Before jumping to conclusions, ask yourself—Did I actually say this out loud? Replace assumption with honest, open-hearted questions. - Schedule Deep, Meaningful Conversations
Set aside 20 minutes each week to connect without distractions. No kids, no phones—just you two checking in emotionally and spiritually.
These small shifts can make a huge difference in how connected, supported, and seen you both feel in your marriage.
