Caring is sharing, right?
We care because we love. We extend our energy to others so they can feel better and have the best life. But there's a toll that caring for others can take on us. It can be a real drain to be constantly giving and caring and supporting. In this episode, we discuss Compassion Fatigue. We cover the dynamics between individuals where this arises, how we can exit ourselves from that pattern, and what arises within when we do. Sometimes the best thing we can do is NOT actively caring and turning the love towards our own hearts and souls.
