the-incoherent-podcast_ (00:11):
Welcome back for episode 11 of the Inga
Here podcast.
I'm joined with Zach and Hoover.
What are your boys been gettingaround this weekend?

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (00:19):
Quite a bit.
A mud runner.
found out the young fellows gotsubscription for PlayStation,
Xbox.
I should be able to hook intothat to just start off with

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (00:28):
you're still gonna need your own
subscription to be able to playonline.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (00:32):
Yeah.
I will do that eventually when Iwork it out.
When.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (00:36):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (00:36):
Yeah, but he can get a

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (00:38):
Cheap one.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (00:39):
braise at the moment because he
doesn't,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (00:42):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (00:43):
he got the one console, so they
both can't play it at the sametime.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (00:47):
And it's in his room at the moment
too.

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (00:48):
isn't.

zach-host623_1_11-18-20 (00:49):
Anyway, I, I just wanna, I just wanna
start with Hi Jason.
Hi Hoover.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (00:54):
Hi.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (00:55):
yeah, so he, you'd be right with,
using bra buddy memberships tostart with, get, get some online
experience and.
Go from there.
I was actually, I was thinkingabout that the other day.
To get you onto arc, we'd haveto download evolved because the

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (01:17):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (01:17):
five versions ascended, so you
wouldn't be able to play thatone with us.
Actually only uninstalled it acouple of weeks ago to get rid
of some memory.
but that's all right.
I still got it.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (01:31):
Yeah, should be all right.
You been up to Zach?

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (01:34):
not a great deal.
Obviously working away.
So spend the weekend drivinghome and spent a bit of time
with the kids.
Went and attempted to start theChristmas shopping.
That was a shit show.
we're probably gonna skipChristmas this year and move
straight on to 2026.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (01:51):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (01:52):
It'd be a lot cheaper.
I mean, save money on presentsfor the kids and spend more
money on, on some new games Outthis week.
Motor Sports out this week, after watching all the, Info on
Call of Duty, it will stay forsale.
'cause I will not be buyingthat.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (02:11):
No, there's been nothing but
complaints about that, eh?

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (02:13):
Yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (02:14):
in all the videos I've seen, it's a
bit but still going strong, Ireckon so.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (02:20):
I just don't understand what
they've tried to do.
Call of Duty,, they've just, Idon't, I really don't know.
I like the old black ops and theoriginal zombies, zombies in the
last one wasn't too bad, but,and I reckon this zombies is
quite similar, but yeah, otherthan that, they've just, it's

(02:42):
they've changed the game.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (02:43):
Don't like downloading'em anymore.
'cause of console spacebasically.
And every time I go to try toplay it, you've gotta near and
half for it to download.
So for updates.
But I prefer playing battlefieldanyway.
The physics in it and thegameplay.
I just, I prefer that fun forme.
So, yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (03:03):
one game that I want to actually
get, you might know it.
It's that zombie game.
It's always on.
riding around on the motorbike.
Finding all the hot.
Yeah, finding all the hives andthen just throwing cocktail at
'em and just setting'em on fireand shit like that.
That's one game I wanna play andget,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (03:20):
Gone.
Yeah.
Day's gone.
It's not too bad.
Pretty sure that might be freeon the PlayStation store too.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (03:25):
Yeah,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (03:27):
only story.
I don't think that has online.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_2110 (03:29):
what's it called, day's gone.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (03:31):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (03:32):
Was it days gone?
We were playing,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (03:34):
we did play.
Days Gone.
we played Days Gone for a bit,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (03:38):
Eh,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (03:39):
but it wasn't online.
We were just playing singleplayer and then I think, just
forgot about it, to be honest.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (03:45):
what was the other one we were
playing?
only a couple months ago.
I think it was Da Daisy, maybe.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (03:52):
No.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (03:53):
Yeah,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (03:54):
I don't think you've played Daisy.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (03:56):
so it was, I remember you falling
into the bottom of some house.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (04:02):
no, that's Seven Days to Die.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (04:04):
That's the one.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (04:05):
Yeah, no, that's a good one.
That one I forgot about thatgame.
I like Days Gone and the, and.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (04:12):
into Green Hill.

the-incoherent-podcast_ (04:14):
Today's going's not free, nevermind
that.
Get him into what?

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (04:19):
Green.
Hell

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (04:20):
Green Hell is free.
I seen that there today and Iwas actually gonna mention that
that one's free

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (04:24):
yeah.
Green Hill was a good game.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (04:26):
and that is online.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (04:27):
Still is a good game.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (04:29):
still wanna play the, VR version, so I
haven't

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (04:33):
Hey.
Also, I've been flicking throughTikTok there the other day and
I've been watching this, a gameone.
I've been watching it for agesand then I'm thinking, oh yeah,
it wouldn't be a bad game.
Gaming it is

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (04:44):
If you tell me

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (04:44):
rust.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (04:45):
you're off the podcast.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (04:47):
Rust where all they build the
shelter.
And then he put, he put theshotgun trap in it and as soon
as they walk in, they just gotblown to Smith Marines.
Yeah,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (04:57):
her rust is life.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (04:59):
I've been watching that for ages.
Did not know what it was.
And then, yeah, I startedwatching it and then I've seen
it come up and I'm like, oh, nowI know what it is.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (05:07):
Yeah.
Well, it's probably a.
A good turn point there whenthis new steam system comes out.
This for the console, it'll be,yeah, maybe you don't buy the
PlayStation five fever.
Maybe you just buy that

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (05:25):
The guy.

the-incoherent-podcast (05:26):
Roster's free right now.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (05:29):
on PlayStation.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (05:30):
Yep.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (05:31):
but I'm just thinking.
If rather than getting a PSfive, maybe Hoover just waits
and buys the, the new PCconsole.
So he gets all the PC versionsof games nine, nine times outta
10.
The PC versions a lot more indepth and it's a lot better rust

(05:51):
on pc, is what you would've beenwatching those reels on.
he is far better than consoleversion.
Console version was rubbish

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (06:00):
We still haven't played.
We haven't played consoleversion in a while though.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (06:04):
I've, pop in and out every now and
then, butI haven't played it fora couple of months, but they're,
they're slowly getting better.
I still read up on all theupdates and they're slowly
amalgamating A lot of the, thethings from PC rust across the
console, just taking agesbecause the PlayStation just

(06:26):
can't keep up compared tothecomputers.
so that'll be, yeah.
Interesting to see what happenswith that console.
The, the PC Console, I can'tthink of the name of it now.
maybe just buy one of them.
Hoover put one on order now.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (06:41):
Got PC.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (06:43):
Yeah.
Or the console.
the valve?

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (06:47):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (06:47):
the steam machine.
The valve, I just dunno aboutthecontrollers.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (06:50):
you can use any controller on it.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (06:52):
I've only seen that in one video.
I watched that.
All the other videos I'vewatched, I haven't said or shown
anything about using any othercontrols.
So it'll be you

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (07:05):
And

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (07:05):
your PlayStation controller, well,
I'm all for it'cause by far thebest controller out there.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (07:12):
I think it's the steam box by
valve.
It's not called the valve.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (07:16):
Oh, same thing.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (07:18):
Yeah,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (07:19):
Close enough.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (07:20):
I'm, I'm optimistic About it because
it's the exact thing that we'vetalked about before where I said
thatit's easy plug and play andI can play laptop games, I can
play computer games, PC games.
I don't have to worry about, oh,is it on console?
Isn't it on console?
I just, I just went and jumpedon my laptop today and was,

(07:41):
surfing through to see how muchsuns of the forest is come
across the fact that I've got asubscription for Microsoft it's
got all the PC games in there aswell.
And I ended up playing.
football Manager 26 to checkthat out because it didn't, cost
me the subscription price, but, being able to play all of them

(08:01):
sort of games and that on thepc, it kind of covers
everything, I'm, I'm reallyoptimistic about it and it's
supposed to be a more affordablethan what the Xbox is gonna be
with it's,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (08:13):
Oh yeah.
I don't know.
It'll still, I think it'll stillbe plus of a thousand dollars.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (08:19):
No, it's only supposed to be the
same as what a PlayStation is,so about 700,

zach-host623_1_11 (08:24):
PlayStation's plus of a thousand dollars at
the moment.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (08:26):
well, it comes out, it comes out the
start of next year sometime, so

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (08:31):
So

the-incoherent-podcast (08:31):
supposed to be getting released.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (08:33):
it'd be interesting when they do
release it, whether it pushesPlayStation, Xbox to, to either
hold off a little bit on theirreleases and really fine tune,
or whether they're gonna.
Yeah, me out and try to competewith sales.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (08:52):
I don't think, I think it'll be
there as a competitor, but Idon't think it's gonna worry.
PlayStation might worry Xbox.
'cause Xbox has been strugglinga little bit, but PlayStation's
been killing it

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (09:02):
But Xbox or what they've got to
worry about is that Microsoftsubscription.

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (09:08):
We'll, same with the Xbox that we dunno
whether it includes that VR oranything.
The steam box does.
You can put your mega quest inthat to it so you can play
cricket.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (09:17):
I know.
Don't worry, I've,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (09:20):
So he is already,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (09:21):
this.

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (09:21):
you'll already have it labeled, I
reckon.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (09:23):
I would, Amanda asked me the other
day, would I want of Christmasand Mede Quest straight up.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (09:30):
I dunno if our laptops will run
it.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (09:32):
I will use, I'll figure it out.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (09:35):
Fair enough.
Let me know if it does,'cause I

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (09:38):
Okay.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (09:38):
I can get the adapter and use me.
VR two my laptop.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (09:44):
you get, yeah, the Black Friday
sales.
So yeah, me, quest was on salethe other day.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (09:51):
Yeah,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (09:51):
So save a couple hundred bucks.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (09:54):
No, no, that'd be fair enough.
So

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (09:58):
I wonder if I can write it off tax
wise if I don't get it forChristmas at.
Hmm.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (10:03):
yeah, there, there's, Dig VR where you
drive excavators and just be atraining simulator.
I dunno if it actually can be,if fucking training simulator, I
just, just say it is whoever'sconvinced you sold you do e.
Good as a tax auditor.
Hey, just believe everybody.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2 (10:20):
Hoover's gonna have it set up in the crib
room at work.
The fucking trainees, newoperators coming through.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (10:26):
I just thinking about it, but

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (10:29):
Huh?

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (10:30):
yeah, I'm, I'm ex I'm excited for the
steam box.
I think so.
Yeah.
You find out, Hey, I think, Ithink it'll just change
everything.
It'll be console I, and you canplay PC games on it, which
doesn't limit you to very much.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (10:46):
I, I like the idea of it, that plug
and play, I do a lot of my PCgaming on the laptop anyway, so
I can take it with me just aboutanywhere.
IW it in front of me.
I've got the PlayStation hookedup over there.
I, there's not many places that, gaming areas don't go with me,
need something to do while I'mcooped up in the caravan.

(11:07):
so yeah, if I can.
Limit that and only have to takeone thing with me rather than
everything.
It'll be a lot more easier thatway as well.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (11:18):
Did you watch the review for Ashes
or the Cricket 26

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (11:23):
which one?
I've watched that many

the-incoherent-podcast_ (11:26):
Videos?

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (11:26):
of days.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (11:27):
No.
The one that out today.
The review.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (11:30):
That gameplay one.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (11:31):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (11:32):
I did.
a lot of things that have beenleaked, yeah, they're gonna be
in the game.
There's a few things that, whatI was watching that I need some
fine tuning, but yeah, I can'twait till later on this week.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (11:49):
Yeah, well, I'll probably just be
getting Project Motor Sport andthen that'll be me done.
not getting cricket this week,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (11:56):
until

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (11:56):
rely

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (11:58):
and tell you that it's good and
you'll get it.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (12:03):
When, when did that happen?

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (12:05):
Two days ago told you FC 26.
He's good and you are I don'tbelieve you.
And then now you've got it justto see if I was telling the
truth or not.
And

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (12:17):
it is better.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (12:17):
can't

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (12:18):
It's better than the last one.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (12:19):
this

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (12:20):
reckon the gameplay better.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (12:21):
This

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (12:22):
Hey,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (12:22):
can't have nice things.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (12:24):
I do have nice things.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (12:25):
You always buying games, I tell you,
they're good.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (12:29):
Half the time I just get'em'cause
they're discounted and stuff.
I don't, I don't normally payfull price.
Battlefield was different, butit's battlefield.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (12:36):
was, it wasn't discounted when I was
looking at it the other day, soI got the free trial and a
couple hours into that trialnow.
But, yeah, I'll, end up gettingthe,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (12:47):
Yeah.
Yeah.
I put a, I put a couple of hoursinto it today and it's, it's not
too bad.
And then I, jumped over and Isaid, I was playing football
Manager 26, which I.
so far I like the old one alittle bit better, but I think
once I get my head around thenew one, it probably won't be so
bad.
just little nuances.
That's about it.

(13:08):
when you apply for jobs, youcan't just apply for all of
them.
You've gotta go throughindividually and click'em and
yeah.
So

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (13:14):
Yeah, but.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (13:15):
I don't know.
I might be just doing somethingwrong.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (13:17):
You'll also get bored of it you did
with Football Manager 25.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (13:24):
Oh, I did play that for frigging
ages of 24.
They didn't make 25, remember?

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (13:29):
Yeah.
But

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (13:30):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (13:31):
you got bored of it.
'cause you only played it'causeyour finger was rooted.
'cause you tried to chop it off.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (13:37):
No, I've, I've always, I've always
liked the football managergames.
I just, I never had a laptop toplay'em on.
the console one the other dayto.
See what the differencesactually were in the two and try
to remember it to talk about it,but I didn't end up playing it,
so

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (13:52):
I,

the-incoherent-podcast_ (13:53):
there's a big difference and it's
watered down.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (13:56):
yeah, I didn't like the consult
version.
I got rid of it after about anhour.
I

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (14:00):
Yeah,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (14:01):
I just, yeah, couldn't get around
it at all.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (14:05):
no, that's why I like it on the
laptop.
I can use my mouse, click on itand stuff like that.
It heaps better than trying touse a controller with.
Thing that, I.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (14:14):
The only thing I'd like to see
football manager do is when itcomes game time, you, get to
watch an actual game rather thana few dots moving around.
Or you get to take part inplaying it like you can on FIFA
and stuff like that.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (14:33):
I don't think it'll ever be that.
You can play it, and I think youcan set up in settings so that
you can watch the whole thing.
I'm not sure,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (14:41):
Yeah,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (14:42):
yeah, because you hit, you watch the
highlights and stuff when they.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (14:46):
But, I've never gone right into
settings and that you see somepeople there.
That, that pretty much is theirlife.
They, that's what they do.
But yeah, I like, I do like it abit of fun.
It's something different onfifa.
I like that manager mode andthat's what I'm excited about
with the new Cricket.
Like I was saying to youearlier, hopefully the manager

(15:09):
mode starts at club level, whatyou do as a player and.
You can coach a club and thenget selected to move into state
and take on

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (15:19):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (15:19):
teams or an IPL team or something like
that.
You Yeah.
Hopefully you don't just pickthe best and stick with them.

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (15:28):
That's what I'd be hoping as well, was
a little bit of depth into itanyway, so, yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (15:33):
It might start simple.
Being that it's the first oneout

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (15:38):
yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (15:38):
and then they move, yeah.
Progress and add things asthings go on.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (15:45):
Yeah.
Hoover.
Hoover.
have you ever heard of a gamecalled Far Cry?

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (15:51):
I think so.
I think I have,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (15:54):
You think you have, but you wouldn't
have played it?

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (15:56):
no, I don't think so.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (15:58):
Well.
There are far Cry games that areon the, store as well, so you
can write that down on yourlist.
Far Cry.
Any one of them Far Cry.
Three.
Outstanding.
Probably one of my favoritegames ever.
Four four's.
All right.
Five's not too bad.
Six.
I didn't mind six, but I didn'tlove six.

(16:20):
But, far I seven, they announcedthat the next one's probably
gonna be in Alaska.
So they do settings of wherethey are far I three is on the
island somewhere.

zach-host623_1_11-18-20 (16:31):
Primal.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (16:32):
You liked primal?
I've never played primal.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (16:35):
primal was.
It was different.
didn't play a lot of the Far Cryseries.
I think it was

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (16:42):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (16:42):
they were on the island, and then I
just sort of dabbled in a few ofthe others.
but yeah, I didn't mind primal.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (16:51):
Well, I've had 3, 4, 5, 6.
I think I've near, I think I'veeither completed or near
completed nearly all of them aswell.
they're just really goodstories.
You're basically, most of them, you're stranded somewhere, so
you're a far cryer'emcivilization, and you've got a.
Fight your way through it andyeah, it's an open world game

(17:12):
and stuff.
You'd probably enjoy that one.
So, but, I'm looking forward tofar I seven, especially if it's
set in Alaska, they've got a, anew thing where you've only got
a certain amount of time torescue your family and I'll put
a video up of it the other dayand I'm not sure if I'm gonna be
thrilled with that.
'cause if you get past that timelimit, you've gotta start.

(17:34):
all over again.
I understand what they're goingfor, yeah.
And then they're also gonna havea multiplayer extraction mode,
is sort of Arc Raiders, whichZach's been talking about
lately.
He hasn't played it, but we'llkeep posted.
So yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (17:51):
there.
It's

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (17:53):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (17:54):
the few, few people I've been
watching.
it was more of a PC game and,and then I realized that it's
actually on console, so.
Yeah, I could be getting threegames this week.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (18:08):
Yeah, I've been looking at it and the
thing is, it's only$54.
It's not

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (18:13):
it's

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (18:14):
to

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (18:15):
I reckon the cricket's gonna be
reasonably cheap too.
Only around that$50 mark.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (18:19):
Oh, that'd be.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (18:21):
Yeah.
So there was it, it was around5,000 rupees from what they were
saying.
so yeah, about that$50Australian.
It's only gonna be about fourand a half thousand rupees now
in India.
So, I wouldn't be too surprisedif we pick it up

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (18:41):
Yeah.
Yeah, well we've only got aweek.
We'll find out how much it'sgonna be anyway.
But, what are your thoughts?
You know, what, you,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (18:48):
three days.

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (18:49):
you've played Far Cry games.
What's your thoughts of it beingin Alaska?

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (18:53):
and take us back to call the wild,
and I really liked that map,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (19:00):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (19:01):
moose and everything.
that, draws me in from.
My background from that hunting,go

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (19:08):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (19:09):
and pig and whatnot, and I've always
wanted to go shooting in Alaska.
So those gaming modes where Ican get to Alaska, let's go.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (19:20):
Yeah.
I wanna go Alaska.
I think being in Manda were, atdoing a cruise around Alaska,
but.
In Alaska after we got back fromour crews last year, so yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (19:31):
She'll probably push you overboard
speaking of the motor sport, actually haven't seen too much
of it.
it still being released thisweek?

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (19:41):
Yeah, it is.
I've seen heaps.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (19:43):
yeah.
See, I've

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (19:44):
Okay.
It, it comes up every now andthen.
I see it.
It'd be in the algorithm thing.
'cause I also know that they'redoing a V eight supercars DDLC
in June, July next year well forthe actual V eight supercars in
it, which.
It was a fan of about supercars.
It's a bit exciting.
So be able to do a properBathurst?
yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (20:05):
Holden and Ford,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (20:06):
no.
That'd be Toyota Camaro

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (20:09):
no, that's not proper.

the-incoherent-podcas (20:11):
Mustangs.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (20:12):
wrong baths might.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (20:14):
Okay.
In your box.
You gotta go forward eventually.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (20:16):
that, that's where you're going uphill
up Conrad, aren't you?

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (20:20):
No.
Nope.
Definitely coming downhill.
Alright, any game and stuff?
Pique your interest this week.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (20:27):
Oh look, I've been looking at a
few.
See I I don't mind those zombiegames.
we, we are playing Mud Runner.
A bit more now.
I was talking to a young fella,Bray, and he said, oh yeah, snow
runner is pretty good.
but yeah, it's just a matter ofgetting them sitting down and
getting them and just startplaying them again.

(20:48):
I used to play a lot of gameswhen I was younger, but just
haven't had time recently,before.
I was always away for work and Inever took it with me'cause.
By the time I finished work, Iwas just having to go into bed,
that I'm home more so yeah,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (21:05):
No, I can

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211 (21:06):
getting around a bit more.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (21:07):
A farming simulator,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (21:09):
Yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (21:10):
I looked at the construction one
as well.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (21:13):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (21:13):
I couldn't get around it.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (21:15):
I like the

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (21:15):
Yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (21:16):
one.
When you look, when you lookright into it and then you watch
'em online and they're friggingset up whole operations that dig
shit out and everything.
It's frigging, it's pretty cool.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (21:24):
I seen one there the other day and
had the doza.
He was going through ripping, pushing up the excavator, and
then the excavator was feedingthe screen and plant and all
that, like what I've been doingfor the last few years and all
that.
And I'm like,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (21:36):
it.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (21:37):
I'm like, yeah, great.
I spent 14 hours a day doingthat and then come home and play
it again.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (21:43):
Yeah, fair enough.
Maybe farming simulator can

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (21:47):
Yeah, yeah,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (21:49):
At least your GPS mate,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (21:51):
yeah, that's right.
Just put it on walk away.
Come back.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (21:55):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (21:55):
I think'cause of the amount of
hours you work and that they, yeah, those types of games where
you can just.
Turn it on, play for an hour andthen it away.
Those will be the ones that sortof pique your interest more,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (22:11):
Yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (22:12):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (22:12):
Yeah.
Call of the Wild.
That'd be, that's a big one foryou.
And then, yeah, we can all jumpon the same map then.
Like

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (22:20):
Yeah,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (22:21):
long, as long as you play it on
PlayStation.
Don't worry about Xbox.
So.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (22:24):
Yeah, no, I don't like x.
I don't like the controls.
the controls just weird.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (22:29):
Yeah, they feel bulky.
I don't know.
I don't, I don't like themeither, but

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (22:34):
you get used to it.
I suppose there's some peoplethat prefer the Xbox Ones to the
PlayStation ones, so.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (22:40):
Yeah.
Well, Jonesy's, these are ofthose lefties.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (22:45):
Yeah, he's strange.
Yeah.
Well, you just wanna jump on thesport or,

zach-host623_1_11-18- (22:50):
obviously big one this way, ashes

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (22:54):
and I'm not sure how it's gonna go
to be honest.
Bowling's down.
Got a few injuries, so be, itcould be a tight one.
Hopefully Australia runs awaywith it, but yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (23:06):
Yeah, I, it's in Perth.
Do that bit extra bounce overthere.
England.
Got lucky in their warmup match.
'cause the lines declareddifferent lines, bat on a bit
longer.
Probably plays out a draw.
I don't think England really hadthat, had that punch to do'em

(23:27):
over.
But yeah.
at end of the day, it's theashes

the-incoherent-podcast_ (23:31):
they're

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (23:31):
they, they're

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (23:32):
gonna,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (23:32):
up.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (23:33):
yeah, both teams will definitely be up
and swinging for it.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (23:37):
Lot of talk in the media.
yeah, lots of different thingsand lots of old players trying
to sort of light that fire foreach team.
This is the first test for along time that sparkle.
Open the bowling without eitherCummins or Hazelwood.

(23:58):
So whoever gets that roles

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (24:02):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (24:02):
that, that'll be an interesting one.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (24:05):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (24:05):
they go Scotty or whether they,
Doggett maybe, I don't know.
a big, big fight to say he wasgonna get that last sort of
position, so.

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (24:15):
When's the teams get announced?

zach-host623_1_11-18-2 (24:18):
possibly tomorrow evening, maybe Thursday
morning.
I'm not entirely sure.
I've just, I've been

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (24:27):
What day's?
The first game?
I'm just trying to work it outfor work.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (24:31):
You'll be at work'cause it's over the
weekend.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (24:34):
So I get the first three days, day
shift, and then the last twonights.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (24:39):
Yeah, it starts Friday.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (24:41):
Yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (24:42):
As in this Friday.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (24:43):
Yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (24:44):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (24:45):
Yeah.
21st kicks off.
So yeah, it'll be Thursdayevening that teams get released,
or Thursday morning sometime.
So,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (24:54):
the first bulb being bold?
Is it like a day game or,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (24:58):
20 past one over.
Got Western Australian time, so

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (25:03):
so it'll be three o'clock, four
o'clock.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (25:05):
nah, it'd be 10, 10 o'clock for us.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (25:09):
Oh yeah, we're in front of them,
aren't we?
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (25:11):
So nah,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (25:12):
No, it's the other way around.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (25:14):
We're behind them.

the-incoherent-podcast_ (25:15):
They'll start at 10 in

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211 (25:17):
they'll start at 10 and then, yeah.
we'll get it at,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (25:19):
one o'clock

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (25:20):
yeah.
Righto.

the-incoherent-podcast_ (25:22):
because I think 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock's
about this time that theynormally start cricket.
So

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (25:27):
Yeah, because

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (25:29):
little

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (25:29):
it will be,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (25:30):
10, 10 30

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (25:32):
Yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (25:33):
I'll be to get onto the A, B, C again
and listen to it.

zach-host623_1_11-18-20 (25:37):
Channel seven app, so that.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (25:39):
A, A, B, C.
So much better to listen to on.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (25:42):
that is the big one this year.
The ash has not been on channelnine.
I dunno if I like it.
I'm just so used to it, been onseven now, but I don't know.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (25:53):
I will watch it on KO anyway.
I'm pretty sure the ashes is onka.
They've been advertising it

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (25:59):
it'll be on there.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (26:00):
so much better.
Watching it ad free.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (26:02):
Yeah, but it's still, it's reasonably
ad free free to air anyway,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (26:08):
Yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (26:09):
I was gonna say, the grid on's not
ad free on ko.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (26:12):
No, it's not

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (26:13):
Fuck me mate.
I froze some ads out there onthe grid line.
I watched it there the other daywith our messages.
Fuck me some ads.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (26:22):
Yeah.
you get used to it.
that's what I've said to Zachbefore, when you,'cause people
go, well, it's too slow.
There's too many ads and stuff, the way to, get right into
American football and stuff.
Watch the college one.
They're heaps faster.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (26:36):
Yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (26:37):
It's heaps faster.
And it also depends with theNFL, what stage of the game
they're at.
If they're trying to slow theclock down and call timeouts,
there is heaps of ads.
if they're trying to hurrythings up and rush things, there
isn't, when it gets all excitingand stuff.
'cause you can go through thefirst half of a game and at not
really mean much until thatlast, five minutes of the fourth

(26:58):
quarter

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (27:00):
well, that's the, the Broncos in
Kansas City the third quarter, and that went heaps quick.
Fourth quarter dragged on,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (27:07):
Yeah,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (27:07):
and I'm just.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (27:08):
it was a tight game, so there
would've been, they would'vebeen trying to drain the clock
and, take their time and do thisand do that.
There's, there is restrictionsaround it.
they, they've got heaps ofstoppages and stuff.
Obviously, they stopped forevery set and that, there's
still only, I think it's 30, 40seconds between each play, so.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (27:26):
Well then last play pretty much went
on for two minutes

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (27:30):
Yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (27:30):
it was going.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (27:31):
Yeah, because that's what they do.
You get to the two minutes, youget the two minute warning,
which is a mini break,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (27:37):
Yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (27:38):
got three timeouts each, so that's
six timeouts that you can use inthat period.
And even the timeouts, you canuse your six, your three
timeouts in the first half, andthen you get three more timeouts
in the second half.
So slows it right down.
But yeah.
It, all right.
Once you get, you get used to itand know what you, what you're

(27:58):
watching and stuff.
It's, it's not so bad, so,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211 (28:02):
That's, that's really the first game
that I've sat down and watched

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (28:05):
yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (28:06):
of it.
Like

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (28:07):
Yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (28:08):
I kept checking what time it
started and then, yeah, I justflicked it on.
And then just sat it next to meand just listened to it.
And every now and then I wouldhave a look at it.
And yeah, it wasn't a bad gameactually.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (28:20):
No, it's pretty good.
that would've been a really goodgame.
The same with the Ravens game,'cause they only just got away
with that as well,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (28:27):
Um.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (28:27):
no, to get exciting.
I watched the, cowboys, Cowboysplay the Raiders today.
There was a little bit ofcowboys won fairly easily, yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (28:38):
As, as they do in the NRL as well.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (28:41):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (28:42):
We do beat the Raiders.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (28:44):
Yeah.
I didn't say you didn't.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (28:46):
quite easily.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (28:48):
Hmm?

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (28:49):
you were just talking about last
place.
What about the first play in theBruins Montreal hockey game?

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (28:56):
that was pretty wild, eh?

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (28:57):
I love hockey.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (28:59):
just drop gloves.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (29:00):
pretty sure was a glove on the ice
before the puck.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (29:05):
Well

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (29:05):
No, there

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211 (29:06):
that's,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (29:06):
there was, that was right at the
beginning of the fucking of thegame.
They threw, they just threwtheir gloves and just started
swinging.

zach-host623_1_11-18 (29:13):
apparently

the-incoherent-podcast_ (29:13):
Mm-hmm.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (29:14):
in the warmup.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (29:15):
he was, was doing something to the.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (29:18):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (29:19):
So,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (29:19):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (29:20):
But see what I mean?
And, I said to you about thiswith the NRL, the push and shove
and everything.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (29:27):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (29:27):
And you, you were talking about not
missing it'cause it's been outtathe game now for so long.
But

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (29:32):
Yeah, I,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (29:33):
if something that happened in the
NRL and it was just, everyonejust stayed out of it, let the
two fucking big boppers go atit.
And then they

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (29:43):
well, the thing is.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (29:45):
get sent for their, even if you had
rather than 10 in the bin, havea 20 minute spell.
See you later.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (29:51):
Yeah.
The thing is you can, you canthrow punches.
It's just, you gotta justify thereason for it, I suppose.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (29:58):
You've gotta to cop the consequence and
you

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (30:00):
yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (30:01):
yeah, you said, justify it, but

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (30:03):
And sometimes,

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (30:04):
rubbed outta the game,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (30:06):
yeah.
Yeah.
understand that, I tell you,it's actually a bit funny that
when you send that video.
I was sitting there, I wouldjust finished watching the NFL
game and I was just flickingthrough Koko and they had the
Anaheim Ducks playing, the UtahMammoth in ice hockey.
That was a very, very good game.
It got right down to the thirdquarter with four seconds

(30:28):
remaining.
The ducks scored a goal to levelit up and go into overtime, and
then went on to win it inovertime.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (30:35):
Yeah.
Right.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (30:35):
There was four seconds left on the
clock.
Ice hockey is unreal.
riding into ice hockey at themoment.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (30:42):
Ice hockey can just change that too.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (30:44):
Yeah.
Oh,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (30:46):
one,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (30:46):
it's so fast.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (30:47):
just change the game.
And

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (30:49):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (30:49):
why got that, that little bit of a
draw to it is because it's sofast.
It's constantly

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (30:56):
Yeah.
unpredictable, putting bets onit.
we have just blindly justthrowing bets on things because
of the odds and that it'sfucking stupid.
'cause it can go either way.
there's no, it's

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (31:05):
was on channel nine there on the
weekend actually, and I had iton,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (31:08):
on

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (31:08):
know who was playing.
Yeah, I don't know who wasplaying, but yeah, I just had it
on.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (31:13):
Yeah.
I reckon that'll be one of thenext big sports to grow over a
euro.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (31:18):
Well, they've gotten at Warner's Bay
there so.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (31:20):
no.
I know that they've, they've gotit on Kao, they put those games
on Kao and that, I've seen thatnot long ago.
They had the final on there.
That's

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (31:27):
Yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (31:27):
I mean, NHLI reckon it's gonna
take off a little bit now thatthey've got it on Channel nine
and it's more accessible, Ithink it'll get people more
excited about it.
And I actually, I think it's,it's, it's fun to watch, just to
have it there, it's just quick.
It's exciting.
I dunno what's going on, butstill, I do, I've got a fair
idea of what's going on.
But yeah.
It's good.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (31:47):
if the games start Bruins in
Montreal, I'll watch it everyweek,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (31:52):
Yeah.
Well,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (31:53):
Well the one, the one on Sunday,
there, old mate got smashed inthe face by the hockey stick and
then I'm guessing it was twoplays later, old mate's, old
mate then hit him.
His sticks just snapped in halfand he is on the ground.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (32:06):
Yeah,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (32:07):
yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (32:08):
I

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (32:08):
that's the whole

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (32:08):
dunno how it happened.

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (32:10):
that's the whole reason I buy the NHL
game is just so I can fight gotno idea what the fuck I'm doing.
Just get that park, put it inthe

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (32:19):
In,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (32:20):
and punch on the people.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (32:21):
in ice hockey, they, they've got
players that go on there justfor that, so they can take
certain players outta the gameand put'em in the, in the box
and shit so they can, lesspeople on the ice.
It's a strategic thing.
It's not,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (32:33):
Yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast (32:33):
they've.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (32:34):
I missed my calling.

the-incoherent-podcast_ (32:36):
there's a new sport now that's frigging
ice boxing where they're in icehockey

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (32:40):
Yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast (32:41):
flogging fuck out of each other

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (32:43):
Hey, have you seen that?

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (32:44):
ice arena.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (32:44):
You seen that one?
The downhill luge, the ice, ice.
Fuck the

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (32:48):
around for a

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (32:49):
the scale?

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (32:49):
That looks cool.
Hey, it's ice hockey cross.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (32:52):
Yeah.
Fuck.
They get fucked up in that.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (32:55):
yeah.
But

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (32:56):
You see him going over the jumps and
doing back flips, not meaning toit, knocking themselves out.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (33:01):
No, it's fucking, it's wild once you
start putting ice on shit, it'scrazy.
I'm pretty sure I've watched theice grid iron game once, but
they tried playing grid iron onthe ice and it was it was chaos.
So

zach-host623_1_11-18-202 (33:13):
soccer in the snow and that was shit.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (33:15):
what sport would you put on ice to
make it more entertaining?
Surely cricket's up there.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (33:21):
No,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (33:22):
Not cricket on ice.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211 (33:24):
Tennis.
Tennis would be a good one.

the-incoherent-podcast_ (33:26):
Tennis.
Tennis would be all right.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (33:28):
Bit of, bit of ping pong,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (33:30):
Ping pong on ice.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (33:31):
but no, you can't put cricket on
ice.
That's silly

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (33:36):
Why?

zach-host623_1_11-18-20 (33:37):
because why would you ruin?
Such a great game, putting it onice.

the-incoherent-podcast_ (33:42):
Because it would be funny to watch if
you watch the European CricketLeague where fucking stupid.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (33:47):
we're about, nah, it's not

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (33:50):
Well see they've done sprint.
They've done sprint cars on ice

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (33:53):
Oh,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211 (33:53):
before.

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (33:54):
That'd be cool.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211 (33:55):
They've done, yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (33:56):
cars.
Remember at the back of Maitlandyou had the little, I think it's
still there, the RC track forthe

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (34:03):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (34:04):
card.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (34:04):
It's still there.

zach-host623_1_11-18-20 (34:05):
Putting them having an ice one.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (34:08):
Yeah, be.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (34:10):
Yeah, no, they had a whole, a whole
race meeting on ice, the sprintcars, everything, late models,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (34:18):
Well

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (34:19):
and all they done was they just put
little screws in their tires.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (34:21):
yeah, with the ice hockey, they do
they do the arena series nowtoo.
So they've got their normal onewhere they're in their ice rings
and now they've got stadiumseries where it's outside and
they just put a fucking icehockey rink in the middle of a,
football stadium.
stadium.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's pretty cool.
And so they can get a hundredthousand people to come watch it
and shit and be good atmosphere.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (34:44):
I suppose it's, it's similar to
moving cricket pitches and allthat.
Really the rings that they'd beout, they'd be able to be all
frozen,

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (34:51):
those, those

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211 (34:52):
cooling systems.

the-incoherent-podcas (34:53):
surprised at how thick that ice is.
It's not that thick at

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (34:56):
Have you have,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (34:57):
that.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (34:58):
have you seen them demolish one Len,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (35:01):
Yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (35:01):
all Socky ring

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (35:02):
Yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (35:03):
fuck me.
They get right into it.
Like that ice is pretty thick.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (35:07):
Yeah, but

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (35:07):
All, all the sides pull away and they
just shovel everything into thesides and big drains, eh?

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (35:14):
on TikTok that have their own
homemade ones that they put upfor the wintertime and just fill
it up with water and let itfreeze while it's snowing.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (35:21):
Yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (35:21):
got their own ice, their own little
ice hockey rink out the back, and it's just plastic things
that just clip into each other,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (35:26):
Yeah.
It's a bit warm.
A bit warm here to do that.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (35:29):
Yeah, it is unfortunately.
That'd be pretty cool.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (35:32):
Go out in, throw a heap of sand so
when they're skating

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (35:35):
Ugh.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (35:35):
they,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (35:36):
Hey, I've woke up a few mornings up
Zach's way there and gone ontothe Rom, and instead of being
black with coal, it's beenwhite.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (35:45):
yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (35:45):
Yeah, had a hail at work one day and
the road was just white and Icalled up and asked if we had
snow delays and they just calledme an idiot.
So, yeah,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (35:56):
they, so they know you personally
then.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (35:59):
Yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (36:00):
pretty much.
on some NRL news, Lomax is goneand Hass is apparently.
Thinking about staying, he's notsure about going to 360.
And the only reason that I bringit up is Peter Val's come out
and said, even though Ppen,Howen and Lomax have been
released from their contractsbefore, they've negotiated,

(36:22):
they're still gonna beaccountable to the 10 year bin.
So Ppen Howen and will not beback in the NRL.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (36:30):
I think that's bullshit because
all he's doing is, is trying totrap all the players in the NRL
now and not let'em go nowhere.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (36:38):
Yeah, well he is got a, he is got a
business and a product that he'sgot a got, he's gotta protect.
I can understand why he's doingit.
So, think the whole thing's beena bit of an overreaction because
we've had other codes and that, that steal players and stuff all
the time,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (36:51):
they were saying, nothing has been
actually announced.
There's no website, nothing of

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (36:59):
No,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (37:00):
360.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (37:01):
no,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (37:02):
you can search it as much as you
want.
You won't find a thing about it.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (37:05):
I was under the impression that it
was all sorted backed, butapparently nobody knows.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (37:11):
Yeah.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (37:11):
from.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (37:12):
they say, oh yeah, where, where
they're gonna be played and allthat.
But yeah, there is noinformation at all on it.

the-incoherent-podcast_ (37:19):
There's absolutely nothing.
And that's why Hass is sort ofbacking out of it.
'cause he's not.
He's not convinced with it'causethere's just nothing with it.
And another thing that theysaid, rugby league players are
getting mentioned about gonna360, they haven't heard anything
about any rugby players goingand playing it.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (37:35):
No.
That's right.
there's been no rugby playersanything.
It's just all NRL.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (37:42):
Yeah.
So yeah, see that apparently, pap Hasen and Lomax are gonna
look at trying to get a run inthe Major League rugby in
America as well.
So,

hoover_1_11-18-2025_211024 (37:54):
I heard Lomax was going to Japan.

the-incoherent-podcast_ (37:56):
watched a video today where they said
they were gonna seek to go andplay rugby in the US

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (38:01):
Yeah,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (38:02):
so it might be Japan.
I don't think it really matters.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (38:06):
I still haven't seen anything.
say that Ppen hasn't even goingover there yet.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (38:12):
No, I think it's just been that, he
was one of the players mentionedhe pulled outta his contract
outta nowhere,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (38:19):
Yeah, this Lomax was very open about
it from the start and he saidthat he'd very much consider it.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (38:26):
yeah.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (38:27):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (38:28):
and he right up until when he was
released.
the day before, was still openabout going, but Ppen Hausen, I
haven't seen anything to saythat he's even considering it.
Everything's still, he's takenthis time for family reasons to
reset his life.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (38:47):
Yeah, but in saying that, if I was in
Pap, he has in shoes with hisinjuries and getting towards the
end of his career, he's wonGrand finals.
He hasn't played, origin hasn'tplayed for Australia and
probably not very likely to,there's probably a few players
ahead of him in it.
If he did go to Rugby 360, it's,I wouldn't blame him.

(39:09):
That's gonna set him up for therest of his life and, He
doesn't, he doesn't have toprove anything in the NRL.
he was at the top of the gamethere for a while, so,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (39:18):
and that's probably he'll, he'll
look at that over the next fewmonths.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (39:23):
yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (39:24):
and if he does go to America and
gets that fine tuning on rugbyskills.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (39:29):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (39:30):
yeah.
do you think Lomax actuallyfinally gets to play center?

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (39:35):
I dunno what he is gonna play in
rugby, to be honest.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (39:37):
I think he'd be a good outside
center,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (39:40):
Yeah,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (39:41):
so I don't think he's got that in
game kicking game to play on thewing or to play fullback.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11 (39:49):
no, no.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_211 (39:51):
I think an outside center is
probably his role over in rugby.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (39:57):
he'd play wherever GNE played when he
went to French rugby.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_2 (40:01):
So,

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (40:01):
He'd be the same sort of thing.
I think that's what it was.
It was outside center.
Inside center.
Maybe he'd probably play insidecenter because he can throw a
pass if need be.
But

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (40:10):
Yeah.
But

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11- (40:12):
I.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025 (40:12):
that, he does have that goal kicking
ability, so being able to kickthe ball, it should be able to
do it playing on the wing or.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (40:21):
Yeah,

zach-host623_1_11-18-2 (40:22):
fullback wise, bit more

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (40:24):
from a fan point of view, I'm not
exactly a hundred percent surewhy they're chasing someone like
Lomax.
I don't think Lomax has doneanything he's a good player,
but.
He's not one of the best wingersthat have ever been.
he's solid.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_ (40:39):
when you look atThe players that have
been mentioned, those outsidebacks that have been mentioned.
And then you go and look attheir try scoring highlights
reel, and you look at those bigflashy tries, they're half
turned upside down scoring triesin the corner, and I think
that's their draw card.
Bringing that big, that flashyflare to the game, and it's

(41:02):
gonna bring spectators into thisnew thing.
So I think that's where the

the-incoherent-podcast_1_ (41:08):
Yeah.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (41:08):
of Lomax and that, are mentioned so
much.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (41:12):
What if we find out we come next year
that Rugby 360 is actually arugby league competition and not
a rugby union competition?
'cause that sort of style ofplay doesn't really suit rugby.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (41:22):
Well, that's the other thing is, is it
actually, gonna be a mixture ofboth?

the-incoherent-podcast_1_11-1 (41:25):
I don't know.
Maybe it's a completely new codealtogether.
Maybe they're gonna take thebest from both competitions.

hoover_1_11-18-2025_21102 (41:32):
Well, that's the thing.
Rugby 360 has actually thrownout big money for the whole West
Tigers team to not even actuallylook at'em as.

the-incoherent-podcast_1_1 (41:41):
That didn't actually happen.
You, I've seen the same thing.
That's not real.

zach-host623_1_11-18-2025_21 (41:46):
it has, well, because it hasn't
actually been officiallyannounced as a competition.
There's nothing saying that it'sactually rugby union.
It's just rugby,

the-incoherent-podcast_1 (41:58):
That's what I, that's what I mean.
there's no, there's only minimalinformation that it's gonna be
global on all of this stuff.
But is it actually rugby Unionthat they're playing or is it a
mixture of both?
Or a hybrid version we don'tactually know.
There's no information on it.
Just where they're located andwhere they wanna play out of.
if you was to look at bothrugby, cl, rugby codes,

(42:21):
league's, the most exciting outof both of

Speaker 5 (42:22):
very much think there's a lot that needs to come
out in the next 12 months aboutwhat 360 is gonna actually be
and get the rules and everythingto see what it's actually is.

Speaker 6 (42:34):
That's the thing.
It starts in October next year,November, possibly

Speaker 5 (42:38):
November, but

Speaker 6 (42:39):
it

Speaker 5 (42:40):
at the same time, the Perth Bears, they are joining a
National Rugby leaguecompetition.
What.
Uh, let's say 14, 14 monthstime.
They've already got a coach.
They've already got likefrigging a CEO.
They've already started puttingthings in place to set up to
join a competition where 360 isan entire new competition that

(43:03):
needs, what is it, eight or sixor eight teams?

Speaker 7 (43:08):
They'd have to go for eight, wouldn't they?
They'd have to be, they

Speaker 5 (43:11):
did say how many it was supposed to be when they
said where they were gonna belocated, like in New York and
Miami and London, Dubai.
I

Speaker 7 (43:20):
I, what interests me is they're saying about all
these different locations, I'mvery interested on how they
manage fatigue and yeah, flyingbackwards and forwards.
I know all the flights overthere are a lot closer than, and
be not much different.

(43:40):
They'd fly from Perth toBrisbane and whatnot, or Perth
to New Zealand.
But yeah, there.
Their whole draw and how they'regonna, they'll want as many
games played as possible.
I would say.

Speaker 5 (43:53):
I don't think any teams were announced in
Australia or New Zealand oranything like that.
I think they're all like aroundthat.
Europe, Americas, where theflights aren't that long.
Well, that's the thing.
Do have the worst pack in thesuper.
Yeah, well, they'll stay herefor a month, then play there for
a month and stuff like that.
But they still used to flybackwards and forwards.

Speaker 6 (44:14):
Well, that's what I was gonna say.
Do they have it like around ineach area?

Speaker 5 (44:19):
Yeah.
Go like

Speaker 6 (44:20):
round ones in South Africa.
Round twos in Dubai.

Speaker 5 (44:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (44:25):
Round threes like that.
Do they do it like that?

Speaker 5 (44:28):
Yeah.
I honestly dunno.
I dunno how they're gonna runit.
And that's what I mean.
We don't even know what thecompetition actually is.
It just seems weird that they'rechasing rugby league players.
They're so pretty much everyround's magic round.
Maybe they could do that.
That doesn't really give you ahome base to represent though.
You're kind of just, you're onlyreally playing for the money,

(44:49):
aren't you?

Speaker 7 (44:50):
And you're only playing at home once.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So according to ai.
R 360 is rugby Unioncompetition, not League, but I
guess that's probably becauseit's been talked about so much
as it being rugby.

Speaker 5 (45:09):
Yeah,

Speaker 7 (45:09):
they don't, that's just what they refer to

Speaker 5 (45:11):
Union.
Unless you know what rugbyleague is and rugby union is
differently.
You think it's all just rugbyanyway.
You think it's all the same?

Speaker 7 (45:19):
Yeah.
Yeah.
Governing body R 360 New RebelCompetition, not recognized by
official Rugby Union GoverningBodies Format 15 Men Union
competition, but is expected toincorporate some elements of the
Rugby Sevens format andfranchise style model cricket to

(45:43):
IPL.
So yeah, you go into that.
Yeah.
That franchise type thing.
Yeah.
National Rugby Unions havestated that players who sign
with 360 will be ineligible toplay in international and could
face bands from their respectivenational teams.

Speaker 5 (46:03):
So really nothing much that we don't already know.
There's still a lot ofinformation that needs to come
out if they're gonna be settingall these things up.
Yeah.
So

Speaker 7 (46:13):
yeah.
But

Speaker 5 (46:14):
doesn't, doesn't seem very well organized at this
point, unless you haveeverything in place already
before they had announced it,and now it's just working
through the process of findingplayers.
Well, it's all well and good tocome up with this idea, but

Speaker 7 (46:31):
Yeah.
Yeah.
But as for the Landis coming outand saying that Lomax and that
have played their last games, Idon't agree with it.
The end of the day, the clubsreleased them before they signed
with 360, and that's all Valandsaid before.

(46:56):
Anyone that signs with themwould be banned for 10 years.
Yeah, so that'd be on recordsomewhere.
And Lo Max's managers andthere'd be solicitors involved
everywhere.
And I don't think.
If 360 doesn't get off theground, it doesn't Go ahead.

(47:17):
I don't think that they'll bebanned because they haven't
played a game

Speaker 6 (47:21):
Well, that's the thing.

Speaker 7 (47:22):
Technically, they, if they do go to America, they've,
they've gone off.
If America's recognized as oneof the, the rugby worlds.
Or part of that governing body, then yeah, they should be able
to come back, be no different, the two of us to check or any of
those that have been and gone inthe past.

Speaker 6 (47:44):
That's right.
If they just go over and justplay normal rugby unions and
then they don't sign with 360,or if they do go to rugby union
and then say, yeah, righto, I'mnot gonna, not gonna worry about
signing 360.
Are they gonna be on their back?

Speaker 7 (48:03):
Yeah.
Or they should be able to,technically speaking, if they go
over and play for in thatAmerican competition, then
technically they're eligible topossibly play for the Wallabies
in the World Cup next yearbefore the 360 competition
kicked off.

(48:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (48:25):
See what happens.
We'll find out in 12 months timewhether or not it goes ahead or
not, and.
See what it is.
I think it takes a lot longerthan just throwing money at
players to make it a excitingcompetition anyway, so the only
excitement around it's peopleseeing what it's gonna be.
So

Speaker 7 (48:42):
yeah, I think we'll find out in the next four to
eight weeks, you're gonna haveto announce something and let
people know.
Otherwise they're not gonna getanyone to sign.
They, they need to be able togive more information to be able
to, yeah.
Bring people across and maybethe managers know more than what

(49:04):
is being released to the public.

Speaker 5 (49:06):
Well, from what I, what I've seen and all of that,
it's only one manager that'sdoing all this with Rugby Lee
plays, it's Clin Shaki.
He's the one, he's the managerof PAP housing.
He is the manager of Dry Gray, Ithink.
I think gets all around him.
So.

Speaker 7 (49:21):
Maybe it's his own competition.

Speaker 5 (49:24):
I don't think he has any part of it.
He played Rugby Union for theReds.
So after his stint at Canberra, the frigging World Cup
qualifiers last weekend,Portugal's chewing to be Island.

Speaker 7 (49:36):
Yeah, they're still running around.

Speaker 5 (49:40):
Aldo Aldo's, not

Speaker 7 (49:41):
He had a Sydney.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Ronaldo went and had an earlyshower.
Mind you, Ireland had scoredwith Rando out there.
So they, yeah.
From Portugal,

Speaker 5 (49:53):
you'd still think Portugal were a good enough team
with the Aldo?

Speaker 7 (49:58):
Yes.
They should have been.
But being played in the island.
Yeah, having that home groundlooked to play for.

Speaker 5 (50:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (50:09):
Then they, well, the

Speaker 5 (50:10):
whole, the whole thing compromises Portugal
actually making it to the WorldCup now.

Speaker 7 (50:15):
Yeah, there's a

Speaker 5 (50:16):
chance that they might not play in the World Cup
and this would, this would haveto be Aldo's last chance at the
World Cup.

Speaker 7 (50:22):
Oh, I did say that last time the World Cup was
around.

Speaker 5 (50:26):
Yeah.
But here he is

Speaker 7 (50:27):
too.
And he could, playing over inthat Saudi league, he could just
quite easily coast along, playwell enough that he gets picked
for Portugal and, yeah.

Speaker 5 (50:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (50:43):
Really just focus on international duties.

Speaker 5 (50:47):
He's already won a World Cup though.
Hasn't he Mess?
He has

Speaker 7 (50:51):
mess.
He won a couple years ago.

Speaker 5 (50:54):
Yeah.
There has not won a World Cup.

Speaker 7 (50:56):
No.
They won the Euros.

Speaker 5 (50:58):
Yeah, I think that's what I might have confused
around.
Yeah,

Speaker 7 (51:02):
it is.
Portugal won the Euro two and is16, so even that 10 year ago
since winning a major trophy.
Yeah.
Or not nearly 10 years ago.
Major trophy.
So yeah,

Speaker 5 (51:19):
the World Cup's not easy to win, though.
There's some good sides in that,in those national teams.

Speaker 7 (51:25):
A hundred percent.
Well,

Speaker 5 (51:26):
when you go through Germany, Spain, Brazil.

Speaker 7 (51:30):
Belgium, so

Speaker 5 (51:31):
England,

Speaker 7 (51:32):
no, no, not England.
England have got the players andthe player base, but they just
England just fall apart.

Speaker 5 (51:40):
I do have a little bit of a segue for that, but I
was actually surprised the otherday I was going through the list
of European teams or the teamsthat haven't qualified for the
World Cup yet.
'cause they're still doing theirqualifiers where Australia's
already qualified.
We qualified.
A while ago now, I'm stillsurprised how many teams haven't
actually guaranteed their spotat the World Cup yet.

(52:04):
From the European side ofthings, most other continents
are pretty good.
But yeah, I think, I think it'sbecause there's more teams or
something like that, or,

Speaker 7 (52:14):
yes, it's probably harder in the age of conference
'cause there's only certain somany teams from each conference
that can go through and,

Speaker 8 (52:24):
yeah.

Speaker 7 (52:25):
So from the age one, I think there may only be the
three or four teams.

Speaker 5 (52:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (52:31):
Don't quote beyond that.
You can get through otherwise.
So

Speaker 5 (52:33):
you've still got, there are,

Speaker 7 (52:34):
there are other avenues.
Yeah.
Top two or three from the groupgo through or top two go through
and three and four go throughthe playoffs.
Yeah.
A lot of teams going throughplayoffs at the moment, so

Speaker 5 (52:50):
Yeah.
No, it's good.
I've, I, where it's been,they've been playing it this
week.
I've actually been gettingreally excited for the World
Cup.
Next year it's in the us it'llbe, we can watch it.
Basically.
It's, it's not on it too bad.
Well, I can, I get better daysand stuff like that, but most
people you played over weekendsand that you'll, I work for
yourself.

Speaker 7 (53:11):
I can just take the whole time off.

Speaker 5 (53:14):
Yeah.
Well, when is it?
Four weeks?

Speaker 7 (53:17):
Yeah, but I'll just find somebody to work for me
that month.

Speaker 5 (53:21):
You gotta do a, you just fly us over to America and
just do it as a work cost.

Speaker 7 (53:25):
Yeah.
No, no, no, no, no, no.

Speaker 5 (53:28):
We'll be temporary employees.

Speaker 7 (53:30):
No.

Speaker 5 (53:31):
Yeah,

Speaker 7 (53:32):
no.

Speaker 5 (53:33):
Did you see anything I sent before we were gonna
North Korea to play incompetition?
Yeah.
We document it.
Yeah.
It'll get listeners.
We'll go to North Korea and playgolf.

Speaker 6 (53:45):
Yeah.
The thing is, will we make itback?

Speaker 5 (53:48):
I looked at Herra and I said, oh, I'll just put a
thing in so that we can go andplay golf in North Korea.
And I looked at her and she waslooking at me and go, that's the
bad one.
She goes, I know.
Anyway, my segue before, so I, Iknow I've said on an episode
before that I was at worklistening to an audio book
called The League, and the lastcouple of weeks I've already
listened to that one of how theyset up the NFL and all the

(54:09):
owners come together to actuallymake the NFL and all the stuff
that they come up against withlike rival competitions and
stuff like that.
And it's really interesting andI highly recommend it.
I've been listening to it onAudible, but there's one that I
come across the other day'causeI went and searched and I was
thinking, I wonder if there'sone that where they cover
soccer.

(54:30):
And I did.
I found one, it's called theBallers Round.
And they go from the verybeginning of when football was
made and they cover offabsolutely everything and it
goes for 56 hours and I stillhaven't finished it.
Driving around listening to theaudio book.
Anyway, but what you were sayingabout England, right.
The reason that I go to a seguewas when the World Cup first

(54:55):
started, it was like Uruguay andstuff that were invited people
to come and play in it, andEngland kept turning'em down
because they didn't want to doanything like that.
So it's kind of, in England iswhere.
Football was created, that'swhere the rules were made, and

(55:15):
that's why you've got rugbyunion, rugby League, all these
other things.
And they touch on that in thebook, how you got all those
codes that split off becausethey were trying to come up with
rules.
England is where it was created.
So it's a big thing to them thatthey've gotta win it.
So it'd be a lot of pressure onthat national team to uphold
this is our sport when the restof the all the other countries

(55:36):
do it.
So I think that's what it comesdown to, why England struggle
with those, those big games alot.
I think that's what it comesdown to a lot.

Speaker 7 (55:45):
That's why you see so many of the fans on socials and
news articles and everythingabout.
The, uh, coming home becausethey wanted to finally come home
and maybe one day will we seeit.
I don't know.
England have got a lot of depth, don't get me wrong, but at the
moment, they've probably got oneof the best sides they can put

(56:09):
on the park for a while.
So it'd be interesting to seehow they go in the World Cup
next year since

Speaker 5 (56:18):
Yeah.
Yep.
No, I'll be interested to seeit.
I just, I just thought it wasfascinating and it, it's called,
the ball is round.
It's really long.
I drive around in a truck for 12hours a day, so I get time to
listen to it, but it, it,there's a lot of interesting
stuff.
There's stuff about cricket inthere, there's, there's heaps of
stuff they go through everycontinent, every country on how

(56:39):
it's set up in that country andstuff like that.
So I just wanted to do some bookrecommendations this week.
I thought it was justinteresting.
That's all.
So.
Yeah.
Anyway, I think we might jumpinto our predictions this week,
which we're, we've changed alittle bit, but we'll explain
that Our predictions are broughtto you by cross hair, pip, and
excavation.

(56:59):
For all your PIP and excavation, poly welding or general needs,
head over to Zach's Facebookpage.
Give him a follow and you'll seeif he can help you out or not
with whatever you need.
So I've been posting some stufffor what he's been doing.
You've been playing with rocksthis week?

Speaker 7 (57:13):
Yeah, it's been a.
Bit of a rocky situation at themoment on the subdivision I'm
on.
So you better meet a deeper rockat the moment.
Slow going, but yeah, persevere.
We'll get there.

Speaker 5 (57:28):
Yeah, so we've come up with a bit of a, we've been
doing our predictions and try tomake it a little bit more
exciting or have a little bitmore of a formula to it.
Do you wanna explain the rules,Zach, that you came up with?

Speaker 7 (57:45):
So we mentioned last week about the, uh, the golf
shot for the, any games that wegot wrong, simply because we
actually had to rerecord part oflast week's episode due to
technical difficulties and oneof Jason's games that already

(58:06):
played prior to us re-recording.
So he was already.
Down one lost as our Maori

Speaker 6 (58:15):
and mine was, uh,

Speaker 7 (58:16):
we'd stitch him up and come up with the rule of
face facing the ping pong ballfrom a driver on the tee box.
And then Mayan multi failed aswell.
So I now have to cop one leadingfrom that.
We're gonna tally up it.

(58:37):
Any of our predictions that weget wrong from now on out and
come up with a little bit of aformula that if Hoover gets any
wrong, I get to hit him with theping pong ball and for any that
Jason gets gets wrong.

Speaker 6 (58:54):
Did I get any wrong last week?

Speaker 5 (58:57):
No, this is, this is from, this is starting from last
week, but yeah.
I only gotta go to the 30th,which is next weekend that you
still haven't got back to meabout.
So

Speaker 7 (59:08):
Hoover is safe at the moment, but knowing he's betting
record, he's bound to catch uppretty quick.
Uh, so yeah, Hoover will shootat Jason for any of Jason gets
wrong and Jason has.
Been trying to get me back for alot of years now as we were

(59:32):
playing King of Beers many yearsago and as it, the rule that we
played back then was the numbereight card landed as a slap
card, and me and Jason's beenmates for a lot of years and far
as around and took the piss outeach other.

(59:53):
He thought he'd won the lot overthis day.
He, he drew the number eightfirst one of the game.
He looked me in the eyes, hesaid, I'm fucking taking you.
And so we did.
And it was about three roundslater.
While then, no,

Speaker 5 (01:00:08):
no.
It was the very next.
It was the very next.
It was the very fucking nextcard.
I slept with everything that Ihad and then fucking, the very
next card you picked up wasanother eight.
And you just looked at me andsaid, and then pretty sure I had
a concussion.

Speaker 7 (01:00:24):
Trust.
I

Speaker 5 (01:00:25):
don't forget it was the very next card.
'cause you're sitting right nextto me.
Your term was next and youflipped over and you went, yeah,
yeah, no, you are fucked.
So yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:00:34):
So he did win a lotto, put it all on black and
lost.

Speaker 5 (01:00:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:00:42):
So yeah, Jason might get a little bit of revenge
maybe, and he gets to take hisshots at me for any that I get
wrong.

Speaker 5 (01:00:53):
And Hoover shooting at me.

Speaker 7 (01:00:55):
Yeah.
Yeah.
Hoover shoots at you.
I shoot at Hoover.

Speaker 5 (01:00:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:01:00):
I probably do get, I probably get the best draw here.
I was gonna say,

Speaker 6 (01:01:06):
you've got it safe here because John, I can't hit
the ball straight.

Speaker 7 (01:01:10):
I am probably better off standing on the edge of the
tee box

Speaker 6 (01:01:15):
or behind us behind him.

Speaker 7 (01:01:17):
So j Johnson spends a lot of time in the forest, so
yeah.
He end golf wolf.

Speaker 6 (01:01:24):
Really don't.
Yeah.
Martin Brook, he just spendsmost of the time on the practice
range off the first tee offstraight in practice range.
Every time

Speaker 5 (01:01:32):
right after their practice, they be trying to find
your ball.
Yeah, but I'm a member.
I'm a member at Master BrookGolf Course now.

Speaker 7 (01:01:40):
When we go to ridges, he tries to go swimming in a
damn a damn water.
Just

Speaker 5 (01:01:45):
do go swimming.
Yeah, that was, yeah, that was amistake.
Anyway,

Speaker 7 (01:01:52):
yeah, our predictions,

Speaker 5 (01:01:54):
wait, wait.
Hoover got both his long shortsright last week, so
congratulations.

Speaker 6 (01:02:01):
I was very confident in both of mine.
Oh, was the Broncos only justgot away with it?
Oh no.
They, they controlled that game.
Yeah.
I do

Speaker 7 (01:02:10):
believe you said it was gonna be 35 7.

Speaker 6 (01:02:14):
Right?
Add add the scores up and youcan make it.
No, 33 to seven.

Speaker 5 (01:02:18):
No, no, that was wrong.

Speaker 6 (01:02:21):
Yeah, it's.
And

Speaker 5 (01:02:22):
I do, I do need to say Zach did get right that
Canberra be the team that hadmiss out on Magic Round.
Yes, I do remember that.
The other thing, before weactually do our predictions, the
other thing that we got rightwas for the last, well, this is
episode 11, 12th episode all up,but since we started this
podcast, we've been talkingabout how the NRL should reduce
the 19 rounds conferences.

(01:02:45):
Go to 20 teams and all thatstuff, and the NRL put out an
article the other day sayingthat's what they're looking at.
Word for word for what we said.
So, yeah.
I'm guessing the NR L'slistening to us.
What do you reckon?

Speaker 7 (01:03:01):
Maybe about five viewers.

Speaker 5 (01:03:03):
We've got more than five.

Speaker 7 (01:03:05):
How many did we have this week?

Speaker 5 (01:03:08):
This week?
I think it was about 15 thisweek.

Speaker 6 (01:03:11):
Yeah.
I listened three times.
Did you actually, no.
I listened once.

Speaker 5 (01:03:18):
No, usually, usually Zach doesn't listen to it, so

Speaker 7 (01:03:22):
yes, I do.
Well listen to every episode, but I don't listen to it through
the week.
I'll wait till I'm driving homefor the four and a half hour
driver that I've got in front ofme.

Speaker 5 (01:03:32):
Uh, we'll get, we'll get onto our predictions.

Speaker 7 (01:03:35):
Listen here, don't make me bring that slap card
out.

Speaker 6 (01:03:39):
Right Uber, you won last week.
You are first.
I'm half confident with these.
So what I'm doing is I'm goingfor a FLW.
There are into the semis.
I'm going north Melbourne to win

Speaker 5 (01:03:57):
North Melbourne.

Speaker 6 (01:03:58):
Yep.
And then this one was a hardone.
I'm going to go for a drawbetween a draw arsenal.
Tottenham The draw.
Yeah, the hotspots.

Speaker 7 (01:04:11):
Totten, Tottenham Cock.

Speaker 6 (01:04:13):
Yeah.
Which is Hoover's team.
That's right.
That's why I was saying it'sgonna be a very hard one to like
back against them there.

Speaker 5 (01:04:20):
Yeah.
You gonna

Speaker 6 (01:04:22):
get

Speaker 5 (01:04:22):
up and watch

Speaker 6 (01:04:22):
it?
What time is it and what day itplayed.
I

Speaker 5 (01:04:26):
have no idea.
It's your team think.
I think

Speaker 6 (01:04:29):
it's on, I think it's actually the 24th it's played.
Oh yeah.
I think it's a five o'clockgame.

Speaker 5 (01:04:34):
Oh.
You can get up and play projectcars or project motor sport and
watch, what's that?
Fox to play's

Speaker 6 (01:04:39):
that well that What day will that be?
Sunday, third day?
I think that's through the week.

Speaker 7 (01:04:44):
No, it'd be Monday morning.

Speaker 6 (01:04:46):
Yeah, Monday.
Yeah.
That's all right.
I'll be probably on my way towork that time.
Or I might even be at work.

Speaker 5 (01:04:54):
You can listen to it on the radio.

Speaker 6 (01:04:56):
Yep.
The whole way.

Speaker 7 (01:04:59):
Yeah.
Zach,

Speaker 5 (01:05:00):
what?
What's your predictions thisweek?

Speaker 7 (01:05:02):
3:30 AM game.
So you, yeah, I'll be up.
No, we're going with you, Jason.

Speaker 2 (01:05:12):
So my two best tips are that the Ravens are gonna go
on a five straight winningstreet and beat the Jets this
weekend.
'cause I watched the Jets theother day and they weren't very
impressive.
And go Ravens.
And I'm also gonna jump on theNewcastle Jets to beat the
Western Sydney Wanderers.
So have you got Zach?

Speaker 3 (01:05:32):
So EPL I'm getting this hurts.
This actually hurts.
I'm getting around Liverpool.
Winning this week, beating theforest.
I'm still off the forest.
They did and dirty.
Got rid of him.
Didn't give him long to turn himaround.
They can be relegated back tothe premiership they go.

(01:05:57):
As for my other prediction, wentwith the Ashes game one.
Um, having a bit of a look atthe weather for Perth.
Some rain around this couple ofdays that more than likely gonna
get washed out with some goodrain.

(01:06:17):
Uh, so I've gone with withdrawalfor game one, Australia's
bowling lineups depleted At themoment, I still think we've got
enough depth that we can takewickets and control that game.
But yeah, I think.
England will be a fire and tosort of get a win, but I think

(01:06:42):
it draws on the cards.

Speaker 2 (01:06:44):
No, I can agree with that.
You got anything else this week?

Speaker 3 (01:06:48):
Only thing left really is for anyone that's got
this far in the podcast, thisepisode, we'd like used to all
drop a gamer tag for Hoover.

Speaker 2 (01:07:01):
Yeah.
So Hoover's gonna be setting uphis own.
Subscription eventually.
And he needs his own gamer tagand he hasn't got one.
So me and Zach have our one.
I change mine all the time, butat the moment mine's full
anarch, or total anarchist,isn't it?
Something like that.
And yours is Rusty Reaper.

(01:07:23):
So we try to work out who, whatthe best name for Hoover is
gonna be, and you can do that.
I'm sort of leaning,

Speaker 3 (01:07:29):
I'm leaning towards the Hot Spur.
Hot Spur Hoover.
Hot spur.
I'm open to whatever.
So for anyone out there got someideas, jump on our socials, send
them through Spotify, send themthrough in a message.
