This week’s astrology is about navigating the quiet but demanding aspects of the Moon and Sun.

Early in the week, small irritations arise through inconveniences with responsibilities. These resolve, but emotional power struggles that can’t be ignored do continue.

By midweek, the advice is simple: let the annoyances be and manage your own response.

By Friday, the tone shifts as the Sun and Mercury in Virgo connect with Jupiter in Cancer, bringing progress, blessings, and long-awaited answers that make sense of the weeks opening issues.

Saturday’s Sun–Mercury conjunction aka cazimi delivers clarity that ties the week together. You receive a message or reassurance that turns frustrations into insight and setbacks into solutions.

(00:00):
Hello and welcome to your week ahead Astrology forecast.
This is the Horoscope Vault, a podcast that explores the world
through the lens of astrology with a view to supporting you
through life's ups and downs andin helping you make more
confident decisions through eachchapter.

(00:21):
This episode is for the week beginning September the eighth
following the September 7th Pisces lunar eclipse.
And if you felt that full moon lunar eclipse energy, then you
probably want to tune in to what's coming up this week.

(00:45):
So the next few days are not full of big ignition type of
aspects. In fact, the aspects this week
are more like personal transformations and it's just
all Sun and all Moon movements. The next several days are full
of all kinds of little things that you may be going through

(01:06):
yourself on this almost introvert level.
Monday's Moon conjunct Saturn, where Saturn is retrograde in
Pisces, is a little bit of a mood in the air, and it's a
little bit of a mood of annoyance.
It's not big feelings of hyper irritation.
It's lots of small irritations and maybe more self pity, and

(01:33):
there's an annoyance that might be specific to some kind of
responsibility or specific to government or specific to
politics. Politics could be worldly
politics or personal politics. And it's not fiery, explosive,
Moody feelings. It's just feeling really annoyed
and really inconvenienced and there is possibly some kind of

(01:56):
domestic problem or burdensome responsibility that consumes
Monday. It must be taken care of on
Monday, maybe leaking through toTuesday and it's something that
you can't leave or you don't want to leave to a later date.
It must be handled earlier in the week.
And then Tuesday's Moon in Ariestrine Venus in Leo is an

(02:20):
improvement. So the irritations melt away by
the end of Tuesday or problems are solved.
And this is improvements in love, beauty, finances, maybe
even spending a little bit on luxury, experiencing a little
bit of luxury. This is treat yourself kind of
energy, perhaps with a personal reward where you treat yourself

(02:44):
for dealing with the irritating matters that open the week.
Wednesday 10th of September, theMoon in Taurus squares Pluto in
Aquarius. This is back to a difficult
aspect through a lunar transit. This can be a time of temporary
yet impactful emotional power struggles.

(03:04):
So all kinds of Plutonian emotions like guilt and jealousy
could rear up. Or maybe there's some kind of
mind game, some kind of mind game dynamic that's playing out
between yourself and something external.
So be aware of the tussle between you and someone else.

(03:26):
But instead of policing their behavior, even if it's wrong,
the focus of a square is really purely the self.
So a square is about what you can do for a situation to disarm
it. Even if someone is acting out of
sorts in a very hefty way, you can disengage, you can say less,

(03:48):
you can grit your teeth until itpasses.
Because these moon transits do pass quickly, and they're often
symbolic of the fleeting experience of moons.
The key phrase for the moon squaring Pluto is about leaving
something bad well enough alone. So if it's bad, don't try and

(04:09):
fix it. If it's annoying, don't try and
remedy it. If someone or something is
irritating on Wednesday, it's just one of those things where
you kind of have to surrender tothe loss in a way.
Because if the annoying situation is happening in your
vicinity and it's not necessarily caused by you, but
it's still impacting you somehow, then your reaction is

(04:31):
the only thing you have control of.
This is one of those times that the phrase it is what it is
works perfectly. So make sure you express anger
or stress positively by going tothe gym, going for a walk,
working out somehow and just getting it out of your system.

(04:53):
Other healthy options for doing that is listening to music that
meets the mood that you're in. Onto Friday 12th of September.
This is where the real visible activity starts because the moon
transits prior to Friday are just like this kind of build up,
setting the scene that annoying responsibility followed by

(05:15):
treating yourself or just enjoying the relief and then
Wednesday becoming a little irritating again in a way that
cannot be fixed. So that's a bit of surrender.
All then point to Friday's Sun in Virgo sextile Jupiter in
Cancer, which is full of unique blessings.

(05:37):
The Sun degree at 19 of Virgo isa theme of self oppression and
it's catch phrase because degrees often have catch phrases
that describe their sentiment. For the Sun, it is the catch
phrase All's well that ends well, meaning that as long as

(06:00):
you're doing the right thing, nomatter how annoying life is in
the process of doing so, or how it can feel like progress is
littered with moments of disturbance.
The Sun degree is just saying that there is the eventual
realization that everything willbe OK in the end.
And as the Sun aspects Jupiter from this 19th degree of Virgo,

(06:23):
it also changes its degree by a few minutes, and then it begins
to represent a secondary meaning.
So Friday's Sun Transit actuallyrepresents 2 meanings in one
day, which is unusual. And the progression of the
degree is from that idea of all's well that ends well into

(06:45):
the theme of repression. So it's from self oppression to
repression, from everything being OK in the end through to
pressure coming from the outside.
And so you're basically a littlehuman diamond right now and
you're undergoing the process ofintense heat and pressure where

(07:05):
everything will be fine in the end.
In fact, it will be incredibly refined and wonderful and luxury
and beautiful. Like the sparkly diamond is post
pressure. And that is just the Sun's part
of this sextile aspect. The Jupiter progression also has
two parts to it where the first part is survival of the fittest

(07:27):
which is about maintaining direction no matter what or who
seems to oppose you, and then the second progression of
Jupiter as it changes through the degree whilst in sextile to
the Sun. That second part is the
successful utilization of the completion of a stage in your

(07:49):
development which ultimately results in success.
And so as I stick with the diamond analogy, and that's
usually cheesy or cliche, it's really fitting that Friday is
about almost having enough and being exasperated by the week,
but not giving up. And reminding yourself as much

(08:09):
as necessary. That as long as you're doing
things right, as long as you're sticking to what you know will
work, as long as you're not succumbing to the self
oppression or external repression, that nothing is
permanent. And despite the external BS
going on, a win is still very much on its way to you.

(08:32):
So let that trust help you handle the annoyances that kind
of start Monday through Wednesday and that really
preface the weekend's turning point.
One thing that is interesting isthat Mercury, which is in Virgo,
also sextiles Jupiter in Cancer on the same day from the same

(08:54):
secondary degrees. So this is right before the Sun
and Mercury conjunct on Saturday.
And these aspects individually offer part of a story and then
they culminate at the weekend. So Friday's Mercury Jupiter
Harmony suggests profit and winning.
It suggests good news and positive outlooks and behaviours

(09:17):
that pay off. And it's almost like someone
making it clear to you that theyare on your side, someone else
supporting you so you don't haveto convince or persuade or fight
or handle something entirely alone.
So it might come in the form of recognition that makes things
easier where there has been a blockage.

(09:38):
It might be resolution and answers to something that has
been pending unanswered all week.
And then Saturday, the sun conjuncts Mercury in what
astrology calls a kazimi. And I don't use that word often.
I prefer to stick with the word conjunction just because we are
learning technical aspects. And that's where I feel that the

(09:59):
focus is best. And the word kazimi is more
astrology theology, and it's very dramatized to emphasize the
impact of the sun in conjunctionwith anything.
Where Astro theology treats the sun as a God, it says that any
other planet then in conjunctionwith that God is in the heart of

(10:21):
the fire. And that's where the kazemi word
comes from. But to better understand this
simply, a kazemi is just literally any planet in
conjunction with the sun. So it's much more of an
instantaneous experience happening at the 19th through to

(10:42):
the 20th degree of Virgo. Saturday's Sun and Mercury
conjunction theme is about overcoming your mental trip.
And the literature says that this is realization at its most
exalted. And so it's overcoming the

(11:03):
mental trip that the mind takes you on, and it's accepting the
weight of how abstract all processes are.
It's turning abstract into graceof surrender and acceptance.
So on Saturday you can receive some news or a realization or a

(11:24):
thought or just information thatyou accept that appeases and
makes sense of everything that happened earlier in the week.
This next several days is a whole lot of tumbling
situations. It's things going awry, it's
breakdowns, it's mishaps, none of which are permanent, all of

(11:47):
which are completely able to be fixed.
Maybe not easily fixed. Maybe fixing takes some effort,
some patience, some waiting. And it's that which makes it the
most annoying. You know when you know something
will be resolved, but you're just waiting for that
confirmation. So this week is a literal mental

(12:11):
trip where you get to identify your mind's input in how you
experience something, especiallywhen that something is awkward
or difficult, and even when thatsomething has a definite
positive potential or resolutionattached to it.
This whole week is about seeing if your mind still beats you up

(12:35):
until it's confirmed as fixed, or it's about seeing if you have
the power to let something go and to accept the abstract,
which it really is. The perfect word for this.
Accept the abstract process of life.
Along the way, the way that yourmind functions or is prone to

(12:58):
function can be understood deeper with a look at your Natal
chart. This will usually be the 3rd
house on the chart, the sign on the 3rd house, the rulers
placement of that third house, as well as Mercury and Uranus
placements, checking out all of the transits to and from these

(13:18):
planets, from these houses and to each other.
And so I'll be doing an upcominginteractive episode to help you
discover what your chart says about your mind function.
This is coming up soon to make sure you are subscribed to
