Speaker 1 (02:19):
The live stuff is all spoken for here, but there's
plenty of online drafts going on. There's a slow two
hour main event that I'm in right now with my
good buddy Jim. We hope that fills because we want
to get that done. And there's plenty of live online
stuff going on pretty much every single night until the
start of the season. That's a kf F s C
dot com, Facebook dot com slash HSFF hour is where
you can find us. You can also email the show

(02:41):

you have any questions for us, just post them in
the chat. We'll try to get to all the x posts,
all the Facebook posts, and all the emails coming up
in the fantasy feedback segment later on in the show.
I know what else we're gonna do tonight. We're gonna
figure out this hype I thing. We got to figure
out who the hype guy is gonna be for Vegas
drafts and for Kentucky drafts, more so for Vegas because

(03:05):
I think that there's still two you know, there's still
two weeks before we have real NFL football, and obviously
player valuations are going to change here, and I think
part of the reason is we don't have any football,
so we just make up crazy stuff that we think
is going on dominic right, and when that happens, ADP
changes absolutely. So let's no audio engineer. And my best

(03:32):
friend Bryce is commissioned drafts tonight, so I'll still shout
him out. Our producer mutual friend Rob not here obviously
as well, since we're on location. So I want to
kick things off tonight before we get to the hype
guy by telling everybody to go to ffmastermind dot com.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Ffmastermind dot com.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
Is where to go for one of the longest running
publications in fantasy football history. Mike Nazrek has been doing
He was on the show last week. He's been doing
it for thirty plus year years. Remember with the code
f FPC one eight f f PC eight. I'm gonna
post it right now here so everybody knows what code
you use, f FPC one eight. If you utilize that

(04:10):
code at ffmastermind dot com, you are going to get
a significant discount. It brings the Super Bowl package down
from fifty nine to ninety five all the way down
to forty one ninety five. So make sure that you're
taking advantage of that at f f mastermind dot com.
F f mastermind dot com. Remember that code f f
PC one eight. This is some of the best stuff
you're gonna get. Mike Nazaik has seen it all, he's

(04:32):
done it all, he's seen it. How long you've been
playing Fantasy football dominant.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
In two thousand and seven, So.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Two thousand you're looking at like fifteen years roughly a
little bit more. And Nazak has been doing this since
like the like the Nixon administration essentially, so there's nothing
that he has not come across that he hasn't seen before.
F f mastermind dot com. Use that code f FPC
one eight. Let's get into the show tonight, ladies and gentlemen.
Big gorilla drafts going on f FPC Main Event. Drafts

(04:58):
going on the super Brat are not super rackets, full
the Terminator drafts, Dynasty, Empire, Dynasty. I'll check it out
at my f FPC dot com. I'm forgetting something. No,
that's everything. That's everything we have going on. So m
y FFPC dot com is where to go. Remember to
like this video, subscribe to the channel, comments on the video,
share with your friends, share with your enemies, and get
notified each and every time we go live.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
Let's get to know you, Dominic. I know you.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
We've hung out before. You visited me in Appleton, which
was awesome. Tell the viewers what you're doing for a
living when you're not crushing all these fantasy football leagues.

Speaker 4 (05:29):
Well, the the solar industry has been the main one.
I've been in for a very long time, over fifteen years,
and started out in California and ended up moving out
to Vegas for it twelve years ago and have been
there since. And now I've started up my own solar
company LLC. And that was back in January, right and

(05:55):
a little bit, so we've been running that since then.
So I'm now this, we have this, we have just
people watching.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
Absolutely, Yeah, and how long did you say you've been
in Vegas now?

Speaker 2 (06:06):
Twelve beers? Okay?

Speaker 1 (06:07):
And it gives you a lot of time to crush
all these fantasy football leagues. Absolutely, let's talk about Matthew Stafford.
I feel like I've talked about this the last three weeks,
maybe longer on the shows. I mean, I need to
get in that hyperbaric chamber or that big r V
or whatever that Sean mcvaywiel did for the Rams, so

(06:30):
the the in the okay, we know he is practicing
right now. The question to me is what happens when
he is facing non preseason UH rush, pass rushes, blitzes
and guys that aren't going to hold up when they
get there. When he starts taking those first few hits,
how is he gonna do and and when he has

(06:52):
to come back from playing uh one week a full
game and he's got to do the same thing the
following week, how is that can affect him? Jimmy Garoppolo
is currently the backup.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
There right now.

Speaker 1 (07:03):
Puka Nakua I did two drafts already in Louisville here today.
Nicoua was I think a first and a second round
pick in both of them. And then Adams is, you know,
right in that third round area. Obviously the KFF is
the receivers go a little bit higher.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
What are your.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
Thoughts or what's your level of confidence? Not necessarily with
Stafford because he's replaceable, what's your level of confidence drafting
Nkua drafting DeVante Adams that high when you're you know,
everything's on the line here.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
Yeah, I mean to me, Nikoua is still relatively safe,
like I'm not fall you know.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
Well, that's the other thing of how he plays the game.
I mean, you don't worry about him getting hurt too.

Speaker 4 (07:41):
Yeah, I've seen the term QB proof with him a bunch.
So I'm totally happy with him, you know, in the
second round, like I will wait a little bit, like
I like Nico now a little.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
Bit more than Yeah, me too. Absolutely, I'm with you
on that.

Speaker 4 (07:56):
Yeah, I'm I'm he's been raising so but not much
more than that. I'm I'm totally fine with the with
Puka in the second.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
Okay, So Nikoua, you're done with But I feel like
you're leading me to say, like I bulk, I'm not
cool with Adams.

Speaker 4 (08:08):
Yeah, I'm not shy with the lead on I'm gonna
say with Adams, I mean we have stats already with him,
with Jimmy g already back in Yeah. Yeah, something like
I think six games total they played fully with and
uh if I remember the stats, it was something like
average of like sixty five yards a game and six
receptions so.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
And that and that was as the number one yeah now,
and they had to throw right they did, Yeah, all
the time. Fantasymojo dot com. Anytime we cite ADP, it's
always with Darren Rmondi's website, the godfather of the f PC.
Prosss the show's challenge at Fantasy Mojo on X. If
you are playing in the ff PC, highly recommend you
subscribe to uh uh Fantasy Mojo and FFPC. DeVante Adams

(08:53):
Wide Receiver eighteen. Now he's at the four h five
in f f PC. This is Mike Evans, Marvin Harrison,
Tetero McMillan territory. You're telling me that you would rather draft, Well,
I'm not gonna put words in your mind, Mike Evans,
Harrison McMillan, these are guys you like better than Adams
at that spot.

Speaker 4 (09:09):
I would, honestly, Ted Ted Roah, sorry missus McMillan, don't
I have And I was gonna bring this up in
my late you know, later on the show. But yeah, Ted, absolutely,
Marvin Harrison and Mike Evans, I'm still very confident with

(09:30):
over him. It's it's kind of like that Terry McLaurin
DJ Moore Territory. When I start to really look at Adams,
I feel better when I have maybe you know my
two running backs and two wide receivers first before I
start looking at him, because otherwise I that dark cloud
I just don't want to have in my you know,

(09:50):
high starting lineup players.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
Let's uh, let's I don't want to turn this into
a Brams discussion, but I will turn into a receiver discussion.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
Terry McLaurin.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
H I have had no idea what to do with
him out here in my first two drafts. So I
just froze de You're in the headlights, and I let somebody
else draft him. Is that the right play? Terry McLaurin.
Right now in FFPC Big Gorilla Drafts over the last
two days, McLaurin is wide receiver twenty four at the
five oh three. This is Sutton, DJ Moore, George Pickens,

(10:21):
Calvin Ridley, Territory Right.

Speaker 2 (10:22):
Okay, So with.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
McLaurin, I think they're gonna get it worked out.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
That's not the question.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
The question for that, I'm asking myself what happens when
he comes in missing all this time?

Speaker 2 (10:34):
What does that? Do? You know?

Speaker 1 (10:36):
The big narrative this year was like, oh, we got
to play these starters in the preseason because that's gonna
the history tells us that reduces the rate of injuries.
In September, McLaurin is not even practiced. So even if
he reports, I don't know if you're getting a bargain
on him right now because I don't know what version
of McLaurin we're going to see.

Speaker 4 (10:54):
Yeah, Terry to me, Yeah, the missing the practice is
the big the big thing, Yeah, because from what I understand,
when you're when you're missing pre you know, preseason training camp,
that raises your injury level, you know once you head
into you know, full blown and you know, regular season.
So I have to take that into account. I don't
think it is being taken into account much in the

(11:15):
the ADP considering where he's going twenty four.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
That's so then so then it's an easy fade for you.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Okay, So I did make the right call. Yeah, Okay,
all right.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
Now, I wouldn't I wouldn't say I would be avoiding
him at all costs, but kind of like with Adams,
I would just be making sure that he's comfortable.

Speaker 1 (11:30):
There that and like it all depends who's going around him,
and I would have to go back and look. I
forgot what round he went in and the two drafts
have already done today, but I do remember he did.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
He did.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
He went well below a d P from mclorin going forward,
So we'll see on that. By the way, Justin, is
this Justin Cotti right here? Yeah, Coddle, Justin Cottle.

Speaker 4 (11:53):
He was actually in the He's the one. I uh.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
That his that his picture right there, Dominic.

Speaker 4 (11:59):
Minus one hundred pounds roughly in that picture.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
Oh so he's bigger now, Justin.

Speaker 4 (12:05):
Oh yeah, but it's still a stud. He's the one
that he was in the Best Ball Fantasy FFPC draft
that you guysidict it.

Speaker 1 (12:13):
Okay, all right, Well he's saying that now that Brian
Robinson is in San Francisco, and I think this is
a nice segue.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
We should probably talk about it. Maybe they're gonna get
McLaurin squared away. Now.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
We'll see you are wearing your sporting your Niners hat.
Drew Masseli when he sees you is just gonna love
you that that you're wearing that.

Speaker 4 (12:30):
Who met last year?

Speaker 2 (12:32):
Yeah exactly, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (12:33):
Yeah, he's Drew's a huge forty nine Ers fan. So
Brian Robinson, the the the track for him is from
the nation's capital to Northern California to play for the Niners.
Does he just replace Girndo in where he's going in
drafts as as the backup? Is this a case of

(12:54):
him being a stronger, you know, strong leg bull type
running back where he could save some of the wear
and tear mcay. Does this hurt McCaffrey even in the
slightest You're you're the man with the Niners, So I'm
gonna check to your.

Speaker 2 (13:06):
Knowledge on this. How you think they're gonna use it?
And you were excited about this, very excited.

Speaker 4 (13:09):
Yeah, very excited this morning when I saw that that
trade for really.

Speaker 2 (13:15):
Not much a sixth round sixty.

Speaker 4 (13:18):
Yeah, I believe he's definitely gonna slide into that backup role.
I think Isaac Grendo is still hampered by his injury, and.

Speaker 2 (13:26):
He always seems to have something.

Speaker 4 (13:27):
Yeah, that's he had had it last year. I mean
incoming Jordan Mason, he just blew it out of the water.
But yeah, Brian Robbins, I've actually have been watching him
from his college years and he was one of the
leaders in the f FBS records, so I liked him
going into the NFL. I think he's just getting a
little you know, undervalued from the you know in the

(13:49):
NFL in general, but luckily the Niners saw some good value.
I think that he just slides in. I think that
also leaves a sigh of relief from the Niners that
they've got someone that's super capable in case, you know,
got for the CMC misses time. But it also allows them.
I think, you know, if I'm thinking, as if I'm
one of the you know coaches, that hey, I can

(14:10):
let the reins off a little bit on CMC, because
you know, if we're gonna win games. I mean, we
want to make the super Bowl, so we got to
let CMC you know, cook.

Speaker 1 (14:20):
So I took him in this draft at four o'clock. R.

Speaker 2 (14:24):
Robinson, No, No, I did not. I did not. I
thought about it.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
But the reason I didn't take him was I had McCaffrey,
and I try to increase my variance in main event
drafts because I want I don't necessarily want my handcuffs
if McCaffrey goes down and I'm probably dead anyway, So
I was grabbing other people's handcuffs and I'm sorry, I
shouldn't use that term. Other people's backup running backs. So
the thing with McCaffrey. I took him at seven seventh. Overall,

(14:48):
I feel pretty good about it. What's your level of
confidence in McCaffrey drafting him in the mid first right now?

Speaker 4 (14:54):
I'm fine with that. I will definitely draft those first
three or four running backs that are going Bijon Saquon Gibbs.
I believe Gent is almost up there. Yeah, is that right?

Speaker 1 (15:06):
He It's weird because like sometimes he'll go in the second,
but then like I think he went like one await
in that draft, so you never know.

Speaker 4 (15:13):
Yeah, so I feel I feel comfortable with him. If
I want to go like a robust RB, that would
probably be a good way to go if I'm drafting
CMC that way. You know, again, if he misses time,
I've got some you know, high you know, high tier one,
you know, high tier two running backs that you know
are are going to slide right in. But but yeah, overall,

(15:34):
you know, I know that the re injury risk is
you know, above average. I think it's like two times
the normal risk for running backs. But still, I mean,
you're talking about a league winner when he's healthy, and
that's the thing.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
It's like, and I say, I've been saying this.

Speaker 1 (15:49):
All offseason, I've been getting giving credit to Ben Gretch
from stealing signals. I don't know if he's the one
who said that. I think he's the one. Stop thinking
about what happens if your guy gets hurt. Start thinking
about what happens if my guy doesn't get hurt, what
happens if McCaffrey doesn't get hurt this year, which I
think is pretty compelling stuff. A couple of comments in
the YouTube chat, I want to get to now you
know this guy Key Coorep's buddy.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
Do you know him at all? No?

Speaker 4 (16:12):
No, I do not.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
I much love guys.

Speaker 1 (16:14):
I was in the Big Gorilla where Jacorey Krosskey Merritt
went in the third round. The other day, I was
commissioning that tript No, I was commission at main event. No,
it was a Big Gorilla where Jacory Krosskey Merrit. This
is I'll just share this story. I don't know if
I've shared it on any of my shows, but the
dude asked me to stop the draft.

Speaker 2 (16:32):
I was commissioning it and.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
He had auto picked JCM and then I said, yeah,
what what do you need? And he's like, actually, uh,
my dogs were attacking the mailman outside and I had
to stop him, but I was going to take Krosskey
merrit anyway, just let's resume.

Speaker 2 (16:47):
I'm like, okay, He's like, yeah, I'll just take him
a little bit earlier. So we did. And then this
we'll look at this from Justin Coddle.

Speaker 1 (16:53):
Truly Bang Bang Niner Gang now with Bijon or with
Brian Robinson, Ricky Pierce. All the two guys were shot
prior to their rookie years, headed up by of course
Glock Party. Yeah who I drafted tonight as well too,
So okay, we we talked about McCaffrey.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
Oh, I know who we.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
Wanted to talk about here As Team Porky's comes by,
you guys want to come on beyond the show, all right,
pop pop around behind us.

Speaker 2 (17:20):
You gotta pop because we have the camera going out
this way.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
So I just drafted with these two yocals right here,
Scott Christian right here, James Hicks here going crazy with
the oinker everything and no wasted oints every time, every
time they made pick sometimes and I made a pick
although you guys, like I said, you shouldn't have pointed
when I took Kareem Haunt.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
Nothing to be proud of. People.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
When you take Kareem Haunt, that is not something to
be proud of. And you guys are going to be drafting.
You're taking the night off tonight and drafting tomorrow morning, right,
drafting tomorrow morning. Team Porky's a staple of the Kentucky
Fantasy Football Live events.

Speaker 2 (17:53):
Here.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Anything you want to say on the air, any any
any fantasy advice.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
Scott that you can give the view draft, have fun
and take the players you want.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
Get your guys, aka right, James, get your guys, Get
your guys, all right, guys.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
I appreciate it.

Speaker 4 (18:07):
Thanks you so.

Speaker 1 (18:08):
Much for swinging up by Team Porky's hanging out with
us tonight too.

Speaker 2 (18:12):
Drafting with those guys all week and it's always fun.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
Quinn Shawn Judkins, I don't know how we go from
winking pigs to quin Shawn Judkins, but that's the segue
that we're going with, and I guess approved good segue.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
Yeah they well, yeah, that's one.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
Hundred percent true. So he's another guy. Dominic, I just
I don't have a good feel for in drafts. I
don't think I mean Cleveland's off, they're gonna throw with
Joe Flacco, right and and they got Judy and in
Djoku and uh Deantae Johnson, Isaiah Bond now as well,
I'm forgetting Cedric Tillman.

Speaker 2 (18:44):
Yeah, thank you, Jeff.

Speaker 1 (18:46):
Watch Jeff Jackie and ladies and gentlemen walking by watching
on his phone.

Speaker 2 (18:50):
There's probably gonna be.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
Some feedback now because you got his phone too close
to the stream.

Speaker 2 (18:54):
You never know.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
So anyway, Uh, how do you handle a guy like him?
Super town talented, also super unsigned right now?

Speaker 4 (19:03):
Yes, I uh not good? I mean, so he's another
avoid I think that was a pretty big, basic obvious
answer there Again, I wouldn't. I'm not always just avoiding
someone at all costs. There's maybe just a few that
I just don't don't do at their ADP. But you know,
I twin Shawn Cleveland pretty much was saying something when

(19:25):
they drafted both him and Dylan Samson and saying that, hey,
we we're gonna be pounding the rock, like playing close
to chest, making these close games good defense. But you know,
with all this now, you know quin Shawn's gonna if
he gets signed, and this is gonna be like a
long ramp up period because again no practice, ye, high
injury risk if he's gonna you know, start out, you know,

(19:46):
week one if he gets signed. So yeah, with Flacco
being named the starter, I'm really you know now, looking
at some of those pass catchers on the Browns. If
if I'm going there, but QJ, I would still still
draft again. I'm waiting until my full lineup gets drafted
before you know. Well, he's a wait and see, he's

(20:06):
a long round.

Speaker 1 (20:06):
He's running back thirty eight, so he's not even drafted
as a top three running back right now in the
FFPC big grill and nine to eleven is where he's going.
But dude, he's going ahead of brayln Allen, He's going
ahead of Trey Benson, Tank Bigsby. I'd rather have all
three of those guys over Judkins right now. You look
at other positions Jaden Reed, Josh Allens, Chris Godwin. I
think I'd rather draft all three of those guys over

(20:28):
Judkins at this, I mean, all these guys are signed.
Judkins is not right, and we don't know if there's
any end in sight. Miles high Luke also posting this
as well. We really think Stefanski is going to go
back to that offense that he seemed to hate running.
Since Watson got there, I feel they turned back to
leaning into their defense in the run game. Now, I
partially agree with mile high Luke here. I think that

(20:48):
would be optimal. Everybody wants to play defense and everybody
wants to run the ball, and then the shortcomings happen
of Hey, our team's not very good.

Speaker 2 (20:58):
Hey we're down by fourteen.

Speaker 1 (20:59):
We got to start throw and and so like with
Mike Tyson, everybody has a plan until you're punched in
the mouth, right, And so I think it's fine if
if you want to do that, if you want to run,
if you want to play defense, I just don't think
they're gonna be able to do that. It sounds like
you're of the same belief.

Speaker 4 (21:14):
I mean a low, low projected point total, you know,
win total for for.

Speaker 1 (21:19):
That yep, what is it like four and a half
something like that.

Speaker 2 (21:21):
It's it's not I don't know, I've seen. If I
had a producer, I could have him looked that up
for us. We don't.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
So you mentioned the pass catchers for Cleveland. Judy is
a yes for you? And Djoku yes or no?

Speaker 4 (21:38):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (21:38):
Okay, Yeah, those two guys outside of those two pass catchers,
is there anybody else?

Speaker 2 (21:43):
And Tillman he goes.

Speaker 1 (21:45):
I mean the four games he was really good towards
the end of last season. Tom Smith hanging out with us.
We got Fazzy Dog back here as well for the
for the Kentucky Fantasy Football State Championship main event, live
events right now always, and Tom is in like every
single one of my draft drafts this weekend. He just
drafted next to me at that four o'clock draft and

(22:07):
uh took Jamior Gibbs at six and I had the
seven pick.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
Oh yeah, so it just fell story well it kind
of was, but I mean like he Gibbs fall into six.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
I just it was a pipe dream for anyway, Stefan
Diggs have not drafted him yet. Initially looked really good, uh,
coming off the ACL tear where Mike Brabel said he
doesn't have any restrictions at all. He's gonna be crushing it.

Speaker 2 (22:33):
And then you know.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
There's some less than flattering video that's out there right
now where he doesn't maybe look as spry as he
did initially, And I wonder if that's the wear and
tear of you know this isn't day two a training camp?

Speaker 2 (22:45):
This is week two?

Speaker 1 (22:46):
This is or you know, week three, week four a
training camp. And then that gives me a little bit
of pause when you talk about drafting digs Now. Right
now his ADP in the ff PC, Big Gorilla is
sitting at wide receiver forty one at the seven eleven, Deebo,
Samuel Matthew Golden, Jordan Addison.

Speaker 4 (23:06):
Territory right there with those guys more.

Speaker 1 (23:08):
Okay, So so is that a commentary like you're a
little bit worried about this knee issue for Diggs?

Speaker 4 (23:13):
I am. And it's also a combination of I was
a receiver in high school and that connection that you
have to have with the quarterback is just it can't
be understated like you're talking about.

Speaker 1 (23:26):
Also it's in high schools, think about what it has
to be in the NFL.

Speaker 2 (23:30):
For sure, it's got magnified. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (23:32):
The when you have a vet like Stefan Diggs that's
been the league for so many years now, combined with.

Speaker 2 (23:40):
Like ten right something like that, Yeah, I think it's crazy.
I think about we are old.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
If you are watching this, you're probably old as well.
If you remember digs Now being ten years in the
league anyway, keep going.

Speaker 4 (23:52):
Justin Diggs was hanging out with Cardi b too long
in the off season.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
Right, Yeah, I've got to mention that.

Speaker 1 (23:57):
And hey, listen, I would too if I had the opportunity,
and the other thing too, And I'll let you finish
your thought.

Speaker 2 (24:04):
Damio Douglas is there.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
They drafted Kyle Williams as well, and I drafted Hunter Henry,
who is going to catch you know, fifty sixty passes
this year again as well.

Speaker 4 (24:14):
Yeah, and going super late, I'm sure.

Speaker 1 (24:16):
Right, But the whole point is, like we talked about
Dig's knee, but there's also the issue of these other
guys around him as well that are going to want targets,
that are going to need targets. He is going to
be thirty two. Stefan Digs is gonna be thirty two
this November and he was drafted in twenty fifteen, so
this is his eleventh year.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
Yeah, so there you go.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
Right, Okay, so Digs we have covered.

Speaker 2 (24:43):
You do not like Digs this year?

Speaker 4 (24:46):
Yeah? Again, not a total void, but again, like I've
got my full lineup already drafted. I've got maybe my
first or second bench spot. I've seen that with the
with the injury that he won't come see. I look
at when they're going to go to pre injury form,
and so a lot of the uh doctors on Twitter

(25:06):
that I just follow, you know, do project.

Speaker 2 (25:08):
Pull on are they real Twitter?

Speaker 1 (25:09):
Are they doctors on Twitter or are they Twitter doctors
because there's a difference. I know plenty of Twitter doctors
out there that I would not trust anything regarding them with.
But if they are real doctors, that just happen to
be this one. This one, Okay, all right.

Speaker 4 (25:23):
Week five is when when they're looking at above ninety
percent pre injury form. So okay, I'm going to go
into it with that. He's you know, if I dropped
him again, I like those guys above him, but he's
on my bench until until then. But yeah, you're going
to see that pretty early on if you you know,

(25:44):
week one, when he starts playing.

Speaker 1 (25:47):
The Bears offense, we have not talked about. I was
actually asking the Dizzle about this because I don't know
how to feel about it yet. They looked awesome against
the Bills backups, and I think they're is a palpable
energy with people wanting to draft Caleb Williams Luther Byrd
and Roma dunes A, Dj Moore, DeAndre Swift, Colston Lovelin,

(26:10):
Cole Comet, Walter Payton.

Speaker 2 (26:12):
The list goes on and on.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
I also think there's gonna be some growing paints with
this offense. I don't think what we saw against Buffalo
is gonna be the usual. I think that there are
gonna be games where we're like I thought Ben Johnson
was a genius, and maybe he is, but I geniuses
can't come out and crush it every single game. So
I think that what I'm dancing around here is is

(26:37):
how how you feel about the Bears offense, how you
plan to attack it this weekend? In drafts, and that
goes for any of the players.

Speaker 4 (26:46):
I was really low on Rome, almost to the point
where he was a total avoid considering the guys around him.
I was draft in.

Speaker 1 (26:53):
Okay, So why was he a total avoid then? Like
just because just other guys that were going there you
liked better, correct, So you weren't a waiting me just
phone guys that this guy is going at the same spot.

Speaker 4 (27:03):
As Yeah, okay, that's yeah, I get it. That's that's more.
That's definitely more like it. But I've been a lot
higher now on on Rome. I like what Ben Johnson's
saying when he's getting you know, when he's being interviewed.
I like that the fact that it's a it's a
better head coach in even though he hasn't been a
head coach before that anything.

Speaker 2 (27:20):
That better offensive mine, for sure.

Speaker 4 (27:24):
He said, he said some things that have kind of
sparked some fire underneath some butts over there. So it's
really relying on Caleb and and how much trust you
have in him getting to that point where he could,
uh he can lift those receivers to where they are
fantasy stardom, you know.

Speaker 1 (27:43):
So if there's uh cole comment, I have been taking
in Kentucky Best Ball drafts as my third tight end.

Speaker 2 (27:51):
I have not taken him.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
I don't plan on taking him as a backup tight end. Here,
Why Pharaoh's calling you, Farrell? Why are you calling me
right now where you know we're on the air. Maybe
he does? Should we put him on right now?

Speaker 2 (28:03):
Okay? Hold on here here it is, hey, Farrel. You
know we're doing the show right now, right Okay?

Speaker 1 (28:12):
Uh, that's that's that's the Phararelell Elliott we know and
love Okay, so there. If there's one guy I am
not interested in drafting this weekend, DJ Moore, I will
take Luthor. I took Luther Burton in that four o'clock draft.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
I would take Romo Doonsay uh at at cost.

Speaker 1 (28:32):
DJ Moore gives me the willies with you know, there's
there's talk about.

Speaker 2 (28:36):
Doonsay could be the number one.

Speaker 1 (28:38):
There's talk that Burden might have this you know, late
season surge where he comes on in the second half
of the year and really becomes that wide receiver one. Remember,
he's primarily gonna be playing in the slot, and that's
where Monro sat Prown was And I'm not going to
compare the two, but I just kind of did so
so you have that.

Speaker 2 (28:53):
I'm fine with Colson Lovelin. You know, when you get that.

Speaker 1 (28:56):
Kind of real NFL draft capital a chance that are
gonna a pretty good pro. I'm a little bit worried
about him getting off to a slow start because of
the injury because he's a rookie, but more as the
guy man like I just I don't hear, you know,
I hear about the attitude stuff.

Speaker 2 (29:12):
I hear that.

Speaker 1 (29:15):
The stuff that comes out of Ben Johnson's mouth is
really positive when it comes to Burden and Odoonsay, and
I'm not getting that same feeling with Moore and I'm
not hearing the same things with him. He's the one
fan fate I have for the Bears this year. So
we are of one mind. There, Let's go to the
next point here. I'm gonna skip listener emails. Sorry, listeners,
because it's already half past. The Army have so much

(29:36):
more to get to.

Speaker 2 (29:38):
Let's get to this.

Speaker 1 (29:40):
Uh, a player or players that you are looking to
get on a bunch of teams this weekend. And then
a player or players that you know you can tell
me right now. I guarantee you, balkey, this guy will
not be on any of my teams or these guys
will not be on any of my teams this year.

Speaker 4 (29:58):
And I'm happy I send out this YouTube link to
all of my fantasy Oh yeah, I'm man, so they're
gonna know. You know, hey, at the end of every show,
share with your friends, Share with your enemies, right, share
with your enemies? I followed suit, Yeah did that. But yeah,
one guy is Ricky Piersall and I'm not something you
don't like, like.

Speaker 1 (30:18):
Okay, good, And we're of one. Mind here, that's another.
I drafted him at one o'clock today. I feel really good.

Speaker 4 (30:23):
Congratulations, thank you. Yeah, looking at a league winner right there.

Speaker 2 (30:26):
Why do you why? Why is it?

Speaker 1 (30:28):
I mean obviously everything like well, yeah, sure the guy
in the forty nine ers had is going to talk
up peerslf specifically, what do you like about him and
his fantasy prospects this year?

Speaker 4 (30:38):
Where he's going and drafts? Yeah, which is just a crime,
in my opinion, a crime, a crime that.

Speaker 2 (30:45):
Is bold talk. I'm looking it up right now.

Speaker 1 (30:47):
As far as where he's going in the FFPC Big
Gorilla Tournament Rill, Yeah, the big Gerrilla date is what
I have on Fantasy Mojo over the last couple of
days right now. So, Pear Saul has an ADP. And
actually I'll tell you his his high point in his
late point two in drafts.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
Gone, his high as five to one gone, his late
as seven o nine.

Speaker 1 (31:06):
Oh okay, settling in at six oh six.

Speaker 4 (31:08):
Okay, that's not that is not not criminals? Would the
I guess the drafts I would have been in have
seen him.

Speaker 2 (31:14):
Go filled with draft criminals?

Speaker 1 (31:16):
But not here at the Kentucky Fantasy Football State Championship.

Speaker 4 (31:20):
Yeah, so I'm happy that.

Speaker 2 (31:22):
It's a cost thing.

Speaker 1 (31:23):
It's a draft costing and obviously talent and role plays
a big part in this too, and.

Speaker 4 (31:28):
The wide receiver room in general just being just have
question marks. Jwan Jennings having displeasure.

Speaker 1 (31:35):
Is that a real Is that a real calf injury?
Is that a hold in calf injury?

Speaker 4 (31:39):
I do not know. Niners alone just have you know,
the curtains up all the time on what's actually happening.
But just the simple fact that he's not practicing again,
just you know, he's not connected, not getting into that
football shape. We saw what Ricky Piercell could do last
year in those two or three games when he just exploded,

(32:01):
so we know what he's capable of. So I'm definitely
trying to get him where he's going. I'm happy to
see that his ADP went up. I know it's kind
of weird to say, but he's.

Speaker 1 (32:10):
Wide receiver thirty three, so he's sort of like a
back end third wide receiver right now for people. So yeah,
I mean there's this. You can make a lot worse
picks in the sixth round than Ricky Pierso on the
FFPC big Griller right now, that's the guy you like.

Speaker 4 (32:24):
That's the guy that I like.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
For sure.

Speaker 1 (32:26):
You already said you don't like DJ Moore. Who's another
guy you don't like?

Speaker 4 (32:28):
This I don't like. And I will take a little
hot tip to Tedro and McMillan up until you know,
I was drafting him at least a round above his ADP.
I think he's just gonna be a smash for the Panthers.
Obvious number one.

Speaker 1 (32:44):
This is why we can't not sit in the same
draft next to each other, because you and I are
of the same mind on Tedro and McMillan too.

Speaker 2 (32:50):
Another guy who's just drafted. I took him.

Speaker 1 (32:53):
Actually I might have reached on him, but I took
him in the third round of this main event in Kentucky,
and I started off with McCaffrey, McConkie.

Speaker 2 (33:02):
And McMillan, and I did a version of that.

Speaker 1 (33:05):
Yeah, I did a version of that last year in
the KFF or one of the kff C auctions, and
I won the whole thing where I took all these
mcm guys or you know whatever, you know that the
mc guys and it ended up working out. Now, not
all of them were great, but but I ended up
winning the league and hopefully I can.

Speaker 2 (33:23):
Do it here.

Speaker 1 (33:24):
I just think it's target share, target volume is going
to be out of control. I think that whole NFC
South is just going to be chock full of a
lot of uh not blowouts, shootouts, And you know, you
look at even the good teams, like Tampa's back seven
is not great. New Orleans we already know the story
with them. They can't defend, they can't score. Carolina, I

(33:45):
think I was expecting them to utilize a lot of
draft capital on their defense and that didn't happen. They
went to the offense. So the offense is even better
this year. And then who's the other team at Atlanta?
Which which is a team built for shotts?

Speaker 2 (33:59):
I think they should like.

Speaker 1 (34:01):
If there is one division in pro football that I'm
gonna have the most players on, it's probably gonna be
the NFC South this right, So McMillan is another guy
you like, that's right?

Speaker 2 (34:10):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (34:12):
To what I don't like, Yeah, Breese Hall. I mean
that's probably non uncommon take, but I will not have
him on any of my teams.

Speaker 2 (34:21):
Now, especially where he's going.

Speaker 1 (34:23):
JJ Zecheresen wrote about this in a recent late round
email that I read, and I'm going to bring this
up right now because I think on the surface, I
agree with you running back eighteen at the four oh
seven right now, which is high. But if he is
going to be getting because Brankley Allaen is never a

(34:45):
big time pass catcher, if he's going to get a
lot of the passes Isaiah Davis is dinged up right now,
there's value in that. And I'm thinking through this out
loud right now whether I would take him in the
fourth round. And I guess the first thing I think
of is is the off quarterbacks just and fields where
he will look for his first read and then run,

(35:07):
you know. And I don't think Bristall is gonna be
the first read on a lot of plays. It's like, hey,
let's scheme this to Garrett Wilson, let's scheme this to
Mason Taylor, and if it's not there, he's just going
to run, you know, eight, ten, twelve times a game
or whatever.

Speaker 2 (35:20):
So maybe you are right.

Speaker 1 (35:21):
Maybe Brestall, even at that that's not low enough. You
could be right on this now.

Speaker 4 (35:25):
And you kind of said you can kind of say
the same thing that we had said about Cleveland just
you know, the want is to run it, especially you
have a briestall is a talented yeah, super talented. And
you know Braylan Allen has been talked up by the
current coaching staff. Again, you get to keep in mind
that this is a new coaching staff that came in
after Bresol was drafted with the old coaching staff. You

(35:47):
have a plan until they get hit in the mouth,
they're going to try to you know, they want to
win games. Maybe you want you want to think that,
so yeah, for sure, I mean that guy, that guy
is totally serious.

Speaker 1 (36:02):
Yet it so anybody who works for Dan Campbell, I
would I would kind of trust them to go to
like not not even making light of it.

Speaker 2 (36:09):
I would trust them to like go to war and
fight for me. Like that's just that's the end.

Speaker 1 (36:14):
I don't think he remember, yeah, lead the charge like
I remember Duce Staley in Hard Knocks when the lines
are on Hard Knocks a few years ago, and I'm like,
this guy does not. I don't view him as a
very good coach or very intelligent individual. But at the
same time, nobody had the passion that Duce Staley did.
And I think Dan Campbell gets these these firecrackers, these

(36:36):
guys in here that really light fires, and Aaron Glen
one of them, and and so yeah, he's he's gonna
I thought it was super bold of him to like say,
basically not even give Aaron Rodgers a chance to like,
let's let's sit out and let's talk about the physical.
Aaron Glenn's like, nah, we're moving on, bra You're you're
not gonna be here.

Speaker 2 (36:55):
And Aaron Rodgers even.

Speaker 1 (36:56):
Eluded that a little bit as well, Yeah, okay, any
more players that you're down. And I'm beside Breese halts
that you want to mention that was a big one.
That's fine because we got to fly here. We only
got twenty three minutes left in the show. Now Washington,
we talked about Brian Robinson go to San Francisco. Let's
talk about the fallout in in uh DC, dan Quinn
was asked by Ben Standing, I think it was Ben

(37:18):
Standing from the Athletic about who's gonna handle short yards,
who's a handle goal line and he said, Chris Rodriguez
Junior is likely to And obviously with Brian Robinson there
not anymore.

Speaker 2 (37:28):
That makes sense.

Speaker 1 (37:29):
Jacry Krofsky Merritt is like I think anytime anybody sits
down to any of these drafts out here, like the
name that is always gonna raise the eyebrows like, oh,
who's taking them? Like who's gonna be the guy taking
j CM here first? And then there's still Austin Eckler
there with you know, he's you know, our age is combined,

(37:50):
is still half the age of Austin Eckler, but he
still catches passes right, and we have to respect that,
and we have to understand that that is a really
good offense with Aiden Daniels at quarterback. So there's a
lot of moving parts here. I drafted Eckler once today,
I have not taken crosskey merit.

Speaker 2 (38:09):
I don't know if I'm a believer in him yet.

Speaker 1 (38:13):
And uh and Rodriguez to me is just he's it's
going to take multiple injuries for me to want to
start him in any given week, even with the goal
line capabilities. I'll let you talk about it, man, I
don't know how you feel about this Commander's backfield now
the backfield.

Speaker 4 (38:28):
You know, I'm the same way. Eckler is an awesome
pass catcher. Yeah, that's evident as far as the goal
line work though. I mean yes, I mean he can
still run it in they can. They create schemes to
be able to do that, but goal line it kind
of makes me like Zach Hurtz to be honest.

Speaker 2 (38:47):
With Oh yeah that.

Speaker 4 (38:49):
I mean they paid him right just off season, so
they have and.

Speaker 1 (38:54):
We haven't heard, like, have you heard a lot of
positive talk about Ben Sinnatt. I haven't, or Ben Sinnett
said Ben Sinnett, Sorry, I want to be exactly yeah,
Ben senate, probably just call me whatever you want. I
just want to get in the game. And I got
stinking Zach.

Speaker 2 (39:10):
Ertz in front of me right now. I'm with you
on Earth. I hadn't.

Speaker 1 (39:14):
I hadn't thought about that aspect of it, but you're
You're probably right that's it because they're not gonna. I know,
Jane Daniels put on some weight, but I don't think
it's enough for you, like, hey, let's get him you know,
running not push pushes, but quarterback sneaks and stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (39:27):
So that's interesting to.

Speaker 4 (39:28):
Run a little bit a little bit of a risk.

Speaker 2 (39:31):
You are, you are.

Speaker 1 (39:33):
Just the crosskey merrit aspect of this because we have
to get this out into the ether running back thirty
two at the eight oh seven. Now that's big gorilla drafts,
so tight end premium roughly the same, maybe a little
bit higher here, maybe not, maybe right.

Speaker 2 (39:47):
Around the same time.

Speaker 4 (39:48):
So who's going around him?

Speaker 2 (39:50):
All right? So that's that's an excellent that's an excellent question.

Speaker 1 (39:54):
And I'm gonna load that up right now to tell
you because I think when it comes down to, you know,
we Dom and I can talk talk about all these
players till we're blue in the face about how good
we think they're going to be with the fantasy production
and everything, but what really matters is who else you
can take? What's the opportunity cost if you take this
guy or don't take this guy?

Speaker 2 (40:12):
Here? So krosskeymer what I say? Eight oh seven?

Speaker 1 (40:14):
Yeah, that is sharbon A, Jalen Warren, Travis ETN and JK.

Speaker 2 (40:20):
Dobbins. I'm gonna tell you this right now.

Speaker 1 (40:22):
That's four players, right, yeah, four players, and I definitely
like three of them for sure, better than.

Speaker 2 (40:29):
Cross Key pret Okay, maybe that's wrong, though, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (40:32):
Let me guess, Let me guess.

Speaker 2 (40:33):
Yeah, I guess the three that I like better. Yeah, No, No,
that's the that's the one.

Speaker 4 (40:38):
Yeah, Yeah, so JK and then yeah Dobbins and and
Jalen Warren.

Speaker 2 (40:43):
Jalen Warren who was awful in the last preseason game,
but I'm still believing in him this year. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (40:49):
You can't. You can't be over what's it called, you
can't like over react to the right.

Speaker 1 (40:55):
Yeah, I will tell you this, I'm doing fourteen drafts
this I guarantee I'm gonna get sick of drafting Jalen Warren.
I'm gonna get sick of drafting JK. Dobbins, I'm gonna
get sick of drafting Who is the other guy I
mentioned besides it was it was Dobbins, Warren, et on,
I'm fine, like and then the other guy whoever it was,
I'm already sick of drafting Saron.

Speaker 2 (41:17):
And there's me one draft.

Speaker 1 (41:18):
Roo'm like, you know what, this is my Crosskey Merrit draft,
and I'll probably only draft him once. But I always like,
there's always these fomo picks, right, Like, you don't want
to like what happens if Krosskey Merrit ends up rushing
for eleven hundred yards this year and eight touchdowns, catches
scorty balls, I mean we there's a universe that exists
where that could happen. Right, So.

Speaker 2 (41:39):
My best advice is.

Speaker 1 (41:42):
If you are drafting one or two leagues, I totally
get it that you're staying away from.

Speaker 2 (41:45):
If you're drafting like a dozen, probably gonna shot. Yeah,
take a shot. You never you never know.

Speaker 4 (41:51):
And it's not like he's a blatant lineup, you know,
a starter in your lineup going in that.

Speaker 1 (41:56):
No, And okay, if you don't like Austin Eckler because
he's old and brittle, shouldn't you like Crosskey Merrit?

Speaker 2 (42:02):
Absolutely?

Speaker 1 (42:03):
It would make perfect sense if you don't Chris Rodriguez.
How many chances is he had to be good and
he hasn't been. Shouldn't you like Crosskey Merrit? Talking myself
into this right now? This draft him in more than
one spot and this.

Speaker 4 (42:14):
Trade didn't happen because of their confidence and Chris.

Speaker 1 (42:18):
Ro exactly, Yeah, maybe at hand of their confidence in
zach Ertz.

Speaker 2 (42:23):
What is this from?

Speaker 1 (42:23):
Justin cottle Dom's ears perked up at JK.

Speaker 2 (42:25):
Dobbins? Are you Dobbins guy?

Speaker 4 (42:27):
He so, I've been in a long time. He's the
guy who runs the twenty person auctions. Already about yeah.
And which, by the way, those guys are top tier
drafters too. They could you have to be in a
twenty tea Jesus so shout out to the.

Speaker 2 (42:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (42:47):
So, I've always talked up JK dok Award winner when
he's healthy, just been a total smash Nick Chubb like,
so he justin can't get enough of me talking about.

Speaker 1 (43:02):
And the other thing with Dobbins is like, and this
this is another guy that I have not been drafting
a lot and I should No matter what injury befalls him,
he somehow comes back like he should have been out
of the league like three season ending injuries ago, and
yet here he is potentially starting for the Denver Broncos.

Speaker 2 (43:19):
Shift to the art.

Speaker 1 (43:20):
Focus to the Dallas backfield. Jaden Blue returned to practice
earlier this week. He was out because of an ankle injury,
and now he's in line for passing down work in Dallas.
Miles Sanders Davonte Williams have reportedly stayed ahead of him,
although Jade Blue has gotten some first team work as well.
How do you handle a guy like Jayden Blue in Dallas?

(43:41):
This is this a guy I think the easy answer
could be, like the hell with it. I'm not touching
any Cowboys running backs, but there also could be some
value there. If there is value in Dallas, I don't
think it's going to be with Joontay Williams or Miles Sanders.
And maybe this is just me being excited about the
shiny new toy and Blue, but that's the guy I'm
excited about here.

Speaker 4 (44:02):
Yeah, just Dallas in general. They kind of remind me of, well,
a little bit of like the Bengals, just you know,
you know, a below average defense gonna have to be
throwing a lot, you know, a good, you know, a great,
a good quarterback that has been prolific when he's been healthy.
And Dak Prescott and now has George Pickens and now

(44:22):
has Pickens, so this wide receive it's him.

Speaker 1 (44:25):
I feel like when he had Ceede Lamb and Amari Cooper,
he was absolutely crushing.

Speaker 2 (44:29):
And now he's got Lamb and Pickens and Jake Ferguson.
They just ink too.

Speaker 1 (44:32):
I mean, say we will about Ferguson, but that dude
like he doesn't really screw up, like he might catch
it and fall down.

Speaker 2 (44:38):
But he's gonna catch a lot of balls.

Speaker 4 (44:39):
Yeah, But I do like Blue.

Speaker 1 (44:41):
Jayden, Blue Camp, Scataboo, quinch On Judkins, Braylan Allen, Joe Mixon,
that territory.

Speaker 2 (44:46):
Where do you stand up Blue versus those guys?

Speaker 4 (44:48):
And I know I just Mixon all fell all the way.

Speaker 1 (44:50):
Oh yeah, mixing right now nine eight as running back
thirty five in the f FPC Big Grill over the
last two days.

Speaker 2 (44:56):
That's courtesy of Fantasy Mojo dot com.

Speaker 4 (44:58):
Yeah, Paully Mixon would be the one that I would
pick up again.

Speaker 2 (45:03):
Mix over Blue.

Speaker 1 (45:04):
Yeah, okay, see now we can disagree because I would
take Blue over mix.

Speaker 4 (45:08):
That.

Speaker 1 (45:09):
John McLain was talking about this who covers the Texans,
and he said that he was asked about what's the
status of mixing, and he said, Joe Mixon doesn't know,
and the Texans.

Speaker 2 (45:18):
Have no idea that I don't. That's ninth round, man,
I just give me.

Speaker 1 (45:23):
Give me a guy that is playing, practicing, did not
hurt his foot or ankle and some sort of nebulous
injury in the off season. I'm I will probably if
you were to ask me, what's one player you're sure
you won't have, Mixon would probably be the closest player
I could think of of I don't think I'm gonna
draft him all this weekend.

Speaker 2 (45:41):
But I get it.

Speaker 1 (45:41):
You you still look at the upside there. I just
because what because if he does come back week two
or week three, boom exactly.

Speaker 4 (45:49):
He was able to do what he did last year
with relatively the same type of you know, below average
offensive line. I mean you could argue that it even
got worse over the offseason.

Speaker 2 (46:00):
Think it did.

Speaker 4 (46:01):
You know, you could also kind of give some credit
to uh C J. Stroud. He he regressed pretty badly,
and I think he's going to go back now to
more of a positive regression. So the ball is going
to be moved just fine, you know, offensively. And I
mean Mixing is a great running back when he's healthy.

(46:21):
So again, I've already got my you know, typically I've
got my line up set, you know, the guys I drafted.
By the time that comes around, he will be, you know,
someone that doesn't hurt me much if I have to
drop him in case, you know, Jayden Blue starts to
pop up and or maybe someone.

Speaker 2 (46:37):
Or a camp or I love that guy.

Speaker 1 (46:40):
Well scattered, he heard his hamstring and I think it
was a like a recurring or a reaggravation of something
and he went came back to practice this week. He
is comfortably behind Tyrone Tracy right now on the pecking chart.
H Jord, recording to Jordan Renan, who covers the Giants
for ESPN, said that Tracy would I'm reading a quote

(47:02):
here one percent function as the lead back for the
Giants in twenty twenty five, and Scataboo is the compliment.

Speaker 2 (47:08):
And yet these guys aren't.

Speaker 1 (47:09):
I saw Tracy go in the fourth round one draft
out here earlier today. Fourth, yeah for Tracy, but normally,
I mean, if you look at where these guys go,
Scataboo versus Tracy right now again big gorilla over the
last two days of drafts. And I know I keep
saying that, but it's because one of my laptops died
and I am using my phone to check ADP data

(47:30):
right now.

Speaker 2 (47:31):
This is the wonders of doing a live remode. It's fantastic.

Speaker 1 (47:34):
We love it so right now, Tyrone Tracy versus Cam Scataboo.
Tracy running back twenty seven, Scataboo running back thirty six,
and you're looking at the seven, ten and nine to eleven,
so two rounds later is where Skataboo's going behind Tracy,
And I think that's right.

Speaker 2 (47:52):
I was team Scataboo earlier.

Speaker 1 (47:54):
I drafted him in a bunch of KFFFC basketball leagues,
and now I'm just kind of like, oh, I think
I'd rather have Tracy if I If I'm drafting the
remainder of the season, you knows, the remainder of drafting
season knows the system seems like the fumblings under control,
but we won't really know until the real bullets are
flying out there.

Speaker 2 (48:12):
So you love Skataboo, but do you.

Speaker 4 (48:14):
Still I love him as a player, but I just
love fantasy when you're laying in the ninth round. If
I had to choose, you know, if I'm choosing between
a seventh round Tracy and the ninth round Skattaboo, I
mean I would definitely lean the Tracy.

Speaker 2 (48:26):
Seventh round Tracy, Okay, perfect? All right? What do we
want to get to next year?

Speaker 1 (48:30):
We talked about Scataboo worried about mylak neighbors at all.
We did not talk about He's got three separate injuries.
He's been battling in the preseason.

Speaker 4 (48:40):
I feel like he's the guy in the operation the
old school game where you just tap the wrong thing.

Speaker 1 (48:47):
The wish the wishbone. He needs to have his wishbone remove.
I can't remember what else. The bread basket, Yeah, he's got.
I don't know how we've evolved into this back shoulder
to those are the and apparently.

Speaker 2 (49:04):
He's just fine.

Speaker 1 (49:05):
The Giants, he's just he's fine, just fine them, Well.

Speaker 2 (49:10):
They're they're managing him right now.

Speaker 1 (49:12):
Uh And And I think the thing to keep in
mind is and I took him my first pick of
Live Draft weekend here in Caesars, my first pick one away,
and I draft him with confidence, So obviously I still
believe in him. I guess I'm not worried per se,
but I think that this could this could change. I

(49:34):
don't think it will change. So I think I'm okay
with him in the mid first Would you take him one?
Await one O nine in that area?

Speaker 4 (49:41):
So if late late first round is a little of
a reach for.

Speaker 1 (49:46):
Me, you'd be more likely to take him in the
comeback of the second Yeah, okay.

Speaker 4 (49:50):
Because here's the thing is, the first round is definitely
gonna almost dictate what I'm gonna do in the second round.
And if I'm going. If I'm drafting the lak Abers,
I'd like to know that I have something to supplement
them with, suplement them with another wide receiver that is
just high in that tier in case, you know, he

(50:10):
misses time and because the whole I feel like the
whole Giants offense just relies directly on him, that dark
cloud with your first round pick. I mean again, I
want to make sure I've got some really high tier receivers.
I probably just go almost I don't want to say
zero running back in that in that regard, but just

(50:31):
like with Puoka, you know, I do want to have
someone that can step right in as the number one
on my team if if Molie goes down. And but
he's been managing the toe for all this time, right right,
and this is bags back to college.

Speaker 2 (50:46):
The toe, not the back, not the shoulder.

Speaker 4 (50:49):
So I just he's a PPR guy.

Speaker 2 (50:51):
And I think he's a baller too, Like I think
he's like, you know, screw this, I'm gonna play through anything.
Like I like he's got that a monro St Brown attitude. Yeah,
the chip on his shoulder.

Speaker 4 (50:59):
Who I actually, I would probably take over him. He's lost.

Speaker 1 (51:03):
I would rather have neighbors than Saint Brown. I would
I would rather take. I'm worried about that new offense
in Detroit, and I feel like, if you listen and
I can't, who's the new John Mooreton, the new OC not.

Speaker 4 (51:16):
Winning good stuff?

Speaker 1 (51:17):
No, he just he just talks about Laporta and he
talks about Jamis and Williams Like it's like, you gotta
twist this guy's arm for him to say anything about
a Monro Saint Brown, which which I mean, I have
drafted Saint Brown at the end of the first but
I don't know, man, that might be a guy I
don't vote for this weekend. Yeah, we have to get
how much time we have, okay, nine minutes and then

(51:37):
we got two live leagues starting here, the Hall of
Fame League and I can't remember the league that's going
on right over there. But they don't want to hear
us Yeppen while they're trying to bid for draft spots,
so we have to Yeah. I talked to him a
couple couple of times already today. So many people have
seen Jake of a Light, one of the twenty six ers.
He was at the airport at the same time as
me and he's like, well, I wish, I wish I

(51:58):
would have known we could have shared an uber and
I'm like, dude, like, I'm how would we know, Like
we're not going to share flight plans. And it's so
kind of him because it's such a nice guy. But anyway,
and he had a good draft at that four o'clock
draft too that I was in with him. The Hype
Guy is something that's evolved on the show. It's the
last segment we do of the last show we do

(52:19):
before the NFL season starts. It started off as the
Ascendant because there is always this guy in Las Vegas
at the f FPC drafts that would.

Speaker 2 (52:25):
Move up from like the fifth round. People were taking
him in the third.

Speaker 1 (52:28):
He was going in the fourth round, the people taking
him in the second because they're so locked in on
the upside and the hidden are the mystery box type thing,
and usually it's a rookie that has not necessarily happened
as much over the past few years.

Speaker 2 (52:44):
So we changed it from the Ascendant. We just call
it the hype Guy.

Speaker 1 (52:48):
So who is the guy that's going to be hyped
up most in KFFFC drafts and of course f FPC
drafts coming up in Las Vegas at Paris Hotel and Casino.
Contact Greg's sadoris if you still need a room there,
because he can hook you up, not for free, but
he can he can get your room. So I made

(53:08):
a list and and I don't know how you feel
about these guys, but I narrowed it down to six guys.
And what's interesting is Kevin Williamson, who's not going to
be here this week, the Bourbon City Baller. He is
gonna be in Chicago, so he's going to miss it
this year. But he is like, if there's an expert
on the hype guy like this guy is just dialed
into And so he texted me his candidates and a

(53:29):
lot of more candidates that I had, so the ones
I have here obviously, Jacry Krosskey, Merrit Old Crosskey goes
without saying, Omari and Hampton, Traveon Henderson, George Pickens, Jamison Williams,
an Xavier Worthy. Kind of an interesting one there, Kevin.

(53:50):
And I'm gonna read the text that he sent me.
He said, Tero McMillan, Amika Agbuka, Trevian Henderson, Omarin Hampton,
Jacorey Krofsky, Merrit, and he said, and this is something
from Kevin Williamson. If Jacory Krossky Merrit does something tomorrow, they.

Speaker 2 (54:09):
Play at noon.

Speaker 1 (54:10):
Okay, the commanders do lookout Mojo Fantasy Mojo seven oh
four for his ADP.

Speaker 2 (54:18):
Recently.

Speaker 1 (54:18):
I think we had him at eight oh seven over
the last two days in the Big Guerrilla, so.

Speaker 2 (54:22):
Maybe seven oh four main event. I don't know what
Kevin was looking at.

Speaker 1 (54:26):
So there's a lot of guys on here, and I'm
gonna incorporate Kevin's here. Let's go through his number five.
He has teed McMillan. Maybe he tetro ro. Excuse me,
Maybe he is because you were surprised that I took
him in the mid third. So there is some potential there.

Speaker 4 (54:40):
I love him, like I said, I was here.

Speaker 2 (54:42):
What about everybody else? What do you think people are
gonna Are they gonna go gaga over this guy? Uh No,
I don't.

Speaker 1 (54:48):
There is one play where Andy Dalton's arm got hit
on a bomb to McMillan, and it would have been
like he would have been a huge fifty five yard touchdown,
but his arm got hit by a pass rusher and
it was complete. If that was complete dude, we're talking
about McMillan to the mood team.

Speaker 4 (55:04):
Act that mood Yeah okay, and that Ga Mega Buka,
that's my name. That was the first name before you
started naming off your list.

Speaker 1 (55:12):
Now, the only thing that could throw cold water on
that is Chris Godwin we found out is not going
to be on POP or IR to start the season.
Like they're going to keep him on the active roster
hopefully he's back by week four.

Speaker 2 (55:22):
What version of Chris Godwin we get? I don't know.

Speaker 4 (55:25):
I think it's almost a play as like they just
don't want to force themselves to have to keep them
out for four games when maybe you know, they won't
give themselves the chance to be able to uh to
be able to play you know before then however, I
am not confident that he's going to be anywhere near
pre injury form, which.

Speaker 1 (55:45):
Is what so then I want, right because if you're
drafting like Buka, you don't want because that they're both successful.

Speaker 2 (55:50):
That's just smaller pieces of the pie.

Speaker 4 (55:52):
And what the what's been talked about about like Buka
lately in camp that he's just been.

Speaker 1 (55:57):
Not Yeah, you can't mean anything negative or even mediocre
or average or or neutral about this guy.

Speaker 4 (56:05):
He was a close contestant to be one that when
he asked me about who's definitely gonna be ond my roster, Yeah,
that's he was a close one.

Speaker 1 (56:12):
I wanted to bring up Travion Henderson I put on
this list. I'm gonna lump him in with Omari and Hampton.
Do you think these guys based on what Travian Henderson
did in the preseason, you think they've already ascended, You
think they've the hype is already there.

Speaker 2 (56:26):
How much more can there?

Speaker 1 (56:27):
So yeah, we kind of have to eliminate Hampton and
Henderson because yeah, listen, I don't know how much I.

Speaker 4 (56:32):
Think they're going almost, you know, close to their ceiling if.

Speaker 1 (56:35):
I could, I could be because Ramona Shievenson is still there. Yeah, okay,
and Jacory Krofsky merit. Yeah, he's gonna be hyped up,
but hyped up to the level of, like, well, I
take that mean third round in Big Gorilla, fourth round
in Big Gorilla.

Speaker 2 (56:52):
Maybe there is something there.

Speaker 4 (56:54):
Ladies and gentlemen, you're putting your chips all on that
on him?

Speaker 2 (56:58):
Okay, So so we won't.

Speaker 1 (57:00):
We will eliminate McMillan, Henderson and Hampton. We will not
eliminate Agbuka or Krosskey, Merren Right. And then here's the
non rookies, George Pickens, Jamison Williams, Xavier Worthy. Pickens I
think because he's getting he's in a real passing offense
at a real quarterback.

Speaker 2 (57:16):
Jamison Williams.

Speaker 1 (57:16):
We've heard all off season about Whiskey Bill John Morton
talking him up the new offense for Detroit. I say
it's newish, it's not like brand new, but that might
feature him more. And then Xavier Worthy. If this is
a Rashid Rice suspension of like six games or more,
I mean this is significant and this could be huge
for Worthy. In fact, there are people lit have smart

(57:37):
people not like me that will tell you that their
shocked that Worthy's ADP has not gone higher than it
has been with this Rice stuff going. So is there
anybody off the top? Pickens, Williams, are Worthy or maybe
we can lump them all together. Do you think their
hype will match or exceed Agbuka or Krosskey, merret.

Speaker 4 (57:58):
Oh, exceed me or exceed meet or.

Speaker 5 (58:01):
Exceed, because if it's lower, then we eliminate right Pickens
I feel very confident and just like you said, in offense,
they're gonna be throwing right a ton and.

Speaker 4 (58:15):
The I wouldn't say, Jamison, he's already going high enough.

Speaker 2 (58:19):
I've been pickens by the way, just before you go on.

Speaker 1 (58:21):
Five oh four, five oh four, okay, and he's gone
as high as the four oh five.

Speaker 2 (58:26):
I don't know if he gets.

Speaker 1 (58:27):
Well, I guess he could go higher. He's wide receiver
twenty five right now, so I may there's something there.

Speaker 2 (58:34):
You said, shred of.

Speaker 4 (58:36):
Space.

Speaker 2 (58:38):
So then let's just eliminate.

Speaker 1 (58:39):
Him because you just can't go up anymore, all right,
Jamison Williams though five o nine gone as high as
the four h six wide receiver twenty been.

Speaker 4 (58:46):
I've been torn on him. I mean, you made a
case about the new offensive you know, the new offensive coordinator,
you know, having some I don't say.

Speaker 1 (58:54):
Grumblings, but you know, well, just like stuff that he's
mentioned about, like you know, hey that we love this guy.

Speaker 2 (59:00):
I think he's gonna be big this year.

Speaker 1 (59:01):
Reading between the lines a little bit right anyway, Jameson
Williams tough for me to.

Speaker 4 (59:07):
Get on board, you know, with the other guys that
are going around him.

Speaker 1 (59:11):
I mean, I, well, it doesn't have to. It doesn't like,
let's not worry about that. Let's just talk about the
likelihood that it will go that that this guy is
gonna that's the moon, but significantly up. People are like,
I gotta get me some Jamison Williams when we get
to Paris in Las Vegas.

Speaker 4 (59:25):
Yeah, I think, I think, and with the high stakes
Fantasy football, uh contestants definitely higher than what the early
fifth round I think you were saying, yeah.

Speaker 1 (59:36):
Yeah, okay, yeah, well no will uh five oh four
was Pickens, five o nine was Jameson Williams.

Speaker 4 (59:43):
Then yeah, same, okay, so.

Speaker 2 (59:45):
We'll keep him in there. And then Xavier Worthy four
oh nine. That's a little rich.

Speaker 1 (59:52):
Yeah, it's a little rich. And who's going to be
going crazy on him? So okay, let's throw him up.

Speaker 2 (59:57):
So here's what we got.

Speaker 1 (59:58):
We got Jamison Williams, we got Ja Cory kr Merit,
and we got I think I I always lean into
the guests for this every year. And in the interest
of it being already eight pm here and and they're
getting the bidden going for the draft slots, I'm gonna
defer to you. I think you want to make this
year's hype guy, and I think it's a good choice.

Speaker 2 (01:00:19):
I think it is a mecha.

Speaker 1 (01:00:21):
You named it all right, a meta. There you go,
Kevin Williamson. Uh you you heard it here first, and
I think I that. And by the way, Kevin had
at GUKA.

Speaker 2 (01:00:29):
Fourth on his list. But we're moving off the first. Yeah,
so there you go.

Speaker 4 (01:00:33):
And I think, if I may say, first off, shout
outs all my family and friends have joined up in
this live, live show. I was honored and excited to be.

Speaker 2 (01:00:45):
Mad on this man right now.

Speaker 4 (01:00:47):
So shout out to all the leagues that I'm in
my O g SC and uh, my family. And then
I think Justin had mentioned way early.

Speaker 1 (01:00:58):
Steam in your galax is gonna bring the trivia and
Anders and they been he's been says like Balky sold
me on him, Like like yeah, I mean, I guess,
but I think Steven's been drafting him a lot more
than than I've been drafting.

Speaker 2 (01:01:08):
So take that.

Speaker 4 (01:01:10):
And I couldn't see too clearly what Justin said, like
you asked me like, who are my followers where they?

Speaker 2 (01:01:16):
Oh, yeah, we're gonna go back to that. I'm gonna
find that comment.

Speaker 4 (01:01:19):
He had something, Uh, we're gonna get to it. Maybe
maybe it's show appropriate.

Speaker 2 (01:01:23):
This guy, this is this is the last no I
went past it.

Speaker 1 (01:01:28):
This is the last show before the start of the
NFL season. We could do whatever we want on this one.
Nobody's gonna care here. It is justin Cottle uh dom
fan club name. So we got the b Alcoholics, we
got the Farelli x dom basses.

Speaker 2 (01:01:41):
That makes it.

Speaker 1 (01:01:43):
It seemed like you're stupid, which you're not clearly. I
like the creativity justin childish Dombinos that is fat. I
might just shorten it up to Dombino's. Yeah, Dombinos might.

Speaker 2 (01:01:55):
Be pretty good.

Speaker 1 (01:01:55):
The Great domin with your with your Italian slash Portuguese
heritage like lately the dombies. Yeah, that's okay, dominated Dominatrix
dominatrixes and JK Dombis.

Speaker 2 (01:02:07):
That's that's not bad. JK Dombas.

Speaker 1 (01:02:10):
I think the Dombinos, I think that fits you well. Yeah,
so that that'll be your that will be your club.
Anything else you want to say before we sign.

Speaker 4 (01:02:17):
Off to UH again, Thank you so much for this.
I'm so excited. Friday Night in Kentucky. Can you subscribe
to f f PC YouTube? Yeah, it's well, it's the best.
It's the premiere for fantasy k f F s C.
You can still draft in it with the online drafts.

(01:02:39):
So if you're interested at all and putting your step,
putting your foot into the high stakes world, that is
we always say.

Speaker 2 (01:02:47):
We always say, it's like it's not a big step.

Speaker 1 (01:02:50):
Like you you you are proof positive that like stepping
up from granted you're playing in twenty team auction leagues,
which is a little crazy, but like the step to playing.

Speaker 2 (01:02:57):
K f f C f f PC.

Speaker 4 (01:02:59):
I mean I'm to say proof that. You know, my
first year into FFPC League League winning the champion and
prest year in MC last year was one two.

Speaker 1 (01:03:08):
So dreams really do come true with the Fantasy Football
Players Championship. Okay, so let's wrap things up tonight. Number one,
I want to thank you Dom for coming on.

Speaker 2 (01:03:17):
This is so much fun.

Speaker 1 (01:03:18):
Remember to follow Dom and connect with him on x
at the DOM thirteen t d M one three. I
want to thank Robin Brice, even though they had nothing
to do with tonight show. I want to thank the
FFPC and Farrell Elliott for his brief appearance on the show.

Speaker 2 (01:03:32):
To night we had team Porky's on, we had who else?

Speaker 1 (01:03:36):
Bozzy Dog popped on with Tom Smith Finns Fan. Good
to see those guys on as well. So here's here's
the what I'm gonna tell you. We will be off
for now three weeks. We will take the next two
weeks off one because we have the draft on for
a big grilla next weekend and then we have live
events the weekend after that in Las Vegas. So we
will come back in three weeks on September twelve with

(01:03:59):
a guy I just drafted against. Twenty time FFPC winner
Ray Segern is going to be coming on the September
twelfth episode. Case you missed the Better Sports Networks Insider
Access show. Last night, Dave and Tresca from Rodaballer was
on with me and that was a lot of fun,
and we will be back for the season four premiere
of that show this coming Thursday. Tyler Buker from Fantasy
Guru will join me for two full hours Big Earl

(01:04:19):
a Tournament FFPC Main Event, FFPC Bestball Tournament, FFPC Superplex,
Bestball Tournament, Dynasty and Empire Leagues all available at my
FFPC dot com.

Speaker 2 (01:04:30):
Sign up right now.

Speaker 1 (01:04:31):
They are pacing ahead of schedules, so as Pharaoh always says,
don't be a wish I had, and hopefully we'll see
you in Kentucky next year. Last thing I'll mention too,
I mentioned at the top of the show. If you
want some really, really good analysis from a guy who's
seen it all, ffmastermind dot com is where to go.
Ffmastermind dot Com. Michael Nazerg, who's on this show last week.
He's given me a sweet deal right now. When you

(01:04:52):
sign up for that Super Bowl package, he's knocking eighteen
dollars off the price a bit, from fifty nine to
ninety five down to forty one to ninety five when
you use the f FPC eighteen. That is f FPC
one eight at Fantasy Football Master excuse me, f F
Mastermind dot Com. I'm gonna put both of them in
here right now so you can see this. Mike is

(01:05:12):
a tremendous not only content provider, but this dude won
the Sports Illustrated Expert League four times in a row,
and then they disbanded it because they got sick of
Nazareth winning it every year. He knows what he's talking about.
He's won at least a dozen plus leagues in the
ff PC. It's not like he's a big volume guy
where he's playing dozens and hundreds of leagues. But I'll

(01:05:34):
tell you his hit rate is pretty damn good in
the ff PC. So check them out f f mastermind
dot com and then use that code f f PC
one eight. It's on the screen right now, f FPC
one eight.

Speaker 2 (01:05:46):
That is gonna do it. And my friend, you're ready
to do some drafting.

Speaker 4 (01:05:48):
I can't wait.

Speaker 1 (01:05:49):
That's gonna be fun. I get an auction here starting
in a little bit. The room is starting to fill up.
The room is gonna be crazy town banana pants all weekend.
Hopefully you can make it to Caesar Southern Indiana next
year in draft with Dominic with me next year for
Dominic Gazzetti. For everybody else who is a big part
of the show tonight and going forward the last few weeks,
this has been the High Stakes Fantasy Football Hour exclusively

(01:06:11):

listening to interviewing it, what have you, and we will
sign off right now. Ladies and gentlemen, thanks so much
for watching. We will talk with you again in three weeks.
Your weekend officially starts now.

Speaker 3 (01:06:31):
This has been another episode of the Hot Stakes Fantasy
Football Hour, presented by my ffpc dot com. It was
broadcast live and was watched around the world. Bulky and
Farrell will be back next week with more analysis, more interviews,
add more advice from guests much smarter than they are.

Speaker 2 (01:06:50):
Thanks for watching, and we'll talk with you again next week.
