Health and wellness best practices are the bedrock of self-care and energy preservation, however, something that works well for one person may not be a good fit for another. While a balanced diet and exercise are critical elements to healthy living, it is important for individuals to find the practices and meal plans that work best for them.

Niki Campbell, founder and CEO of The Flourish Group, an organization that specializes in executive and workplace wellness services, joins The Human Method to discuss and define the critical elements of a health and wellness plan.

Niki shares practical tools to begin a wellness journey and explicitly separates the line between a want or a goal versus a lifestyle change. She discusses common challenges in sticking with a health plan and ways to overcome these roadblocks by focusing on one step at a time. She delves into best practices such as carving out time for work-outs & meal prep and planning in advance for future cravings.
