In season 1: episode 6, we learned of the Holy Christ Self (Higher Mental Body) and how this is our higher consciousness that knows our every requirement of the hour and releases energy from our Divine Source - the IAM Presence. In this episode, we learn how to remain youthful by calling to It and even how to deal with others and get guidance. We can call on the Christ Self for help even while we sleep. The episode will discuss specifics on how the Christ Self is related to the IAM Presence and how It was used even by Jesus.
