Natalie Grace (00:05):
This is the
Initiates Podcast.
Here we create space to explorethe path of initiation, as we
reawaken the forgotten wisdomthat resides within us all.
I am your host and guide, natalie Grace.
(00:26):
Join me every Thursday for anenlightening exploration of
contemporary spirituality.
It's my honour to journey withyou.
Hello, my beautiful friends, Iam back.
(00:52):
Thank you for joining me.
I have so much to share withyou.
It's been a bit of a wild ridefor me since the last episode,
which is a fair few weeks back.
Now I'm happy to say I'm backin the swing of content creation
.
I really have been lookingforward to putting this episode
(01:13):
together for you guys, becausethere's just so much I want to
share.
So this is a solo episode withme.
While I've been pondering how Iput all these amazing lessons
and wisdom and thoughts togetherfor you because I've learned so
much recently and so much wantsto be shared I have been really
busy interviewing people, someamazing people, so I know some
(01:37):
of their wisdom is going to popthrough on this episode.
Some amazing magic is happeningin these conversations, in
these interviews, and, yeah, Ithink that's rubbing off on me.
So today I am going to bereflecting on some of the big,
big stuff I've learned Cancerseason, we just went through
(01:57):
cancer season, we're now wellinto Leo season, and cancer
season for me was a really bigseason of processing, ever since
the solstice actually, when Istarted on a new journey
training to be a ceremonialspaceholder.
I work so much in the digitalspace and in my thought realm
(02:21):
that doing physical, groundedwork in the real world is sort
of a bit foreign to me thesedays, and I'm so grateful to be
a part of an amazing coursefocused on the medicine of cacao
, which is such a beautiful, beautiful, energetic medicine,
(02:43):
plant medicine, beautiful giftfrom Gaia.
So I'm definitely going to bereflecting more on that
specifically in future episodes, but for now I really want to
share what this process and I'mabout halfway through my course,
which is a little, I guess, amini apprenticeship, because
it's not just about cacao, it'snot just about making delicious
(03:06):
cacao and serving it in a circle.
There's some deep, deepconnections that I've been
building with the physicalelements, with Mama Gaia, pacha,
mama, mother Earth, whateveryou like to call her, and her
guardians, her earth guardians.
I've been doing some reallypowerful work with mountains,
(03:31):
which is so new to me, but it'samazing animals and the
directions and I thought thedirections would be super easy
for me to kind of hook intobecause I work with them so
closely in the tarot that whatI'm finding is so much of my
wisdom that I've developed sofar on my own has been
(03:53):
intellectual.
No matter how spiritual itfeels and how spiritual I make
it, it's still intellectual kindof perceptions and processing
and translating of beautifulsubconscious language of symbol.
And what I'm learning to feelinto now is the material
(04:16):
connection to actual energiesthat exist within the earth and
it is so powerful and it's notsomething that has been taught
to me through my more recentlineage, it's something that I'm
learning from people with deepcultural connection, which is
such a beautiful privilege andgift.
So that's what's been keepingme busy and it's been really
(04:37):
busy.
I was having two fairly majorceremonies every week and many
ceremonies most days, which isjust so cool, it's so fun.
I've been working super closelywith my altar.
I gave my altar a really bigrevamp and it's been really
(04:59):
powerful.
I've been working with smokeand smudging in different
formats and that has been reallypowerful, and I'm learning lots
of techniques and methods toembody higher frequencies.
I'll just leave it at that, butI did want to give you an
(05:19):
overview as to how I'm gettingall these kind of breakthroughs
spiritual breakthroughs andwisdom breakthroughs and what
I'm going to share might not benew to you, but it has been new
to me and I feel like I want toshare it because, well, firstly,
this is my podcast but, second,it might be new to some of you
and that would be really coolfor me to share this wisdom,
because that's ultimately thepurpose of this podcast.
(05:42):
So stay tuned, because I'mgoing to be giving you some
practical ways to kind of shiftor de-programme mental programs
that might be holding you backfrom being your best self, the
self you came here to be.
I'm going to be sharing some ofmy own experiences about how I
(06:05):
am now finding it easier to workon these programs, these really
long-held programs, and shiftthem and transform them into
programs that are more positive, and I'm seeing the tangible
impact of that in my materialreality, which is amazing.
I'm going to be talking aboutboundaries, because this is
(06:26):
something I've been working alot with since I started this
course, and the energies of themountains, in particular, have
been incredibly helpful insupporting me to not only
identify and understand what myboundaries are but actually take
action on them when I feel likethey're being crossed or
(06:50):
disrespected.
And that's taught me somereally cool lessons that I'm
excited to share.
And then healing there's beensome really deep processing and
healing that I've been doingthrough inner child work that,
again, I feel like is beingfacilitated.
I feel the strength to do itthrough this granular connection
(07:12):
I'm making with these earthelements and with the, I guess,
loving support of Pachamama'senergy as well.
So this has been reallyprofound for me and has created
some really big shifts and somereally just really obvious but
completely new to me in mindblowing realizations about
(07:37):
transforming our reality.
We might call that manifestation, but I think it's bigger than
that and more important thanthat.
So there's a lot to get through.
It's a journey, so the energiesof the time.
(08:05):
I feel like and I say thisbecause I've gotten some
feedback from other people I'vebeen talking to about this that
we're in a fairly magical timeright now, and I'm sure there'll
be a subtitle to this episodethat has more keywords in it.
But really the message of thisepisode is that life is magical,
(08:26):
and that's why it's titled Lifeis Magical, because it is, and
this time, particularly for mein my life, in my sphere, feels
very magical through all thiswisdom that I'm gaining and then
actually seeing transformation, just like magic, in my life,
which is amazing.
And other people are feedingback to me that they're
(08:49):
experiencing something similar.
So you might be across theastrology right now and that
might be talking to you.
You might be having more kindof a prophetic understanding of
the energies of this time.
I know many of you that I followhave been sensing that this
(09:11):
time of this year was going tobe really powerful, which is
awesome.
But we also create our ownpower and we create our own
magic and I feel like that'sbeen so cool.
That's something that Iprioritised recently and I
didn't realise how magical itwould be.
I just realised that there wassomething that I really wanted
to do, because I knew it wouldbe important to unlocking
(09:32):
something that I wanted to do infuture, which is holding
ceremony in person and havingmore of a grounded framework
instead of kind of an airy-fairyapproach to how I hold space.
So that's brought so much magicin and then working as I said
in the intro, working with allthese like elemental and earth
(09:52):
energy forces has been justthere's so much magic in the
earth and it's really easy toforget about that when we spend
time too much time inside beingdistracted, and that's
definitely the pattern that I'dbuilt for myself.
So, and I want to also say I'mnoticing my voice is a bit
(10:15):
scratchy today.
I think it's because I'm out ofpractice in delivering podcast
episodes to you guys andobviously I've got some throat
chakra stuff going on.
So thank you for liketolerating my slightly scratchy
voice today.
It's some powerful clearingwork that's taking place right
now.
(10:37):
So I mentioned my apprenticeshipbeginning around the time of
the solstice but, interestingly, led by my partner, I decided or
we decided together to do aliver cleanse and that was
really a transformationalgateway.
It's not the first livercleanse I've done, but it was
very powerful spiritually for meand it's exactly what I needed
(11:00):
to do before embarking on thisinitiation.
And it's interesting because inso many cultures you do fast
before you experience a formalor ritualized initiation, and
this wasn't a particularlydifficult fast.
It wasn't a water fast.
(11:20):
Those things don't suit me atall.
I've had some bad experiencesdoing water fasting in the past.
This was the liver cleanse bymedical medium I think it's
called the 369 and it'scleansing with food, with food,
that the guy behind the medicalmedium I think his name is
Anthony has insuited andreceived wisdom, higher guidance
(11:45):
he's received in how we canbest cleanse our bodies and for
the liver there was a particularnine day diet that I did and
there was food and juices and itwas great.
I thought really wonderfulafterwards, but I really noticed
this is going to be gross.
I'm sorry if this is TMI, butI'm a real hippie and I don't
(12:07):
like wearing because I don'thave to like go to a day job.
The burdens of needing to usechemicals on my skin every day
are lessened, so stuff likedeodorant.
I'll only really prioritizewearing when I'm seeing people
and thankfully I've got abeautiful chemical match with my
(12:28):
partner where we don't findeach other's odors offensive in
any way.
The reason I'm talking about BOis because I'd noticed just
before doing this cleanse thatI'd started to smell like bad.
I didn't recognize the smell asmy own.
It smelled toxic, the sweatthat was coming from me, and so
(12:51):
it was like my body was tellingme I'm ready for you to take
action and cleanse the waters ofyour body.
And it's a very powerful thingto do, because when we do any
internal cleansing or externalcleansing for that matter, we're
clearing space.
So we are removing garbage,we're removing junk, we're
(13:14):
removing stagnation, we'reremoving toxicity, we're moving
energy, we are taking what slowsus down and makes us heavier
and releasing it.
And so if we're talking aboutthe liver, we're talking about
the blood, those aspects of ourblood that make our blood
heavier than it needs to be,that makes the heart have to
(13:35):
work harder in order to pump it,for there to be more beautiful
life, giving oxygen in our blood.
So really important functions.
And For me it was quite anemotional cleanse, or I want to
say an emotional space clearing, because I was actively and
intentionally clarifying theinternal waters of the body, the
emotional waters, and I didn'trealize it at the time, but I
(14:01):
was doing that to make space forall the new lessons in wisdom
that was going to come, but, more importantly, for the
emotional clearing that I neededto do as part of the process of
connecting in with these earthenergies.
So you can think of a cleanseas like an internal space
clearing ritual.
(14:22):
Whatever cleanse you might bedoing, if it's more of an
intestinal or parasite cleanse, that's to help you digest
energies, you know, and for youto receive the nurture that your
body needs from the food.
And so when you move crap out, space is what is left, and
another lesson that I've gottenhere is that can be dangerous,
(14:43):
because what do you fill thatspace with?
You might just go back tofilling out what you always
filled it with, instead ofintentionally deciding what will
fill that space.
So I recommend, if you're goingto embark on any cleanse, be
ready, have a plan and make adecision and be decisive and
intentional about what you wantand call in to fill that space
(15:07):
once the space is cleared.
I also developed a mantra or anaffirmation to help the
cleansing process, so I'll sharethat with you now.
I am decisively sacrificing inclearing.
I'm doing this with fullintention to make change in my
life and in my body.
I commit to clear all within methat is slowing me down and
(15:31):
holding me back from beingexactly who I came here to be.
I might make a real out of thatone.
Okay, so I cleared the space, and then what happened?
Well, I did a very powerfulopening ceremony with my group
on the solstice and it startedrolling everything off and the
(15:53):
magic started unfolding fromthat point.
So I want to say the money stuffwas the first thing to pop up
and I was finding things reallychallenging because I haven't
had much cash coming in inrecent times and I was having
bills kind of stack up.
And I don't know about you guys, but generally in my life the
(16:15):
bills seem to come all at onceand sometimes that's cool
because you get them out of theway and then you don't have to
think about it until the nextyear, rather than having to deal
with it every month or having adifferent big bill pop up every
month.
And normally I'm fine to covereverything in the middle of the
year.
But this year has been adifferent story and normally
(16:38):
this would stress me out.
Normally I would be feelingreally anxious about money and
lack of money.
I would be feeling stressedabout what I can't have in order
to put the money I need toassign to honour my
responsibilities.
(16:59):
But this time and I can't sayexactly why I've just felt peace
and calm around the money thatI have.
It might have been sparked byor inspired by a recent
conversation I had with a guestHer name's Julia Scott, and it
was about money and she sharedsome really cool wisdom.
(17:20):
She's got a program calledMoney is my Lover and at first
when I heard that I went ooh, Iprickled, but I realised that
was my limiting programs there, giving me that knee-jerk
reaction and it's felt morecomfortable to see money as my
friends.
That's what I've been workingon since that chat with her and
I'll be airing that episode soon.
(17:41):
She works with the energeticsof money from a feng shui
perspective, which is veryunique and very cool, and I
definitely trusted her guidancethere.
In the way we attract or, let mesay, the way we don't repel
money is to talk to it like it'sa friend, and so that's what
(18:06):
I've been doing.
I've been talking to money asif I love it, like a friend, and
I'm so grateful for itspresence in my life.
And when I see my bank balance,I'm grateful for every cent in
my bank account because it'sgoing to give me exactly what I
need, and even when it's low.
So that's what I've been doingand there's been some amazing
(18:28):
tests During this time.
Things keep popping up andsomehow the money arrives and I
trust that it will, and I don'tallow myself to stress about it.
But the biggest test, when Iwas shown that the universe was
showing me that something hadshifted was fairly close to the
(18:49):
beginning of this course.
I was driving to officeworksthat's like a stationary store
in Australia and I just had toget some basic stuff.
And as I was leaving, it's in afairly big shopping centre like
a homemaker's centre, and as Iwas leaving, I wasn't paying
(19:11):
close enough attention to whereI was going and I could swear
that there was no car in frontof me.
However, I heard a crunch as Iwas turning left out of the car
park to get back on the highway, and it wasn't a big crunch, but
I was like, oh, shoot, that wasme and there's a car in front
of me and I've run into the backof them.
(19:32):
Now we were all kind of thatcar was stationary, I was just
about to move, so it wasn't fastor anything like that, but
normally I would immediatelyhave stress in my body and shock
and panic and especially atthat point I would have been
like, oh my god, this is goingto cost me a fortune.
And I actually I'm stillshocked to say this now.
(19:55):
My response, my immediateresponse, and I remember the
thoughts in my head it was oh,this just happened, that's okay,
we'll just fix it and it was assimple as that and I didn't
feel any tension in my body atall and we I kind of motioned to
the person to kind of go backinto the car park.
(20:16):
We'll take a look at the carand I was expecting some kind of
damage to the bumper and itwasn't an old car, so it was
probably going to cost somethingand it was probably going to
impact my insurance, my ownpremium, and I get out of the
car to take the car over withthe guy in the other car and
there's not a single mark, there's not even a speck of dust
(20:37):
from my car.
He is.
We were there for 15 minutes.
He was searching, he waswanting to see something, I
think, and he was being carefulbecause he said it was a fairly
new car.
And I'm like I totallyunderstand, do what you need to
do.
I took some photos and he tooksome photos and it ended after
(20:57):
him desperately trying to findsome hint of damage, with him
saying there's nothing wrong, everything's okay, and then he
left and it was so cool and I'verealized now that that was a
lesson for me.
I'd unlock something therebecause I had so much trust in
(21:19):
that moment.
Any other time in my life Iwould have had a freak out, but
in that moment I was fine and itturned out there was nothing
wrong.
So that was the first hint ofmagic on this journey so far and
since then that's kept thefaith within me to not get
stressed about the money.
(21:39):
It's still.
The cash flow is still tightright now super tight, super
tight but it's okay, I'm okay,everything's okay.
And more importantly than that, and that's so important but even
more importantly, I'm socognizant of the gifts I have at
the moment, and this is anotherreally profound lesson that I
(22:03):
kind of came across on my own.
I'm probably not the firstperson to say this, but I
haven't heard anyone else saythis before in this way, and
when I thought about it I wasjust like, wow, this is really
powerful, this is a reallypowerful practice.
So this is in response tofeeling ungrateful.
(22:24):
I'd gone through a pretty longpatch of feeling really
dissatisfied, specifically withthe home we're in, and feeling
ungrateful because it wasn'twhat I wanted, it wasn't where I
wanted to be, it's fairlyunloved and before we got here
hadn't had much nurture, and sothere's lots of all these legacy
(22:47):
issues that really annoy me andI'd got to the point where I
started feeling reallyfrustrated and disgruntled about
being in this house and I can'tremember what the turning point
for me was, but at some point Ithink I was maybe trying to
write out what I'm grateful forand I was struggling, and that's
(23:09):
not usually a problem for me.
I had to really sit with thatand at some point I came to the
fact that if I think about thelife that I'm living, it
shouldn't be hard for me torealise that the life I'm living
is a life that someone elsedreams of and I'm so blessed and
(23:32):
I've stopped being grateful forthat and it's a mantra now that
I think about anytime I'mstruggling with feeling
frustration or dissatisfied.
I think about the things in mylife that other people dream of
having, and not all of us are asfortunate as others, and it is
a common thing to say there'salways someone less fortunate.
(23:54):
But that's kind of focusing onthe negative.
So by reframing it this way, you're focusing on the positive
and also by anchoring into theenergy that you have at some
point dreamed of how you'reliving now in at least one
aspect, and someone else will bedreaming of the things that you
have and wishing that forthemselves.
(24:15):
By showing reverence andgratitude for the things in your
life that other people might bedreaming of, I really do
believe you are sharing thatfrequency with them as well, and
you're sending them prayers tohelp them attune with what you
have, rather than sending pityfor someone who's less fortunate
than you.
(24:35):
So I think this is a superpowerful practice, and if this
is still trying to understand oh, what is it that I have?
That's a dream I have forsomeone else.
My life isn't my dream.
You know, our dreams areevolving and there will be some
things that you dreamed of thatyou have now that you didn't
(24:56):
Something as simple as a car.
If you have a car, think of yourteenage self, before you were
old enough to get your license, and how desperately you would
have loved the freedom that acar could give you.
That's something that so manypeople might not be able to
afford or be old enough to haveand they would love, they dream
of, and you have that and that'scool.
(25:16):
You can reflect on that.
You might live in a Westerncountry and other people wish
they lived in an environmentthat you live in, where there's
greater access to luxury andcomfort and more opportunities.
You can find gratitude andreverence for the children that
(25:38):
you have, all the pets or thepartner that's.
Those are things that peoplealso dream of, even something as
simple as being to feel the sun.
So people who aren't in yourhemisphere when your summer is
their winter, they might bedesperately seeking to feel the
sun on their face.
And it's something you have, that someone else is dreaming of
in that exact moment, that youcan be grateful for.
(26:00):
Okay, so that was a super, super powerful lesson for me and
one that I'm going to takeforward for the rest of my life,
and I invite you and encourageyou to share that with as many
people as you can.
Okay, another one that I've beenworking with a lot is personal
(26:22):
responsibility for how I feelabout where my life is at.
This can be big stuff, or itcould be really petty, little
stuff in the moment, and oftenwhen we feel dissatisfied and
we're complaining, we're notcomplaining about ourselves.
We're complaining about otherpeople and what they're doing to
(26:44):
us to make our life harder thanit needs to be.
And I've started I've reallynoticed it this week, just this
week that I'll be in my mind, oreven vocalising my complaint
say to my partner aboutsomething that I'm not happy
about.
An example of this was in thecar yesterday.
I got in the car and the petroltank was near empty and I
(27:10):
immediately started complainingin a dialogue about why wouldn't
he fill up the car.
He was out on the road yesterday, but then a voice came in and
said and it's obviously myhighest self.
Right, I think I'm just inreally like deep communication
with my highest self at themoment.
My highest self said if you'renot happy with this situation,
(27:31):
that's your problem.
And I was like oh, yep, that'strue.
If I want to need petrol in thecar and that's something that's
important to me and soimportant that I am not happy,
then I've got to do somethingabout it to make sure that I am
(27:54):
happy with what's happening.
And then I'm like yeah, butit's not my turn, or I don't
have the money right now until, like you know, I get paid, or
those excuses can pop up.
And then my highest self keptsaying, yes, but that's your
problem.
Yeah, but that's your problem.
And I'm like right, okay, it'sthis time of radical
(28:19):
accountability and fullresponsibility now that I'm
leaning into, so I think thatone might be a powerful one for
you too.
I also feel that way when I feellike I've had a day where I
didn't get anything done, andit's really easy to blame
external distractions thatdidn't come from me, rather than
the distractions that I createdfor myself.
(28:41):
It's the same thing I've runout of time in my day, says my
higher self, and I feel annoyedthat I didn't get the stuff done
that I had planned to do.
Then that's my problem.
I can wake up earlier.
So there's another mantra foryou with the biggest stuff.
(29:04):
So that's more about, like, howto transform the inner dialogue
around petty, petty stuffthat's happening, stuff that's
not so important.
But there's bigger stuff, andthis is boundary, boundary work.
I guess In times when I feellike I'm not being listened to
(29:25):
or I'm being disrespected, thenit's up to me to communicate
more clearly or be more decisiveor command more respect.
So these are really big thingsand they're not easy to do, but
they're things that get us tothat complaining point.
Again.
I've really this has becomereally clear for me now where I
(29:49):
will complain about whyboundaries being disrespected?
Because I've set the boundariesbut I've actually let someone
cross them, and then I complainabout it.
So what I'm, what my highestself is guiding me to now, with
the support of my amazingmountain allies, the mountain
(30:10):
energies that I've called inrecently, is that actually the
most important part of workingwith boundaries is what action
you take when someone crossesthem, what you say or do when
someone disrespects yourboundaries, especially if you've
already made them clear.
So the first step iscommunicating them to begin with
, and even before that, the prestep is actually defining them
(30:33):
for yourself.
But I think we talk a lot aboutboundaries and we set them, and
then we, for some reason, we'reokay with people crossing them,
and I've really started to putmy foot down with this in the
past few weeks.
Where I feel strong enough, Ifeel fortified by this amazing I
can only put it down to thegrounded strength, the
(30:57):
rootedness of the mountainenergy that I've called in to
work with.
Even if you just imagine whatit is to be the strong mountain.
The mountain commands.
Respect the mountain.
You can't cross the mountainsboundary without its permission.
It's there, you know.
You actually need to climb upand down it.
(31:18):
You all go around it.
There's no other way.
But for me, this energy hasallowed me to feel strong enough
to actually communicate andtake action when a boundary has
been crossed, and that's beentransformative for me.
That's actually had almostimmediate reaction in my world
in making and commanding respect, I guess which then means that
(31:45):
it's a really simple equationI'm happier because I'm
complaining less.
It's so easy, but it's likequite mind blowing that the less
we complain, obviously the morehappy we are, and so we have to
think about what we complainabout the most, and start there,
and so often it's about otherpeople when it really should be
(32:08):
about us, and so even then it'snot.
It is someone elsedisrespecting my boundaries, but
the boundaries are mine, andit's my responsibility to take
action or speak up very clearly, very directly, very strongly,
(32:30):
with strength, and doing thatwork has really been amazing.
So that's something else thatyou might be able to apply to
your life right now, if you arefinding it difficult to stand in
your power and be firm in yourboundaries and actually take
action and speak up for yourselfwhen they're crossed, think
(32:55):
about what the mountainsymbolizes and what it would
feel like to be the mountain, and see if you can apply that to
the next time you're in thatsituation.
Okay, there's two more magicalworks that are happening in my
world right now.
There's, I want to say, likewinks from the universe.
(33:15):
This is the most fun part oflife.
Being magical is when you startfeeling and seeing the earth
and the universe wink at you,and this can be through angel
numbers and other symbolicsynchronicities.
It could be through animalspirits, but I'm actually
finding this is happening withhumans now, which is really fun
(33:38):
while we see angel numbers.
This is something that happenedthe other week.
I drove to a chiropracticappointment and I went to the
cafe first and I bring a changeof clothes so I can have comfy,
loose chiropractor clothes whenI go in, and I've got a van so I
(34:00):
can change in my van veryeasily.
And I was walking to the carpark on the way back to the van
from the cafe and I saw threecars really close to each other
with three angel, differentangel numbers.
I think there was a 333, a 777and a 999.
Maybe the numbers don't matterto me, it's just about the
(34:22):
patterns and when they arrive.
That's the message for me andI'll probably do.
I'll talk about that in moredetail on another episode, I
think.
So I saw these three angelnumbers and I'm like, wow, life
is magical, how awesome.
But then I get into the car andI start changing and I see this
picture just on the seat, likea framed print, and it was of an
(34:47):
angel, and I'm like, okay, obviously my partner picked that
up somewhere and put it there, but I'd never seen it and I just
thought it was really cute thatI'd graduated from seeing angel
numbers to actual angels.
But this is being like embodiedin human form for me now and
I'm also realizing just like Ican be living someone else's
(35:11):
dream.
I can actually be acting as anangel for someone else in real
life and people are doing thatfor me as well.
So there's been some long termissues with my car.
I've got a pretty silly car.
It's kind of old now and itneeds particular parts, and when
we take it to our familymechanic, he's always pained at
(35:33):
having to work on it, and sothat means me feel stressed and
like everything's too harddealing with the car as well,
because I'm not mechanicallyminded in any way, and so
through a family member and Idon't live near my old family
mechanic, so I also have totravel really far to bring the
(35:56):
car to him to work on it andit's just a lot.
And I found a local mobilemechanic who was supposed to be
really good and I booked him tocome and work on the van to fix
up these long term issues thatwere seemingly really simple,
but just everyone we'd asked tofix them had found it too
difficult.
(36:16):
So this is really basic stufflike indicator lights and that
kind of thing.
So we get this guy out and heknocks on my door and we were
doing a huge clean in the houseat that time and so our doorstep
was just filled with junk.
He would have turned up and belike where the hell am I and he?
(36:36):
So I'm expecting judgment andsome kind of harsh energy from
this guy.
But I opened the door and thelook I got from him was just
like I know you, but it wasn't.
It wasn't of this realm, andwhat happened after that was the
most easeful experience.
It was joyful.
(36:59):
My partner I had just hung outwith this guy in our like
driveway.
He was so patient with us,teaching us how to fix every
issue that was wrong with thecar, teaching us how simple it
was, joking with us.
It was the most blistering, cold winter winds and he was
just there having a nice timetalking to us about his band and
(37:19):
like from when he was youngerand making jokes and just
showing us how easy it can be tolike fix these problems
ourselves.
And it was so.
It was such an importantexperience for me to have at
that time because I was in thisspace of overwhelm where
everything was too difficult.
There was nothing that was easyfor me to fix at that time and
(37:42):
it really wasn't that long ago.
But I was left feelingrejuvenated, like I'd had always
energy box worked on as if Ijust had Reiki and like I could
do anything.
There was see those issues thatwe had for so long with the car
.
So in the amount of an hourthey were fixed with joy and
(38:06):
ease and I took that energy intomy future timeline.
I want to say what I steppedinto after that was kind of like
a gateway portal where I'mgoing to make things as easy as
possible and I'm going to makethem fun and I've been trying as
easy as said than done, ofcourse, but I've been trying
really hard and it's hard whenwe're going through times where,
like balanced out, with thatamazing, like exhilarating kind
(38:30):
of energy clearing, is thisreally difficult cancer season
that has involved so muchrehashing of trauma in the most
beautiful way.
But it was just epiphany afterepiphany.
It's pretty crazy and I likeI'll be dealing with this guy
(38:51):
again, but in that moment he wasan angel for me and that's the
recognition I got.
When I opened the door and ourenergies connected.
It was like I'm here to helpyou with something really
important.
I remember I remember at likethat subconscious level, our
soul contract here, which is areally cool, and those soul
contracts can be something assimple as that and it can be
(39:14):
someone you never interact withagain, but they do something
really profound that you need inthat moment and you can be that
angel for other people too.
So I've been getting someguidance from my higher self
about messages with things to do, and there's been one in
particular message that Ireceived a couple of weeks ago
and I won't go into too muchdetail yet because this is a
(39:38):
plan that's evolving at themoment, but it was basically I
met someone who was new in theirbusiness and they'd sent me I
was like looking to purchasesomething from them and they
sent me the booking details andthe process was was a little bit
difficult, and the message thatI got was going through that
(39:58):
process was like she needs help.
Offer her help, because that'swhat I do.
My career for many years wascustomer experience and digital
marketing, so I still I stilllike doing that work, but I'm
very particular in who I workwith.
(40:19):
Anyway, I, as soon as I metthis woman in person again
because I had to sort somethingout with my, my purchase I
literally said to her exactlythe guidance I got.
I was told to ask you if youneed help?
Do you need help with this?
Can I help you?
It's something I do.
And she was immediately saidyes.
(40:40):
And not only that, but afterhaving a long chat with her and
getting to know her and like, obviously, our energies gelled,
she said something to me thatreminded me of how I felt when I
interacted with that mechanic, and it was that I have been
waiting for someone, the rightperson, to come and and offer me
help, like this has beencausing me stress and I haven't
(41:02):
known what to do about it and Ihaven't had the right people
around, and I've just beenwaiting for the person who could
help me to come and so I canhelp you.
And again.
Obviously, we made a deal inthe in the other realm, before
we came here that that there'dbe this kind of interaction and
even if that's not, it's stillsomething that we can do.
(41:24):
We can offer that help, we canbe someone else's angel, and
it's really beautiful.
So the last, and probably mostprofound and most important part
of this recent journey I'vebeen on and I'm still going on
and I'll probably be doing thiswork for the rest of my life,
but it's in a child work in achild healing.
It is a multi-dimensionalprocess of healing.
(41:49):
It is super powerful and theimpacts that I'm seeing in my
life are just so amazing, thankyou.
I want to start by reciting aquote from someone I follow on
Instagram who's an estheticianlike a holistic esthetician, a
(42:09):
natural esthetician.
Her name's Katie, her handle isFaces by Katie, and she wrote
this quote recently and I'm like, wow, that is so true and so
powerful.
Everything is about healing thefuture, not the past, and that,
for me, is the key to timelinejumping.
(42:31):
I'm trying to figure out abetter way to describe the
process of.
Some people call it timelinejumping or timeline shifting,
other people call it quantummanifestation I haven't really
landed on the best way todescribe it because it's just
beyond words.
But for the purpose ofexplaining what's happening with
(42:54):
me now, I think, timelinejumping or timeline healing,
timeline timeline calibrationI'll I'm going to workshop this
at the altar and see ifsomething comes through, but
basically this is a process andit's.
We don't just do this healingwork just so that we can, like,
(43:18):
get stuff, manifest things.
It's so that we can become theversion of self we actually came
here to be, and time ismulti-dimensional and all
timelines are happening at once.
So this is your past, yourpresent and your future.
They all coexist, they're allhappening at once.
(43:39):
It's this life and alternativerealities that we have, it's our
conscious and material and thesubconscious and immaterial, and
then also the e-cashic field.
So all of the energeticimprints of all the memories,
thoughts, words, ideas, is thatliving memory, the living record
that is constantly shifting andevolving for everyone and
(44:02):
everything and all collectivesand all times all at once.
All this is coexisting, allthese different timelines and
realities.
And so, in very simple terms, what this means is that when we
take an action in the presentmoment with the intention of
healing a fragment of self ortransforming because healing,
(44:24):
it's like the end goal is toheal, and we might think that
healing stops at that point andthen you're healed, whereas
transformation, I think, is abit more evolving, like
constantly evolving.
So let's say, when we take anaction in the present with the
intention of transforming afragment of self that resides in
(44:45):
the past, then all timelinesand all realities shift in some
way.
They all experience someelement aspect of transformation
, no matter how small.
If you've seen Back to theFuture, the movie Back to the
Future, you'll know that it'sreally.
They are very scared ofaltering anything that's
(45:08):
happened in the past because ofthe impact that they don't know
what it's going to change in thefuture.
It's a really greatdemonstration of how this
concept works.
And so inner child healing isreally important because if you
think about how much of yourpresent self, how much of your
(45:30):
programs, of your limitingbeliefs, of your emotional
reactions, of your traumaresponses, of the pain you carry
, the density you hold, how muchof that can you trace back to
your childhood?
Probably most of it, right?
I think that's common foreveryone.
So so much of our currentreality is shaped by our
(45:55):
experiences as children, thatpast timeline.
It's encoded within us, andwhen we take action now, in the
present moment, to engage ourinner child and transform
something for our inner childwhich is just our past
experience, our younger selfexperience, that past timeline.
You're actively reprogrammingthat coded imprint that's
(46:21):
actually created this programthat impacts you.
Now you are reprogramming andso the first thing you're doing,
which is super important, isthat child version of you that
felt rejected, that felt uncaredfor, that felt unloved,
whatever it might be, thatcreated that imprint In a child
(46:43):
work.
There's lots of methods and Ithink this deserves its own
episode.
But, very simply, I've beencalled.
I've been talking to myself asmy child self.
I've been visualizing myselfand kind of acting like a parent
or a cool auntie or even aspirit guide.
That's probably the best way todescribe it.
If you think about the spiritguides we have around us, what
(47:06):
if some of them are alternatereality versions of us, or even
future versions of us, comingback energetically to make sure
we're okay and to kind of help, support us to find our highest
path?
We can be those angels for ourpast, child versions of self.
So what does that look like?
(47:27):
That's giving the child thecomfort that it missed out on in
that moment that you stillremember, that still hurts you
right now.
That's bringing more joy toyour child self, to give your
child self more attention.
And so it's so simple and itmight seem or feel silly at the
beginning, but it's actuallyreally comforting and lovely to
do and it can just be in yourhead just before bedtime or
(47:53):
early in the morning before youget up, after you wake, when you
say hello and you give yourchild self a hug and like you're
really excited to see them.
I think of how I respond to mylittle niece when I see her it's
all excitement, it's all likecome here, I haven't seen you in
so long.
Oh, can I have a hug?
Yes, that kind of energy.
(48:15):
And then, what do you needtoday?
This is a practice that I'vebeen taught through the course
that I'm doing, but, this beingthis specific with the
conversation, what is it thatyou need today?
What is it that you need rightnow?
And the answers can be verydifferent.
They can be I might need play,or I might need some fun, or I
(48:35):
might need to giggle, or I mightneed a cuddle, or I might need
to sit and just doing thatvisualization and feeling into
it from the heart space is areally beautiful practice and in
those moments, even if this isjust in the imaginary,
subconscious field, you're beingthe angel guide to your child
self.
You're transforming somethingfor your child self and some
(48:59):
days you might be really littleand some days you might be 12 or
13 or 14.
You might I never had a biggersister and they had a little
sister.
So it might be your 17 and youneed.
You wish you had a big sisterwho you could just tell some
stuff to that you can't reallytell anyone else and just have
them listen and give you a hug, like there's, there's so much
(49:21):
possibility here and it's such asimple, it's free, you can do
this for free.
And if there's some traumaticstuff that is difficult, maybe
just focus to start with on onbringing joy and lightness and
play and fun to your little kidself.
It's really powerful.
And so in those moments you'reactually changing your
(49:42):
experience of of your child self, because you're also going to
be encoding into your memorythat you're you've just had that
experience again with as yourchild self calling her in or him
in.
You're going to be able torecall that memory from now,
from this point onward to, andthat energetic imprint.
So you've changed it.
(50:06):
For your child self, that meansevery other timeline changes
after that.
Every other timeline is goingto have this new imprint.
That's much more positive.
Their memory that you werecared for by someone at that
point.
And if you can hear some noises, it's just bread.
He's being a bit needy.
(50:27):
And if you're having troublereally believing this, imagine,
take yourself back to the mostimportant experiences of your
childhood, the ones that havecreated the negative impacts
that still remain with you as anadult that are really hard to
break free from.
And if that experience when youwere a child had gone
(50:48):
differently and was morepositive and gave you what you
needed?
If your child self that timegot what they needed in that
moment, how would you bedifferent today?
Really, think about that.
Can you even imagine how yourlife might have turned out
differently?
Because those experiencescreate these long term, deeply
(51:12):
held, usually negative programsthat limit us, that help hold us
back from expressing ourselvesthrough truly authenticity, that
perhaps keep us from feelingconfident or strong or loved.
So if you didn't experience theneglect or the rejection at
(51:38):
that moment as a child and youactually got exactly what you
needed, who would you be today, would that program still be with
you?
Would your whole reality bedifferent?
It's entirely possible, andgoing back to back to the future
, like even the smallest actionthat they take on the past
(52:00):
timeline can have a hugelyprofound impact in the future.
We don't even know how ourlives would be different if our
child had a different experience.
So if that program that wascreated that limits you now and
hurts you now never got made, how might you be living right
now and how might you be feelingabout yourself?
(52:20):
What might you be doing Bread?
So if you provide your childself with what you needed, then
if you give them the love andthe support and nurture Through
just simply visualizing, thenthey actually do get it.
That's how powerful this is,and you will jump to a different
(52:42):
timeline.
You will shift realities.
You'll arrive in a timelinewhere that old program no longer
exists and if you don't believethat to be true or possible,
then it won't be.
That's the other thing.
You hold all the power here.
So I hope you can recognize howbig a time this has been for me
(53:06):
and, I think, for everyone, andwhy I felt now was a time to
return here and share some newlylived wisdom, because wisdom
isn't just knowledge, it isn'tjust information, it's not even
just the download, it's theexperience of understanding,
(53:27):
living with this information, where it becomes wisdom.
And this time, recently, although short, has held so much
wisdom for me to be experienced.
So, yeah, I really appreciateyou sitting with me and
receiving this transmission, andso I've mentioned a few times
while I've been delivering thismonologue that I'm seeing
(53:53):
profound changes in my lifebased on embodying these wisdom
teachings and taking action onthem, but I haven't really
described what that is.
I've described some magicalmoments and synchronicities,
some interactions with my ownearth angels, which is really
awesome.
I'm bringing some of thatangelic energy to others, but
(54:15):
it's really around more ease, more happiness, more joy, and
I'm actually being delivered nowthrough situations, through
events, through people, throughopportunities, what I've
actually been wanting for areally long time.
But I understand now I've beenkeeping myself from or that
(54:38):
wasn't ready to arrive yet, because I still had some work to
do.
That's another thing.
Sometimes you get frustratedthat the things you want aren't
coming to us quickly enough, butthere's a reason we still have
work to do and it might beclearing that space, like I
spoke of at the very beginningin order for good new stuff to
(54:59):
arrive, or it could be healingwork that needs to be done so
that you can truly understandthe gift that you're getting
when it arrives.
And the gifts just keep onunfolding, and it is just so
beautiful, thank you, thank you.
Thank you for being presentwith me and receiving this
(55:21):
transmission.
I hope that you've been able totake some of your own aha
moments of wisdom from theseshareings.
I'd love to hear how thesewords are received, how they hit
