For the past few weeks, I’ve been walking—not for exercise, not for productivity, but as a slow, embodied practice of contemplative listening. I had the chance to sit down with Ben from The Dad Co. podcast. We had a great conversation about being a dad, fostering spiritual life with our kids, and the art of ritual in the home. So, I thought I’d repost it here for you amazing Insiders (your new collective nickname, by the way).

OFFENCE is one of the quickest ways we can stall out in our spiritual growth. We encounter hundreds of opportunities every day to be offended.
