Grounding Into 3D (Part 1)

Nature has been speaking to me recently, and this week, the messages have been coming through the physical realm in the most beautiful and profound ways. I've connected with the wise spirit of the owl, who sat face to face with me on the farm this week. I've connected with plants in my garden who have shared their healing. I've connected with the healing work of the land on my farm. And I've connected with my body, who has been speaking to me through physical symptoms of exhaustion, asking me "pleeeease prioritise some good sleep!". 

This experience has grounded me deep into the 3D, and it's made me question my preference for the thought realm, where I most often reside. In part 1 of this episode, I share these experiences with nature, and what they've taught me about disconnection from our 3D nature, and pose the question - is the ascension narrative actually good for us?
