about that?
Speaker 1 (00:14):

lot of fantasy goodness there.
Speaker 5 (00:32):
There's like didn't even a ship and then kind.
Speaker 3 (00:34):
And music, So forget that. I don't want to rap
guys on bad teams.
Speaker 1 (00:39):
It doesn't matter if they're gonna figure out way to
get the ball, but almost just go to the best coordinator.
Your guys. You guys are team grade four.
Speaker 2 (00:46):
There's no point to take strap right, Like is there
a point to take Stroud in the best ball for that?
Speaker 1 (00:50):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (01:01):

(06:01):
We have so much to get to tonight because we
have a baller show for you tonight, including two guests.
I want to bring on our first guest tonight. Ladies
and gentlemen, you've seen him on these airwaves before. He
has been well, I'll tell you what. Before I get
to him, I want to get to one of the
busiest guys in the fantasy football industry right now. He
is busy planning and not really planning anymore because the
(06:23):
plans have already been done. But he's busy executing a
live event in Northern Kentucky tomorrow for the KFFFC Live
Event Weekend number one. You can connect with him at
the KFFFC kfff dot com. He is the definitive commissioner
of Fantasy Football. He is one of my good buddies.
He is the comparable Farrell Elliott Farrell. So good to
(06:43):
have you on tonight.
Speaker 1 (06:44):
Man, You've left me coughing and speechless with such a
wonderful introduction, Bulkie, thank you.
Speaker 4 (06:52):
You're very welcome for Northern Kentucky tomorrow. I know you
got a lot of drafts kicking off early in the
morning and going on the U through, through through, you
know whatever it is late night midnight tomorrow, it's gonna be.
Speaker 1 (07:04):
A lot of fun. You sent me into a scaer
there for a moment, because it seems like for the
last few months, every day is similarly the same. I
have to ask people what day it is now when
when the football season starts, and we'll know there's Sunday football,
Monday football, on Thursday football, I'll be able to pretty
much separate the days. But until then, I don't know.
(07:28):
Now you're telling me it's tomorrow. I had to make
a quick check because, of course in Northern Kentucky. We
draft at the Marriott Airport Marriott there in Northern Kentucky
on Sunday, bulky on Sunday, and I really I thought
I might have misplaced. Twenty four hours is quite feasible.
(07:48):
And I'm sorry I'm a little bit delayed in joining
you tonight.
Speaker 7 (07:55):
But.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
They're straightening out things with an air conditioning man. Unfortunately,
it wasn't a big operation to get the air conditioning
of the upstairs rooms to start blowing code air again.
But you know, next weekend I had some dignitaries staying
here at the house with me. Our beloved Jimmy Johnson
is staying and you know, Jimmy, being a Southerner, he
was born to with stay in this kind of weather.
(08:18):
Jeff Jockeen coming in from Los Angeles, yep. With no
air we would have to bury Jeff Jocken before the
weekend was over. So thank goodness we've got the air
back on.
Speaker 4 (08:30):
Jeff Jocken is already a miracle of nature. Yeah, and
I listened to his story was blown away a couple
of years ago at the live events in Louisville. One
of my favorite people to say hi to and catch
up with each and every year, which I'll be doing
not this weekend, but the weekend after in Louisville Ferrell.
I want to bring on one of my other good
buddies from Louisville and a guy that clearly I did
(08:52):
not listen to enough the last time he was on
this show, because what he did last year was just
go out and win the twenty twenty four KFFSC main event.
This is a guy. He's one of the players that
I always talk about when I bring players onto the show.
There are certain players I just don't know how many
leagues they've won because they've won so many. And he's
one of them. And he's joining us tonight, ladies and
(09:13):
gentlemen on the High Stakes Fantasy Football Hour. You know him,
you love him. He is the twenty twenty four Kentucky
Fantasy Football State Champion main event winner. Please welcome back
onto the show, mister Craig Campbell. Craig, good evening, Congratulations
and thanks so much for hanging out with us tonight.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
Thank you, Balky. Hey Farrell, Hey Balky, how you doing
it this evening?
Speaker 1 (09:36):
But what I'm doing great? I'm doing great. I did
not approve this haircut. What has happened? What's going on?
I barely recognize you. You've got a swimmer weave working there.
Speaker 3 (09:48):
Oh, you know, we gotta go.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
We gotta keep it fresh man, we gotta keep it fresh.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
You're always fresh, but you're always one step ahead of
the competition, you know, Bucky. On top of that, Craig
was a significant winner in one of the big paybacks
this year. So Craig had a mighty fine season here
in Kentucky. And he will be joining us for his
regular teams that he does in the f f PC
(10:15):
in UH in Las Vegas at the Paris Hotel and
Casino this year, and one of those teams will be
sponsored as part of his championship season. One of those
teams will be sponsored by US here at the k
f F s C. And we couldn't have a we
couldn't have a better champion, Craig. I was thinking, uh,
you know last year this time Randy Lavender, what a
(10:36):
great champion he is.
Speaker 7 (10:38):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
And and we're very, very fortunate to have the kind
of guys that we have that play in the league,
and you are. You are certainly a wonderful example of that,
and I wish you continued success this year. You're gonna
tell us what you did last year. You're gonna Bulky's
got some questions for us to tell us what you're
gonna do this year. Close. I doubt if you'll give
(11:03):
up any real information, So I will just say, listener,
beware Craig Campbell and the slippery when you start asking
him these kind of questions.
Speaker 4 (11:11):
Well, okay, so we have to lead things off here
tonight with one of I think the toughest questions to
answer in high stakes fantasy football this year. Craig, are
you in or are you out? On Saquon Barkley as
a top half of the first round pick in fantasy
leagues this year?
Speaker 8 (11:30):
My friend, Yeah, I would say, like, I'm gonna like
kind of straddle defense on this one. I've seen him
drop to like the seven or eight pick and a
lot of drafts this year, and I'm I'm definitely will
willing to take him there. But yeah, like I don't know,
It's it's hard not to be in on him after
(11:51):
his season last year.
Speaker 2 (11:53):
I guess for these for the.
Speaker 8 (11:55):
Main events, for like the kf FC and the f
f PC, I try to target wide receivers in the
first round as generally what I'm looking at.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
But you know, if if Saquin.
Speaker 8 (12:08):
Slips, he's been slipping a little bit with Gibbs going
going so high. Now, you know, if he slips like
that seven or eight pick, I'm definitely willing to take
him there.
Speaker 1 (12:18):
Wow. Look what Bob Hogan just posted. The SAC one
went ninth and your big gorilla there, Bulky and the
Steven g says just went seventh overall in the main event.
I mean, that's that's bargain, man. I agree with you, Craig.
I'm not here to get off a wide receiver there
and take part.
Speaker 4 (12:39):
But that's what it comes down to, right, Craig, is
like you're not willing to pull the trigger at the
three or the four, But once you get to the seven,
the eighth, and nine, then all of a sudden, Saquon
Barkley becomes a little bit more palatable, a little bit
more attractive.
Speaker 8 (12:52):
Yeah, and you know, I'm I'm a value guys, so
like you know, that's that seems like a good value
to me, and yeah, if people are letting him slip
to that pick, then yeah, I'll probably probably go for it.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
You know, we've had this question bounce around now for
a while. Balky is searching for an answer while I
have thrown up. I have thrown up my fan my
hands and just said, you know, what's the answer to
the Dallas Cowboys backfield? And is there one?
Speaker 8 (13:23):
Yeah, I think if there is an answer, it's probably
Jayden Blue because I don't know, I guess I'm just
thinking about that stretch front in the playoffs and like
that's probably the one guy that's probably going to be
a difference maker during that time. Javonte looking at like
his kind of performance the last couple of years, I
(13:44):
can't really see him doing that.
Speaker 2 (13:47):
I do kind of like Miles.
Speaker 8 (13:48):
Sanders as a later, really late round pick, just to
kind of like if he's going to fill that role
and get the work, especially in like a best you know,
best ball leagues. Definitely, I think that's a really good
pick to make in the last few rounds. But I
think Blue is probably the answer, and I wouldn't rule
out the possibility that they're gonna maybe, you know, trade
(14:12):
for a running back or like, it just seems kind
of crazy what they're doing with the cast of characters
they got they have going into this year, So it'll
be blue for me or probably nothing.
Speaker 4 (14:24):
I don't normally do this, but I will do it
because I was just hanging out with my good buddy
Dalton Irdman, who is chiming in on YouTube right now
watching the Milwaukee Brewers when they're thirteenth game in a row,
which has been fantastic. Fairly, I know you don't like
baseball references.
Speaker 1 (14:39):
I love baseball. I love base There you.
Speaker 4 (14:41):
Go shifting your focus to half point PPR, Craig, which
I know you don't play a whole lot of. But
if you were in a league with half point PPR
and you had the number one overall pick, would you
go Jamar Chase? Would you take the Jean Robinson? Would
you go somebody else with half point PPR as the
first overall pick?
Speaker 8 (15:00):
So I'm probably still going Chase there, just because I
like the value of the running backs coming back at
the two three turn better than the wide receivers.
Speaker 2 (15:10):
So probably just locking in Chase.
Speaker 8 (15:13):
And then you know you have like running backs like
Josh Jacobs, Jonathan Taylor, Bucky All kind of slipping to
that two three turn, so you can I'd rather take
my running back pick there and then and just lock
and chase at number one.
Speaker 4 (15:29):
And which makes sense to me.
Speaker 1 (15:31):
What the hell is your friend Dalton thinking about point
five PPR? And why is the over here playing in
Kentucky and Las Vegas? And you know, we have question.
I gotta look back. I'm not through trying to understand
how you won the KFFSC last year. And I want
the listeners to kind of see what can happen. They're
(15:56):
veterans of drafts. They know anything can happen, but it
you know, hindsight allows us to see as you talk
about things falling your way, you were team seven. Did
you choose team seven? You know, for everyone listening you
get to bid on your position in the KFFSC by
(16:16):
using your free agent bidding dollars. So did you choose
seven or did you just hang around and take it
for a very phenomenal amount.
Speaker 2 (16:29):
I mean, yeah, definitely not a planned thing. I definitely wanted.
Speaker 8 (16:33):
I wanted to go wide receiver with the first couple
of picks, and like in the KFFC, like the wide.
Speaker 2 (16:38):
Receivers just fly off the board.
Speaker 8 (16:39):
So I like to just, you know, get a couple
of wide receivers and then see what falls at running back.
And in that draft, I think I drafted I got
Chased in the first round, and then Pooka in the
second round.
Speaker 1 (16:52):
Chase at seven, Puka Puka in the back.
Speaker 8 (16:56):
And then at that time Pucka was I think there
was like a lot of concerns around Puka, so he
was slipping in drafts. So I got got both of
them at one two. And then I want to say
my third round pick, I think it was I got
h Hn.
Speaker 1 (17:13):
And then Diggs Giggs.
Speaker 8 (17:17):
Diggs was obviously a bust whatever, but I got Josh
Jacobs at the in round five, which I thought was,
I mean at the time, was a great value.
Speaker 2 (17:26):
And then I want to say.
Speaker 1 (17:34):
Don't move right here before you go too far in it.
Just that's about as far as I wanted to go,
because we've got a question uh coming up. But an
observation that I would make all this conversation about Puka
in his injury, so you don't live in fear and
you let value fall to you. And Jacob's in the
(17:55):
fifth and those are the don't live in fear, let
value fall to you, stay on your guys, Bunky. That's
that's my message of how you be successful.
Speaker 4 (18:04):
Yeah, Pharaoh, this is this is something we've preached on
for years on this show. Is he don't draft being afraid.
You draft with conviction and you get your guys. And
that's certainly what Craig did last year and the end
of don't.
Speaker 1 (18:15):
Let rumors, don't let rumors scare you from getting your guys.
Speaker 4 (18:20):
The speaking of guys, I think Craig and you've been
doing this for years, these injury away type guys, these
backup running backs there always been like a gold mine
if you hit on the right one. When we talk
about Tyler Algier in Atlanta this year, how high up
is he on your list of these backup running backs
that you want to make sure you add in your
(18:41):
f f PC and your kf f f C leagues
this year.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (18:46):
So, I Algier has probably been one of the one
of my top guys on our list as I've gone
through all these basketball drafts these years, because I mean
he's a like, he's pretty clearly the RB two there
in Atlanta, and you know that he's basically just one
injury away from being an RB one, And like a
(19:06):
lot of these other running backs that go in, you know,
those those RB two's, you're not really sure that they're
going to get the full workload when they when an
injury happens. With Algier, you know, like you know that
he's going to get the full workloadload. He's going to
be catching passes up there. He's he's gonna be ranked
as probably a top top five running back, I would say,
(19:28):
a top top five, top ten in the weekly rankings
if if if an injury occurs, and then like an
addition to that, especially in like a best ball format,
you're going to get these random weeks with him where
he's going to put up like a touchdown or you know,
he's going to be hitting your lineup. So yeah, he's
(19:49):
been one of my favorite picks to make in the
like in the later rounds this year.
Speaker 1 (19:55):
Yeah, Okay, so let's go back to the receiver because
I'm wondering some of the guys that are going to
fall and might put that there doesn't seem to be
support for Jayla Waddel like there's been in the past.
I'm sure that that there's there's favorites for him out
there that will continue to draft him. But your thoughts
(20:16):
on Waddle and why is he uh, why may he
be a real value pick at receiver?
Speaker 8 (20:25):
Yeah, I mean I think a few reasons. So Obviously,
the Dolphins were kind of a dumpster fire last year
and like kind of throwing out last year's numbers just
because they didn't they.
Speaker 2 (20:37):
Had a non functioning office offense.
Speaker 8 (20:39):
Essentially, if you look back at his prior years, like
he's been, you know, an elite wide receiver. And in
addition to that, Tyreek just look at look at the
whole situation there with Tyreek Hill, it doesn't seem very
very stable and so and he's also been, you know,
looking at his tricks over the last couple of years,
(21:02):
definitely been in decline, definitely getting older.
Speaker 2 (21:06):
Waddles in that in that age.
Speaker 8 (21:08):
Range where you know he's still in his prime and
uh yeah, no, he definitely falls in into the range
where you probably want to take a shot on him.
Speaker 4 (21:17):
Let's let's flip, it's a Brandon Ayuk. The latest we've
got on him is certain reports saying Craig He's not
gonna be ready to week six, weeks, week seven, maybe
even week eight. What kind of a season do you
expect Ayuk to have when he does come back in
twenty twenty five.
Speaker 8 (21:34):
Yeah, I I it's really you know, up in the
air for me. But you know, obviously, you know, he's
shown the talent in the past to be like a
clear you know, wide receiver one of that team.
Speaker 2 (21:46):
There's no more, no.
Speaker 8 (21:47):
More debo there the injury situation. Like I'm not I'm
not an injury expert, so I have no idea, but.
Speaker 2 (21:57):
You know, I think you kind of.
Speaker 8 (21:58):
Have clear information this point that he's gonna be coming
back probably you know, week six or week seven, there'll
be a ramp up period and you can kind of
plan that into your draft approach to hav him as
you know, a bench stash, and you can definitely be
you know, a hammer down the stretch for you if
things hit right. So, uh, I think on the right
(22:19):
and the right team builds that he's probably a pretty
good pick.
Speaker 1 (22:23):
I'm curious about I'm curious about that because I think
that the team is doing really really well they work
him in, But how many snaps does he get and
if the team is doing really really poorly, what will
he change? And I don't see them doing poorly. But
I don't know. That's it's and that's just a little
late for me. I don't I don't know. But I
(22:45):
love the way that you guys are thinking that you're
going to be in good shape when you get a
receiver back in week six or eight, which it's gonna
the better hope he comes back, because that's when all
those buddy weeks start. Okay, we're so.
Speaker 4 (22:58):
Farrel you're gonna I know you want to ask about
the Packers receiver share.
Speaker 1 (23:01):
And I want an answer. That's what I'm looking for.
We ask every week. I'm looking for somebody to deliver
us in answer.
Speaker 4 (23:08):
All right, all right, So before we get to that,
I just want to bring up Darrnamani Fantasymojo dot Com
at Fantasy Bojo on x, the godfather of the pros
versus Joe's challenge. Anytime we cite ADP on this show,
it's all due to him. Right now, Brandon Ayuk is
going off as wide receiver fifty seven. This dude has
fallen to the mid twelfth round. This is Christian kirk
Keenan Allen Marvin Mims territory. So even if you don't
(23:31):
like him at this point, listen to Craig Campbell and
understand that this player is not going to be a
guy that's going to be putting up thirty plus Fantasy
points in week one or week two, but later on
in the season. Non zero chance that he is helping
you and you're giving up a twelfth round pick.
Speaker 1 (23:47):
Yeah, I'll take you by that price. I had no
idea you dropped it for.
Speaker 4 (23:50):
Twelve round dude, twelfth round insane?
Speaker 1 (23:54):
Yeah, okay, is anybody a Green Bay worth a damn
twelve round pick? That's how I'll ask that question this one,
because see, Balkey has a terrestrial radio show in North
South Wisconsin, and he's got to come with some sort
of content for the listeners up there every week. So
we kind of troll all our guests to get the
(24:15):
right kind of answer. So far, he hasn't got much
to save his position and to inform the Green Bay
Packer fans, some of the most noted, loyal and passionate
fans in all the business. So tell me, Craig put
a little Kentucky wisdom in there. Green Bay wide receivers
in Fantasy football? What are you going to do? Yeah?
Speaker 8 (24:39):
I mean you know they're all at different values right now,
I would say that Golden though, I mean, just what
I'm hearing over the last week or two is that
he's really coming on.
Speaker 2 (24:50):
I mean, they draft a first round pick. Their wide
receivers were a mess last year.
Speaker 8 (24:56):
They want I think they want someone to emerge there
as the wide receiver. One Reid's been banged up. Doves
doesn't have you know, a whole lot of upside. You know,
he's solid, but you know, I think they want Golden
to be the guy. And I was listening to an
interview with Jordan Love and he was talking him up
(25:16):
just like without even being prompted. You know, this guy
is is awesome. So you know, Ballky, I hope for
your sake it is Golden and.
Speaker 2 (25:25):
He is he is the guy.
Speaker 8 (25:28):
I will say, though I've been drafting a lot of
Doves just late in these Best Ball drafts, not like
in a season, in like a main event league. I'm
not sure if he necessarily has the upside maybe you know,
you never know with injuries, but like, he seems like
a good value.
Speaker 4 (25:45):
Also, Craig, let me ask you this as a follow up,
who would you rather have that costs right? Now, Matthew
Golden at the end of the seventh round or Jaden
Reid at the end of the ninth.
Speaker 2 (25:54):
Round, I'll probably just take Golden, you know.
Speaker 4 (26:04):
I think by the way, I think you're right on that.
That's that's probably like I have a huge mea kulpa,
and I don't know if I've said it on this show,
but I think I'm wrong about Golden. I'm willing to
say that right now, and when I'm in Louisville next weekend,
I'll probably be taking Matthew Golden as my wide receiver
for in several of those drafts, I think he based
on everything I've seen, everything I've read, I think that
(26:26):
this this guy. You know, there's a reason the Packers
went out and drafted him in the first round, which
they never do for a receiver. And I know they've said, well,
it just didn't work out in previous years, maybe, but
but I think they they were really targeting Golden this
year and he's been paying off in spades.
Speaker 3 (26:42):
For sure.
Speaker 1 (26:42):
We walk what has happened to the Let's go further
down that depth chart, because there were guys that were
on the field and being drafted last year that we're
not talking about are those guys just going from consideration.
Speaker 4 (26:54):
I'm still skeptical that Christian I mean, I'm more positive
that Christian Watson is going to play at some point
this season, and you can get him late in your drafts.
I just wonder if he's the type of guy that's
worth keeping on your roster through all the bye weeks
and everything before he's available. Remember Christian Watson, I think
like last year from a fantasy standpoint, wasn't all that great.
(27:16):
He was really good for the Packers' offense. Packers offense
was awesome when Watson was on the field, just didn't
turn out for fantasy. So that's one of them. Dobbs.
To Craig's point, I think is solid. He's fine, but
he's not the type of guy that's going to be
winning your week. I don't know what the upside is there.
And then you have Dan Tavian Wicks, who I still
like late in bestball leagues, but he's allergic to the
(27:38):
football as of twenty twenty four. I think he starts
catching the ball again in twenty twenty five, but I
don't know. I mean, I could be wrong on that.
So I think like Golden and Reed is where it's at.
And Tucker Craft. We got to bring up Tucker Craft
as well. This is a guy that I think I
have not drafted enough of this season. That's another player
I am looking at for twenty twenty five. Yeah, opera
(28:00):
doc right now in the in the chat Wicks, Matt,
you could be right. I could be wrong on Dante.
He's one of those guys that that I I just
feel like like I'm gonna bet on him in Layton
best balls, in redraft leagues, manage leagues. I'm not drafted
sticking in the same division here. Craig Luther Burden, the
second round pick for the Chicago Bears. How have you
(28:22):
been handling him this year in both f FPC and
KFFSC drafts. Are you bullish or bearish on the Chicago
rookie receiver.
Speaker 8 (28:32):
Yeah, I'm definitely on the bullish side, just based on
where he's going. I mean, he's going, I think in
in the drafts I've been in kind of like the
eleventh twelfth round, and you know at that point that
in your draft, you know you have your you know,
hopefully have four or five wide receivers.
Speaker 2 (28:51):
You know, at that point I'm really.
Speaker 8 (28:53):
Looking for upside picks at that point he was drafted,
you know, the one, the one wide receiver that's been
after buy the new regime there to hopefully fill a
specific role a DUDNZ did not like impress a lot
last year Dj Moore had. I know it was a
(29:13):
down here for the for the Bears in general, but
like that at that point in the draft, like that's
that's a pick I want to make that just has
a lot of upside.
Speaker 4 (29:22):
I want to move on and talk about Dallas Goddard.
Ferrell has already been on this show numerous times talking
about why he doesn't like Goddard from a redraft standpoint
this season, Can you do a good job, Craig in
selling our listeners slash viewers on why Dallas Goddard is
a player that f FPC players and quite frankly k
f FSC players need to not forget about and maybe
(29:43):
want to get on the rosters this year.
Speaker 1 (29:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:47):
So Goddard is one of my highest drafted tight ends. Yes,
all right.
Speaker 8 (29:58):
He goes in a range of the draft where you know,
I think you want to be drafting tight ends. There's
a little pocketive tight ends there that go after a
lot of the you know, kind of the start, you're
you're starting wide receivers go and I mean got Her,
I mean you want you want in general, you obviously
want tight ends on elite offenses. And if you look
(30:20):
at last year, you know, the Eagles obviously ran the
ball quite a bit, lots of rushing touchdowns. The schedule
this year, though, is going to be a lot tougher.
They're gonna be likely going to have to throw the
ball a lot more. And in addition to that, you
know you have some upside here with you know, you
have Brown and Smith. If one of them goes down
(30:43):
all of a sudden, got Her is the number two
option that offense, and you know who knows where it
goes from there. He was really crushing it down the
stretch into the playoffs. So yeah, he's one of he's
one of the tight ends.
Speaker 2 (30:56):
I'm definitely in.
Speaker 1 (30:57):
Well, I did. It's because I have some show and
tell things, and I'm glad of the way you answered that,
and you you segue right into my first show and
tell from Steven g and available this weekend to anyone
who is bold enough to wear one. Balky and Craig
will have one with your name on it when you
get to uh to it's getting there. It's sort of
(31:18):
an unveiling kind of thing, you know. But and and
and I love this because Balky looks so handsome, so professional,
So it's so typical of the broadcast genius that he is.
And I look like, you know, I'm like praying for
an answer. And this is the kind of expression that
I had on my face looking about God or can
(31:39):
you can you see that I'm looking up praying for
some sort of inspiration. This is our So I've got one.
I've got one there for you. And then this poor
little sad thing that uh we go back to COVID,
I mean our beloved uh John Rosick, who when COVID
(32:00):
had he couldn't travel here for two or three years.
And when we went to buy trophies for the championship
after the COVID year, this this, this sad little example
of a trophy was all that the suppliers could could
come up with for our divisional trophies. And it is
you know, and and yeah, so John Rosick will get
(32:24):
to this will finally catch up with him five years
later after he comes. But you know that Roseick might
not want it when he sees the Craig Campbell Trophy.
Speaker 3 (32:36):
Oh look at that.
Speaker 1 (32:40):
This year. So there's show and tell and I, you know,
we're awarding over sixty eight trophies this year. And how
I'm going to get him over there? I don't know.
The congratulations Craig, here's a teaser, and you've got to
find a beautiful place for it, uh in your home
and uh, you know, the securing your dominance and having
(33:01):
something to point to good stuff. So T shirts and
trophy says, that's what we've got, that's what we've got
going on in my My brother is upstairs. I mean
he's been laughing at this all day, my expression on
this all day, and he says, you know, do you
need that? You need an neck massage?
Speaker 3 (33:21):
It's great.
Speaker 1 (33:22):
I love it. It's so wonderful. Steeve G.
Speaker 4 (33:26):
Hold that T shirt up again to the camera. I
want to go widescreen for everybody. They can see the
hs F f our T shirts.
Speaker 3 (33:34):
Here.
Speaker 4 (33:34):
This is Stephen Rgalos, our fantasy soprano.
Speaker 1 (33:37):
We love him, Steven G.
Speaker 4 (33:42):
I love it and is a fantastic shirt. It is
fantastic shirt. Okay, we have to we have to move
on because we're running behind here a little bit. I
want to skip the emails tonight.
Speaker 3 (33:55):
Yeah, we did.
Speaker 4 (33:56):
We got to keep moving forward here, Farrell, but I.
Speaker 1 (33:59):
Will over when you're talking with Craig came all right.
Speaker 4 (34:01):
Well listen, that's that's the thing is like we're picking
the brain of the master here the twenty twenty four
KFFSC champ and Pharaoh. Why else would we have the
champ on if he's not gonna tell us who are
the players to target and who the players to avoid are?
In twenty twenty five as he defends his belt.
Speaker 1 (34:22):
Damn straight, Craig, tell us somebody you love and somebody
that you just cannot stand. Give us something to invest
our hopes that we can someday be like you, and
then somebody that we would and wouldn't wouldn't.
Speaker 2 (34:39):
All right?
Speaker 8 (34:40):
Yeah, So a couple of guys I've liked recently, and
these are kind of later round guys, but two wide receivers.
Both go by the first name of Jalen Jalen Knowl
from the Texans and then Jalen McMillan from the Bucks.
So you know, for Jalen Knowle, just like I don't
(35:05):
know I think everyone's assuming that Higgins is going to
be like the number two wide receiver there, and I'm
I guess I'm not sure, not so sure about that.
Speaker 2 (35:12):
And like, you know, Jalen Knowle goes like basically the
last round, so he's been he's he's a staple for
me in the last round. Just you know, everyone's pushing
up all the rookies.
Speaker 8 (35:22):
Nowadays, he doesn't seem to be getting the same kind
of love, but I I am training camp report seem
like they're pretty good. Maybe won't have a role week
for week one, but I think I think he might
be pretty good as the.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
Season moves on. And then Jalen McMillan, just.
Speaker 8 (35:38):
Like you know, the box situation with Godwin, who knows
when he's coming back, Evans getting older, everyone's you know,
hyped about a et Buca and uh McMillan actually performed
pretty well down the stretch last year, and you know
he's kind of a forgotten guy there. So both those,
both those guys are two guys I want to draft,
(35:59):
like as far in terms of like upside wide receivers.
Speaker 4 (36:03):
Craig before you get the guy that that you don't like.
I want to go to opera doc here who wants
to know we talk about Jayalen Nole. In regards to
Jayden Higgins, do you think that he's going to surpass
Christian Kirk as the slot guy in Houston this year?
Speaker 2 (36:17):
Yeah, I think Kirk Obviously.
Speaker 8 (36:20):
I think Kirk will be starting Week one and we'll
see what happens from there. I would just say that
NFL seasons are complete chaos, and you know, if he
has talent, they'll get him on the field in some way.
So yeah, I'm just kind of just banking on that
it's a later round pick. We'll see what happens.
Speaker 4 (36:39):
Can you can you tell the viewers slash listeners of
a player you're avoiding this year?
Speaker 1 (36:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (36:45):
So when I look at players I'm avoiding, I'm kind
of looking at kind of maybe lower upside players at
least in my view, that are going in the early
early rounds.
Speaker 2 (36:55):
One of those guys is Chewba Hubbard for the Panthers.
Speaker 8 (36:59):
Just you know, I guess I'm trying to avoid the
guys that are, you know, to at least in my perspective,
are getting drafted because of the workload more so than
the talents, and.
Speaker 2 (37:14):
To me, he's a guy.
Speaker 8 (37:15):
And then you have Rico Daddele coming in there where
I think he could get a lot of the pass
catching work. And so yeah, he's just a guy that
I when I'm envisioning someone being like a top five,
top ten running back, I'm not sure that he has
that type of website.
Speaker 1 (37:31):
I like that answer because you know what a bulky
and that's a brave answer. Rico Dwell Balky, how many
yards in Dallas last year?
Speaker 4 (37:38):
Rico Dawdle last year for the for the Dallas Californy.
Speaker 1 (37:41):
You can win this bet. You can win this bet
with everyone.
Speaker 4 (37:44):
Do you want me to?
Speaker 1 (37:45):
Yeah? I want you to set it up.
Speaker 4 (37:49):
I'm gonna say nine hundred and twelve.
Speaker 1 (37:50):
I don't know all right, Craig, you're coming in on
Rico Dawdle with a number. You already know it, eight
eight fifteen. I think both of you guys might be under.
Speaker 4 (37:59):
We are I just looked it up. Do you want
me to do you want me to tell.
Speaker 1 (38:02):
Lay it out? Opera Docks already giving it to the
guys in the chat.
Speaker 4 (38:06):
Yeah right now, Yeah, Opera Dox said he had over
a thousand yards. Didn't start to like week nine thousand
and seventy nine rushing yards last year for Rico Daldo
two hundred and forty nine receiving yards as well, and
you got in the end zone count of five times.
Speaker 1 (38:19):
Tell t take take Pollard twenty four games to get
that Teill turp.
Speaker 4 (38:24):
Yeah, Farrell, I don't know what you're talking about. This
is this guy's like you gotta you gotta be drafted
him early on. That's what Tate would say. Something I
gotta work on my turp. Okay, Craig, good stuff tonight.
I'm sorry we gonna land on a turf impression. But
we will see you in Louisville as you defend your
twenty twenty four KFFFC main event belt, as you try
(38:47):
to go back to back, a feat that has not
been accomplished a lot for what one time?
Speaker 1 (38:53):
I want one time Kerry Fox, Jerry.
Speaker 4 (38:55):
And Fox did it. Yeah, and we'll see if you
canna do it this year. I will see you then.
Enjoy the rest of the drafting season. I hope I
am not in a whole lot of leagues with you
next week in Louisville, but that's probably inevitable. We will
talk with you then. Thanks, so much for hopping on
the show tonight man. This was a lot of fun.
Speaker 2 (39:12):
Sure, thanks for having me. Guys, We'll see you next weekend.
Speaker 4 (39:15):
You got it, Craig Campbell. Ladies and gentlemen, By the way,
you can follow Craig on the X at c Campbell FF.
Once again, that is ce Campbell FF. And you say, oh, Bulky,
that was a great show. No, no, no, we have
much more to get to. Oh we are still going.
And I want to bring on a guest tonight who
has been on this show countless times and he's never disappointed.
(39:37):
Maybe the longest intro in show history, but he is
deserving of it. This is a guy who has been
giving advice, not just drafting fantasy football. He's been giving
advice through his website for damn near four decades. It's
one of the longest running fantasy football information websites. This
goes back way into the early to mid nineties. And
(40:00):
remember that this is a guy that won the Sports
Illustrated Experts League title in two thousand and four, two
thousand and five, two thousand and six, two thousand and seven.
It was he was the only winner, and then in
the four years that that league existed, and you say,
Paul Key, why are you bringing up that was twenty
years ago. They had to cancel this league because this
guy won the league every single year, Like what what
(40:20):
else can he do? Like he just won it, no
matter who they put in, he won it four years straight.
He is the CEO and president of Fantasy Football Mastermind Incorporated.
You could register and get a subscription now at ffmastermind
dot com. That website once again, ffmastermind dot com. Connect
with him on the X at FF Mastermind. Please welcome
back on to the high stakes Fantasy football or a
(40:43):
guy who has won well over a dozen high stakes
titles in the FFPC. Mister Mike Nazareth, Mike, good evening
and welcome. So glad to have you back on these airways,
my friend.
Speaker 3 (40:54):
How are you doing great? Doing great?
Speaker 7 (40:56):
Almost a happy time to be with you guys out
the board.
Speaker 4 (41:01):
It's a happy time for us too, because you know,
there's you are in rarefied air, my friend. There's all
these people that have, you know, have websites and X
followings and podcasts or whatever. But you came before all that,
You've weathered, all that, You've adjusted with the times. I
don't know if there's anybody who as much experiences as
(41:23):
you have out there. So anytime we get to pick
your brain and come on the show tonight, it's always
a fun time. And I think like you can probably
speak to that too. And we've talked about this over
the years. Fantasy football has evolved. Over the years, you
have evolved with it, You've rolled with the punches, and
here you are here in twenty twenty five. You know,
thirty years later whatever it was since you started, and
(41:43):
you're still churning out some of the best advice in
the industry.
Speaker 3 (41:46):
Yeah, we're sell Brady thirty years online, nineteen ninety.
Speaker 7 (41:50):
Six to twenty twenty five.
Speaker 3 (41:53):
It's just amazing that we're still around.
Speaker 7 (41:57):
And I was one of the first people to write
about the stug running back theory back in the mid nineties.
And now you know, I don't have a problem drafting
wide receivers and even a tight end in the first
round that need be because of this contest. Everything has changed,
everything evolved, and yet in a lot of ways.
Speaker 3 (42:13):
It's still the same.
Speaker 7 (42:14):
It's you know, it's a joy to help out everyone
and it's a joint played the game too.
Speaker 4 (42:18):
So I want to lead things off with tonight's conversation
with your pro versus Joe's Draft. You have been in
this I don't know how many years now, I mean
a dozen plus, probably more than that. But I want
to talk with you a little bit about what you
did in this year's draft. You were drafting from the
ninth spot in PBJ number six. This was the final
(42:40):
live draft we had and you were selecting, like I said,
at the ninth spot. There after it was all over,
How did you feel you did with this twenty round
best ball team with the FFPC. How did you feel
your your team turned out?
Speaker 3 (42:56):
Well, first of all, it was the eighth toll, but
you're very close. Yeah, that's okay, that's cool.
Speaker 7 (43:01):
Uh No, I feel very happy with with the with
the team that I got. I feel that there was
only one player late in the draft that I got
snaked on and the guy that I drafted in in
uh instead of him, I think it's probably has a
better shot to have a better season.
Speaker 4 (43:19):
Who is who is that? Mike Keenan Allen and you
got Snake? Who are you trying to draft? Who?
Speaker 1 (43:25):
Get who? I was going for a sleep I did?
Doesn't matter who you were going to in the first round.
When you come out with Ceedee Lamb with the H spot,
that's not gonna happen again. So you better enjoy it,
better celebrated. And that's why you're the mastermind. I thank you.
But pottled everyone else into not do you did? You
(43:45):
put out some CD Lamb counter espionage stuff that we
try to confuse the other drafters.
Speaker 4 (43:52):
It was insane. It was a great pick, Mike.
Speaker 7 (43:55):
I'm very happy with it. Uh, people team seem to
forget a couple of years go what he was. He
was w R one and that was with a healthy Dak,
and I think mostly because Dak got hurt. Uh, you know,
he wasn't in the elite. But if Dak stays healthy,
I don't see any reason why he's not gonna be
right up there with Chase.
Speaker 4 (44:17):
The The selection that we're talking about is Ceedee Lamb
at the one oh eight in the pros ors as
Joe's draft. This is a couple of weeks ago. Mike,
was there anybody else you were considering there? Once you
saw Lamb fall to you.
Speaker 7 (44:28):
It's hard not to pick him there. I like, I
like neighbors, but you know, the to toe injury was
a little bit of concern there. You know, Uh, I
don't forecast injuries. I mean, so Lamb is healthy, Dak's healthy.
You've got to go with what you go.
Speaker 3 (44:48):
I mean, you know, I'm very happy with it. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (44:51):
I've seen Ceedee Lamb go at the one o two
in plenty of FFPC drafts so far this season. I like,
I love Molik neighbors Mike, but I'm with you. I
would have taken Lamb there, and I wouldn't have thought
a whole lot about it. You mentioned the Pat Bryant
pick you tried to grab Eric Young the FFPC Joe
ends up grabbing him from you. There, you still end
up with Keenan Allen, which I think was a fantastic pick. Obviously.
(45:13):
Do you have a favorite pick in this pros versus
Joe's drafted and perhaps a pick that you wish you
would have had back?
Speaker 3 (45:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (45:20):
Uh, the guy that slipped me in the second round,
Nico Collins. I mean, I was like, wow, I love
me some Pooka, And in fact, in this draft a
couple of years ago, when Pooka was a rookie at
the end towards the end of the draft, I was
trying to draft somebody else, and uh, I didn't get him,
(45:41):
and I guess so I ended up drafting instead.
Speaker 3 (45:43):
It was Pooka. So uh, I love you, so Poka okay,
but yeah, oh gosh, back injury is just a huge
worry and the concern.
Speaker 7 (45:52):
And so I was like when when the guy right
before me took Pooka, I was like, oh my gosh, Uh,
Nico Collins come to come to daddy.
Speaker 4 (45:59):
Yeah, I'm with you. It would have been Collins over
Nicola one hundred times out of one hundred. What if
he ends up going with Nico Collins there and you
are faced with the decision of Nicola versus Brian Thomas,
would you have taken Nicoua over Brian Thomas or don't.
I guess it's maybe something you haven't thought a whole
lot about since that that opportunity never presented itself.
Speaker 3 (46:21):
Probably would have taken Thomas.
Speaker 7 (46:22):
That's how much I'm concerned about Stafford, you know, because
I know this is late July, but I think he'd
already started having some issues at the very first week.
Speaker 3 (46:31):
Of training camp and you know, here we are.
Speaker 7 (46:34):
You know, he has a good workout on Sunday and
then he doesn't practice Monday, Tuesday or the whole week,
and yet he's gonna throw again this week, and then
kind of crossing your fingers on Jimmy Garoppolo is not
bad quarterback, but you know other teams have tried to
come with Jimmy as their starter and not gotten anywhere.
Speaker 1 (46:51):
You know, I hope that I'm not drafting as opera dog,
because he obviously can read my mind. The next question
that I have, and we've already alluded to him, is
your Keenan Allen pick. I. I am curious of what
your expectations are about Keenan Allen and if we can
(47:13):
see him move up a little bit in this draft,
because you know he's essentially free now. And then an
observation about your enthusiasm question that I have. You've been
doing this for so many years. Do you still get
the thrill out of drafting that you did? And perhaps
do you with all the hours that you put in
(47:33):
and the media prep, do you do you actually enjoy
it more than you did back in the nineties and
early two thousands.
Speaker 7 (47:42):
Probably, I'd say, because I know that times have changed,
but I feel so prepared with all the work that
I do for my subscribers and the site that uh,
you know, and I feel that one of my best
assets abilities is to be able to uh change strategies
(48:02):
on a dime, because you cannot go into this thing
going Okay, I'm gonna draft this guy here at this
position here, and you have to be prepared almost for anything.
Speaker 3 (48:09):
And so I can make, you know, big decisions on.
Speaker 7 (48:12):
The fly and take risks. Sometimes they work out, sometimes
they don't. But UH, as long as you have a
good idea, ADP and such, then you know, and you
have good strategies, multiple strategies the same time, then then
you know, I think everything is great, and you know,
especially when you finish a draft, you feel that you've
got a good team, then it's like all right, games on,
let's go. But as for Keenan Allen, this goes back
(48:36):
a long way because I have a dynasty draft, two
dynasty teams in the FFPC, and one of them we
drafted about five years ago and he was on my
in my original draft and so I've had him for
many years.
Speaker 3 (48:48):
UH. The other team, when I bought the team, did
he did? He wasn't on it.
Speaker 7 (48:53):
And during the dynasty uh draft, uh in one of
the later round picks, sixth, seventh round something like that.
I ended up picking up Keenanel And I've drafted almost
all over the plays, and so you know, I feel
that seventy catches eight nine hundred yards four or five scores,
that's very reachable and that he could even go over that,
(49:14):
although I think his career high what.
Speaker 3 (49:16):
Is like seven touchdowns, seven or eight touchdowns in a season.
Speaker 4 (49:20):
I think the other thing to keep in mind too
here and I'm glad you brought this up, Mike. I
have a buddy who you know, he crushes his home
leagues or whatever, and it's been he's been sleepwalking through
it for years, and in twenty twenty three, I wanted
to say, he's like, yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna play
in the FFPC this year. And I'm not gonna name
him because I like him, but he's he's like, I
(49:43):
know exactly where every player is gonna go. I know
who i'm gonna get, where I'm gonna get, I know
my draft slot. It's this is I'm gonna be able
to crush this league. And spoiler alert, Morgan Freeman voice,
he did not. And I think part of the reason
was because he was not flexible and he was not
of the understanding as you are, Mike, who's been drafting
(50:03):
the FFPC for years. You have to be like water.
You know, these drafts can go any which way, ADP.
I don't want to say you throw it out the window,
but it's in one singular draft. In the FFPC, it
can be radically different. You have to be willing to
switch your strategy. And I think the people who do
that like you, and you've had a lot of success
in the FFPC. Those are the people who end up winning.
(50:26):
They win their leagues, they move on, they go for
the million bucks like that. That's the way to do it. Okay.
I want to move on to Christian McCaffrey here, Mike,
and talk with you a little bit about him, because
I think he is a very polarizing player this year.
There are plenty of people that would tell you, hey,
I got to get this guy at the end of
the first round or early second round. If he's healthy
all the season, he is going to absolutely crush it.
(50:47):
And then there's going to be a lot of people
that will tell you, I am not touching this guy
at all. All he does is get hurt. I'm not
willing to deal with that headache if I have to
sink a first round or a second round pick in
to him this year. Where would you, Mike Nazareth from
Fantasy Football Mastermind ffmastermind dot com, where would you start
to consider Christian McCaffrey in your f FPC drafts this year?
Speaker 7 (51:09):
Well, I've also got a long history with CMC because
also on the team where I have Keenan Allen and
the team that I won my championship last year, I
did it with CMC on my bench for all but
four games, and it was yeah, I got lucky.
Speaker 3 (51:23):
Okay, you know, but it happens.
Speaker 7 (51:25):
And because I've got him actually on both dynasty teams,
I'm not going to take him in.
Speaker 3 (51:30):
The third round.
Speaker 7 (51:31):
It's just too much of an injury risk issue. Because
the way I viewed the first couple of rounds is
that you can't I don't think you can win your
draft or your league in the first round, but you
can certainly lose it if you take the wrong player.
Speaker 3 (51:43):
And I just see him climbing and climbing and climbing.
The more and more we're going on.
Speaker 7 (51:47):
There's no reports of been missing anything at camp, whatever
kind of health cure he found in Germany, it's obviously
working for him, but who knows that that's going to
continue lasting.
Speaker 3 (51:58):
And you know, I got burned the last year with him.
Speaker 7 (52:01):
Because I didn't own Isaac Grenda or actually Jordan Mason.
I didn't know, well, I didn't known Isaac Grande either
un till later, but I didn't own Jordan Mason. And
when he missed that first game on Monday night, I
didn't put a high.
Speaker 3 (52:14):
Enough bid to give him and I still ended up
winning the league.
Speaker 7 (52:17):
But but but to have somebody missed so many games
for something like that.
Speaker 3 (52:23):
Yeah, he is getting a little older.
Speaker 7 (52:25):
You know, what was he twenty eight again, you know,
so he's approaching thirty.
Speaker 3 (52:29):
Uh, he still looked good.
Speaker 7 (52:30):
He was just about to really start kicking it in
last year when he got that knee injury. During that game,
what were they I think they were playing the Bills,
weren't they? It was Uh, But uh, you know, I
love I love him when he's healthy, I've got in
my dynasty.
Speaker 3 (52:43):
I'm going to rely on them there.
Speaker 7 (52:45):
And so if you were to slide to the middle
of the second round, I would consider.
Speaker 3 (52:49):
It but I'm not going to take into my first player.
Speaker 4 (52:53):
December first is when he went out for the rest
of the year. To your point, Mike against the Bills,
seven carries three yards. That was seven and a half
yards of carry. He had two catchers for fourteen yards
in that game. He looked well on his way, Yeah,
until he wasn't.
Speaker 7 (53:07):
He Basically the first three games he was playing preseason,
he was in preseasons, he wasn't in football shake and
here he's just starts ripping these long runs off and
he goes right up the middle of trips and the
lands right on that knee.
Speaker 3 (53:19):
And that's it, you know, And I'm like, wow, you know.
Speaker 4 (53:22):
I will say this too. Three and a half games
last year, he had nineteen targets. He got fifteen of
those targets fifteen catches of three and a half games.
For anybody who's doubting McCaffrey, I'm just telling you, if
he ends up blowing up this year, yourself to blame. Anyway.
Speaker 1 (53:36):
He's a joy to watch, but he's always making just
a cameo appearance. Bonkey has broken down the the guy
has a cheak code on deck, he says every other
year and I'm a believer because I believe in Balky,
and Balky's laying it in this what's the cheap code
on two? Because two are going to have the bounce
back years. He going to lead the you know, Craig
(53:59):
earlier on the show talked about confusion down in Miami.
Is he gonna is that team gonna gel and rally
around him? Is he going to lead a team to
on field success? Consequently, statistical and fantasy football this year?
Speaker 7 (54:14):
Well, you know, when he came back last year, he
looked pretty good. I think that as long as everyone
is healthy, including himself, that he will rebound.
Speaker 3 (54:24):
Now, will he get to to the point where it
was a couple of seasons ago where you.
Speaker 7 (54:28):
Know, he's basically completing these long passes downfield to wandlein
Hill almost every play when they were throwing the football.
Speaker 3 (54:35):
I'm, of course, this is quite sure if he can
do that.
Speaker 7 (54:37):
But I think if he's if he's totally healthy and
makes it through the whole season, I think he could
be low end QB one. But the issue here is
where do you take him in the draft. And it's
interesting that you mentioned him because I took him as
my third quarterback what I got him in round sixteen,
you know, so that was that was no risk at all,
you know, especially in the best ball format.
Speaker 4 (54:58):
He right now in a non beast ball format in
the FFPC Big Gorilla right now, he is going as
quarterback twenty three at the seventeen oh nine. And to
your point, Mike, you drafted that late, it doesn't work out,
you're dropping somebody else.
Speaker 1 (55:12):
It's amazing, ma' whe're talking about low is going right now.
Speaker 7 (55:16):
According to that guys, I took him too soon, Oh
my gosh.
Speaker 4 (55:20):
But but to your point, like in best ball, I
would think he is going a little bit higher. So
I think you dialed in and you got him at
the right price on that. In re draft leagues it's
easier to drop them, so I'll just leave it at that.
But I don't think you over drafted him at all.
In pros versus Jo's Mike, let's talk about Alvin Kamara
and talk about draft values. Right now, Alvin Kamara in
(55:42):
the FFPC Big Gorilla right now is going off the
board as running back seventeen. He is going at the
four to three in Big Gorilla drafts. So you can
get a guy last year who was heavily involved in
the offense catching a ton of balls, which in a
PPR format like the FFPC is highly lucrative. You can
(56:03):
get him in the early fourth round, Mike. When you
look at Kamara and that Saints offense this year, how
significant of a value is Kamara at the four h
three right now?
Speaker 7 (56:14):
I can't believe I got him in the fifth round
at the five to eight position in the pros versus
Joe's But even in the fourth round, I think he
is value, especially considering was RB seventeen there. The fact
is that the Saints are probably not gonna be very good.
Speaker 3 (56:26):
But somebody has to run the ball, somebody has to
catch the ball.
Speaker 7 (56:30):
And if you've got a quarterback that can't throw very
far down field accurately, what's he gonna do.
Speaker 3 (56:35):
He's gonna dump it, you know.
Speaker 7 (56:36):
And that's that's Alvin And I know he's thirty in all,
but you got guys like James Connor. All these guys
are well, Derrick Henry's even older than that, and they're
still productive because it's a different type of athlete, a
different way to that. These athletes really prepare for the season,
(56:57):
and I think that it's it's good if you can
get him as RB three. I mean I got him
as RB three in the fifth round. That's crazy value.
Speaker 4 (57:04):
Yeah, yeah, that's awesome, and congratulations on that too. But Pharaoh,
that's not the at least in my opinion, that's not
the only running back value that Mike got in pros.
Speaker 1 (57:15):
Versus Joe's this year versus Joe's you know, and I
guess with your history, you know you're one of the
most celebrated pros in this business. But you will Bunky
knows how how close I keep in my heart to
Joe's and you'll always be a Joe to me. Mike,
(57:35):
and I loved what you were doing with Bill Merritt
there in Washington, more more famously known as cross Key Merit. Now,
I I drafted this player in every Dynasty draft that
I was here because I thought that he really couldn't
(57:58):
be overdrafted. And and now I'm getting trade offers from
him on a regular basis, none of them that I'm
willing to accept.
Speaker 2 (58:08):
It.
Speaker 1 (58:08):
Should my enthusiasm carry over into the FFPC main events
in Big Gorillas here in August? Or is he a
project that we're going to see developed into his true
form over the years. And a follow up to that is,
how how do you what's your prediction you're talking about
(58:31):
older running backs. What's your predictions on else to that
club this year?
Speaker 5 (58:35):
Okay, let's take that by five parts here. Yes, yeah,
I love me some crosskey Mary. I wrapped him in
the pros versus Joe's in around seventeen. Now, I think
the AVP on him is in the twelfth round. I'm
not quite sure if he's worth that much in the
main event right now. You know, if Brian Robinson looked like.
Speaker 7 (58:56):
He was struggling or had some kind of training camp injury,
you know, where he was kind of gimping into the season.
But I think that they're going to use Merritt as
a pure backup to Brian Robinson initially in the season,
and I think that I thinking he's gonna spell him
in all but Austin Eckler is going to play the
third down role there. So, I mean, I know that
(59:20):
Austin Eckler had about three hundred yards rushing or so
last year and three hundred yards receiving, and you know
when he had he stepped into the role when Brian
Robinson missed a couple of games and really produced well,
scored touchdowns, and I think that if something happens to
Brian Robinson this year, it's going to be Merrit probably
starting and mixing in back and forth with an Eckler there.
(59:41):
So there for the future. I mean, you know, Brian's
gonna want a second contract.
Speaker 3 (59:46):
I don't know if Washington's gonna want to offer him
a deal.
Speaker 7 (59:50):
I think that Mary's going to see enough action on
the field that they're going to be able to know
what they have with him.
Speaker 3 (59:55):
And if they really like what they see and he
produced as well, and especially if Robinson and miss Is
two or three games and you know, Merritt really takes over, Uh,
then I can see the change going right to him
at the end of the year.
Speaker 1 (01:00:08):
And we give you a little leading question on Eckler, uh,
with with Eckler's talent and skill set now being asked
to be just a contributor as a third down special
back or a certain down in distance fact, what's the
ceiling on what you could expect from him in the
(01:00:31):
receiving him.
Speaker 4 (01:00:33):
Hm hmm.
Speaker 3 (01:00:35):
That's a good question.
Speaker 1 (01:00:37):
Uh, probably.
Speaker 3 (01:00:41):
Five hundred yards receiving something like that.
Speaker 7 (01:00:43):
It just really depends on the health of Ryan Robinson
and how Merritt works his way into the role. I
think initially you aren't going to see Eckler spell Brian Robinson,
and you're probably not.
Speaker 3 (01:00:55):
Gonna see much of Merritt early on in the season.
Speaker 7 (01:00:57):
But at some point they're going to mix him in
and you know, maybe two or three carries in week
one might become six, seven, eight, and maybe a catcher
two by week four or five or six.
Speaker 3 (01:01:10):
And it just really depends on the health of the backs.
Speaker 7 (01:01:12):
But uh, you know, if Brian Robinson remains productive and
the guy's a bull at the goal, you know, and
that's what's important.
Speaker 3 (01:01:18):
And if he can stay healthy.
Speaker 7 (01:01:20):
And how many weeks did we hear last year where
oh he's got an ankle or he didn't practice and
he's questionable, but he's going to play, and you know,
he finally ended up.
Speaker 3 (01:01:29):
Missing a couple of games.
Speaker 7 (01:01:30):
So I think that they Wantington wanted to go out
and get somebody that can be all around workhorse back,
maybe a little bit down the line. So of course,
in order to get a talent like that later in
the draft and not spend too much draft capital, you
had to go find somebody like Merit in the situation here,
and you know, he's got a lot to prove. But
you know who doesn't when when they're a rookie and
(01:01:53):
they're not a first round pick.
Speaker 3 (01:01:54):
In the NFL.
Speaker 7 (01:01:55):
You know, he's he's got to earn what he can get,
and he wants to stay and earn and earn a
bigger role as we go on to three four years
into it and you know, hopefully start down the road.
Speaker 3 (01:02:07):
That's what they want to do. Mike.
Speaker 4 (01:02:09):
Let me ask you an unfair question here. I've been
hearing whispers and rumors that and from different sources obviously,
that Brian Robinson is not a lock to make the
Commander's team this year at final cuts. I've also heard
the same thing about Austin Eckler, that he is not
a lock to make the team at final cuts. You know,
Krossky Merritt is not going to be a player that
(01:02:29):
they can cut and try to sneak them out of
the practice squad. That's just not going to happen. Do
you believe, and maybe I don't know, you can give
us a percentage chance if you want, but do you
believe that both Axculy not both but Robinson, Eckler, and
Krossky Merritt. You think they're all on the opening day
roster for the Commanders this season?
Speaker 3 (01:02:46):
I think so. I think so.
Speaker 9 (01:02:48):
I rumors or rumors, Yeah, for me, the sources I've heard,
I haven't really heard that, but I guess now if
it happens, I'm not going to be so surprised that
it happened.
Speaker 3 (01:03:01):
But you know, we're we're not talking.
Speaker 7 (01:03:03):
We're not talking about an aging back trying to make
a roster.
Speaker 9 (01:03:07):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (01:03:07):
You know, Robinson is still fairly young. Uh.
Speaker 7 (01:03:10):
Eckler is you know, obviously pushing thirty or so. Uh,
you know, but he comes with a different type of
skill set that the other two backs don't necessarily have. Uh.
The thing about Merit is, you know, I think he
maybe he can catch, uh do a little bit more
catching better than Brian Robinson.
Speaker 3 (01:03:28):
So you know, maybe if you're going to say, if
someone's gonna get cut here, it might be Austin. Uh.
Somebody's gonna pick him up and.
Speaker 7 (01:03:34):
Sign him though, you know, but of course you know
that I may have the bye week after the third
preseason game, so a lot of juking and jiving and
the roster management is going to happen. So you know,
I'm prepared for it anything that happens, but I would
be surprised. But having just drafted Merit if they cut Eckler, boy,
I'm jumping up and down.
Speaker 4 (01:03:53):
I still think it's gonna be interesting to see, you know,
because there are there are I'm not saying it's gonna
be Washington, but there are gonna be running backs that
are gonna be cut by these teams that cut down
day and we're gonna be like, oh really, And Dallas
is gonna be all over that, like they're gonna be
going hard on trying to figure out, like, hey, does
this guy fit in with us? And see what happens there.
So that's something we'll be watching for sure. Mike, I
(01:04:15):
have to ask you here and by the way, before
we move on to this next question. To your point,
Jacorey Krossky Merritt has moved up to the twelve thirteen
turn in both the main event and the FFPC Big Gorilla.
He has moved ahead of running backs like will shipley Wood.
He marks Roshan Johnson and Nick Chubb. So listen to
Mike Nazrek. He knows what's going on with Krosskey Merritt.
(01:04:36):
What else does Mike? No, We're gonna ask him right now,
is there a player that you're trying to get on
as many f FPC teams as possible?
Speaker 1 (01:04:43):
Mike?
Speaker 4 (01:04:44):
And then conversely, is there a player we asked Craig
Campbell this earlier, is there a player that you know
right now you get say Bulky, doesn't matter how many
FFPC drafts I do, There's no way this guy will
end up on any.
Speaker 3 (01:04:54):
Of my teams. Well, I'm I'm all as a sucker.
But Derrick Henry, I've drafted him all over the play.
He's on one of my dynasty teams.
Speaker 7 (01:05:04):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (01:05:04):
You know I've draft drafted him last year. Uh you know, Uh,
I think.
Speaker 7 (01:05:09):
I think he is more in demand this year than
he was certainly last year. I thought I might have
had a shot to get him in the second round
of the pros versus Joe's. But no, he was snaked
at the end of the at the one two turn,
and I was kind of surprised about that.
Speaker 3 (01:05:24):
Uh. As for quarterbacks, Uh, I like me some Joe
Burrow this year.
Speaker 7 (01:05:29):
But if he goes too early, then I'm gonna wait two, three, four,
rounds and maybe go for some Baker Mayfield similar type player. Uh, Gunslayer,
a lot of good weapons around him. As for a
player that I'm probably not gonna draft, and and it's
not that I hate him, but uh, the situation of
Miami Devana Chan, Uh, you know there's talk that he's
(01:05:51):
not gonna be the goal line back they want to
use Jalen right there at the goal. And then of
course if two of goes down, just like last year,
you're still going to see a lot at Chan, but
you're gonna have a lot of eight nine ten point
games instead of fifteen to twenty twenty five point games.
Speaker 3 (01:06:04):
Because that offense is not gonna do.
Speaker 7 (01:06:06):
I just say, Tyreek Hill, Jalen Waddle, Devona Chahan all
gonna be new to if Tua misses any kind of
sny of giant time in the in because of injury
in late with.
Speaker 1 (01:06:17):
Your love of Henry, how where where does he become
available to you in the first round.
Speaker 4 (01:06:28):
Mike before he answered that, I'm gonna tell you right now.
In the FFPC, big gorilla, Now, okay, let me okay,
We're gonna take a big step back here in that
pro versus Joe's draft. Jim Coventry was drafting at the
twelve spot there, and Jim is famous, maybe infamous for
just he's just gonna get his guys wherever. So that
one two turn, i'd be willing to say is the
(01:06:48):
only one two turn we've seen in amy FFPC best
ball tournaments this year. He went Dereck Henry and then
Josh Jacobs at the two to one. That dude just
gets his guys like it is what it is, it
you know, so be it so forth. Jim could be right.
Jim's a very smart drafter like Mike Nazrek. But I
will say, like the Henry Jacobs turn definitely caught us
off guard when we were covering that. Right now in
(01:07:11):
the f FPC Big Gorilla, Mike, I'm looking at Derrick Henry.
He's going off the board as RB seven at the
two oh four, granted right around the neighborhood where he
could have been for you at the two oh five
in that draft.
Speaker 3 (01:07:25):
Yeah it is.
Speaker 7 (01:07:27):
I think Derek Henry is a value pick actually anywhere
basically in the second round.
Speaker 3 (01:07:32):
And I'm not I don't I'm not really surprised that
he did that.
Speaker 7 (01:07:35):
In fact, Josh Shacobs is another of my favorite running backs.
I don't know, maybe maybe because I'm an Albama High
fan and I.
Speaker 1 (01:07:41):
Live in Alabama a thirty years, so I know.
Speaker 3 (01:07:45):
Guys two as a Fama guy, all these guys, you know.
Speaker 7 (01:07:49):
And so when I saw that, I said to myself,
I'm gonna be drafting wide receiver again in round two,
even though I drafted one in round one. I said,
then I'm just gonna look at the running backs for
a while, and I did for three rounds.
Speaker 1 (01:08:02):
So there's no way that you would ever take Henry
in the first round. What I'm getting at is, if
you show up in Las Vegas, you're drafting three teams
and you've been signed a draft pick of the third,
you've got the third pick, You're not going to take
him there. You got six pick, You're not going to
take him there because you got the nine pick and
you want to have Derrick Henry. What do you think?
Speaker 4 (01:08:21):
Would you take him at one O nine mic or
would you just like hope that he makes it back
to you at two, ten or two?
Speaker 3 (01:08:28):
That's one.
Speaker 1 (01:08:28):
That's a toughy.
Speaker 3 (01:08:29):
That's a toughy. Yeah, is a toughy.
Speaker 7 (01:08:33):
I probably wouldn't hesitate to take him in the eleven
or swall hole at nine. It just depends on who
else is there, right, you know, because at the ninth hole,
I've seen some drafts where Saquon Barkley switched to eight.
So gonna make it to me at nine? I mean,
you know, there's there's been some interesting picks on the board.
(01:08:53):
I've seen Gipps go number one. Overall, you got covered
a draft, right, you know, So so things are things
are unpredictable for the most part. But I found interesting
is that when you're live in in UH. I love
drafting live also, so of course I'm gonna see you
guys that are in a couple of weeks, But when
(01:09:13):
you're drafting live, it seems a little bit less predictable
than when you're drafting online. And I always thought that
I would have an easier time drafting online, but I
really don't, and it seems that and maybe it's because
I'm actually drafting in too. May have been teams back
to back on Saturday this year, and uh, I kind
(01:09:34):
of play that because I was like, I'm doing a
little bit better in these live drafts and maybe I
can adjust a little bit better than some of these
other guys that seemed to be kind of frozen or something.
Speaker 3 (01:09:45):
I'll never forget the one to one guy to bring
into one draft. He was Eve's.
Speaker 7 (01:09:48):
His his cheet sheets were completely overtaken, and he was
the very last pick of the draft.
Speaker 3 (01:09:55):
And the guy asked him, R, who do you want taken?
Speaker 7 (01:09:59):
Nope, taken. No, he's also taken. Literally, he might have
about ten names before he grabs some dude that didn't
do anything.
Speaker 3 (01:10:07):
You gotta be prepared to draft anything, you know.
Speaker 7 (01:10:11):
And there are some people that just freeze and it's
like and then you say ten seconds and then all
of a sudden, oh, and the blows up.
Speaker 1 (01:10:20):
When we get to Saturday. When we get to Saturday,
you're gonna have four teams that have stats on the board.
It was really changed. And last year with Henry, after
that miserable first game, when I drafted the next day,
I was able to take him with the first pick
of the fourth row. Yeah, he was flying.
Speaker 3 (01:10:39):
He was flying before that.
Speaker 1 (01:10:40):
Game, now you know.
Speaker 4 (01:10:43):
And so yeah, Mike, before Pharaoh asked you the final
question about f F mastermind dot Com, which we all
want to hear about, just to pick your Crimson tied brain.
There are a lot of people banking on a Jamison
Williams breakout this season. I just want to get your
feel on on that and and how likely you think
that's going to happen in Detroit.
Speaker 3 (01:11:03):
Well, I don't understand what this breakout he had. The
breakout last year was his breaking yards? Yeah, yeah, a.
Speaker 7 (01:11:09):
Thousand yards and what what? What he not nine ten?
How many scores did he have? I mean, I'm just
going to yeah, nine nine scores. So uh but can
he do a little bit better this year? I think
he can?
Speaker 4 (01:11:20):
Uh?
Speaker 3 (01:11:21):
Is he?
Speaker 7 (01:11:21):
I'm not so quite so sure because you still got
Saint Brown there, you got Laporta, and Laporta was healthy
by the end of the season. He's really started kicking
it in and drawing the targets and all, and they're
just going to keep spreading around. But Jamison takes advantage
the routes, the deeper routes that he runs. He takes
advantage of making big plays. And he certainly he did
this in Alabama And I.
Speaker 3 (01:11:40):
Was like, I want him to stay. I want him
to stay, you know, for another year or two. But
I was like, no, he's gone.
Speaker 7 (01:11:46):
I mean, you know, it's some things like that are
you can't cage an animal like that. So I knew
that when he was healthy, it was it was like,
oh my god, terras acl It's going to take him
a whole season to get acclimated. And that's exactly what happened,
and people slept on him and one of the drafts
I sacked him there and you know, he helped me
get to the playoffs.
Speaker 3 (01:12:05):
So you know, I like James Dawaits this year.
Speaker 1 (01:12:09):
You like a lot of players. You can find a
lot of players that you you know, when you see
a player, I think you find qualities in him that
may translate to success on the field and help us
in fantasy ball. Tell us who one is tonight that
you haven't spoken about, a player that you would like
perhaps in those later rounds, because I found that very
(01:12:30):
intriguing of some of the things you're doing in the
later rounds. But a player that you would really like
to get on your roster. And then is there a
guy that you just won't touch?
Speaker 3 (01:12:40):
Well? Another guy that I like the late rounds Josh Palmer.
Speaker 7 (01:12:45):
I've always liked the way he plays the route running,
the fact that you know he just didn't get the
opportunity as a charger with Ladd mcconki coming in his own.
Speaker 3 (01:12:54):
I picked him up in a couple of leagues and
I was like, come on, you know, and.
Speaker 7 (01:12:57):
He'd get three four catches for fifty yards and I'm like, oh,
come on, you know. But now that he's in Buffalo
with Josh Allen, there wasn't a number one that really needed,
didn't need to be a number one last year, but
he could use the number one. And I just think
a lot of people are overlooking him. I don't understand
why he's going so late. And once again I grabbed
this guy in the fifteenth round of the pros versus jokes.
Speaker 3 (01:13:20):
I think he does have a shot to be the
wr one for them.
Speaker 7 (01:13:23):
I don't think I don't see the separation that key
on plan can't get there. Dolphin Cade is a solid
tight end. But you know we've already went through that
last year.
Speaker 3 (01:13:32):
He can't.
Speaker 7 (01:13:32):
I don't think he has the talent to be the
number one guy in that offense. And you know, of
course he hurt his knee. Now he's healthy now, But
you and you got other guys there, you know, Shakir,
you know, great slot guy. But you know he's going
to get you eighty ninety catches and nine hundred yards
and five scores, you know, but he's not going to
blow off. I think if Palmer's given enough targets, you know,
(01:13:55):
Josh Allen develops the chemistry with Hi.
Speaker 3 (01:13:57):
Mean, it looks good in camp so far.
Speaker 7 (01:13:59):
I can more than a thousand yards than seventy catches,
maybe upwards of ten scores.
Speaker 3 (01:14:04):
I don't know if I'm dreaming there, but you go
where the guy.
Speaker 7 (01:14:09):
Lands in free agency and the talent around him, and
if he's healthy, everything blinding up.
Speaker 4 (01:14:15):
Listen, Mike, if you're dreaming, I'm in that same dream.
Josh Palmer right now is going at wide receiver sixty
three at that thirteen fourteen turn. He has great behind
guys of Rashad Bateman, Marvin Mims, Brandon Ayuk. I'm gonna
bring this up to and you got him a little
bit later in your pros ursus Joe's you mentioned Khalil Shakir.
Bear in mind that Shakir hurt his ankle and he
(01:14:35):
may not be right until week one in the season.
It wasn't kin ankle spring, which normally has a high
risk of re injury. This was the same ankle he
hurt last year as well. And if that's the case,
and Keon Coleman does not take a step forward, like
I don't know, like I'm with you, Dalton Kakaid may
just be a guy. Maybe he takes a step forward
this year. It really doesn't matter for me with Kinkaid
(01:14:59):
and Keon Coleman and cheering all these guys. Palmer's in
the fourteenth round, dude, He's in the fifteenth round, fourteenth,
fifteenth round, whatever it is, wide receiver sixty two. You
are losing nothing if you miss on that. Josh Palmer,
pick right there and you have everything to gain. What
are the ship chasing guys? I always say this is
a small miss, big hit. This is the type of
(01:15:19):
player you want to be in business with. And I
am one hundred percent lining stuff with you on Joshua
Palmer this year for sure. For anybody else who is wondering,
who are some of the sleepers, the targets, the fades
draft strategy, here's where you go. F F mastermind dot com.
Ffmastermind dot com. Mike Nazark has been operating this website
for thirty years. Mike for anybody who's never subscribed before,
(01:15:43):
what are they getting when they hooked up with you
at f F mastermind dot com.
Speaker 7 (01:15:47):
Well, I try to keep this simple. I know what works,
so I stick with it. I'm not gonna mess up,
you know, don't fix when a broke. So basically, we
have a preseason draft guide and we're allays adding to
it every year.
Speaker 3 (01:16:00):
We got twenty three articles in it right now.
Speaker 7 (01:16:02):
It's all strategy related the NFF that Mastermind draft plan.
I got sleepers and creepers. We got rankings all over
the place, profiles and such. The guy's probably gonna end
up over three hundred pages in the past, has spent
four or five hundred pages.
Speaker 3 (01:16:15):
I had so much material in it. People.
Speaker 7 (01:16:17):
Actually, my subscribers are coming to me and saying, too
much stuff in this. I don't have time to read
like sixty pages on offensive line analysis. I just wanted rankings,
you know, I said, okay, Well, so we kind of
compared it back at all.
Speaker 3 (01:16:28):
And of course we have some.
Speaker 7 (01:16:29):
Drafting software Excel spreadsheet that bears that pairs right with
our Master's List, which is our custom ositable cheat sheets
also Accel page and you can use with your draft
and all, and of course the weekly newsletters with daily releases,
the market feature, Waiver Wire on Sunday night picks, the
click and flick you know on Monday, rankings for the week,
(01:16:50):
Flex rankings not PPR PPR, injuries all over the place.
Speaker 3 (01:16:55):
You know. I got a page dedicated strictly basically.
Speaker 7 (01:16:58):
The flagship is all's been NFL quick bits and everything that,
all news related posting bits on that every single day.
Speaker 3 (01:17:06):
Well, when the season begins, all the injury.
Speaker 7 (01:17:08):
Stuff goes premium, so people that subscribe to us, I
know other sites cover it all. We cover every single
injury and if anything is important, not only will I
comment on it, then I send an email to all
my subscribers about it. And if you subscribe, you can
actually email me and get in my opinion.
Speaker 3 (01:17:23):
I all answer.
Speaker 7 (01:17:24):
I'm not going to say, oh I don't have time,
I'm too busy. Oh okay, hey Joe, yeah, I know
your staff member number sixty eight.
Speaker 3 (01:17:30):
Can you answer the question?
Speaker 7 (01:17:31):
No, I answer the question because this is what I
do for Alypics, So I take this customer service very seriously,
and I wouldn't be around here thirty years if I didn't.
Speaker 4 (01:17:42):
Damn straight Mike Faster, Ladies and gentlemen. Ffmastermind dot com
is where to go. You can connect with him on
the excess well FF Mastermind. And I'll bring this up too, Mike,
I look this up while we were talking tonight. All time,
you are tenth overall in the pro versus jokes of
in Bear in mind that we got a lot of
(01:18:02):
people on this list. With all the Joe's over the years,
I mean makes him the top pro. No, he's not
quite the top pro.
Speaker 1 (01:18:10):
Yes he is. Jack did Armani do those numbers? He did?
Speaker 3 (01:18:14):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:18:14):
And Armani is out of.
Speaker 1 (01:18:16):
The first thing he's ever gotten wrong.
Speaker 4 (01:18:18):
It's out there. So six hundred and fifty names on
this list, Mike Nazarek is tenth overall, and he is
as far as everybody who was in the competition this year,
as far as the pros go, Mike is fourth overall,
including what I think is a record. I don't know
if anybody else has ever done this twenty fifteen twenty
sixteen back to back third place overall finishes. So this
(01:18:39):
guy knows what he's doing. He is a high stakes grinder.
There's plenty of pros in this contest that don't play
f FPC they which is fine. Whatever Mike does it.
He walks the walk, he talks the talk, and you
should be listening to the listen or whatever the appropriate
response is on that. But Mike, anytime we get a
chance to talk to you, it's always a treat. Thank
(01:18:59):
you so much for all the insight you provided tonight.
Ffmastermind dot com is ready to go f F Mastermind
and of course f F Mastermind on X Man. I
will see you shortly at Paris Hotel and Casino in
Las Vegas in a few weeks.
Speaker 1 (01:19:14):
Man.
Speaker 4 (01:19:14):
Until then, man, enjoy drafting season and keep up the
great work.
Speaker 3 (01:19:18):
Well, thank you.
Speaker 7 (01:19:19):
I want to I want to say one time before
we go here, because it's thirty years and I always
give a discount offer to listeners here if somebody wants
to try the old Man's service, because I'm getting up there,
going to be sixty fricking years old in like a month.
Speaker 3 (01:19:33):
I can't believe I've been.
Speaker 1 (01:19:33):
Doing this a year as we're I know, I know, so.
Speaker 7 (01:19:38):
The special discount code I always used to give twenty
percent off, right, Well we're celebrating thirty right, so it's thirty.
Speaker 3 (01:19:45):
Percent off thirty percent off the Super Bowl package.
Speaker 7 (01:19:47):
Uh, the code is f FPC what else would it
be f FPC eighteen. So if you go to my
site at f mastermind dot com, you click on order
there choose the super Bowl Package fifty nine to ninety five,
you get eighteen dollars off if you put in FFPC
eighteen and you can get the whole thing for forty
two bucks, and that's under under forty five.
Speaker 3 (01:20:08):
The Pro Bowl Package is our second.
Speaker 7 (01:20:10):
Tier package that's fifty so you're getting more more value
that way too. Thirty percent off, I don't know so
I And also one was to pick my brain here
anyone that's playing the f FPC.
Speaker 3 (01:20:22):
So I'm playing, and I'm playing. I've got three main.
Speaker 7 (01:20:25):
Event teams this year, so you want to know what
I'm thinking, and I might be in your draft.
Speaker 3 (01:20:29):
Buy my product and you'll get my rankings. Okay, I
think it's a no brainer, but you know.
Speaker 1 (01:20:35):
That's awesome aation.
Speaker 4 (01:20:36):
Mike Nazarek is a man of the people. Don't everybody
anybody ever forget that. Remember that discount code for the
Super Bowl package at ffmastermind dot com is f FPC
one eight f FPC one eight. That's gonna get you
thirty percent off that fifty nine to ninety five dollars value.
And listen, if you are drafting live in Las Vegas,
you're gonna feel a lot better having the Mastermind's rankings
(01:20:57):

Casino in Las Vegas. Continue to keep up all the
great work, Mike Fftmastermind dot Com, FFT Mastermind on the X.
We will look forward to talking with you very again,
talking with you again very soon, and be good man.

in a couple of weeks.
Speaker 1 (01:21:23):
You got it.
Speaker 4 (01:21:24):
That is Mike Nazarek, Ladies and gentlemen, the Fantasy Football Mastermind.
Remember Ffmastermind dot com is where to go and enter
in that discount code f FPC one eight for thirty
percent off that Super Bowl package. It is worth it
in spades. This guy. All he does is win. He's
had an extraordinarily good track record, not only the process
as Joe's, but in the FFPC main event in FFPC
(01:21:46):
high stakes leagues as well. Good to talk with Mike,
Good to talk with Craig Campbell. Good to talk with
Ferrell Elliott Farrell, I'm gonna let you get some rest tonight.
Speaker 7 (01:21:55):
You have.
Speaker 4 (01:21:56):
Sunday is the big event in northern Kentucky for the
KFFFC live events. Everything is sold out there. However, there
are a few spots left in Louisville, not this weekend,
but the coming weekend. I think six spots overall.
Speaker 1 (01:22:11):
Since that's yeah, on Saturday night, eight and eleven, come
make it a late night action. We can get you in.
And for the listeners that want to play our eleven
o'clock that's our midnight Madness draft. That's our Midnight Madness too.
On Saturday night. We're going to open that up to
some virtual players. So if if you're at home, can't
make the trip, but you would like to play live
(01:22:36):
in in involved where in a draft where you can
then bid on your draft position. That's the advantage you've
being a virtual drafter rather than an online drafter. You
can join the bidding group and get your position.
Speaker 4 (01:22:52):
The other thing I want to say is, speaking of
virtual drafters, the KFFF has online stuff going on a
ton until the start of the season, so you will
not have to wait long for an ff extuly me
a KFFFC main event to fill. We have a no
huddle two hour slow draft, which I got to tell
my buddy West Coast Threats to sign up for because
(01:23:14):
he and I are going to be spilling a team
in that as well. The Sunday main event full back
Dive Division that is going to be open six o'clock
Eastern time. There. It's open right now. You can register
for that. But dude, a ton of online main events
until the start of the season where you can take
advantage of the one fourth annual kffs C Main event
(01:23:35):
featuring a twenty five thousand dollars grand prize. I get
a ton of teams in the main event. I'll probably
have a few more before the end.
Speaker 1 (01:23:42):
Of the season.
Speaker 4 (01:23:43):
Looking forward to seeing you in Louisville, farl KFFFC dot
com is ready to go. Good luck in Northern Kentucky
on Sunday. I know you're gonna crush it, and I
know a lot of people are excited about it, myself included.
Have fun on Sunday, my friend and we will talk
with you live in Louisville next week.
Speaker 1 (01:23:58):
See you soon, sir.
Speaker 4 (01:23:59):

Don't forget about the FFPC Best Ball and super Flex
Bestball tournaments. Three hundred thousand dollars and one hundred thousand
(01:25:45):
dollars grand prize is going on there. We added one
hundred thousand dollars runner up prize for the FFPC Bestball

still going strong. They are running out on the season
because we are less than three weeks from away from
the start of the time twenty twenty five NFL season.

was broadcast live and was watched around the world. Balky
and Farrell will be back next week with more analysis,
more interviews, add more advice from guests much smarter than
they are. Thanks for watching, and we'll talk with you
(01:27:16):
again next week.
Speaker 4 (01:27:20):
Normally a giving update on the midnight Draft. It starts
in twenty five minutes, and don't worry about it because
it's already full. We don't have any more drafts filling
up tonight. However, starting at eleven am Eastern time tomorrow
the Big Gorilla, we'll get back on track. I'm gonna
send you an email tomorrow morning of everything going on
FFPC related so you can find out exactly when you
(01:27:41):
can draft in the big Gerill in the main event.
Don't forget KFFSC dot com. What's that website KFFFC dot
com for everything going on with the Kentucky Fantasy Football
State Championship main events live in Louisville or online for
you virtual drafters as well. Compete against me compete against
a ton of people, including Craig Campbell, the defending main

(01:28:03):
time to be drafting fantasy football in the KFFFC and
FFPC this time of year. Ferroll didn't think we go
an hour and a half tonight. We went ninety one minutes.
So there you go. Little bonus fantasy football talk for
you to this evening. Thanks so much everybody. We will
talk with you again next week.
