawaer Dynasty show. I did with him
this morning, and I think what's interesting here about Coleman

(06:41):
is maybe we're underrating what he did. Nick Sapato, who
covers Sabato excuse me, who covers the bills for the
Niagara Gazette, said that Coleman chipped a bone in his
wrist in Week nine this past year. He misses weeks
ten to fourteen, was still on the injury report when
he came back. There was some sort of fracture. And
when you think about what he did in week seven,
one hundred and twenty five receiving yards, that was a

(07:03):
career high. Week eight he had five catches, that was
a career high. Week nine, boom, fractured risk misses the
next five weeks, and then he's slowly the injury report
when he came oh, when he came back. Sabado said
that Coleman looks like a different player during mini camps
this spring. Again, couple of things here. It's mini camp.
It's nothing to get overly excited about. However, it is

(07:25):
interesting because this is a second year player, and oftentimes
we see especial receivers make a second year leap. Now,
Khalil Shakiro just got paid. He got paid big time
by the Bills in the offseason. So there's a lot
of things like some people are our team Shakir and
some people are our team Coleman here, and I kind
of want to get your thoughts on this if you
are drafting a Bills receiver. These are the top two

(07:47):
Bills receivers being drafted in the FFPC. Big GIRLA right now.
Shout out to Fantasy Mojo Darren ARMANI who runs Fantasy
Mojo dot com and I ten we recite any ADPs
on the show. It's all dedicated to him because he
puts in the legwork on this. Khalil Shakir wide receiver
forty two at the eight oh six, Keon Coleman wide
receiver fifty three at the eleven oh two parall Is
it worth paying that little bit extra price to get

(08:09):
your here on your team or would you rather win
and draft tee On Coleman? Whatever it is about a
round and a half later.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
I admire both players and if I if I like
the build that I'm coming with, I would want to
stack these players. I think this is a combo that's
going to be very successful this year. And you hit
all the fine points about Coleman Bulk. He was a rookie.
He did play well, he did get injured. He also

(08:37):
just turned twenty two years old. He came in the
league at twenty one years old at two hundred and
fifteen pounds on a six foot three inch frame. He's
been around. He he has high expectations for his own game.
I think he's going to blossom in Buffalo this year.
And I've been a Shakiir fan ever since he walked

(08:57):
off the campus at Boise State. You can't can't do
any better than than Shakir at this What did you
say he was being drafted eighth round?

Speaker 1 (09:08):
Shakira is going in the middle of the eighth round.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
And it's just it's a bit nonsensical because there's a
lot of competing players that have now sort of moved
out of the way for this. So I really like
both these players, So yeah, I'll take I'll take both
of them.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
Yeah, and you could get both if you want to
do that. I think that's more of a best ball
play a lot. Well, I mean you could do it
and redrive. It's the f f PC. The only rule
is there are no rules. It's your team however you
want to do it. That's part of the mystique.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
No, I think they're both going to have significant games together,
is what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
And you have Josh Allen, the reigning MVP, who's been
a top two Fantasy quarterback for like six years. I
think J J Z. Eckerson just said on on Stigmund
Blooms on The Couch Show this week, and Bill's have
one of the best offenses in the league. How can
you go wrong? I'll tell you what you could go wrong,
and that's drafting Colston Loveland. They haven't made up my

(10:06):
mind on this yet, Pharaoh, but Ben Johnson says he's
not sure if Colston Loveland is going to be a
full go for the start of training camp. Training camp
which starts in August. Dude, we're still in mid June.
He's dealing with this shoulder issue. I believe he's recovering
from shoulder surgery offseason shoulder surgery. Red contact jersey is
what he had during mini camp. He's been lifting weights,

(10:27):
he's been running routes, but he has not participated in
practice so far. He was the tenth overall pick in
the draft. Cole Comet will be the other tight end
that are gonna really help Kayleb Williams down the scene here.
But Loveland, let's not focus on dynasty. We're in green
draft mode here. When you think about Colston Lovelan in redraft,
knowing that he is kind of getting off to this

(10:47):
slow start, knowing that until last year we really saw
well two years ago, we really saw a rookie tight
end struggle. Colston Lovelan is tight end thirteen at the
nine to eleven. He's almost being drafted as a starter.
To me, reading this and knowing that he's still recovering
from the shoulder surgery, I think that might be a
little too rich for my blood.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
If you look at the collection of tight ends that
played last year, those sixty to sixty five catches, there's
a there's a glut perhaps or a grouping of players
that caught that many passes. And that's what you're gonna
want out of the ninth round tight end. And I
don't know if you can get that with a guy,
a rookie player that's dealing with injuries now, especially with

(11:32):
Comet there, that's the that's the the other wild.

Speaker 1 (11:36):
And they paid him as wealth Perrell.

Speaker 3 (11:38):
Yeah, and he's you know, I picked on Comet in
his career. I like him in the red zone. He
proved me last year to be a very very solid
tight end. This is a player that at this at
this price, I'm going to avoid right now. I'm glad
that I have him in in the dynasty leagues. I

(12:01):
think he's a very good player. If he opens up
the season on injury reserves, so be it. But I
think I've done all I want to do with this
player until I gotta see it to believe it.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
We are just minutes away from revealing the twenty twenty
five Joes and the ffpros versus Joe's. We'll reveal that shortly.
I want to talk about this cult situation and Pharrell,
I apologize if we already talked about this, I think
we did. Anthony Richardson is not going to have be
timetable put on his shoulder with the recovery. According to
Shane Steichen, this is the same shoulder that he had

(12:36):
surgery on on the ac joint two years ago. He's
re injured again. Apparently that surgery is not in the
cards right now. It's gonna be rest. But I know oftentimes,
especially with his shoulders, sometimes rest eventually turns into surgery. Anyway. Yes,
so my concern here is not necessarily for Richardson. I
mean it is. I hope he's healthy. I hope he
gets healthy. But my good fantasy concern is not with

(12:57):
Richardson v. Daniel Jones. It's the Pittman. It's the downs,
it's it's it's the pass catchers. Tyler Warren. You could
throw in there as well. Reiterate, since I know we
already discussed this, reiterate what you think is going to happen.
I think Daniel Jones is going to be under center
week one. I just I think at some point Richardson
comes back, and then what does that do for downs
Pittman and Warrant.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
Well, naturally, I think Pittman is going to be fine.
He says there's number one option. I think the quarterback
that we have in the room here in his first
year coming in the Indianapolis will be a big test
year for him, and I like the player. He's flashed

(13:41):
some things. We're going to go back I think we
talked about it before, but we're going to go back
to his early days in his career where he did
some he did some good things and a more managed aspect,
and these are all professional receivers and the young tied
end Warren. I like the tools that he has there
to be successful, So I'm not going to worry about

(14:03):
the other players. The one player that I think is
a great bestball player that without Richardson is probably not
as good to pick as Alec Pearce, but no one's
really talking about him as much as I am.

Speaker 1 (14:17):
You can get him late. I might even take have
taken him late in kfft C Draftmaster now that I
think about it, But I think he's interesting for sure.
Last point I'll bring up before I reveal the PVJ
Joe's Mike Guger from The Athletic believes it's quote still
really hard to cover Cooper Cup when he's lined up
in the slot. He said this on the Seahawks Man

(14:37):
Demand podcast. He's saying that Cupp has a certain wiggle
that is has him playing pretty well on three routes
that keep him in the short to intermediate depths. Now
Duger also said, or Douger, I don't. I should know
how to pronounce his name, and I don't. They're lining
both Cooper Cup and Jackson Smith and Jig but pretty
much everywhere, so slot, perimeter, wherever. But he does expect

(14:59):
JSN be more on the perimeter in high leverage situations
this year. So they signed Cooper Cup, they're going to
try to keep him relevant. They're going to try to
keep him relevant for fantasy. I don't know if that's
going to be successful Farrell, but he's going as late
as he as he has been. I mean maybe in
his career wide receiver forty four right now at the
eight to twelve for Cooper Cupp. I know, like it's

(15:22):
a bit of a cringe pick for me there, but
Cooper Cupp after this report as my number four receiver
in the FFPC or KFFSC. It doesn't taste great, but
it's definitely edible.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
This is a validating pick, Bulky, a validating story about
a player that you could pick in the eighth round.
I think is stealing. I think Cooper Cup is in
line for another excellent year. There's no reason to take
this player who obviously was looking for a change of
venue and now is going home. And I think Cooper

(15:57):
Cup is very excited about moving forward his team. What
he's going to do with the new face of this team.

Speaker 4 (16:02):
Man, I like it. I like it a lot.

Speaker 1 (16:05):
I like it a lot too, and I'm starting to
like it more and more every day. Without further ado,
we have kept you waiting long enough. Fran Schink is
standing by. We're gonna talk with him right after we
announce these pros versus Joes once again. These are the
forty two Joes that will compete against the forty two
industry pros in seven separate leagues, the winner of which
will each get a free FFPC main event team in

(16:27):
twenty twenty six to compete for a million dollar grand
prize on the house. But you gotta earn it. You
gotta beat the five Joes, and you gotta beat the
six industry pros in your league. The overall winner will
get that awesome custom belt that Darren ARMANI showed off
last year, which is very very cool. These are in
no particular order. I don't believe. Yeah, I've randomized these,
so you're gonna have to listen to the whole list
to see if your name has been called. And I'll

(16:48):
kick it off by keeping up with the Joneses. Dennis
and Stephen Jones, Congratulations, you are the first Joe's in
this year, followed by another tandem. Brian Lindo and Jeff
Kuzmano are also going to be participating this year, and
I might butcher some of these names, so I apologize.

pros Versus Joe's team. Will lead Ma is also going
to be on the roster for the Joes this year.

to say the Farrell and Balky shirts which I apologize Steven,
I know you've sent me the mock up. I have
not any chance to look at it yet Yeah, and
a guy who was on the show just a couple

(18:14):
of a couple of weeks ago. Steven here Galos and
Michael Ready Welcome aboard to pros Versus Joe's this year.
Ken Orovitz is also going to be a Joe Farrell.
You know these guys fairly well. Pee Try and Larson
Brad pe Try, Darren Larson just drafting in pros Versus Joe's.
Bill Azelle another longtime FFPC player. He's in as well.
Darryl Berker is in. Lawrence Erlikman is in. A guy

(18:38):
who has been on many podcasts that I have done
over the years for the FFPC. Rob Vieira is also
in once again for pros Versus Joe's. Another former guest
of this show, John Zeleski, is also going to be
a Joe this year. Rick Raymaker a guy that you
if you watch this show, you know him well. He
and Andy Ruhle will also be participating in pros Versus

(18:58):
Joe's as well, as well as Robert Tomasino and from Tomasino,
we go to Constantino, Nick Costantino and Sean Stutzman two
thirds of the go Bills franchise that won the FFPC
main event in back to back years. They'll be in
In Processus Joe's this year. Albert and Kyle Leach Welcome aboard.
Al Leach has been on this show before. Jason Camp

(19:20):
is in our good Buddy Farrell. Vince Staffelino made the
cut this year. His name was picked. He will be
in pros Versus Joe's. Ron Hacker Mark Stephen will also
be competing, as well as Gary Morgan, David Martino, Frank Puleo,
Nick Thompson, all in pros Versus Jos this year. Congratulations guys.
A few more names here, I'll get to John Roseck,

(19:43):
the Fantasy Football Hall of Famer, longtime FFPC and KFFSC player.
He's in the Pride of Australia. Grian Myers will be
competing from down Under in the Process. Joe So and
then another guy, another tandem we know well. Hung out
with these guys in Vegas plenty of times, and we've
hung out with Drew in Kentucky. Drew and Josh Miscelli
in pros Versus Joe's as well.

Speaker 3 (20:04):
Just fine.

Speaker 1 (20:06):
It's a tough feel, I'll tell you. He was also
making it tougher. The next name who has done a
couple of shows with me over the last decade and
a half, Shelley Fowsome is also in as well. Uh
Daniel Lomato Todd Aaron is in as well. The Hook Boys,
Ben and Randall Hook are also in Tuesday Night's guest
on the road of his high Stakes loan and I
was texting them about it and I already knew the results.

(20:29):
Billy van Ormer will be Day and he's in pros
versus Joe's Congratulations. I know he really wanted in. He
got in. Two names left, we have Eric Young and
the final Joe this year will be Chris Carlson. Congratulations
to the forty two joes. We are going to post
this somewhere. I'll probably post it in an FFPC email,
so in case you missed this broadcast tonight, you'll be

(20:51):
able to check it out and see that you're in.
And then Darren ARMANI will hook up with you and
you'll be able to find out when you're drafting live
or slow. You can pick which draft you'll be and
I will get that all squared away. Congratulations everybody, good job.
Let's uh, let's Uh, let's get in. Scott Hoyd, Guess
I suck so bad last year, don't even qualify it

(21:12):
as a joe. You do qualify as a joe, Scott,
you just didn't. You just didn't win. It's your name.
I know he's participated before. You never know when you
might get in again. So best of luck to you
in twenty twenty six. Scott. Okay, let's see here. Yeah,
Steve near godless balky. As long as I don't have
to draft against you again this week. I'm feeling confident.
Steven and I are in a KFFSC draft right now,

(21:35):
a slow draft, and he we're not even close. I
think I have the ten pick and he's got the
one pick, so it's not like we're sniping each other
at all. Jay Wimmers, Yes, I may have left your
name in the hat. Maybe let's see what happens there.

Speaker 3 (21:48):
Hey, Colin Hoffman, Jack Dan says maybe next year.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
Yeah. A Pride of Appleton, Wisconsin.

Speaker 3 (21:53):
Hope springs a journal for Colin, and Colin owns me
a phone call, by the.

Speaker 1 (21:57):
Way, Oh he does, Okay, well call it.

Speaker 3 (22:00):
I'm ready to collect any challenge.

Speaker 1 (22:03):
Extended Cullen Ladies and gentlemen, I want to get to
our guest tonight. He's been on this show before. He
is a guy who has added a few more championships
since the last time we talked with him, and he
joins us tonight to talk about so much a lot
of player takes. We're gonna get into Evan Ingram, I
will get into Hunter Henry and I believe that. What

(22:23):
was the other question we had, Oh yeah, we got
a JK. Dobbins question for him as well. Please welcome
back onto the show, mister fran Shinnick fran Welcome aboard man,
Glad to have you.

Speaker 4 (22:34):
Happy to be here, guys, Thank thank you for having me.

Speaker 1 (22:37):
Absolutely. I always love talking with you. Although I do
have to make a slight confession. I don't like to
start off these interviews with lies, but I did say
I read off all forty two Joes. I really only
read off forty one. The forty second Joe. Chris Franck, congratu.

Speaker 5 (22:56):
Al right, here we go.

Speaker 4 (22:58):
That is awesome.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
Yeah, relations man, it's good. Have you ever drafted in
it before? I don't think you have, have you?

Speaker 4 (23:04):
I don't think so. I think this is the first time. Yeah, yeah,
thank you.

Speaker 1 (23:07):
Well, that'll be fun.

Speaker 4 (23:08):
Yeah, I'm really excited about.

Speaker 1 (23:09):
Yeah, it's it's and we can't wait. Well, if you
do draft in one of the live ones when we
cover it, you'll have to pop on and make a
pick or two live on the air. So Farrell and
I can can bust your top.

Speaker 3 (23:19):
Yeah, can criticize, sure, exactly. Yes, we're all for your friend.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
Speaking of criticism, there is a lot of criticism about
the Dolphins offense last year and how it shifted away
from Tyreek Hill and Jalen Waddle to John new Smith
and Devon a Chan. First question for you, Fran, your
confidence level in Jalen Waddle bouncing back to have a
Waddle like season in twenty twenty five.

Speaker 5 (23:43):
Yeah, I'm I'm very high on Jalen Waddle. I think
he's going to bounce back. I think he had a
he had a tough year last year, as did most
of the Dolphins.

Speaker 4 (23:53):
But I really think that he's a good player. He's
proven he's a good player. You know, he's uh. I
think he's good. I think he's gonna bounce back. You've
got uh Tyreek.

Speaker 5 (24:07):
I think it's you know, wearing down a little bit,
and there's all this talk about Jon who possibly being traded,
I really think if either of those things and Tyreek
being traded as well, So I.

Speaker 4 (24:21):
Really think either of those things happen. You know, uh
really could be wheels up for water.

Speaker 5 (24:28):
I think he's you know, and where you're getting him
now in the sixth round is uh, it's just is great.

Speaker 4 (24:35):
So I'm all over him whenever I whenever I can
get him.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
Yeah, I think you make a good point, and that's
cost I was. I actually didn't when I sent you
this question. I did not look up his ADP. I
just looked it up right now on Mojo and in
the Big Gorilla over the last you know, three days
or whatever, it's been wide receiver thirty two at the
six ten right now, I mean, my god, that again
you're you're buying floor, but you could get some ceiling

(24:58):
there again, if any of these things happen, if if
he'll loses a step, if he'll gets traded, all the
things that you mentioned here, I think it works in
his favor. This is Jerry, Judy, Chris Godwin, Calvin Ridley
territory there that waddle's going in. So yeah, I'm with
you on this frant.

Speaker 5 (25:11):
I read an article recently that you know, they were
talking about you know, he had some drops issues last
year and he uh.

Speaker 4 (25:20):
He took him juggling in the off season to work
on it. So that's you know, that's what the good
ones do. They keep at the craft. And uh, I
think he's a talented guy. I think he was. I
think he's gonna be. I think he's gonna well.

Speaker 3 (25:32):
You know, the last wide receiver that everyone complained about
having drop issues in the early summer was Jamar Chase.
Things seem to work out all right for him. Oh yeah,
he's dropping.

Speaker 1 (25:45):
You know, remember Parrell with Jamar Chase was was a
rookie and it was all about like he can't see
the ball because different said that that seemed to work out.

Speaker 3 (25:57):
Okay, yeah, it's It's amazing some of the things that
can get cooked up on the proverbial back burner between
now and September rows around. Man, friend, I know you
regularly watched the show when you can. Last week in
the chat room especially, we had a tremendous attack on

(26:20):
the Kansas City Chiefs offense. You know, according to our
chat room, a lot of guys have given up on
my homes Kelsey. Expect Kelsey to have a huge drop
off this year for some reason, but I'm a believer
in more talent is good for everybody. So the coexisting

(26:43):
between Worthy and Rice in Kansas City, could that be
the combo that propels Mahomes to be the fantasy quarterback
that we all think he could be. And which one
of those receivers? Is it both of them or is
it just one that we be a league winner for
fantasy football?

Speaker 4 (27:04):
Yeah, I don't know if I can pick one.

Speaker 5 (27:06):
I mean, I probably lean towards towards Rice, but you know, certainly,
you know, I think the question was will h will
Rice coming back have an impact on Worthy? And yeah,
I certainly think it will affect Worthy targets. But I'm
very high on Mahomes and the Casey offense. They were
embarrassed in the Super Bowl. I don't think Mahomes and

(27:27):
Reid are just gonna sit back and say, Okay, we'll
just win it with defense and grinding it out. I
think I think they're gonna shift away from the Kelsey
centric offense a little bit, and I think you're going
to see them going downfield a little bit more so.
I think the pie is plenty big enough for both
of those guys. I like them both, and I love

(27:49):
Mahomes in the seventh round. It's like, Okay, give me,
give me all of that, give me all of that too.
So I'm liking that.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
Terry McLaurin has decided not to report for mandatory mini camp.
He's coming up on thirty years old. He might actually
even be thirty years old right now, and obviously there's
a bit of a disagreement on cash. I would imagine
that they would find a way to work that out.
But when you consider the age, and when you consider
that some people, not everybody, are drafting him based on

(28:22):
a lot of touchdowns last year. Thirteen touchdowns is awesome,
but that is not a sticky stat and he caught it,
put thirteen touchdowns in just eighty two catches. How concerned
are you? I know, I've painted a kind of a
semi bleak twenty twenty five picture for Terry McLaurin, But
he's still on a really good offense, has an awesome quarterback,
maybe an MVP quarterback in Jade Daniels. But you're concerned
about the touchdown regression for him this year when you

(28:48):
consider that when you look at where he's being drafted. McLaurin.
Right now, if you want him, you have to pay
a wide receave nineteen three twelve draft capital.

Speaker 4 (29:00):
Yeah, you know you're right.

Speaker 5 (29:03):
Uh, tds aren't sticky, so you have to worry about
the regression. It's almost you know, you almost have to
expect it. But he's he's paired up with Jaden Daniels,
and you know that that you know that that's that's
pretty exciting. And you know, I'm looking at his a
d P. Yeah it's three twelve, but you look at
the guys going going after him. You got Marvin Harrison,

(29:23):
You're Rushie Rice, Demonte Adams, Mike Evans, DJ Moore.

Speaker 4 (29:28):
I think he's right about where he should be.

Speaker 5 (29:29):
You know, I might make an argument, you know, for
for Rice and and and Harrison, but uh, you know,
I think he's going right about where he should be.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
I mean, what are you gonna do?

Speaker 5 (29:41):
You're gonna have TD regression, But you've got Jaden Daniels.
You do have the contract situation, so you know, I
hope that's gonna work out.

Speaker 1 (29:50):
But yeah, far deadline spur auction, so it may not
be getting done tomorrow. But they're they're gonna work that out, right,
I mean that the Commanders are gonna pay him. He'll
be he'll be there.

Speaker 3 (30:00):
Oh, I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure that I have it.

Speaker 4 (30:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (30:04):
Yeah, And I've always liked McLaurin as a player, so, uh,
you know, I like him. I think he's going wrong
where he should be. You know, I don't know, I
don't know what else I could say.

Speaker 1 (30:15):
Yeah, I mean, it's like Tyreek Hill. But you mentioned
something against Tyreek Hill, Marvin Harrison. I get that. I mean, like,
it's not like I'm fading McLaurin at that point. I
don't love him, but I'm fine with it.

Speaker 3 (30:26):
If you look at the forty nine ers, you know,
this is this is forty nine Ers East Front Office,
and if you if that explains a little bit about
their methods of paying players and sometimes how long it takes,
because if you think back to the forty nine ers,
we've had similar situations with players out there, you know. Uh,

(30:49):
frand this is my favorite time of the pros versus Joes.
It's all very very much uphill for me here because
you know, I'm a big fan of all the Joe's
and you know now now as we get and I'm
a big fan of the drafts and the live draft coverage,
but you know, we got to talk to a lot

(31:10):
of pros coming up, and I mean they really they
come on the show and they really expect Balkey to
have to butter their muffin. I mean it's really, you know,
it's just but last year we had a pro that
came in the tight end whisper of Balkey.

Speaker 1 (31:28):
What's his name, that's Andrew Cooper from Fantasy Alarm.

Speaker 3 (31:31):
Well, I tell you what, he was right online. He
came in last year and he told us that the
best buy in all of tight end twenty twenty four
was Hunter Henry. Now, Hunter Henry, you know, he was
in a sort of an kneeby offense that got a
little better towards the end of the year. Only two
touchdown receptions, but the sixty plus catches I think might

(31:55):
have been sixty eight. Hunter Henry's in his eighth year
last year, maybe ninth year this year. That was the
most receptions he had ever had ever since being in
the league. And I thought that was a great, great call.
I don't think he's going to lead this team in
pass catching, but who else is there to do it?

(32:19):
Can he exceed last year's numbers? Should he find the
end zone a little more? And Balky may tell us
where he's being picked, But my thoughts are that, you know,
and I'm not real sure of it. In receptions it
might have been maybe sixth or seventh of all the
tight ends last year. And so my tip off of

(32:40):
tipping my hat to that Joe. He came on the
show and made a very good call.

Speaker 5 (32:46):
Yeah, hopter Henry. I really liked him last year. I
had I drafted a lot of them. You know, I'm
a Patriots fan, so I thought he was a very
logical choice. The problem was lost Hooper. They used Austin
Hooper quite a bit, and Hooper actually had three touchdowns
to Henry's two. So I like Henry.

Speaker 4 (33:11):
You know, will he lead them in receptions again this year? Uh,
It's possible. He certainly could. He would probably be.

Speaker 5 (33:21):
The be the best bet. But I think that I'm
hoping that. I'm very high on Kyle Williams for instance,
and uh Pop Douglas as well. So I like Henry,
but I don't see Hooper going away, So I think
they're both going to be there. And they sort of
cancel each other out a little bit. You know that

(33:44):
that would be my answer there, But I I am.
I do like Kyle Williams quite a bit. I think that, uh,
you know, a lot of people that I trust seem
to like him, and and the Patriots have.

Speaker 4 (33:55):
A terrible track record with wide receivers.

Speaker 5 (33:58):
Just uh hope, maybe you know, they find they found.

Speaker 4 (34:03):
The nutt this time.

Speaker 6 (34:04):
And you know, I'm hearing good things and he might
be just the thing that May needs, you know, May
needs a good speed guy down the field. I think
he throws a nice deep ball.

Speaker 5 (34:16):
And I'm hoping that Kyle Williams can come through and
the kid Henderson on the backfield can help him too.

Speaker 4 (34:22):
So I'm optimistic they're going to be better. They've improved
the line a little bit. So I don't know if
I answered your question.

Speaker 1 (34:32):
Yeah, no, you did, You absolutely did, And I would
say too, like I'm starting to warm up on Kyle
Williams right now, Hunter Henry by the way, Farrell tight
end twenty three at the thirteen eleven right now in
the big Gorilla that is between Mason Taylor and Mike
get SICKI where he is going right now, so yeah,
I think that's a fantastic value.

Speaker 3 (34:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (34:52):
I like Henry for sure.

Speaker 1 (34:53):
For sure, Kyle Williams as long as we're talking about him.
And by the way, Trevon Henderson is the player I've
been drafting a lot to this year, uh brand, And
I just drafted Drake May for the first time. So
maybe I'm turning into a Patriots fan. I don't know
Kyle Williams wide receiver fifty six at the twelve oh
one Right now, I want to go back in the
YouTube chat and I'm gonna try to scroll up and

(35:14):
see if I can find it. Bill Hollywood, let's post
post it here. Fran if you only had one team
to draft, how would you like to start it out
with a running back, with a wide receiver or a
tight end? And Fran, I guess that kind of depends
where on the board your first round pick is if
you're drafting early, middle, or late. But if you had
only one team, how would you like to start it out?

Speaker 5 (35:36):
Yeah, that's that's that's a that's a difficult question because
it depends on where you are. I think if I'm
if I have the first pick, I think it's hard
not to go with the chase, not to go with
the chase for sure. I you know, I think there's
a lot of sort of sentiment where the wide receivers

(35:56):
got hurt last year and the running backs didn't. So
you know, people are maybe maybe I don't know, I
don't know. I don't have anecdotal evidence through drafts and
whatever that people are going towards the running backs.

Speaker 4 (36:08):
But I'm probably I would probably lean towards wide receiver.

Speaker 5 (36:11):
To be honest with you, because uh, just because of uh,
you know, you have the running backs H Henry and
uh Barkley so many carries, so much, so much mileage
on them, and and uh, you know last year, you
know they stay healthy. So I would I would probably
lean towards wide receiver. But it does depend on what

(36:35):
the draft slot is. Plus I think that there are
a lot of running backs later on that you can get.
I think I'm more comfortable uh going zero a hero
RB myself. Uh So I would probably be leaning towards
wide receiver.

Speaker 1 (36:50):
I think, Uh, I want to speaking of tight ends,
I want to shift the focus there to one tight
end that's in Pittsburgh. I don't think there it we
know DK metcalf is gonna catch a lot of passes
this year from Aaron Rodgers after that Frand I'm not
sure if it's gonna be Pat Fryarmouth or Jalen Warren.
I like Jalen Warren this year, and I don't think

(37:11):
I've ever liked Friarmouth. I've never minded him. I've tolerated
him before. I think I might like him this year
because I don't know if Calvin Austin or Roman Wilson
or anybody else there is going to develop. And Robert
Woods or whoever is there, I don't know if they're
going to develop into being that second pass catcher. I
think it's Friarmuth. And we know how much Arthur Smith
likes to use his tight ends. How do you think

(37:32):
Firemuth is gonna fair with Aaron Rodgers and Pittsburgh this year? Well?

Speaker 5 (37:36):
I think I think the short answer for me would
be I like him as much or more than I
did when he had Wilson and Fields.

Speaker 4 (37:42):
Yeah so and uh yeah so so.

Speaker 5 (37:45):
I I definitely I definitely like that, uh and I've
always liked him, and I have to say, more often
than not, I'm fading tight end and Frian.

Speaker 4 (37:55):
Who's always been the kind of guy you can get him.
He's a he's a pretty good player. You know.

Speaker 5 (37:59):
The Pittsburgh offense has been a little dicey later. But
I do agree with what you're saying. I like Rogers,
I like the combination there. But I gotta tell you,
I don't know if the crowd agrees with with what
I'm saying, because I was looking at some adp from
May and Fryarmuth was tight end eighteen eleven to two.

(38:23):
And I looked today and this is a Darren omani site,
of course, and he's tight in nineteen eleven eleven. So explain,
explain that maybe I have something wrong there, but I
would have expected to go the other way myself.

Speaker 4 (38:40):
But it seems seems a little odd. Maybe maybe he
hasn't kicked in yet. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (38:45):
I don't have a good explanation for that, actually, other
than just it's the whims of drafting in June, right,
like just you know, sometimes I think because a lot
of people who have been drafting already, they want to differentiate,
differentiate their their lineups or their rosters a little bit.
I don't know if that has something to do with it,
but one thing I will never understand. Uh, as as

(39:05):
I walk this earth for the remainder of my days,
I will never understand the mind of the f FPC player. Fran,
It's why we do this show. So pick the brains
of guys like you and figure out what makes you
guys tick and why the ADP is set this way.

Speaker 2 (39:20):
That's what we do.

Speaker 1 (39:21):
That's why, that's why this show is in existence.

Speaker 4 (39:24):
You have so many good really shock people. Me, I'm
a chucker. I'm the guy who's probably throwing everything off.

Speaker 2 (39:32):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (39:33):
You know with the ADP, you know, Fran Shinnik ADP destroyer.
That's that's that's fact.

Speaker 3 (39:39):
I love it, Friar. Move could destroy the competition. If
you're drafting that Lake, you're perennial seventy catch player, Yeah,
who plays, who plays through injury? You count on him
being in the field. Just just tough as nails, and
yeah it's hard. Let's stay at tight end. Let's try

(40:02):
to find some tight end somebody wants to draft. For
God's sake, Let's go to Denver and talk about Evan Ingram.
Probably the biggest bust you talk about young tight ends,
and part of it was physical.

Speaker 4 (40:14):
Uh, do it Uh.

Speaker 3 (40:17):
The kid I liked out of U. C. L A
a couple of years ago has been has been a
complete disappointment for a variety of reasons. There in Denver
now Evan Ingram's front center stage, and you know, we've
we've got to sometimes question this coach about what he's
done at the tight end position over the years. What
do you think happens with Ingram player that I really

(40:39):
begin to admire when he got out of New York Giants.
Another change of scenery for Ingram? Is it going to
be a positive one?

Speaker 4 (40:47):
Brand? I think so? I think if he could stay healthy,
it's like, Wow, what's what's not to like? You?

Speaker 5 (40:55):
The Denver offensive line is good, their defense is good
and QB young q be. You know, is he going
to be looking uh uh, you know he's gonna be
looking for a tight end. So I think I definitely
I like I like Ingram a lot.

Speaker 3 (41:10):
And I like the fact friand that the team itself
is on a rise. There's there's big expectations for this
team getting getting better. And I think Ingram as to
that and and rides that way. Uh and I did
you gotta throw? Was that Hoyt that made that commentary.

(41:31):
But yeah, yeah, you gotta, you gotta throw that up
there where nobody we don't.

Speaker 1 (41:36):
Want you now Now, Scott Scott is the one. And
I'll just say this just for for contact sake. Scott
we had on the show last year, I think it
was after Week one, and he was a big proponent
and and it is very good reasoning for it. He
was a big proponent of taking a lot of these
guys who had big Week one. So one of the

(41:57):
guys that he did draft much earlier than where he
was going prior to that opening game was Isaiah Likely.
So Scott was like in top three overall in the
main event after after week one. He did not end
up top three for the season. But I'm not saying
it's because he did what he did. He's a very
intelligent player, very smart player for sure. And he's and
by the way he's been on that, he's been on

(42:17):
this show before. He did that too, like that was
that was not his first appearance. So he's a really
he's a really sharp guy and I enjoyed talking to
him too.

Speaker 4 (42:26):
I like Denver there there. It looks like they're in
the sending team. Ye like Harvey too.

Speaker 5 (42:31):
But the the Dobbin signing sort of takes the wind
out of those sales a little bit.

Speaker 4 (42:37):
Anyways, I still think Harvey's gonna be good, but you
know that that does change things.

Speaker 3 (42:42):
There a little bit.

Speaker 1 (42:44):
The the NFL Draft, I think was very exciting for
the Bears for multiple multitude reasons. You have Ben Johnson
putting his stamp on this Bears offense this year, an
offense he'll be calling plays for. He's the head coach. There.
His very first two picks and I want to say
his because he's not the GM, that's Ryan Poles, but
I'm sure he had a lot of input. His very
first two picks were skill position guys on offense. Now,

(43:07):
if you didn't tell me what positions they were, Fran,
I would assumed one of them was either Ash degenty
or perhaps a running back in the second round, or
maybe they went with a tight end in the second round.
I would not have expected that running back was not
either of the picks. They went with Loveland, and they
went with Burden, tight end and wide receiver. So DeAndre

(43:28):
Swift dodges that bullet, and then he keeps dodging bullets
like Keanu Reeves and the matrix for the rest of
the draft until they get to the seventh round and
the Bears finally take Kyle Mnunguy out of Rutgers, And
I don't know. I mean, there's been there's some positive
stuff coming up from the beat writers about Manunguy from
from Chicago. But DeAndre Swift man call him the cat

(43:50):
because he's got nine lives and he might he might
have used seven of them already. It looks like he's
still the guy in Chicago. Is that the guy you
want to draft in the Bear's backfield? You see value elsewhere.

Speaker 4 (44:02):
That's a tough call.

Speaker 5 (44:03):
I wouldn't blame anybody for for taking Swift and taking
a shot on him, because I think he's a.

Speaker 4 (44:09):
Little underrated, you know. Uh, he just sort of has
a little bit of a bad rap. But the problem
for me is where he's going. He's he's going early.

Speaker 5 (44:17):
Seventh round, and I'm typically not taking running backs there
the way I draft, especially about if if if, if
the choice is Patrick Mahomes or DeAndre Swift, I'm probably
gonna take Patrick Mahomes And uh uh, there's some there
are some other wide receivers here like Godwin, uh Juwann Jennings, Ridley,

(44:38):
et cetera.

Speaker 4 (44:39):
So I'm probably more looking looking that way than I
would be at running back right there.

Speaker 5 (44:44):
Uh, and then you know the fact that you can
get brochea on seven rounds later if you want to
take a shot.

Speaker 4 (44:51):
That's probably the way I'm going to go. But I
wouldn't blame anybody. Swift could be the guy, and and
in in you know so so so why not? So
I wouldn't blame anybody for doing it, but probably not me.

Speaker 1 (45:03):
To tell you the truth, we can't just real quick, fair,
I just want to I just want to follow up
on that. I'm sorry Roshawn Johnson. Is there something isn't
just the offense that's around him? Is that the offensive
line that's been improved? What is it about Johnson that
you think he's worth the dart throw?

Speaker 4 (45:17):
Late? Yeah, it's it's he's worth that's real late And
and I look today and he's he's my highest own
player on FFC. Now, a lot of that is dynasty.
It's like I'm gonna hold on him hoping he's he
becomes a thing he hasn't. But it's sort of a
low risk roll of the dice. You know, his ADP

(45:40):
is fourteen twelve. So really it's like.

Speaker 1 (45:46):
You know it to me.

Speaker 3 (45:47):
To me, it's low risk.

Speaker 4 (45:48):
It's it's not that.

Speaker 5 (45:49):
I'm in love with the guy, but I still think
there's a chance that he could he could be the guy.

Speaker 4 (45:55):
So that's kind of how I feel about that.

Speaker 3 (45:59):
Could be the guy in Buffalo was what we were
talking about last year with Ray Davis, And mean, Ray
Davis got a chance to carry the rock like I
hoped he would. I think back to an early October
game versus the Jets when he not only ran the
ball well, caught it very well, and he had some
moments through through the season he hit the wall late
and didn't contribute a lot twenty carries in that Jets game,

(46:24):
about one hundred and ten carries on the season. What's
his workload look like? What does it do to the
to the backfield? How does it How does it affect Cook?
Is he a complimentary player to Cook or does he
take so much away from Cook that it thwarts Cooks

(46:47):
progress for fantasy players?

Speaker 5 (46:51):
Well, I definitely think he's gonna hurt Corks and Cook
is a is a candidate for TED regression for sure
as well.

Speaker 4 (47:01):
So I mean I certainly think Ray Davis has looked
pretty good.

Speaker 5 (47:05):
And he to me, he flashed a little bit last year,
so I would expect him to get a little bit
more time.

Speaker 4 (47:12):
I don't know what's going on with uh, you.

Speaker 5 (47:15):
Know, Cook in the contract, but I do think Davis
is going to go to eat into his uh you know,
eat into his playing time. You know Dynasty for sure,
you know it's it's Ray Davis. Uh, But this year
I do think, uh, you know, they're going to hurt
each other. Plus plus you have Josh Allen.

Speaker 4 (47:35):
Uh he had uh you know, with all the goal
line touches. So it's it's it's, you know, kind of
a messy situation if you ask me.

Speaker 1 (47:44):
Running back fourteen for James Cook at the moment, four
oh two is his ADP on Mojo. Ray Davis is
running back forty five. You can get him in the
eleventh round. That's starting to look pretty good. But he
gets much higher than that, and I'm probably out on
Ray Davis, but he's very interesting as it stands. Right now,
Let's get to a couple of emails for you that
came in fran. First one is from Carl in Lockport, Illinois, Carl.

(48:07):
Good to see you, hi, Fran. How does JK. Dobbins
affect R. J. Harvey? Now we kind of touched on
this a little bit, but the addition of Dobbins I
have some thoughts on this, you know, quite frankly, I've
shared him enough, frand I want to know what you
you think the impact is of of Dobbins now that
he's in the same backfield as R. J. Harvey, who

(48:28):
is the highest drafted Broncos running back.

Speaker 3 (48:30):
Yeah, Brigs.

Speaker 5 (48:30):
Tears to my eyes, is what it does. Because I
drafted Harvey in a few squats, I you know, how
how can it not hurt him?

Speaker 4 (48:39):
I don't. I don't think it ruins Harvey.

Speaker 5 (48:42):
But Dobbins is you know, he stays healthy, he's how
can he not eat into Harvey's touches?

Speaker 4 (48:49):
You know? So it's it's absolutely negative and dynasty, you know,
not so much, but certainly for redraft for best ball,
I think it hurts a little bit. I've you know,
I took.

Speaker 5 (49:02):
Some early shots on Harvey and you having Dobbins now
that that uh, you know, I definitely think that's that
that is a damper on that.

Speaker 1 (49:13):
I think that And this is how I've always treated it.
I just always felt Denver was going to add somebody,
even after the draft. I don't know who was going
to be. I didn't think it was gonna be necessarily
a difference maker, so to speak. But he does change
things for Harvey now. A couple of positive things about this,
And and if you already have Harvey, maybe this isn't
a positive, but this should move him down in ADP

(49:35):
a little bit more. Sean Payton has a history of
using a lot of different backs, but at the same time,
usually that number one back is a capital letter number
one back. You think you know. Kamara is a perfect
example of that. So I still do think Harvey is
the guy here in Denver. And maybe the fact that
Dobbins is in there frand we look at it from

(49:56):
the standpoint of like, maybe Harvey's got a really good
chance to stand healthy for all seven team games now
because they won't have to run him into the ground.
They have JK. Dobbins as well.

Speaker 5 (50:04):
Yeah, I would have preferred an older guy like Go
Chobb or something, but the Dobbins could be really good.

Speaker 4 (50:10):
So that's a little scary.

Speaker 1 (50:12):
It is. I'm not saying it's ideal.

Speaker 4 (50:15):
For those that have already drafted Harvey right, yes.

Speaker 1 (50:18):
Yeah, one more email for you here, Fran Josh and
Little Falls, New Jersey, thanks for the email. How good
or bad is TJ. Hockinson going to be with JJ
McCarthy throwing him the football this year? Thanks so much.
That's Josh in Little Falls, New Jersey, friand your thoughts
on Hawkinson this year with a brand new quarterback, a

(50:39):
quasi rookie quarterback. I could say too with McCarthy.

Speaker 5 (50:43):
It's like Josh read my mind. I think Hawkinson's a
great value at tight end. I think McCarthy again, you know,
maybe it's maybe it's opium. I don't know, but a
lot of people really love him, and you know, if
he's good again, I think young QB at a big
tight end.

Speaker 4 (51:01):
It's a no brainer. So I love Hackets and I
think I think McCarthy.

Speaker 5 (51:06):
I think McCarthy's going to be good, and I think
Hawkinson's gonna be It's gonna be good.

Speaker 4 (51:10):
So I love that combo.

Speaker 7 (51:14):
Final question, Parrel, Oh, there's no more emails, emails, there's wow,
frand you answered all the questions so well no one
could even come up with any more emails.

Speaker 3 (51:27):
So I'll ask you this now, Frank disclaimers. We can't
talk about players we've already talked about. They cannot be
on this list. They cannot be part of the answer
to this question. When you get to Kentucky, when you
get to Las Vegas, who are you not going to draft?
Who's somebody that you're just not going to touch? And
then who have you not shared with us? If those

(51:49):
main events were today here on Friday the thirteenth in June,
who would be the guy that you just really have
to get on each of your teams?

Speaker 5 (52:00):
Well, it's tough because we have talked a little bit
about some of them, but I would definitely think.

Speaker 1 (52:08):
Okay, uh, by the way, that is Pharaoh's role. That
is not my rule.

Speaker 3 (52:13):
Yes, I have no control though, friends, So if you
want to use any player, you can't. I cannot hit
a button to quiet you down.

Speaker 4 (52:23):
Yeah, I'm staying away from Tygreek Hill. I don't know
how much of that is.

Speaker 5 (52:26):
I just think he's wearing down a little bit. Or
my man loved for Wadle, But you know, I'm staying
away from from from Hill. You know another guy we
haven't talked about that I just I'm just letting other
people take him. Would be would be debo. I'm just
just a little worried about.

Speaker 3 (52:44):
His Other people have debot. Who's somebody you gotta.

Speaker 5 (52:47):
Have somebody, I gotta have that. That's a tough one.
I maybe Jacob because I think he's going late. He's
going the end of the seventh round. I think he's
going to have a good year.

Speaker 3 (53:06):
I like him, you know, I like Kyle Williams late.

Speaker 4 (53:09):
So I know I'm cheating. I'm throwing a couple of
names at you.

Speaker 3 (53:12):
That's okay, you know, as long as well. Nick Costantino
checks in tonight. He says he can't wait for Vegas,
and he's in the pros Versus shows, And I'm glad
he came in with that because I must point out
that here on Friday the thirteenth, it would be terrible,
terrible luck not.

Speaker 4 (53:30):
To talk.

Speaker 3 (53:33):
About a Las Vegas Raider. We have not talked about
Las Vegas rader on the show yet, and I think
it's just a terrible situation.

Speaker 7 (53:39):
And you.

Speaker 3 (53:41):
Being in New England, being a fan of Varius, being
a fantastic supporter of football in general and Patriot football,
You're Tom Brady has now left you, first for Tampa
and now finding his way into the owner's suite with
the Las Vegas Raiders. I'd open it up to Balkey first,

(54:05):
but this is something we haven't talked about, but I've
our weigh in with it quickly. When I started in
this football business many many years ago, I was there
to see the first million dollar a season quarterback Joe Montana.
Now all these years later, we've seen it get to
a point where players actually can own a piece of

(54:27):
a team, and Tom Brady is the most prominent, first
one to do so. I think he brings a lot
of I think he brings a lot of history of
good football decisions to the team and bring some winning
culture to the teams have already see it a player

(54:50):
that nobody's talking about, But is a Tommy Mellet, a
player from North Dakota who is the heir apparent to
what Brady see as his his his any one now
with the Raiders. And that's a that's a player that
I think has his stamp all over it. So you know,

(55:12):
do you have anything about your partially led Brady Raiders
that you would like to talk about? Well?

Speaker 5 (55:21):
Yeah, I love Tom Brady, I'm I'm a big Patriots
fan and I'm a huge Brady fan. And that was
my question to you, you know, to both of you,
what is what is the perspective you know from from
thirty thousand feet and I get the feeling that he's
having a positive impact, but I wanted to get your
thoughts on it. What what what do you think that

(55:43):
is he changing the culture? Are they on the on
the right track now?

Speaker 4 (55:48):
Is that how you two feel?

Speaker 5 (55:49):
Because I'm still rooting for the guys as weird as
that is now rooting for the Raiders, h Brady, you
know it's uh, well we he come in on that
and then I'll finish.

Speaker 1 (56:00):
Yeah, here's how I feel. I mean, anytime you have
these great athletes who have these fantastic athletic careers as
a player, and once they step into the front office
or they put on the headset, and I'm talking about
all sports. It doesn't have to necessarily be football. It
doesn't always work out the best. And that's not really
a detriment to guys like Brady. Michael Jordan might have
been the greatest basketball player of all time, wasn't a

(56:22):
great owner, and he wasn't a good coach and now
we're gonna see him in the booth, and god knows,
I don't think he's gonna be very good at that either.
The thing that I always come back to is I
think these guys were so great because there's nobody like them, right,
they were so elite at their craft, and then when
they go into a position where they have to rely

(56:42):
on other people or they have to get other people
to be at that same level, somehow in doing their gig,
they don't. It doesn't always translate. Now, I'm not saying
that's that's gonna happen with Brady and the Raiders. I
think the Pete Carroll higher was really good. Obviously, I'm
a fan of John Spytech shout out Waukeshaw, Wisconsin. So
I think that they're they're making the right decisions that

(57:04):
I like what they're doing on offense. That's a really
good offensive line. But Bowers and Gentee out there. I
think Jacobe Meyer's underrated. We'll see what happens with Jack
Bash And I think the quarter getting the quarterback like
Gino Smith's not he's not gonna you know, he's not
a mountain mover. But but to your point, Fran, I
think this is going in the right direction. It has to,
because my god, that division is just going to be

(57:25):
brutal this year. The AFC West of the NFC North,
one of those divisions are the toughest in pro football.
So I would be cautiously optimistic, but understanding that the
Raiders are are probably fourth in the pecking order in
that division, I have to I have to rain in
my my expectations for him. But I do think that
a lot of the decisions that they made this offseason,

(57:47):
not only with player personnel but front office ownership, I
think they were all good by and large, So yes,
I'm on board.

Speaker 3 (57:55):
There's so much change in the front office league wide
that it's it's probably the perfect time for Brady to
step into this situation. And not only is he you know,
his his relationship with the group coming over from Tampa,
his relationship with Mark Davis, and I think the way

(58:15):
he's presenting himself. You know that you mentioned Jordan Elway
was mentioned in the chat, but I can't see Jordan
or Elway sitting through a roast of either of them.
You know, I think we learned a little bit about Brady,
and you know, he has a well publicized divorce, a

(58:38):
crypto misstep, yet he put himself out there and I
think it. I think it sort of tells you something
about that this guy's chapter is not over with what
he wants to accomplish yet. So it's it's good. It's
good for the team. More importantly, it's good for the league.
And I'm just thrilled that players can and I have

(59:00):
an ownership position with the team come a long way.

Speaker 1 (59:03):
I think it is pretty cool too, for for a
lot of these guys who grew up watching Tom Brady
as a kid and they get drafted or signed by
the Raiders, Like, wow, tom Brady owns the team I'm
playing for, Like I'm playing for Brady. That's kind of cool.
I I got to believe that that has some kind
of of a positive impact as well.

Speaker 3 (59:18):
Hey don't we have Steven g T shirts to sell?

Speaker 4 (59:22):
We I?

Speaker 1 (59:22):
Okay, here's the thing. He sent me the prototype in
my email. I have not looked at it yet, and
that's on me, Like it's been it's been a busy
week or so. But I will Steve and I will
take a look at that. Uh and for sure we'll
get we'll get these T shirts going. I don't know
how much money there isn't t shirts, but we might
find out.

Speaker 3 (59:39):
Weoki. If your face is on it is worth a fortune.

Speaker 1 (59:44):
God, I wish my wife would say stuff like Fran
Shinnick was awesome once again tonight. So much fun talking
with you. Fran. Congratulations once again on being one of
the forty two joes. They're going to be competing for
seven f FPC main event free teams in twenty twenty six.
Congratulations and all your success so far as well in

(01:00:04):
your twelve count of twelve now FFPC league titles. And
hopefully we talk with you when you're drafting in process
as Joe's and I'll see in Kentucky, and will I
see you in Vegas as well?

Speaker 4 (01:00:16):
Well, I don't remember committing to Kentucky.

Speaker 3 (01:00:20):
Oh all right, all right, I think here because.

Speaker 4 (01:00:24):
I won a couple of k SC main events, think
some I'm marked in, but I'm not sure.

Speaker 3 (01:00:33):
I have paper matter of factor confirmed that there's a
reservation at the hotel in your name. All right, So
well we do it down here, we kill you with kindness.

Speaker 5 (01:00:43):
Well, thank you guys for having me, honest, it's great.
You guys do a great job and I'm honored to
have spoken with you.

Speaker 1 (01:00:52):
Thank you, Fran. You'd be good, enjoy drafting season and
we'll see you when we see you for sire. Jo
all right man, thanks so much. That is frand twelve
time FFPC League title winner and twenty twenty five f
f PC pros versus Joe's Joe awesome. I always like
to surprise people like that. I think we've done it
like three or four times.

Speaker 3 (01:01:10):
It was pretty slick.

Speaker 1 (01:01:12):
Yeah, well, I mean I think the thing is I
only do it once a year. And even Sean Green,
who was in the chat tonight, He's like, oh, I
remember this one year ago. Today Bulky had me on
the show and then he told me I was a Joe.
I'm like, Sean, don't ruin it. Like we're doing it
for Brandon and I too. But I think because I
only do it once a year, people like kind of
forget that I do that. But now next year people
are gonna be like, oh, who's ever coming on the

(01:01:32):
show and they announced the Joe's He's gonna maybe they will,
maybe they'll they'll forget again. I don't know, So we'll
see what happens. We are going to see what happens
with the Kentucky Fantasy Football State Championship. Ferrell, I'm enjoying
drafting in that right now with everything going on. We
have still spots of it available both in Louisville and
northern Kentucky. But if you want a draft now, there's

(01:01:54):
plenty of main events, slow drafts, main events going on
starting in at live main events starting in what a
couple of months here, But the Sweet sixteens? Is that
what I'm what I should be calling it? The Sweet sixteen?

Speaker 3 (01:02:07):
Yeah, that's the Sweet sixteen. Best Ball Championship, thank you, Yes,
Bestball Championship, and Balkie, we will have some. We've completed
our first slow draft for this year's main event. There
are slow drafts available to join now and there will
be late June early July published main events, live main

(01:02:30):
events on the side forthcoming. But yeah, our Best Ball
Championship ninety six teams limited to ninety six teams, a
three hundred dollars entry, it gets ten thousand dollars grand prize,
and we have one going off the old Fashion named
after my favorite bourbon drink. We have one spot remaining,

(01:02:51):
so whoever would like to grab that spot can either
all go on sign up or give me a call,
because you know, we want to get started tomorrow with
that and our slow drafts. And I think it has
a lot to do with the quality of drafters that
are coming on the show, hanging out in the in
the chat room, and how long they've been with us.

(01:03:12):
But our slow drafts are moving very very quick. For
twenty eight rounder to get through it in about eighteen
days is pretty impressive.

Speaker 1 (01:03:20):
I'm just looking at because I'm in that old fashioned division.
By the way, the old fashion tastes totally different in Wisconsin,
but it is a standard cocktail up here. You're probably
gonna have a couple of those when you come up
and visit me in August or Miles, Yes, you're very
excited about that. But everybody in that I mean, you
get Adam Krautwroz Jake the Like, Mike Maddingly, Stephen Hargallos
is in that one as well, Doc Hutcherson, we got

(01:03:42):
Stu Keen, Dom Gazetti is in that. I mean, there's
a ton of people. It's gonna be a lot of fun.
So hopefully we can get that league going on tomorrow.
We just need, as they always say, we need one
hero to fill that up and then it will go
off here shortly. KFFSC dot com is where to go
for that once again, kf FSC dot com. Ferrel, I'm
gonna have to I know we can't do a show
on Friday next week, gokay, but I'm trying to schedule something.

(01:04:05):
Maybe Wednesday, maybe Monday. I know we won't have one Tuesday,
we won't have one Thursday, but I will let you know.
I'll let the viewers know as soon as I know,
because I gotta coordinate with Aiden on some things on this.
But I will let you know. But at some point
next week we will do this again.

Speaker 3 (01:04:21):
I'll be ready when you are bulky, and you better
get that T shirt mock up.

Speaker 1 (01:04:25):
Yes, I know, I know. It's it's on me. I'm
the hold up, Hi, Hello, it's me, I'm the problem.
Whatever the Taylor Swift is. From DeAndre Swift to Taylor Swift,
we had it all tonight. Farrell will be good. Have
a great weekend.

Speaker 4 (01:04:36):
Man.

Speaker 1 (01:04:37):
That is Farell Elliott, the definitive Commissioner of Fantasy Football,
joining me tonight on the High Stakes Fantasy Football Hour.
I want to thank him. I want to thank Fran Shinik,
the FFPC, Rob Bryce, and of course each and every
one of you. We will be back next week. I'm
not sure if it's a Monday show or Wednesday show.
I got a jam packed schedule next week with shows
Tuesday night ten pm Eastern Time. Billy van Ormer, a

(01:04:58):
longtime FFPC and kf FS player, multi League champion and
f FPC pros versus Joe's Joe. He will be joining
me at ten pm for a conversation that night. Thursday,
I'm gonna have Corbin Young from Rotaballer on the Insider
Access show and the Better Sports Network that goes from
seven until nine. So that's our schedule next week. I
think we have live draft coverage. In fact, I'm gonna

(01:05:20):
look that up right now. I should I should be
more prepared for this, and I apologize, but I want
to promote whatever I can. Scott Barrett is that next week? Yes,
that is next week at eight pm, Scott Barrett, so
probably be a Monday show for the HSFF our. More
to come on that, but there's me live Big Girl

(01:05:40):
Draft coverage with Aiden McCory, Dave Tripoli and then Fantasy Points.
Scott Barrett is going to join us for that as well,
so that's gonna be a lot of fun, and then
maybe maybe we'll do shows Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Next week we're gonna break YouTube with all the FFPC coverage.
Speaking of FFPC coverage, the FFPC main event going on
right now, million dollar grand Prize, Bestball Tournament and super

(01:06:01):
Flex Bestball Tournament enter for one hundred and twenty five
or thirty five dollars respectively. One hundred thousand dollars grand
prize in the super Flex, three hundred thousand dollars grand
prize in the Best Ball, and of course one hundred
k runner up in that tournament as well. Pick up
Dynasty startups at MYFFPC dot com. And don't forget about
the FFPC Big Gorilla Tournament. Early Rampitch leagues. There's only
seventeen of them left. They will end on Sunday if

(01:06:23):
they're not full, so get in now in case they
do fill up. We have a midnight draft coming up
in how many minutes here, a little bit less than
an hour, so you can play in that. That'll be
an early rampage league. Remember the early rampage allows you
the ability to compete for a ten thousand dollars grand
prize in those first two hundred leagues, as well as
a million dollar grand prize two entry fee or two
tournaments or the price of one entry fee. How can

(01:06:45):
you beat that? Spoiler alert You can't. Go to my
ffpc dot com and register for that now. Remember to
like this video, subscribe to the channel, comment on the video,
share with your friends and get notified and shared with
your enemies. Get notified each and every time we go live.
Congratulations to all the joes. Your weekend officially starts now.

Yes, sir, it bears did our our good friend mister root.

Speaker 1 (01:07:46):

It's gonna be a lot of fun. Kff SC always is,
as well as the f f PC. We're in the
thick of it for Fantasy football drafting season for parall Elliott.
