Nov 16th for a Special Yoga Pop-Up Event inviting you to press pause, realign, and take a moment to reflect on what might be next.
For many of us, it's been a Big year with many changes and transitions. This special session, guided by Akilah Chopfield, founder of Neon Soul Yoga, is all about reconnecting with ourselves (and our amazing community!) as we embrace whatever season we're in. Come as you are—there's no need to be a yogi :) We'd love to see your sweet face!
