(00:00):
It comes from our habits, subconsciousthoughts, and thoughts.
And, unless we accept everything is movingtogether and your business is going to affect
your health, your health is going to affectyour business, they're going to both affect
your relationships and vice versa.
Unless we accept that and we learn to be goodat every single area in life, we're never going

(00:21):
to achieve sustainability.
People will always be trying to juggle betweendifferent responsibilities, and they will
continuously be failing at one or another.
And they will be moving in these cycles ofsometimes being fit, sometimes not being fit,
sometimes business is well, sometimes it's notwell.
The only way to overcome this problem is justbe good at everything, and that's where, you

(00:45):
know, coaching steps in for a lot of people islife-changing, and they learn this is possible.
Most people don't believe this is possiblebecause we're just not taught that at school.
So that change in perspective, understandingthis new way of living, is what I focus on a
lot.

(01:48):
My name is Caroline, and my today's guest isPetar Krastev, and I'm so happy that he said
yes to our interview.
How are you doing today?
Hey, Caroline.
I'm very well.
Thanks for having me on this podcast.
I'm so excited to start to share some stuff.
Oh, yes.
Thank you so much.
And I would like to introduce you to theaudience, of course.

(02:11):
So you are the unstoppable founder of Coach PK,a faith-driven fitness coach on a mission to
help leaders reclaim their health, purpose, andresilience from living on the streets with just
10 euros to winning global awards.
Your story is one of faith, transformation, andunshakable perseverance.
Through your coaching and retreats, you inspireentrepreneurs to build not just stronger

(02:36):
bodies, but stronger souls.
Welcome to the Inspired Podcast, Petar.
Okay.
Thank you.
So great.
I have a first question for you, of course.
Your journey from living on the streets towinning international awards is truly
inspiring.
But take us back to one of your darkestmoments.
What was the pivotal shift that made you chooseresilience over giving up?

(03:03):
Well, I just always had a very tough life.
It's never been, I've never had the option tochoose to give up.
I just had to move on.
When I grew up in Bulgaria, it was very hardfor me since my childhood, and then growing up,

(03:23):
I got into the wrong environment.
It's always been hard.
And to be honest, yeah, the hardest part waswhen I had to leave the country, and that's the
story when I had just 10 euros in my pocketwhen I went to the UK.
And I found myself living in a garage.
No electricity, no water, no friends, relationships.
I felt like I lost everything that I had, andthis moment lasted for quite some time.

(03:48):
I had a few very long years there in the UK.
And this is when I realized that I haveresilience because I really never knew that.
And the only reason I made it through to theother side where I found God and I found my
passion is just because I just didn't wanna diereally.

(04:11):
I felt like my mom and my dad brought me tothis world.
They gave everything they've got.
Now for me, they give their best, and I owethem something.
So that sense of responsibility carried meforward and I just somehow made it through.

(04:33):
Yeah.
It's a good question but it's a bit hard toanswer.
Yes.
Thank you so much for your answer.
So what I got from your answer is that therewas no option to give up.
So that means there was no plan B, and youmoved forward, and then you discovered God in
faith, and you made the decision that your lifehas a purpose.

(04:59):
Yeah.
Kinda right.
Yeah.
Nailed it.
Yes.
That is great.
Okay.
Of course, I have another question.
You often speak about finding faith during yourmost difficult times.
What was that first moment of divine connectionlike, and how did it change your approach to
life and business?

(05:21):
Well, finding God or Him deciding to save mewas something that is a clear moment, 15
minutes of my life, which I'll never forget.
Ever since, my life has never been the same.
Prior to that happening, that's 28 years ofliving, I failed in many, many things,

(05:46):
including failing to become the person that Iwanted to become, and I had a lot of negative
habits surrounded by a lot of negative people.
And everything I was trying was failing.
The moment I was saved by God on that night, Ifelt that sense of forgiveness in that moment
and love, and He's been a part of that journeyright from the start.

(06:10):
It took me a while to understand what happened, but I was continuously overwhelmed with that
sense of gratitude and peace and grace, andthere was a feeling which I never had before in
my life, and that carried on for a long time.
It was so strong and so distinct I was cryingfrom that feeling every day for a month, even

(06:33):
outside in the rows because I was just sograteful for what's just happened to me.
And that power that came into my life, which isGod, He changed me, He changed the environment,
He changed everything that I do, and justbefore that happened is when I decided to

(06:53):
dedicate my life to fitness and make somebusiness or something out of it.
I don't know what exactly, but God blessed allmy desires, all my dreams, and everything has
been just growing and becoming better.
Whatever I touch, it's been success.
So I can tell that God is just the life in me.

(07:18):
Without Him, I had absolutely nothing.
So it's absolutely everything.
And but my business included, obviously.
Right?
Wow.
What a great answer.
Thank you so much.
So I understand in that moment, there was theconnection emotionally, all overwhelmed, I can

(07:41):
say, when you had this for one month and youhad to cry, then it was a strong connection
that never left you since then.
Mhmm.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's right.
It's still here.
It's still here.
It's still helping me.
Wow.
That sounds great.
Thank you so much for sharing.

(08:03):
I feel it.
I feel the connection, and let's talk aboutyour business.
Fitness is often seen as a physical journey, but you tie it deeply to spirituality.
How do you guide your clients to achieve notjust a stronger body, but a resilient mind and
soul?
So I actually don't dive deeply intospirituality, really.

(08:28):
I don't do that because everybody has their ownchoice to believe in what they want.
There's a difference between mental resilienceand spiritual well-being and faith.
Right?
They're different things.
When it comes to the resilience people need tochange, then the mindset—that's a different

(08:49):
story, and we work heavily on just building theright relationship with the person's journey,
with their own body, with their own life, andlearning new ways to live healthy and that they
love.
You know?
It's about accepting that there is a differentpossibility because my job is helping people,

(09:13):
entrepreneurs and executives mostly, to get inshape, to get back on track.
And often, this is people who have stoppedtraining for a very long time, have a lot of
health conditions, and for them to change andactually sustain the change, they have to
change.
And the change is not a small thing.
They really need to grow and to become adifferent person together with overcoming a

(09:34):
very long period of struggles and challenges inthis journey.
And that's why it's super important we work onthe mindset, and it's all together.
A mindset, nutrition, training, business.
I never separate all these areas of life andsay that one is more important than the other

(09:57):
or we can only focus on one and then ignore therest.
I believe that we're one.
Our whole life is made of us.
It comes from our habits, subconsciousthoughts, and thoughts, and unless we accept
everything is moving together and your businessis going to affect your health, your health is

(10:18):
going to affect your business, they're going toboth affect your relationships and vice versa.
Unless we accept that and learn to be good atevery single area in life, we're never gonna
achieve sustainability.
People will always be trying to juggle betweendifferent responsibilities, and they will
continuously be failing at one or another.

(10:38):
And they will be moving in these cycles ofsometimes being fit, sometimes not being fit,
sometimes business is well, sometimes it's notwell.
The only way to overcome this problem is justto be good at everything.
And that's where, you know, coaching steps infor a lot of people with life-changing and they
learn this is possible.
Most people don't believe this is possiblebecause we're just not taught that at school.

(11:02):
So that change in perspective, understandingthis new way of living is what I focus on a
lot.
Wow.
I understand.
So you help your clients to step into the newversion of themselves?
Mhmm.
To discover it, to develop it.
It's not there yet.
We need to create that version.

(11:23):
Right?
And they need to embrace it.
Yes.
You create a new version.
And how do you do this when someone startsworking with you?
What is your first advice, or how do theystart?
Well, to answer this question in a lot ofdetail and maybe help a lot of the listeners, I

(11:45):
just started a podcast, which is calledLimitless Body and Mind Podcast.
It's the name of our community as well.
And in the podcast, I'm giving exactly thistype of knowledge, practical and tactical tips
on how to get started, how to get to the end ofone transformation because it's very complex.
For me to achieve that, I need to be workingvery closely with everybody.

(12:09):
It's primarily like a one-to-one service.
We're starting the group coaching so soon, butit's not going to be the same level.
I need to ask people a lot of questions abouttheir lifestyle, what they can do.
So it's if you imagine somebody working, everybody has different schedules, they have

(12:30):
different families, they have differentpreferences for where they want to be training,
or maybe they just don't have many options.
They have all different preferences forabsolutely everything, and everything is
different.
So my job is to create a plan that will meetthem where they are.
So it needs to be training frequently just asoften as they can afford to train

(12:52):
realistically.
It needs to be as intense as they can handle.
The diet needs to be as lightly adjusted sothey can handle that change in the diet.
And we start adding these small habits thatperfectly fit in somebody's life but actually
bring a lot of results in return.
And this comes obviously with a lot ofexperience from my side, so I can identify what

(13:16):
can we do that's going to really make a bigchange.
Because if you just give somebody a perfecttraining plan, which does not exist in a
program that's just made for everybody else,it's 9 times out of 10, if not more.
It doesn't fit the person's life, and that'swhen people get burned out by programs sold
online or by influencers, and they achievesometimes results, but they develop that

(13:40):
relationship that they hate the whole journey.
They hate doing this, and eventually they stopbecause it just doesn't fit.
It feels either too intense or it's just notthe right thing, not sustainable, and so on.
So this is my job.
And once they learn the small habits that Igive them at first, then I start giving them
new ones and new ones together with thecommunity.

(14:02):
They feel surrounded by like-minded people whoare on the same journey and making a lot of
progress.
Altogether, everything is just the perfectenvironment for somebody to change as a person.
Wow.
Thank you so much for sharing.
I just recently came across one of your socialmedia clips where you explain how to change

(14:28):
habits or that you can do this.
And I love that you mentioned your podcast aswell.
So please follow Petar.
He's amazing.
He shares his wisdom and knowledge with us, andplease tell us where can we find you when
people want to reach out to you.
Thank you.
Well, I guess starting from the podcast isperfect, so we can get to know him a little bit

(14:51):
better and understand what we do.
And from the podcast, you'll find all thelinks.
I am available on every social media.
It's not hard to find me if you Google me.
I'm sure you'll share some links as well.
But the podcast is Limitless, Body and Mind, can be found on YouTube, on Spotify, in video
format, and also on the other major platformsin audio.

(15:13):
So go for the podcast.
I would say it comes with a free program aswell.
Anyone who wants to start training, it's free, and they can start right away.
Oh, that is so generous.
Thank you so much.
I will check it out, of course, your podcastand the website.
And I have another question for you.
It is about your own coaches and mentors.

(15:35):
Do you have coaches for yourself, and who wasthe best coach you ever had?
It's Jesus.
Jesus is God.
There's nobody who can surpass him.
A lot of people have mentored me and coachedme, and they all brought a lot to the table,

(15:56):
but nothing can come close to the one who showsme what the truth is and what's right and
what's wrong and making me a better person.
And the biggest lessons practically I receivedfrom him and also from some friends who are
entrepreneurs.
Some of my clients as well, they teach me somestuff as well.

(16:18):
I paid a lot of money for some coaches, but Idon't want to give their names because I did
get burned, and I don't feel like I alwaysreceived the best of what I expected.
So I'm definitely trying not to do the samewith my clients.
I just want to be different.
So, yeah, lessons are easy to find when youreally want, when you search, when you are

(16:45):
dedicated.
Right?
Mhmm.
It comes from within the desire to search andgrow.
Absolutely.
I totally agree, and I have one last questionfor you.
It is about your goals and intentions.
Do you set goals for yourself, and what is oneof your next projects?

(17:07):
Yeah.
Well, the podcast is currently in production,so that podcast needs to become one of the best
in the world coaching podcasts for fitness andwell-being.
Something that really doesn't exist there, andmy focus is completely on that.
I'm just growing our community which comes handin hand with that.

(17:28):
So work in progress.
I love it because I love podcasts as well as,you know, as you see the Inspired podcast.
And please check out Petar's podcast.
I will do this.
I follow already.
And, yes, of course.
And now it's time for your final thoughts tothe audience, please.

(17:51):
Well, thanks for listening.
I appreciate every single listener and support, and go check out my podcast and just go for
whatever you want.
Inspiration just requires a little bit ofpurpose to be a little bit crazy and just make
a decision to not quit and just go for whateveryou want.
Everything is successful nowadays, but youcan't be quitting.

(18:13):
You can't be changing your minds.
That's the one thing that I learned that reallychanged how I work and what I can achieve.
I decided to never quit again and I decided todo something that I love.
So do these two things, then, you have probablya good life.
Not easy, but a good one.
What a great message.

(18:35):
You wanted to add please, give us the name ofthe podcast again.
Limitless Body and Mind.
Exactly.
It's a fitness podcast in the world.
Right?
It's the best coaching podcast for sure.
I've never seen anything like that.
Most of the podcasts and information out there,it's scientific-based only.

(18:59):
It does not coach.
There's a difference between giving somebodythe tools and then teaching them how to apply
them, how to use them.
So this podcast is not just going to give youthe tools, but actually going to take you
through the journey and teach you how to applythem one by one, step by step.
So it is a life-changing podcast, and that'swhy now it's the best because there's nothing

(19:20):
out there like that.
Yes.
That's true, and I listen to many podcasts, sothank you for the work you do.
I am highly inspired now.
Yep.
Thank you.
Thanks for having me.
And I'll see you in the next episode.
Thank you for listening to Inspired ChoiceToday.
