About our guest: 

Kristen Kukta is the founder and CEO of Unblurred Media, a Nashville-based PR and marketing agency, and the creator of POTSies, a supplement brand supporting those with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Diagnosed with POTS in 2016, Kristen turned her personal health journey into a mission, developing POTSies alongside medical experts to provide real solutions for patients. 


Through Unblurred Media, she’s helped businesses nationwide cut through the noise with bold PR campaigns, e-commerce growth, and high-impact storytelling. Beyond business, Kristen supports community initiatives like Change the Stars, an annual event benefiting children in Haiti. 


Her work bridges health, entrepreneurship, and empowerment—giving both people and brands the tools to be seen, heard, and supported.
