It's my birthday today, so I figured i'd celebrate by watching my favorite movie of all time and make Chris and Anita watch it with me! Chris watched the Directors Cut and Anita and I watched the Final Cut. No matter the cut, we got some good 'ol cyberpunk, jazzy, replicant filled goodness for you this week and it's all good, if they don't like it, disownment ain't a new concept.

Starting off 2026 with a triple feature of movies I had never seen before. Watching a bunch of blue aliens run through trees and fly around on birds, didn't seem to really be my thing but you know, there may be something here. Anita joins me this time and gets to hear my ASMR voice as well as my angry rant about a certain kid in the film.

Finally getting this one out of the vault and since we have been taking a short break for the holidays, I figure i'll give everyone an extra present and release it to everyone. A while back, we watched Kubrick's The Shining and Anita was not a fan. She is a huge fan of Stephen King's novel, so I got her to watch the version he did for TV and I was surprised at both of our reactions to it!

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know that i'm stretching the Christmas theme to it's limit with this one but I just really wanted to watch this movie again and with Chris in town and Anita on the mic again, I wanted to pick a movie we all had a good chance of enjoying! Chris has stories from his trip, I have thoughts about sports betting, Anita surprises us all and I have some new cards for the end of the show!

The Christmas Hustle starts this week and it just so happens that I was back home in Ohio this week so that means I have PJ, Chris, Cameron and Anita all on the microphone with me! Christmas is coming a bit early this year! We haven't touched this series since PJ and I did it back in 2018 but that changes this week and to make it even better, PJ is back with us. We all have to admit that no matter what you think about this film, Eric Freeman gets it at least one point on his own right?

The massacre was in Texas, so I pulled out the chainsaw!!! Yessir, it's time to check back in with Leatherface and this... comedy?!? Yeah, if the poster didn't give it away, this sequel pulls an Evil Dead 2 style move and just gets goofy. Cameron joins us very late into the episode and has us laughing at old video games.

Where to even begin with this film? It's an original for sure, even though it recycles a lot from other horror flicks. We have some glorious Claymation kills, random aliens, birds and lizards attacking people, a Casio keyboard score that is dying to be remixed by Trade Voorhees, a genuinely creepy scene from the best actor in the film and a plot that had me asking...Why?!?

The first question I was asked when I told Chris and Anita about this movie was, why?!? Did we really need to know where the Xenomorphs come from? Maybe, maybe not but we're gonna learn anyway. There are a few familiar faces here though and Anita is a huge Alien fan now, so this could end up being a pleasant surprise.
