(00:00):
Hello and welcome to The Horoscope Vault, a podcast that
explores the world through the lens of astrology with a view to
supporting you through life's ups and downs and sharing
astrological patterns and cyclesto help you make more informed
decisions and hopefully circumvent adversity.

(00:21):
Pattern recognition is the name of the game on this show and
this week is full of aspects andpatterns.
It's seriously such a busy week, and positively so, where most of
these aspects are fruitful if you choose to capitalize on
them. There are so many of these
transits that activate from within the 29th degree of

(00:42):
Scorpio, and aside from the factthat 29° of any sign is very
potent, you may or may not remember that 29° of Scorpio
specifically is the most prosperity based degree in the
entire Zodiac wheel. So this is the week to up your
game, to claim your security andwith only one wild card midweek,

(01:10):
which is about being really realwith yourself regarding your own
patterns, those that you don't want to admit to or face up to.
It's being humble in understanding where you may trip
yourself up outside of those come to self moments.
This week is a real foot up kindof opportunity.

(01:32):
So find out the general feel of the week in this episode and
then the individual sign horoscopes out tomorrow.
So it's this episode each week that looks at the generalized
feel of the aggregate of all of the transits of the week.

(01:55):
Sometimes it helps to receive this info in two parts.
And this is Part 1 where we lookat the week in its totality and
then Part 2 tomorrow is the individualized signs.
So this is a busy week. It is not an exhaustingly busy
week, more so intended to be an exhilaratingly busy week.

(02:20):
But actually I could see this week being exhausting for anyone
who has not tuned into the events as opportunities.
You know, that's a specific way of thinking because there's a
lot of final chances being givenover the next 7 days.
And if you're on the wrong end of an emotional wave or if
you're feeling at the end of your tether, then yeah, a kind

(02:46):
of final chance could feel more ultimatum based or it could feel
more threatening. But if you reposition that point
of view to instead be grateful that there is in fact another
chance to get something right, then this week is pretty much a
game changer. Astrology is about cycles and

(03:07):
patterns, At least here on this show it is.
And it can definitely be about the nuanced meanings like the
feelings and the vibe and the emotional experience.
A lot of the time, evolutionary astrology is about your path and
your journey and the whys behindthe hardships.

(03:28):
But on the horoscope vault here, the presentation of astrology is
more about seasons. Because quite simply, that's
what we connect to regarding theSun and the Moon already.
It's the seasons. And people can poo poo astrology
as much as they like. But if they celebrate their
birthday, then they are celebrating the moment that the

(03:51):
sun is returning to where it waswhen they were born.
Literally. Or if someone has a preference
for summer, then that means theyenjoy a certain solar season
more than the other seasons. And then the moon or the moon is
the time keeper for the months. We look at that via the full and

(04:12):
new moons that give us calendar months, and it's those calendar
months that make up the greater whole of the year.
So it's just that I go further on this show because that's who
I am. I like to dig into more detail
because if those things with thesun and the moon are these
recurring patterns, day and night, months and years, and

(04:36):
those patterns help in understanding the flow and the
growth of life and experience, then there has to be more and
there is more. There are all the other planets
that make up our solar system. So yeah, let's look at this
week's patterns with more planets involved, looking at the
degrees which are highlighted and the cycles that this opens

(04:59):
or maybe closes. Monday starts out as the busiest
day with three aspects on top ofone another, making Monday a
very much more get up and go kind of day than the usual
Monday could be. The sun in Scorpio makes a trine
to retrograding Jupiter in Cancer.

(05:19):
The sun also makes a trine to retrograding Saturn, which is in
Pisces. And then Mercury, which is also
retrograde sextiles Pluto in Aquarius.
And no side quest here. Maybe I'll do an aspect meaning
episode this week where you can learn what these aspects mean
and why in terms of the technical analysis.

(05:40):
So that when I say trine this orsextile that, you kind of
instantly get whether it's a positive or a negative or a
neutral. But just as a quick reference,
for right now a trine is 120° between two planets, exactly

(06:02):
120°, which forms 1/3 of a triangle.
And it looks as nice as it is interms of being an aspect, and it
behaves even nicer in terms of its potential.
A triangle, third of a triangle means that if you put in even
just a little bit of effort towards something, then the

(06:26):
momentum will catch and the luckwill flow.
I'm going to liken it to the clutch on a car.
When the clutch catches, that's the only part you've got to get,
then the rest takes over. So with a trying, you just have
to start. You just have to commit and
things happen. The sex style is also positive.

(06:49):
If I were to keep with my car analogies, the sex style is more
like the accelerator. It's 60° apart, so it's half of
that 120° aspect in terms of thenumerical size.
And a sextile also offers a positive outcome, but only if
you stay committed all the way through to whatever it is you're

(07:12):
starting. And starting doesn't mean to
outright initiate, it means following the flow of life and
taking up an opportunity that may be offered to you if it's
correct to do so, with the trinebeing catching that biting point
of the clutch and then the sex style hitting and holding on
that accelerator to get you where you're going.

(07:35):
So Monday's trying as sex stylesare offering something in front
of your face that you absolutelycan capitalize on with an
initial acceptance of entering into this thing and then some
continued effort. So the sun in Scorpio trines
Jupiter, which is retrograde in Cancer, and the sunsets in
Scorpio's prosperity degree, meaning that money isn't

(07:57):
everything. And then Jupiter is retrograding
through the degree linked to metamorphosis.
So this is a period where success is possible, but real
growth comes from a shift in your values, in your priorities,
and what you allow to expand. It's basically saying that

(08:19):
external opportunities will onlyshow up after an internal
upgrade. So a major internal shift around
self worth, that's what unlocks a new income path or a new
opportunity. It's a turning point where you
decline the things that don't align and then that decision

(08:42):
leads to a better long term outcome.
Doing the inner work start at home, in your body, in yourself,
in your diet. The metamorphosis of getting
your base foundation correct, which has been an ongoing theme.
If you've listened to the last episode, then you know I've been

(09:03):
banging on about foundations andhome and getting everything
correct in your structural existence.
You know what it is to live, breathe, sleep, exist.
And a lot of this is about letting go of the traditions and
the things that you've been taught from family and such,

(09:26):
those outdated beliefs about what you should in air quotes be
doing to succeed because that isno longer true.
Tradition isn't where it's at right now, and Jupiter's
retrograding Cancer is showing us that.
So going back to the drawing board and making sure you
yourself are functioning correctly as best as possible

(09:50):
with the way you take care of you.
Add this to the Sun in Scorpio training, Saturn's retrograde in
Pisces where the Sun continues in that Scorpio theme of money
isn't everything and Saturn retrogrades through the degree
that is tied to subconscious transition.

(10:11):
This is becoming more disciplined.
Anytime Saturn is involved, it'salways discipline and structure,
especially extra, especially in areas where you have previously
avoided responsibility. Saturn brings maturity to your
goals. If you can bring maturity to

(10:32):
yourself, Scorpio strips away the distractions.
It makes you focus on what matters, not just what looks
rewarding or feels instantly rewarding.
This is about steady, patient progress.
So this combination can mean yourecommitting to a long term goal
or a structure or a habit or some responsibility that you

(10:57):
previously dropped, but this time around you understand more
deeply why it matters to maintain.
This is about a slow, meaningfulshift in your habits, your work
rhythms, and shifting those things leads to real stability,

(11:18):
the real kind of stability that quietly rewires your entire
future. So taking care of yourself,
taking better care of yourself, taking new care of yourself in a
way different from how you've been told to, You know, honoring
your individuality and being real about yourself, not because
somebody else is doing somethingsome way or someone else has

(11:39):
done something some way. This is tuning into you by going
back to basics of eating, sleeping correctly, and, you
know, having your home base correct.
Plus picking back up a responsibility or a discipline
that you dropped and you know you dropped and you know you
should not have dropped. Tie those two aspects together

(12:02):
with Mercury in Sagittarius sextiling Pluto in Aquarius,
where Mercury retrograde sits inthe degree of momentum and then
Pluto is in the degree of rigidity.
If you sit down and have an honest talk with yourself, then
you can dissect the problems. You can spot the inconsistencies

(12:29):
that are within yourself. You can understand the deeper
mechanics behind the issues thatare preventing you moving
forward. And with Mercury being
retrograde, the breakthrough comes from revisiting something
that you have been over and overand over and over again many

(12:53):
times. Anything from revisiting a past
idea, a past conversation, that is the 15th time that this has
come up. A document comes back for
inspection or a belief system that you've committed to that
has never worked, but you're still holding onto.
And Pluto adds some intensity. It's actually Pluto that gives

(13:14):
you that X-ray kind of clarity that helps you pull it apart,
helps you break apart anything rigid or outdated that you are
still functioning and operating from within.
So Monday brings a turning point, which is not about just
chasing progress. It's about redefining what
progress actually looks like. Being honest, have you made any

(13:38):
progress? Or is it the same thing dressed
up slightly differently? And the sun in Scorpio
highlights that prosperity is not measured by money alone.
And then you feel a quiet in a shift about what's truly worth
your time, your energy, your ambition.
And that personal realignment has the potential to open doors

(13:59):
because it quite simply stops you accelerating in the wrong
direction. Mercury's retrograde is helping
sharpen your vision when it aligns with Pluto.
You see the fine print. You hear what's being said
beneath the words, even if thosewords are yours, and momentum
will return once you dismantle the rigid belief or assumption

(14:23):
that you are willingly holding onto.
That is quite obviously blockingyou.
Saturn's involvement leans into maturity and steady foundation
building. Something clicks into place
about a responsibility, a routine, or a long term goal
that you've been circling. And it's important not to rush

(14:44):
because you're not rushing here. You're stabilizing.
Small changes add up to the bigger hole, and it is the kind
of progress that doesn't look flashy at first, but the changes
that it makes to the next chapter that comes from clarity
and alignment helps you secure the direction that actually

(15:09):
supports your future. Everybody's ready to do a little
bit of growing up on Monday. Onto Tuesday when Mercury's
retrograde enter Scorpio. Mercury slips back into Scorpio
and it pulls your mind a little bit more beneath the surface.
This is a call to honesty and humility and deeper

(15:33):
investigation. This is a time to say that you
don't know about something that you thought you may have known
about. This is also a time to expect
hidden truths emerge. Hidden motives maybe tend to
some answered questions where there has been missing clarity.

(15:53):
On Wednesday, a little bit of a hiccup, A confrontation, or an
unexpected exchange with somebody else exposes a pattern
that you had not fully seen, andit pushes you or them to respond
with humility rather than react impulsively.
And if you can do that, you or them, a breakthrough lands and

(16:16):
everything slows down and everyone stops jumping to
conclusions. That's Mercury opposite Uranus
bringing this peak moment of something being said that had to
be said that has been building. And then if you stack that with
Mercury retrograde in Scorpio trine Neptune retrograding in

(16:38):
Pisces, then it kind of exposes a little bit of the emotional
truth behind a situation. Even if things feel foggy, even
if things feel emotional, even if it feels difficult to admit
to, if it's difficult to accept. It's a reality check moment

(17:00):
where insight comes from focusing on what is actually
happening. It's not what you fear about the
future. It's not what you hold onto from
the past. It's not even what you imagine
in your mind in terms of what you are hoping for.
It's sharpened intuition which allows you to set in motion the

(17:23):
developments made from Monday sothat you don't just coast so
that you make progress onto Thursday, November 20th.
Thursday is actually pretty big.I didn't realise this until
looking at these aspects right now.
The sun conjuncts Mercury in Scorpio.

(17:43):
Yes, social media is going to call this a kazimi, something in
conjunction with the Sun. And so Mercury conjuncts the sun
in reverse. Mercury is heading backwards
while the Sun is heading forwards.
Kinder. Even though that's not the
technicality, it's the visual you get from the perspective of
the Earth, the heliocentric view.

(18:06):
And as these two collide, a spotlight lands on a word, a
conversation, a decision, or a thought on that very day.
And the most important message with this is to choose dignity
and to listen. Mercury's retrograde doesn't

(18:26):
mean necessarily that you're doing the speaking.
It's actually highly indicative of needing to listen to
something that someone else saysinstead of dismissing or
underestimating others on the same day.
Thursday This really is busy. Uranus in Taurus sex styles

(18:47):
Neptune in Pisces Both of those planets retrograde.
All of the other planets are retrograde right now, with the
exception of Pluto. So Uranus sex styling Neptune
both in retrograde is a pattern that becomes unmistakably clear
and it allows you to act at the right time with precision.
So maybe somebody else says something and they make an

(19:09):
observation maybe, and that observation touches on something
about yourself that you already knew but you perhaps avoided
confronting. And this is a sextile here.
This is not offensive. This is not painful, insight
comes with a kind of sigh, and it just suggests that you focus

(19:35):
on what is rather than focusing on hopes or fears.
Because focusing on what is doeshelp you contribute something
meaningful to the next step, andyou don't even have to know what
that next step is. Back to my car analogies, which

(19:55):
are the easiest and most favorite for me to use, the
sextile being the accelerator. If you're accelerating while
understanding a pattern then when you hit traffic it's not a
problem. When you hit a detour sign you
can slow down and make the manoeuvre your own.

(20:18):
Patterns are the thing to be aware of whilst foot is on the
accelerator and when you hit them.
You are not veiled, you are not ignorant, you are humble in
knowing how to act correctly in the situation without needing to
stop altogether. On this same day, the Scorpio

(20:41):
New Moon is in the most prosperous degree of the entire
wheel. The New Moon pushes you to build
real security, and security is actually the degree theme word.
And the way to build that security is to strengthen your
skills, to strengthen your systems, and to strengthen your

(21:04):
foundations. Prosperity comes from protecting
what matters. It comes from anchoring yourself
in something that is stable enough to support you with long
term power. Now, the whole point of this new
moon in the security degree is to build the foundation, to
strengthen the skills, to fortify what it is that keeps

(21:26):
you safe and stable and capable. And so the actions are literally
that. You have 5 or 6 choices here.
You can #1 strengthen a core skill, a skill that directly
supports your security. This new moon brings rewards to

(21:46):
skill building, not taking shortcuts.
So choose one skill that you know directly impacts your
money, your safety, your long term stability, and then choose
to improve it from Thursday onwards.
So update your systems, learn a technical skill, tighten up your

(22:06):
workflow, reinforce a boundary that guards your time or energy.
Because this is the protection through capability part of this
new moon #2 you can do somethingthat reinforces your physical or
financial foundation. So just organize your finances,
review recurring expenses, fix something in your home, update

(22:30):
your passwords, update security settings, strengthen your
digital protections. And this is creating literal
assault protection. Literal security number three,
remove something that weakens your security base.

(22:50):
This new moon asks you to eliminate a vulnerability.
So stop putting off a conversation.
Stop putting off a decision thatis leaving you exposed.
The longer the decision is unmade.
Put an end to a habit that drains your time, your money,
your emotional resilience, and your health.

(23:11):
Archive or completely delete andget rid of anything that causes
clutter, literal or mental, and walk away from a situation where
you've been unprepared. This is preventing you from
assuming you're safe when you'renot #4 Start something small but
structural that strengthens the next six months.

(23:33):
This is not a typical manifesting moon.
This is a structural moon that wants you to set up a new
system, that wants you to createa routine and maintain that
routine for six months. This is building version one of
something that you will later rely on, and this is beginning a

(23:55):
stabilizing habit that you've been avoiding.
This is not the new moon to do vision boarding.
This is the new moon that rewards construction #5 ask
yourself what part of your life only feels secure because you
haven't tested it to the limits?Where are you assuming safety
but you haven't built the skillsto back up that safety?

(24:18):
And examples include maybe a business idea that you haven't
built the infrastructure for, orit's a relationship where your
expectations do not match reality at all.
Or it's money plans that's just built on hope more than numbers,
the idea of winning this or winning that instead of building
this and building that. Or it's overconfidence in a job

(24:40):
that is not future proof. It is true that this new moon
exposes the gaps, but it is alsotrue that it gives you the power
to fill them. Number six, make one decision
that strengthens your long term resilience.
Doesn't have to be a big leap, just a stabilizing action.

(25:01):
Set a boundary. Say no.
Rebalance your priorities. Choose the boring option,
because the boring option is themost smart option right now.
This new moon is about longevity.
It's not glamour, it's asking you to fortify and repair and

(25:24):
reinforce and prepare. Even so, build the thing that
will hold you accountable in thefuture.
Upgrade the skill that protects your future.
Remove the weaknesses that compromises your future.
Friday, November 21st, the Sun opposes Uranus.
It brings something back from midweek into view.

(25:45):
I believe it's going to be that confrontation or pattern that
you couldn't fully name on Wednesday, or it's just a
situation involving someone whose behaviour now requires a
necessary shift and your plans could change suddenly on
Saturday. So anything built on an
assumption might get shaken up alittle bit.

(26:07):
The sun sits in the degree of humility.
It reminds you that the wisest move on Saturday is to step
back, is to observe, is to avoidreacting from ego.
And Uranus still highlighting timings and pattern recognition.
So you see even more precisely why something had to come and

(26:28):
disrupt your original plan. On Friday.
The Sun also trines to Neptune, which softens the edge.
It gives you more acceptance of something that goes wrong, or
something that maybe just doesn't feel right.
Humility meets insight at this degree.
So you see better what is it's easier to be more present.

(26:55):
And so Saturday is the day to ground yourself in reality
because that's what leads to peace.
Forcing an outcome leads to frustration.
So let the truth be kind of the guidance for your next move.
Later that day, the sun does enter Sagittarius.
It shifts the tone from deep emotional excavation and

(27:18):
heaviness of Scorpio season intomuch wider horizons and the mood
lifts. So if the plans you were relying
on shift, if somebody cancels, if it changes direction or life
throws A curveball your way on Saturday and it forces you to
adjust quickly. Sagittarius season's arrival
helps you realize that you've been holding onto an exectation

(27:41):
that doesn't fit, and this givesyou some freedom to explore a
different path. The last day I'm going to look
at, because there is so much already, is Saturday 22nd
Mercury in Scorpio trines Saturnin Pisces.
With Mercury's degree still being all about how money isn't
everything and Saturn's degree of transition, this mirrors the

(28:04):
Monday aspect where it was the Sun and Saturn, only now it's
Mercury in Saturn. So this trine is pushing you to
think practically and honestly about what needs to change and
get it written down. Mercury is a writing or speaking
planet, so the Sun and Saturn's shrine on Monday was being made

(28:24):
aware of the responsibilities and the behaviours and actions
that need changing. It takes you all the way through
to Saturday to actually start toget clarity on that habit,
pattern or system that needs to be rebuilt.
It takes you from Monday all theway through to Saturday to
finally feel ready to make the transition.

(28:46):
Maybe it takes that long to makepeace with it.
Maybe the serious talks throughout the week help you see
what's essential. Or maybe you need to be drained
a little bit more and that allows you to reorganize your
commitments. This aspect is about putting in
motion the plans to simplify something that's been overly
complicated, and you get some relief in returning to what
actually matters. On that same Saturday, Mercury

(29:10):
in that same degree of money isn't everything trines to
Jupiter in Cancer, which also mirrors the Sun trine Jupiter in
Cancer from Monday. Jupiter's degree in retrograde
is metamorphosis, and this wholemeaning is expanding your
thinking in a grounded way. It's understanding the purpose

(29:32):
behind your choices. It's recognizing where
connection or collaboration plays a bigger role in the
direction. If Monday is the planting of the
seed, Saturday is where you begin to water it.
And so Saturday might come with reconnection with someone or
something that supports your growth.
You go back to that thing, you say, yes, I'm going to do this,

(29:55):
or no, I'm no longer going to dothat.
And a conversation might be an integral part of this.
Whether you're talking to yourself, whether you're talking
to a friend, a loved one, familymember, a therapist, even, there
has to be a conversation on Saturday that is part of the
transformation. Actually speaking these words

(30:16):
out loud and finding yourself even an accountability buddy
makes this a true transformationrather than just superficial.
And Saturday is when a detail that you've overlooked finally
clicks into place. Saturday allows you to unlock a
plan, an idea or a project. So while the inspiration is

(30:38):
there on Monday, the action cannot really start till
Saturday. So go easy on yourself.
Give yourself this week to realize that a decision based on
values and emotional truth will lead to greater long term
abundance. Then those decisions are based
purely on profit or convenience. So that's a lot for the general

(30:59):
outlook. And I encourage you to save and
download this episode to share it to we listen throughout the
week. Unless of course you've been
able to take notes, then that's a bonus.
Just pop those notes into your calendar for the relevant day.
And tomorrow is the release of the individual sign horoscopes.
Make sure you are subscribed andfollowing the show so you don't

(31:21):
miss those. And until then, bye.
