Where all athletes dream of winning a World Championship, out today's guest has won not one, not two but 5 World Championships. Jessica Beard is an American sprinter who qualified for the 2009 IAAF World Championships in the 4x400-meter relay and 400 meters. She has competed at various national and international events since then and won medals any many events. She is truly one of the top athletes of the Country.

In this interview with Jessica Beard we will talk about her childhood and when she got into track & field, particularly 400m relay. We talk about her early days in high school and university where she was initially a basketball player and how she switched to track and & field and became professional in 400m relay. Jessica also talks about her exceptional achievements in the track and field at the world championships and shares her insights into relay running. She also discussed about her training, workouts, diet and her plans for the future.
