I was born and raised on the lovely island of Trinidad and Tobago (pronounced 2-bay-go) in the Caribbean and migrated to Jamaica in my 20's. I lived and worked there for 21 years and am now back on home soil since 2017.I am a natural creative. I dance to the rhythm of soca and Latin music, paint and draw, professionally speak and have written and published books and articles. All of which has culminated in my career and passion as a Communications Specialist and Consultant, Podcaster and Publisher helping persons navigate the communication terrain in life, work, home and personal relationships.
