In this episode, Mike unveils a transformative late-night revelation—a five-tiered pyramid he calls "The Foundations"—that redefines his signature creation process of clarity, certainty, and commitment. Drawing from eight years of teaching personal power and sovereignty, he introduces four essential layers beneath the surface: the willingness to receive, self-love, trust, and a deep sense of significance. With raw vulnerability, Mike shares his evolution from self-loathing to embracing his worth, blending personal anecdotes with universal insights. He invites listeners to join his upcoming Winning the Inner Game of Wealth virtual intensive, starting April 14, 2025, where he’ll guide participants through these foundational elements to align inner strength with outer success.

Key Takeaways

  1. Creation Rests on Inner Foundations
Clarity, certainty, and commitment thrive when built on a willingness to receive, self-love, trust, and a sense of significance.
  2. Receiving Starts with Worthiness
You don’t earn your desires through struggle—openness to receive flows from knowing you’re already enough.
  3. Self-Love Fuels Effortless Action
Radical self-love dissolves the need to prove yourself, unlocking ease in the creation process.
  4. Trust Transforms Perspective
Trusting life, yourself, and the universe turns every challenge into a step toward growth.
  5. Significance Is Your Birthright
You’re a miracle—embracing your inherent worth aligns your inner world with the life you want.

Speaker 1 (00:02):
Do you ever wake up feeling like there's something
missing in your life?
Do you ever feel the need toescape your business?
Are you running your life or isyour life running you?
I'm Mike Kitko and I'll helpyou design and create a life so
authentic and aligned with whoyou really are that you'll get
excited just to wake up.
I'll help you create realwealth, success and freedom from
the inside out.

(00:23):
Welcome to the Inner WealthPodcast, where we learn and
choose to live inspired each andevery day.
I'm always looking for a new wayto take sometimes the same
concepts that I've taught forthe last eight years the

(00:45):
internal work, the personalpower, personal authority,
personal sovereignty, yourability to feel extremely
powerful inside and bring a moreconfident, bring a more
trusting, bring a morecourageous person into the world
.
And that requires leveling upand upgrading from the the world
.
And that requires, like, leveling up and upgrading from

(01:06):
the inside out.
But that's basically what I'vetaught for the last eight years,
but I'm always looking for anew twist, a new way to share it
or a new way to shape it so Ican share it and so that it
sticks and it gets like peopleunderstand it and they step into
a higher state, of just anupgraded sense of self.

(01:27):
How about that?
An updated, upgraded identityand sovereignty?
Okay, so, in the middle of thenight I was woken up about a
couple of weeks ago it wasprobably about a month ago now I
was woken up in the middle ofthe night and I had this vision
in my head and it happens to mea lot.
I get you can call themdownloads where just out of

(01:48):
nowhere, something will pop inand I used to take, I used to
take credit for it, like lookwhat I developed.
But when these things just popinto your awareness, I didn't
develop it.
And you know most artists youknow, like John Lennon would
always say this Most artistsdon't take responsibility for
their work because the workcomes through them, it doesn't

(02:09):
come from them.
And I know this sounds likesome esoteric, you know nonsense
, but it's true.
It's true a teacher and anartist.
But we, we create what, what isinspired in us, in the
inspiration, the, the spiritwithin it.

(02:30):
Just it comes in.
We don't necessarily alwaysneed to create it or or shape it
, it's just sometimes it justpops in and and it's like here
share this with the world.
And that's exactly whathappened in this case and it was
very, very crystal clear.
It was a pyramid and I'vealways I've taught.

(02:50):
Over the last couple of yearsI've taught the creation process
and if you've listened to thispodcast for any period of time,
you understand the three C'sclarity, certainty and
commitment.
Getting really, really clearabout what you want, becoming
super hyper certain that you canhave whatever you want, and
then taking inspired action, remaining patient and then
receiving when it comes in.
And I've taught this and somepeople get benefit from it.

(03:13):
Some people use it and they'relike oh, that makes sense.
My man, josh Wilson, in NewOrleans.
We were hanging out and he'scome to my workshop and I've
taught on his stages and when Ishared this with him he goes
that's it, got it, that makessense.
And it's something he's alwaysused.
It's not like I taught himsomething that now made him more
powerful.

(03:33):
He just understood what he hadbeen doing the whole time.
And clarity, certainty andcommitment right, that's the
creation process.
You can create anything youwant in your life if you apply
clarity, certainty andcommitment.
Now I've got on my websiteinterwealthglobalcom.
I've gota free video coursecalled Choose your Destiny, and

(03:56):
that's exactly what that's about.
It teaches the creation process.
In my workshop Choose yourDestiny intensive, live
intensive workshop I teach thecreation process.
Now there's so much more that Iget to in the workshop and
that's why it's really cool thecreation process.
In the video course it toucheson each of the concepts, but in

(04:18):
the workshop we really apply thework and I show you not just
how to, not just the concept ofbeing certain and becoming
certain, but we actually do thework to become more certain.
So, anyway, if you ever get achance, come to one of my Choose
your Destiny Vision Intensives.
We've got another one coming upat the end of August 2025 in St
Louis, missouri.
But some people they understandthe creation process, I teach

(04:41):
it, they apply it and they don'tnecessarily get any results and
I'm always looking for a way tohelp.
And in this download, in thisflash that I got in the middle
of the night, I suddenlyunderstood why, and in this
episode we're going to unpackand I'm going to dive deeper

(05:01):
into the kind of work under thesurface, the inside work that
needs to be done for thecreation process to work.
So if you've ever seen a ducklike just swimming across the
pond, you've got the duck thatlooks really, really calm on the
surface but underneath thewater the duck's fins are just
going crazy and it's just likechaos.

(05:23):
But it looks graceful up top.
Well, the inner work that'srequired to make the creation
process, it's like it's theflappers that make the creation
process like effective, withease, all right, and in this
episode I want to unpack thisdownload.
It's a flash I had was apyramid and it was like there

(05:44):
were five elements of thepyramid and I called this the
foundations.
All right.
Now I want to also suggest andmake you aware of on April 14th
2025, I intend to teach this ina four-week virtual training
container.
Virtual training container it'svirtual.

(06:07):
We'll meet four weeks, twosessions per week.
It's going to be called Winningthe Inner Game of Wealth and
it's a virtual intensive whereI'll share each of the not the
creation process.
We'll touch on the creationprocess, but I'm going to teach
each of the four foundationalconcepts of the creation process
and we'll do that week by week.
It's going to be really awesome.
I've done these virtualcontainers before a couple of

(06:28):
them over the last 12 months andthey're really, really powerful
and they're a lot of fun and wereally like over a short period
of time, click as a community, but in this foundational pyramid
, at the very top.
Now, if you go to my YouTubechannel, maybe subscribe on my
YouTube channel.
I intend to take this videothis week because the video
version of this podcast episodeshows up on YouTube while the

(06:54):
audio shows up across all thepodcasting, the audio podcasting
platform.
So if you want to see thevisual and it's very rudimentary
but if you want to see thevisual of the foundations, go to
my YouTube channel and look upthis week's episode.
All right, this episode, andyou'll actually see the pyramid.
All right, can't show it on theaudio, obviously, but I'm going
to describe it At the very topof the creation process or at

(07:16):
the very top of the pyramid.
A five-tiered pyramid is thecreation process, creation
process, clarity, certainty,commitment.
We just talked about that.
I'm not going to go back intothat.
If you want to go and grab thatvideo course, you can get
started on that.
But underneath of the creationprocess, underneath, is the

(07:37):
first foundation of the creationprocess and it's the
willingness and the ability toreceive.
Now, in the creation process, the last step is commitment and
it's taking inspired action, being patient in the process and
being willing to receive.
I've struggled during the courseof my life to receive and I've

(08:00):
done full podcast episodes aboutjust that, the willingness and
the ability to receive.
It's almost like in my life italways felt like I never earned
or deserved something.
And if the only way I shouldsay that I could feel like I
earned or deserved something wasfor it to be hard, for some

(08:25):
extreme sacrifice that I madeand for almost punishment and
punishing myself, and then, after a certain level of
punishment and self-sacrificeand harshness and stress and
toil and torment that Iinflicted upon myself, then I
would finally be willing to feellike I deserved something and

(08:47):
that I had earned it.
So when you feel, when we feel, and the foundational piece, the
underlying, you know you gotthe creation process and right
under that is the ability toreceive.
The willingness and the abilityto receive is the I guess you
can say the expanded descriptionof that.

(09:08):
But when you are ready toreceive, when you are open to
receive in the creation process, you don't go into it and be
ready to receive.
When you do the work.
You go into the work ready toreceive, you go into the work
with your heart open to receive.

(09:29):
And what does that mean?
It means you feel worthy.
It means you feel deserving.
It means you feel like you'vealready earned it.
It means you feel like you'vealready deserve it.
You're not doing the work as anact of feeling like you deserve
or earn it.
You go and do the work tomaterialize it, knowing that who
you are and the fact thatyou're breathing and we're going

(09:51):
to get into some of this in alittle bit but the fact that
you're breathing means thatyou've already earned it and
deserve it.
It's a play on the ability andwillingness and the ability to
receive.
You don't go into the processtrying to prove that you earned
or deserve it.
You go into the creationprocess knowing that you've

(10:11):
already earned it and deservedit.
You earned it and deserve itbecause you're breathing and the
inspired action that you take, the work that you do, the
intention that you set isn't toearn or deserve, but to receive,
or deserve but to receive butto materialize, not to earn it

(10:33):
or deserve it.
It's subtle If you feel likeyou have to earn something or
deserve it, then you're notwilling to receive.
And I've done like I said.
I've done full podcast episodeson this.
Somebody gives you a complimentand you.
It makes you uncomfortable andyou kind of push it away.
Or somebody tries to give you agift, or somebody tries to help
you and you don't want help, oryou don't feel like you don't,

(10:54):
you feel like you can't ask forhelp.
Or you feel like you're aburden in the world.
Or you feel like you're youknow, you're just, you're just
making somebody else's lifeharder because you exist.
This is an inability and a willunwillingness to receive what
you want.
It's a.
It's a sense of like, lowself-worth and low, low self.
Receive what you want.
It's a sense of low self-worthand low self-esteem.

(11:15):
You're trying to provesomething to yourself, you're
trying to prove something tosomebody else.
That means you're not willingto receive yet.
And the foundation of thecreation process, the first
foundation, is to go into thecreation process already having
earned or deserve what you want, because you are a miracle and

(11:38):
you're going to hear that M worda little bit later, okay, so
the first foundation of thecreation process is the
willingness and the ability toreceive.
Underneath of that, the middle, you could say, out of the five,
the middle foundation, themiddle element, the middle level

(11:59):
, is self-love.
Sitting on a foundation ofself-love, we allow ourselves to
go into the creation processalready feeling like we've
earned it or deserve it, becausewe love ourselves.
And when we love, when we fullylove ourselves, we know we
earned, we've already earned ordeserve whatever we want and we

(12:21):
open ourselves to receive.
And then when we demonstrateand execute the creation process
, it's to materialize, not toearn or deserve, and we're not
trying to prove ourself or proveanything to somebody else.
Self-love is required likeinfinite, unconditional,

(12:42):
powerful self-love is requiredin order to just be always open
and willing to receive.
And what I've in my work with, sometimes, people that struggle
to get traction with wealth andsuccess or that struggle with
happiness or struggle tomaterialize what they want.

(13:02):
With people that struggle, theydon't really value themselves
as absolutely as they can.
They don't feel as worthy, theydon't feel as loving, they
don't feel as loved.
So when they don't fully lovethemselves and I know it sounds

(13:23):
woo, but when they don't lovethemselves then their heart is
closed and they're not willingto receive because they don't
feel like they're worth it orthey deserve it or they've
earned it.
Because self-love is requiredto be able to fully embrace an
ability and willingness toreceive.
So, at the top of the pyramid, you've got the creation process.

(13:45):
Below that you've got thewillingness and the ability to
receive, and below that you'vegot radical, absolute self-love.
When I first started thisself-development journey, my
first coach asked me to go infront of a mirror and to say,
and just to look myself in theeyes and say I love you.
And I couldn't even spit outthe words, it's like tears just

(14:06):
welled up in my eyes and Istarted crying.
I hated the person in themirror.
I couldn't stand the.
I started crying.
I hated the person in themirror.
I couldn't stand the person Iwas.
I was so full of shame, I wasso full of guilt, I was so full
of self-hatred, I was so full ofself-loathing.
And it's not because ofanything that I did, it's
because I couldn't stand who Iwas, because I didn't love the

(14:30):
person in the mirror.
And when you, when you don'tlove the person in the mirror,
everything else in the world'sharder, because you don't feel
valuable, you don't feel worthy, you don't feel like you deserve
anything, you don't feel likeyou've earned it, you feel like
there's somewhere to get to inorder to being open and willing

(14:51):
to receive.
And then, if you're not openand willing to receive, if your
heart's not open and you're notwilling and able to receive,
then the creation process isineffective for you.
The top is the creation process.
The second tier, second fromthe top, is the willingness and
the ability to receive, andbelow that is self-love radical,

(15:15):
absolute self-love.
There's no glory in hatingyourself, there's no credit for
hating yourself and you don'towe self-hatred to anyone.
And if you look at eight yearslater, nine years later, after I

(15:35):
started this work, I sure dolove me, some me.
I love the work that I do.
I love the impact that I make.
I love the value that I givethe world.
I love the love I give.
I love the love I receive.
I love me because it sure isfun to be my Ko.
I can't always say that that wasthe case.
That's what self-love soundslike.

(15:56):
It's not arrogance, it's justan unshamed love for myself.
Why would I ever hate myself?
Sounds foolish to me.
Below, self-love is just aradical trust in life, a radical

(16:19):
trust in ourself, a radicaltrust in God, a trust in the
universe, a trust that we arenot a coincidence and we're not
a mistake.
We are absolutely on time andon purpose, and every single
thing in the world.
Everything that happens to youis leveling you up and preparing

(16:41):
you for the next upgrade, preparing you for evolutionary
growth, preparing you for thenext challenge, preparing you
for the next comma, the nextzero, everything in that happens
in your life.
There's no coincidence,coincidences and there's no
mistakes.
Everything that happens in yourlife is either it's growing you

(17:05):
and preparing you for yourdestiny, everything.
And you can think and you canfeel that you've, like erred or
made mistakes, or you've sinned,or that you are shameful or you
are guilty.
But all that saying is that Idon't trust God, I don't trust

(17:27):
life, I don't trust the universeand I don't trust myself.
And if you don't trust, like, ifyou don't unconditionally trust
God, life, universe, yourself, then your level of self-love is
going to be really, really low.
And if you're, if, if you could, because you're not going to
value yourself and if your levelof self-love is low, your

(17:48):
willingness and the ability toreceive is going to be low.
And if your willingness andself-love is low, your
willingness and the ability toreceive is going to be low.
And if your willingness andability to receive is low, then
the creation process is going tobe a little bit struggle-icious
.
For you, at the top is thecreation process, then you've
got the willingness and theability to receive, then you've
got self-love and below that, you've got trust.
And if you're watching this onvideo, you're going to see all

(18:09):
these and I don't need to repeatNow.
The base of all of this rememberup top, when I said the M word,
the miracle word, the base andthe foundation of this entire
pyramid is significance.

(18:29):
You are the most and I'mspeaking to you, mr or Ms
Listener.
Speaking to you, mr or Mslistener, you are the most
significant person on the faceof the planet, just like

(18:50):
everyone else.
We are all equals.
If you feel like somebody ismore significant than you, if
you feel less significant, ifyou feel more significant than
somebody else, if you feel thatsomebody is less significant
than you, you are coming from aplace of inadequacy and that
means that you do not feelsignificant.

(19:13):
There was a one in 400 trillionchance and I think that's pretty
low.
There was a one in 400 trillionchance that you would be born.
And here you are.
You are the strongest spermthat was in your dad at the time
.
You are like the odds that youwere going to be here, that you

(19:35):
were going to be born, are soimprobable and so impractical.
They are so astronomical theodds are actually small.
They're so improbable that thefact that you are even here
listening to this is an absolutefucking miracle.

(19:56):
And combine that with the factthat you are on a big rock,
spinning a thousand miles anhour, hurling 66,000 miles an
hour through space, flyingaround a ball of gas is 20
million degrees at the centerthat the water that you need to
survive falls out of the sky.
The food that you need to growor that you need to survive
grows out of the ground, and theoxygen that you need to grow or

(20:17):
that you need to survive growsout of the ground.
And the oxygen that you need isall around you.
And you need to do nothing tomake the water fall out of the
sky, nothing to make the foodgrow, and nothing maybe dig a
hole and nothing to earn ordeserve the oxygen that you get
to breathe.
That is the only thing that yourequire with each and every

(20:38):
second of your life.
The thing that is most valuablein your life is oxygen, because
without it you can't survive formore than a minute and it's the
only thing that you needconstantly, and it's free and
it's all around you and youdon't need to earn it.
You don't need to deserve it,it's provided for you.

(20:59):
The most valuable thing in yourlife is infinite, and you don't
have to work for it, becauseyou are a miracle and just the
fact that you're here is a pure, absolute work of God.
Absolute work of God.

(21:24):
Whatever that God looks likefor you, you are the most
significant person on the faceof the planet, just like me,
just like my wife, just like mykids, just like your family,
just like your friends, justlike the person who's earned and
achieved everything, just likethe person who's earned and
achieved nothing.
The person who's earned andachieved everything, just like
the person who's earned andachieved nothing.
We are all equally significanttogether, all 8 billion of us.
Every single life, every singlelife form on this planet is

(21:48):
significant because we are allwalking, talking, breathing
miracles.
And when you fully feelsignificant and like the miracle
that you really are, thenyou'll allow yourself to trust
God and trust life and trust theuniverse and trust yourself.

(22:09):
And when you develop that highand heightened level of trust,
then you'll open up your heartto absolutely fall head over
heels in love with yourself.
And when you do, your heartwill swing open and you'll
absolutely be open and willingand able to receive anything you

(22:30):
want without needing to feellike you've earned it or deserve
it, just because you're awalking talking, breathing
fucking miracle.
Because you're a walkingtalking, breathing fucking
miracle and from that place, when you get clear about what
you want, when you becomeinternally certain that you can
have anything you want, when youcommit and take inspired action
you remain patient and then, when it does show up, you

(22:52):
finally do take receipt You'llrealize you can have anything
you want in this lifetime.
You'll realize you can haveanything you want in this
lifetime.
But if those four pieces on thebottom aren't there to support
the creation process, then thecreation process is going to be
more struggle-icious for youthan it needs to be.

(23:13):
On April 14th I'm launching theWinning, the Inner Game of
Wealth four-week virtualintensive and we're going to

ability to receive.

But this is so much more thanjust the creation process.
It's so much more.
If the internal you isn'tpersonally powerful, if you

(24:20):
don't have extreme personalauthority, if you don't have
extreme personal sovereignty, then there's going to be a
depleted version of you thattries to employ the creation
process and you're going to seethat it just requires a whole
lot more effort, a whole lotmore stress, a whole lot more
struggle, and all I'm trying todo is help you do it in a more
easy, more effortless way tohave whatever you want, because

(24:44):
you know what you want and I'mtelling you you deserve what you
want, not because of what youdo, but because of who you are
