...It's respect and it's clarity. It shows that you’ve thought through what you’re asking or delivering. If I get an email that’s just a brain dump, I think, “Cool, you just passed your homework to me.”
Yeah. And as engineers, we tend to think in process, so it makes sense to us to lay everything out chronologically or logically. But that’s not how everyone reads...
