Today I am sitting down with Jeremiah Howard and I have no idea where to begin. He is one of the more forward-thinking, innovative, strategic, and wonderful people I've met in my career.
18 months ago our paths crossed and I jokingly refer to him as my (insurance) big brother Jer has a heart of gold and is extremely authentic, loved by everyone, and a team player by all definitions.
Jer truly care about the industry, bringing it forward, but more importantly he is a leader that cares about his people. He wants them all to thrive, develop, and grow.
