John Matas, Global Head of Fraud & Risk Operations for Etsy.com and a leader in the world of financial crime, brings his investigative background in Corporate America to the forefront as he shares leadership successes, the practice of neurolinguistic programming, and the value of failure.
John dives into his personal transition from Macy’s, where he built a career working for a brick and mortar retailer to Etsy.com, a virtual organization.
