In this second episode of the podcast, we welcome Aziz Al-Bluwe to exchange on the subject of self-identity and self-discovery.
Aziz, who is from Saudi Arabia, arrived in the United States in 2016 in order to continue his studies. Here he discovered new realities about the world, but also and mostly about himself. This episode will be focused on his journey and on how he uses silence and solitude to explore his own identity.
Throughout the episode, we will:
Talk about the difficulties of being different and keeping our individuality even as an active member of a community
Explore the definition and value of many relationships and how it relates to people's culture and societal norms
Discover the benefits of solitude by learning how to use silence to improve ourselves as well as its risks, by reflecting on the causes and consequences of overthinking
