In this solo episode, we are diving in to what it means to die. And no I am not reffering to actually dying and leaving the earth, but what it means to die everyday. How can we embrace a new version of ourselves that may have recently been born? How do we honour the old parts of ourselves that no longer serve our current state of being?
In this episode, I give you my insight on what it feels like to shift and change into a new person, how to authentically embrace a new version of yourself, and honour curiosity in your everyday.
