Rebecca Fox Starr is an author, advocate, and mental health professional focused on improving mental health access, outcomes, and care.
Having suffered from severe postpartum depression in 2013, Rebecca pivoted from her career as a "mom blogger" by opening up, in real time, about her struggles in an effort to help others. She has authored four books, including two academic publications, a children's book, and a forthcoming parenting title. After creating a successful online support group for women, Rebecca founded "Ever" - a mental health screening program aimed at increasing equity in maternal mental health care.
