Victor (00:00):
Is this the last episode
of the season?
Rob (00:02):
It's the last one, man.
Fuck, I can't believe we did it.
Victor (00:06):
I know.
Chris (00:06):
It's been a long time.
Victor (00:09):
I don't know the words
to that song, by the way.
Cesar (00:10):
And I'm going to see you
when I die, or something like
that.
Rob (00:14):
This is going to be a good
episode.
This is going to be a greatepisode.
I can feel it, because I'm notdoing it.
Cesar (00:19):
I think so.
All right, let so, let's getthe pop.
Rob (00:22):
What are we learning?
Cesar (00:23):
You guys like conspiracy
theories.
Rob (00:25):
I love them.
I love them, I'm really goingdown a rabbit hole, yeah.
Yeah, all right Good.
Cesar (00:32):
You guys ready?
On this episode, we explore themysterious object that might be
silently orbiting the earth.
Some say it's an ancientsatellite launched by aliens to
monitor humanity, while othersbelieve it's just a stray of
space debris.
What if the truth liessomewhere in between?
Join us as we break down thestory of the Black Knight
satellite, explore its originsand try to separate fact from
(00:55):
fiction.
I'm not dumb, but what's theBlack Knight satellite?
Welcome to the I'm not dumb, but podcast, where we won't
claim to have the answers tolife's deepest questions but
we'll give you an excitingjourney into the realms of
knowledge you never knew you'deither Might be mainstream, but
not common knowledge.
From artificial intelligence toconspiracy theories, no topic is
(01:15):
too taboo for us to explore.
Let's get curious together.
I'm your host, cesar, joined byChris.
Hey, what's up Rob?
Hello, and Victor, how y'alldoing.
What is up, fellas?
What's?
Rob (01:31):
up man, I've never even
heard of this.
Chris (01:32):
Yeah, I've never heard of
this one.
Rob (01:34):
Yeah, what's going on up
there?
Victor (01:36):
Do we have a white
knight satellite?
Cesar (01:38):
that saves us.
That's super racist.
Victor (01:41):
Okay, sorry.
Rob (01:42):
I guess the answer is no
super racist.
Cesar (01:48):
Okay, sorry, I guess the
answer is no.
Rob (01:49):
Um, was that offensive.
So you guys have never heard ofthe black knight satellite,
right?
Cesar (01:50):
no, no, take me through
this for decades, this object
known as the black knightsatellite has captured the
imagination of conspiracytheorists and scientists alike.
The legend spans more than acentury, but it combines
different stories, includinguncovering strange radio signals
and even government cover-ups.
So our story begins in 1899with our boy, nikola Tesla.
Victor (02:16):
I see no one's using the
time machine anymore.
I was going to say where's thetime machine?
Rob (02:19):
I don't want to keep doing
a time machine.
I don't want to keep doing atime machine.
Cesar (02:24):
Yeah, blow up that time
machine.
Rob (02:25):
We'll do it next season,
all right.
So let's get in the timemachine, let's do it.
Cesar (02:29):
Great Scott Tesla took
some time out of his busy
schedule making cars and whilein Colorado conducted some
experiments to study atmosphericelectricity, when he detected
some unusual radio signals.
This transmission was numericcode at regular intervals radio
signals.
This transmission was numericcode at regular intervals, and
he speculated that these radiosignals could have been evidence
of extraterrestrialcommunication.
(02:50):
So this was the first signsomething was beyond the stars.
We fast forward to the 1920s,when a Norwegian engineer named
Juergen Hals made a shockingdiscovery.
While conducting experiments inradio transmission, he picked
up some radio echoes that cameback a few seconds after the
transmission has ended.
(03:11):
What's interesting about theradio echoes is that they
normally occur instantly afterthe original transmission, but
Juergen noticed that some ofthese radio echoes were
occurring almost up to 15seconds after the original
transmission.
Victor (03:25):
So let me get this
straight he was sending radio
waves right radio echoesrecurring almost up to 15
seconds after the originaltransmission.
So let me get this straight hewas sending radio waves, right
Radio waves out into space.
Yeah, they're taking some timeand then they're bouncing back.
Cesar (03:35):
So he's doing experiments
on these radio and
transmissions and normally theycome instantly right.
But he's noticing that some ofthem are coming at different
intervals, some of are comingright away, some of them are
taking a little bit longer time.
Victor (03:50):
What is he shooting
radio waves to like?
What is he trying to do?
Cesar (03:53):
I don't know if he's
shooting anything, I think he
was just.
They normally just travelaround the earth theoretically.
If there's something blockingit or some or something sending
these radio transmission atdifferent frequencies, there's
something blocking it orsomething?
Sending these radiotransmissions at different
frequencies.
There's something else outthere other than the Earth.
Remember, this is the 1920s.
There's nothing up there.
(04:13):
Well, the moon's up there.
Yeah, the moon's up there.
Yeah, you're right.
Rob (04:18):
I'm sure there's rocks and
stuff floating out.
There's probably rocks.
Victor (04:21):
There's probably rocks.
Did you know that when theylanded on the moon in the Apollo
missions, they put mirrors onthe lunar surface?
Rob (04:29):
Why Is that a real thing?
Chris (04:31):
That's weird, does it
work?
What'd you do today, rob?
Did you shoot some laser at themoon, fucking?
Victor (04:36):
shot laser To measure
the distance to the moon and
back.
Cesar (04:39):
Ah, because of the light.
Yeah, I can see that Smart guysAlso.
Victor (04:43):
That's how you know.
We went to the moon.
Rob (04:45):
I mean never really know
that.
Okay round earther.
Cesar (04:51):
It's just a theory, these
two separate events.
They start building on thelegend that is the Dark Knight
satellite.
Victor (04:58):
The satellite's fighting
crime now.
Cesar (05:01):
It's the.
Chris (05:01):
Dark Knight satellite.
Cesar (05:06):
Where is?
Chris (05:06):
she, where is she where?
Rob (05:08):
is she?
Cesar (05:08):
you wanted me, here I am.
So we have some mysteriousthings starting to unfold, and
it wasn't until the 1950s wherea story comes out that sheds
light on what might be producingthese radio waves.
In 1954, a news story came outclaiming that scientists from
the White Sands, based in NewMexico, had reportedly found one
(05:30):
to two satellites orbiting theearth.
They quoted an expert, majorDonald Kehoe.
Donald Kehoe was a navalaviator and he claimed that the
satellites were emitting strangeradio signal at different
intervals, much like Tesladiscovered.
This is 1954.
Russia launched Sputnik, thefirst satellite, in October 4th
(05:51):
1957, three years after.
Victor (05:54):
So they're saying that
this satellite, this Black
Knight satellite, is actuallyemitting radio signals?
Cesar (06:01):
Wow, yeah, you know
what's funny?
The launch of Sputnik is whatled directly to the creation of
nasa in 1950.
I did not know that, oh reallywhat the fuck we were waiting
for.
I know right they just like allright, these guys got there
first, all right, I guess wegotta do nasa now.
Another fun fact so russialaunched sputnik 1, and then it
launched sputnik 2.
(06:21):
Sputnik 2 had a dog in there, yeah, and it died RIP.
Victor (06:25):
Almost right away.
There was a reference to thedog in Guardians of the Galaxy.
Oh yeah, so when they go to thecollector?
Rob (06:38):
he had a dog with a
communist suit.
Oh yeah, I remember that.
I never got it.
I never got that reference.
Cesar (06:42):
Well, now you know,
they're definitely cat people.
Bad dog, do not say that to me.
So another strange observationoccurred.
A researcher from Venezuelamonitoring Sputnik 2 saw another
object that he thought wasSputnik, but this object was
moving a little bit differently.
Satellites at the time.
They moved in a prograde orbit, which means they went from west
(07:03):
to east just like the rotationof the Earth.
This object that was noted, wasmoving in a retrograde orbit,
meaning it was moving in theopposite rotation of the Earth.
The technologies for thisdidn't exist at the time.
Rob (07:16):
So there's no actual
natural way for this to happen.
Cesar (07:21):
Potentially At the time,
nothing that was man-made.
Wow.
I tried doing some research, finding out if any of these
satellites were actuallylaunching this retrograde orbit
In 2010 and 2012,.
They launched two.
Victor (07:33):
So we have satellites in
retrograde.
Cesar (07:35):
They launched two.
Yeah, they launched two of them.
For what reason?
Victor (07:38):
I'm not sure.
I'm not sure why I canunderstand geosynchronous orbit
but, retrograde.
That seems a bit unnecessary.
Cesar (07:47):
For science, all these
different occasions, all the
different observations, it'sstarting to build this story.
And for the believers of thisso-called Black Knight satellite
, they use this as mountingevidence to reinforce this
belief.
So this is just hearsay, thisis just observation that were
made by different people in thescientific community.
(08:07):
But it wasn't until 1960 whenthere was a New York Times
article with the headline amystery polar satellite,
believed to be Russian, wasspotted.
And the article said anunidentified silent satellite
has been discovered circling theearth in a near polar orbit by
united states tracking stations.
(08:27):
The defense department saidtoday the identity and the
origin of the mystery satellite, which has been dubbed the dark
satellite, are not known, despite nearly two weeks of
tracking.
So this is the first time thatthe united states defense
department actually acknowledgedthat there's a object in the
atmosphere that they can'tidentify.
Victor (08:47):
Yeah, so they thought it
was Russian.
They thought it was Russian.
I don't know who does the DODcommunications department, but
they're always very late onthese things, like they take
like 20 years to respond toanything.
Cesar (09:01):
I looked at the actual
New York Times article, the
small little font.
They had this one in there, kind of hidden.
It's like past the comics.
Yeah, what baffled observersand scientists was that this
satellite didn't really have aregular orbit that it could be
tracked.
It would be in one location, itwould be in another location
and they couldn't figure out theactual trajectory.
(09:23):
And again, the article said itwas believed to be Russian.
Right, this was in 1960.
However, the Russian satelliteSputnik 1 and 2 all burned up in
1958.
Even more mounting evidence forindividuals that believe in
this dark satellite.
Victor (09:40):
Had anyone tried to
listen to it?
Maybe it was playing show tunesor something.
Rob (09:45):
So it doesn't have an
actual, like predictable orbit.
Cesar (09:49):
No Many observers took on
the task of observing and
recording the satellite.
One of those observers wasFrench astronomer Jacques Vallée
Merci, monsieur who tracked, observed and filmed this Black
Knight satellite.
Victor (10:02):
Oh, he filmed it.
He got like footage, he filmedit he filmed footage.
Cesar (10:04):
He filmed it.
He filmed it, he tracked it, heobserved it, he wrote
everything down.
I couldn't find corroborationon these claims, but he said
that this satellite was in polarorbit, similar to the New York
Times article.
He also said that thissatellite was huge the size of
an oil truck.
Oh, oh wow.
So Vallet compiled all of hisresearch, submitted it to his
(10:26):
superiors and then guess whathappened?
He fucking died, shut down, hedisappeared.
Now his superiors scrapped thereport and destroyed the films
oh wow claiming that they werenot able to actually observe
this sort of object.
Victor (10:44):
Oh shit.
Cesar (10:45):
Likely story.
That's suspicious.
But don't feel bad for Vallée.
He actually went on to become aventure capitalist Still alive
today, wrote several books allabout UFOs and government
cover-ups, and he actually wason the Joe Rogan podcast.
Victor (10:59):
I was going to say like
he feels, like he should be on
the podcast.
Cesar (11:02):
Oh, he was on it.
Rob (11:03):
I listened to it today, so
he couldn't go back and just
re-record it.
Victor (11:07):
Yeah, if you know where
it was why don't?
You just go look at it again.
Cesar (11:10):
But, like I mentioned
earlier, one of the reasons this
so-called object was mysteriousis because they couldn't it
didn't really have a pattern togo on.
Victor (11:18):
If he found it once, he
could find it again.
I find it again, I'm gonna callbullshit on this motherfucker.
No, he found it and his bossesthrew everything out, but you
couldn't find it again well, weknow it's out there now he.
He knew it was out there.
He was able to find it and thenhe goes time.
Rob (11:35):
They were trying to cover
it up again at the time.
Victor (11:38):
So what find it again
turn on.
Cesar (11:40):
Your manager tells you to
drop it.
You're gonna be like you knowwhat I'm gonna keep doing I know
I don't do that.
Rob (11:45):
I'm a company man.
If my boss tells me to dosomething, I do it.
Cesar (11:48):
I'm I'll be back.
Victor (11:51):
It's called sticking to
your guns.
Be firm in your beliefs.
Chris (11:55):
It's called unemployment
or they call you a little bitch,
do it on your off time.
Rob (12:01):
He doesn't have the
resources to do it.
On your off time, everyone, listen, I can't print a gift
card without going to work.
Cesar (12:09):
People don't have
anything at home.
Rob (12:11):
We strictly rely on the
resources for work.
Victor (12:14):
I don't even shred at
home anymore.
I can't, no, I go straight towork.
Rob (12:18):
You ever look at how much
shredders cost?
Cesar (12:19):
Times have been tough.
Things are about to get weirder.
I mentioned earlier how theyhad those delayed radio waves
that were discovered.
Victor (12:26):
Yeah, yeah.
Cesar (12:27):
This Scottish astronomer
and science writer named Duncan
Lunan said here hold my beer.
In a paper presented to theBritish Interplanetary Society
in 1970.
Victor (12:36):
Great society.
Their parties are out of thisworld.
Cesar (12:39):
Duncan Lunan noted that
there was a relationship between
these radio waves and theperiodic appearances of this
so-called Black Knight satellite.
He claimed that these echoescarried a message and a star map
which he decoded, and hethought that this star map
corresponded to about 13,000years ago.
Did he decode the message?
(13:00):
Yes, he did.
This is what the so-calledmessage.
Our home is, epsilon Buddhis, which is a double star.
We live on the sixth planet ofthe seven.
Check that the sixth of seven, counting outwards from the sun,
which is the larger of the twostars.
Our sixth planet has one moon.
Our fourth planet has three.
Our first and third planet eachhave one.
(13:22):
Our probe is in the orbit ofyour moon, end quote.
I don't know how I feel aboutthat, but I don't know how you
guys feel about that.
Victor (13:31):
Who called it?
Cesar (13:31):
Epsilon, buddhists,
probably the astronomers who
found it.
Victor (13:36):
Okay, okay.
Rob (13:39):
The aliens called it.
Victor (13:40):
Well, the aliens would
have been like yo.
This is where we're from.
Rob (13:44):
Yeah, epsilon Buddhists.
It yeah, epsilon Buddhist.
Victor (13:45):
It wouldn't be Epsilon
Buddhist, it would have been,
like you know, glork 5006.
This is our home planet.
Chris (13:53):
The message sounds pretty
bullshit, though.
Victor (13:55):
What was this guy's
profession?
He was a science fiction writer.
Cesar (13:59):
Dude and astronomer.
Chris (14:01):
Amateur astronomer Got
that shit from Transformers dude
.
Rob (14:08):
Did he write Transformers?
Cesar (14:10):
Michael Bay.
Victor (14:12):
This guy was jealous
because he didn't come up with
Scientology first.
So he was like I got to come upwith something.
Rob (14:18):
What did he write?
Anything good Like a Tom Clancynovel.
Victor (14:22):
It's probably hardcore
sci-fi.
Rob (14:24):
Oh shit.
Victor (14:25):
He's that into it.
It's like past stargate.
What do you mean?
Stargate's a documentary.
I don't know what you'retalking about.
Cesar (14:31):
Sg1, also a documentary
you know I've never delved into
hard sci-fi before sorealistically.
The black knight conspiracybecame solidified in 1998 when
NASA got into the action.
Victor (14:44):
NASA's jumping in on
this.
Cesar (14:46):
Yeah.
Victor (14:47):
It's going out of its
way to be like there's a
satellite out there.
Cesar (14:56):
During the STS-88 mission
, which was the first space
shuttle mission to theInternational Space Station, the
ISS was being constructed andan astronaut, jerry Ross, was on
his way to attach a module theAmericans made to try to attach
it to the Russian module, and aspart of that work they had
taken four thermal covers withthem.
So the task was to wrap thesefour pins around the module for
(15:18):
the space shuttle Endeavourwhile it was being transported,
and these covers would act toprevent heat loss from the
exposed metal.
But unfortunately one of thecovers came loose, causing it to
float away.
One of the astronauts on boardtook a picture.
Wait what?
Chris (15:34):
That doesn't make sense.
What about?
Rob (15:35):
all those claims, was it
the same amount of?
Chris (15:36):
time Like 1800s.
Cesar (15:39):
Remember when I told you
that the Black Knight satellite
is a conjunction of a bunch ofdifferent stories.
Victor (15:45):
No, I don't remember.
I don't remember you sayingthat, did you?
Cesar (15:47):
say that.
Rob (15:48):
Did you start with that
that?
Chris (15:50):
was literally the first
sentence I said I think Can we
get a replay of that?
Cesar (16:00):
The legend spans more
than a century, but it combines
different stories.
But it combines differentstories.
Well, I'll be a monkey's uncle.
So yeah, one of these thermalcovers flew off, and they even
got a radio transmission of it.
Rob (16:16):
Jerry, one of the thermal
covers got away from you.
How did it do that?
Cesar (16:20):
And that it became
apparent that one of the covers
was lost for good and, like Imentioned, one of the astronauts
took the picture at that timeand now this is one of the most
infamous photos taken from theISS, so this photo I'm looking
at it right now.
Victor (16:33):
You're seeing it.
Oh really, when are you seeing?
This If you just on theWikipedia page Black Knight
Satellite Conspiracy.
Theory you have a photo and youhave a GIF.
Cesar (16:46):
This infamous photo was
what these believers of the dark
knight satellite said.
There you go.
Rob (16:48):
That's the final proof yeah
, I don't know what I'm looking
at looks like space junk exactlythat's what nasa's saying.
Cesar (16:55):
What's going on in this
picture is that it's a thermal
cover.
A lot of these conspiracytheorists said, no, this was the
final proof that we needed toknow that this is an actual
thing.
This so-called Black Knightsatellite is an actual thing and
you, nasa, just gave us a prooffor it, even though NASA said
no, this is just literally acover.
Forget everything you everheard of, all the things that
(17:17):
you mentioned the transmission.
All of it was bullshit.
Rob (17:20):
This is just a cover, and
this cover does not send out
radio signals nothing so theyused the fact that they lost a
solar cover to try to cover upthe black knight satellite, you
would think but when was thisbut?
The timing doesn't sound righttiming doesn't sound right.
Victor (17:38):
What about the 20s?
What about?
Rob (17:39):
what about the delay, the
star map?
The delay, the delay, the delay, the star map the delay, the
delay.
The delay.
Cesar (17:45):
You know what I think?
It's time to separate fact fromfiction All right, let's do it.
That picture was taken in 1998.
Victor (17:51):
It's a great year, by
the way.
It was a good year.
Music was at its peak.
Rob (17:55):
Mezzanine by Massive Attack
.
Fucking Miseducation by LaurynHill.
Victor (18:00):
Korn Follow the Leader.
Oh Lauren Hill Korn Follow theLeader, oh shit.
Chris (18:06):
Volume 2.
Victor (18:07):
Hard Knock.
Chris (18:07):
Life bro.
Oh shit, that was like it,Ricky.
Victor (18:08):
Martin's whale baking.
Wow, it's dark and hell is hot.
Dmx Americana the Offspring, ooh, generational right there.
Rob (18:20):
Oh so America's peaking,
the world is peaking the world
is peaking.
Victor (18:25):
The world is peaking.
Culture is peaking right now.
Rob (18:27):
Culture is peaking.
It's at the peak, and on top ofthat we just got a picture of a
UFO.
We're fucking winning.
Cesar (18:34):
Right, I mentioned
earlier that Tesla's strange
radio transmissions he thoughtwere.
Rob (18:40):
He thought it was aliens.
Cesar (18:41):
He thought it was aliens.
Well turns out, not so much.
The scientific consensus isthat he likely encountered
electromagnetic signals that areemitted from pulsars, which
were actually not discovereduntil the 1960s.
So it wasn't a satellite.
Yeah but how do they know?
These were recorded again byanother scientist.
(19:02):
Oh shit, what a fucking anotherscientist, oh shit.
Victor (19:05):
What a fucking idiot.
Rob (19:07):
What a dumbass.
Victor (19:08):
Dumbass.
Chris (19:09):
Pulsars, obviously.
Victor (19:10):
No wonder he died poor.
No wonder why Edison tookadvantage of him.
Cesar (19:15):
Seriously he didn't know
that.
Victor (19:17):
Pulsars Guy's a hack.
His car sucks too.
Cesar (19:24):
Nice fucking model.
So whoever decided to come upwith this so-called conspiracy
theory decided to take this anduse this as a launching point.
Remember the long delayedechoes that I mentioned earlier
about the guy who came up withthe message and the stars and
whatever, whatever.
Actually, scientists stilldon't understand why that
phenomenon happens, but theythink it might be something to
(19:47):
do with the atmosphere.
Victor (19:48):
What?
Getting a message.
Cesar (19:50):
No, the delayed radio
transmission, oh, the delayed, I
could see that.
Victor (19:53):
I could see that Shit
bounces off the atmosphere Like
radio waves bounce off theatmosphere.
Cesar (19:57):
It's crazy and clouds and
clouds yeah, there's still
uncertainty as to why thisoccurs.
But In clouds, yeah, there'sstill uncertainty as to why this
occurs.
But our boy Duncan, he actuallywalked back those claims that
these things were about the starmap.
Now he actually walked all thisstuff back.
Victor (20:13):
Wait.
So he said Duncan, listen to me, Duncan, what are you doing,
bro?
Cesar (20:17):
He was a scientific
writer.
He walked it back.
He walked those claims back.
Victor (20:21):
First of all, stick to
your guns.
Chris (20:22):
This guy is yeah, and
hold on.
Cesar (20:25):
And hold on.
And he said he didn't want tobe associated with the Black
Knight conspiracy nonsense.
Victor (20:30):
Oh my God, You're
breaking my heart.
Rob (20:33):
Get out of here You're
breaking my heart, he probably
couldn't get a publishing deal, basically made the whole thing
up, so that's why they neverfound the.
Budapest.
What was it?
Iso-budapest?
The Epsilon, buddhists, epsilon.
Cesar (20:47):
Buddhists no, that's true
, that's a real thing, that's a
real star the Epsilon Buddhists.
Victor (20:52):
Yeah, that's a real
thing Let me tell you Hold on.
Let me tell you about theEpsilon Buddhists.
Rob (20:55):
Yeah, what is going on with
this thing?
Victor (20:57):
It's officially named
Izar binary star system in the
northern constellation ofbuddhist um.
It actually can be viewed withan unaided eye at night.
Oh wow, very progressive.
It's binary very demure that'sall I had on it.
I have no other.
That's all we need.
Cesar (21:15):
That's good the legend of
this so-called black knight
satellite is just multiplepeople taking multiple different
things and kind of merging intoone.
Does this thing exist?
I don't know.
Rob (21:26):
Wait a minute.
I don't know if it existsanymore, didn't?
Cesar (21:31):
we track it.
The government trackedsomething, but we don't know
what it was For us to say.
It was an actual satellitebased on the information that we
had.
Rob (21:40):
What was the thing that we
tracked going in a retrograde?
Cesar (21:43):
orbit.
That was something that thegovernment said, yeah, this was
an object, we don't know what itis, but they never claimed to
say or they never said, oh yeah, this is a satellite that's not
man-made.
Rob (21:56):
So it comes out that
there's a thing flying around.
The government comes out laterand says that what was it?
Solar panels that should havebeen lost years after we tracked
.
It Makes no sense.
Cesar (22:07):
So actually those solar
panels, nasa did track it and a
few days later it did burn up inthe atmosphere.
Can we still see the BlackKnight up there?
So I tried to do research andtried to find out are people
still tracking it or when wasthe last time you've seen it?
One of the theories that I cameacross was that and hear me out
(22:27):
the Illuminati sent a plane andshot it down.
Rob (22:32):
No, the Illuminati.
Cesar (22:37):
Stop.
Victor (22:38):
That's one of the
theories.
First off, you can't just shootmissiles.
You can't just send a plane toshoot a missile down.
Could it be a secret plane?
Cesar (22:46):
No, we saw this.
Victor (22:48):
No, we saw this with the
fucking we saw this with the
Chinese weather balloons.
We can barely get a plane upthere to shoot down a balloon
because fighters don't go thathigh.
Can we circle?
Chris (22:59):
back to beginning, chris
if you hit me with why is it
called dark knight or black theblack satellite?
Cesar (23:06):
yeah, good question.
So my understanding is therewas this russian novel that came
out, a soviet science fictionwriter who wrote a book,
hypothetical planet that wasdestroyed by a nuclear disaster,
and in that book he mentionedthat civilization launched the
Black Prince satellite intoEarth's orbit.
(23:27):
The phrase Black Prince wastranslated into English as Black
.
Rob (23:31):
Knight so Black.
Cesar (23:33):
Knight silent satellite.
It all kind of merged into oneA lot of the things that have
been debunked the radio waves, the lunar star map, the claims,
all that stuff.
The only thing I'm curiousabout is that New York Times
article that came out yeah thatNew York Times article that was
the Defense Department sayingthat we track something.
(23:53):
We don't know what it is?
Victor (23:55):
Has anything come out
since then from the DOD?
Cesar (23:58):
Yeah, everything that's
been came out afterwards, nasa
has corroborated.
This is just nonsense.
This doesn't exist.
It never existed.
This is a bunch of bullshit.
Now, my actual opinion it couldbe two things.
There could be something thatthe government did track back in
the day, and this photo thatwas taken by NASA was an actual
heat shield that kind of wentinto space and they took a
(24:21):
picture of it.
So two things could be true atone time.
This photo might not be thisobject that people have claimed
to have seen in the 60s.
So I think that's what happens.
Is this thing like alien?
I have that stuff, I have noidea.
And there's an object that wastracked couldn't be identified.
And also, you have thisincident happen in the 80s and
(24:43):
or in the 90s.
Victor (24:44):
That's what I think
after reading, then doing a
little bit of research so thissatellite shows up, orbits the
earth randomly for, let's say, let's give or take 100 years,
right, and then as ourtechnology gets better and we
put more and more shit in space,it takes off.
Essentially, it was destroyedthat's a theory.
Cesar (25:07):
One theory is that it was
destroyed enough.
Theory it might still be upthere.
Oh yeah, the illuminati, let'sjust take that off the table.
All right, let's take that offthe table.
It might still be up there.
No, it can't be up therebecause we'd see it.
Chris (25:19):
What if it's stealth?
Victor (25:21):
Oh, now it's stealth.
Oh, it wasn't stealth in the1800s.
And then automatically becomesstealth.
Rob (25:26):
They did an upgrade because
they knew that we could track
it.
Victor (25:29):
An upgrade.
Yo, you're from EpsilonBuddhist bro.
You know how far away that is.
That's like dial-up.
That's like dial-up speeds.
Rob (25:36):
Okay.
So let's say, let's say, thisthing is a satellite, what is
its purpose?
Well, what is this?
Victor (25:43):
no one knows let's say
it's monitoring us.
Is that what they think?
No, but this is what I thinkwhy else would you have a
satellite?
Rob (25:51):
it's like a sling box what
did yeah?
Victor (25:54):
it's a roku, it's like
they want to know what ends the
next episode of House of fuckingDragons is coming out.
No, they think.
One theory.
Rob (26:03):
It came back after the
second season of Only Murders.
Victor (26:08):
It actually left during
the Mike Tyson, Jake Paul fight.
Cesar (26:11):
It was like this is
ridiculous, we're out of here.
This is a gimmick fight.
It had money on Mike Tyson.
Chris (26:18):
What if that thing is
traveling time right now?
It's in a different time period.
That's why you don't see it.
Victor (26:23):
What?
Alright, let's not Okay, Chris.
Alright, buddy.
Chris (26:28):
I don't know.
Let's calm down.
Rob (26:30):
Chris is a writer for
Marvel.
Victor (26:34):
What science fiction
book are you trying to write
right now?
Cesar (26:37):
Buy my book.
One of the theories is that ifthis is indeed a satellite, it
would serve the same purposethat our satellites serve now
reconnaissance, reconnaissance.
Yeah right, we send outsatellites to mars.
It's the same thing.
Why, why wouldn't, let's say anintelligent they?
Rob (26:53):
just saw a bunch of fucking
they animals running around
they're like, yeah, let's justsee what happens with these guys
yeah, yeah, let let's see howfar these guys go.
Yeah, they're just on podcasts,so we've got time.
They've just started theirpodcast, joe Rogan's, sending
them back like 300 years.
Victor (27:12):
So I feel like at this
point we have our little low
orbit, I think, pretty wellsituated, as we know what's
going on up there.
If it was still there, I thinkthey would have found it.
They would be like yo, what isthis?
Yeah, so let's just assume itleft.
Why would it leave now?
Things are just getting spicynow I don't know but I'm saying
(27:32):
I have no idea.
Cesar (27:33):
I don't know that.
Chris (27:34):
New york times article
blew me away, though that's what
I'm saying something doesn'tadd up you would think that the
new york times wouldn't publishanything unless they have some
facts right.
Victor (27:44):
Fake news that's why
they're failing a news
organization disgustingnewspaper it's.
Cesar (27:50):
It's a crazy story, it's
a fun it is a great.
Rob (27:52):
It's a fun story.
It's supposed to be areconnaissance thing it's a fun.
Cesar (27:55):
It's a fun alien thing
that like.
Is it true, all right what didwe learn today?
Chris (28:01):
chris, Based on what you
told me, I believe there is
something up there, Based on thestories and whatnot, but seems
like the government is eithercovering it or hiding it or not
telling us anything, Justbecause I bet they don't even
know what it is either.
I bet they are tracking it, Ibet they know exactly where it
is, but somehow they're nottelling us and not sharing
(28:25):
anything with us.
That's what I think.
What about you, Rob?
Rob (28:28):
I want to know more about
this thing.
I want to know what its purposeis.
I want to know why it was here.
It just seems like the storydoesn't add up.
I know what you're saying, thatit was probably just an
amalgamation of different typesof stories and they might have
all been the same, but the NewYork Times article coming out
and then the governmentcover-ups.
(28:49):
Something's fishy, butdefinitely a fun story what
about you, victor?
Victor (28:53):
I just want it on the
record that chris is an idiot
that's mean and you're drunkagain uh, if something was up
there that we didn't know about, someone could find it.
If not, space is wide open.
Just look up, fucking space isthere.
(29:15):
If someone was able to find itin like the 1920s with fucking
rudimentary, fucking radioantennas, you could find it now.
So I don't think it's thereanymore.
If it ever was here, I don'tthink there's a cover up.
Chris (29:28):
uh, yeah, there's
probably nothing well said no,
well it's, it's like aliens.
Every time there's somethinglike you know, like area 51, all
the bullshit, the other area, the alien stuff that we hear
about and they're all shuttingit down, like a lot of people
out there, that someone has toseen it right, but we don't
really hear about it because I'mthere are a lot of.
Rob (29:47):
There's a lot of shit out
there that we don't understand.
Cesar (29:49):
My for the record still
stands by the way the story of
the black knight satellite is afascinating blend of science,
speculation and storytelling.
While the evidence for theancient alien probe watching
over humanity doesn't hold up toscrutiny, the myth continues
capturing our collectiveimagination.
