About our guest: 

Jeff Fisher, a former NFL coach from 1985 to 2016, is now serving as the Commissioner for the debut season of Arena Football One. With decades of football leadership, he brings extensive experience in building football operations and organizations. 


Fisher’s NFL coaching career spanned 21 seasons with the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans (1994–2010) and the St. Louis/Los Angeles Rams (2012–2016), compiling 173 wins, six playoff appearances, and one Super Bowl appearance. He coached multiple award-winning players, including Steve McNair (MVP, 2003) and Aaron Donald (Defensive Rookie of the Year, 2014). Fisher has also mentored numerous head coaches, most recently supporting Eddie George and his staff at Tennessee State. 


A former player on the legendary 1985 Chicago Bears and the 1978 USC National Championship team, Fisher understands how to build successful organizations. As a tireless advocate for players and fans, he is committed to ensuring the long-term success of Arena Football.
