We explore the concept of manifestation and how our thoughts directly influence what happens in our lives through the "Manifestival" - an entire month dedicated to manifestation.

• Thoughts become things - the 6,000-10,000 thoughts we think daily create our current reality
• 95% of today's thoughts are the same as yesterday's - we must disrupt this pattern for change
• Already Established Premises (AEPs) are core beliefs that unconsciously guide our lives
• Our bodies communicate through physical sensations that can guide decision-making
• The heart-brain connection is crucial for manifestation - heart waves access quantum possibilities
• Manifestation requires shifting from intellectual thought (particles) to heart-centered energy (waves)
• The time between wanting something and receiving it depends on changing your vibration
• Set goals that "scare you a little but excite you a lot" for meaningful growth
• Remove limitations from your thinking to access pure potential
• Consistency in your chosen vibration is key to successful manifestation

Dr. James Mellon (00:00):
Okay, we're going to mix things up today and
do something a little bitdifferent, because this month is
very, very important to me.
There's a lot I want tomanifest in my life, and I would
think there's a lot everysingle one of you wants to
manifest in your life.
And if there's not, think againBecause there is, because the

(00:25):
universe is expanding, and soare you, diane.
So what was good yesterdayneeds to be expanded today, and
it goes on and on and on.
So last week I asked you aquestion.
I asked you do you believe thatwhat you think directly
influences there's a buzz here.
Do you think that what youthink?
Do you believe that what youthink, do you believe that what

(00:45):
you think directly influenceswhat happens in your life?
And you all said, right, sowhat you think directly
influences what happens in yourlife.
And I told you that you thinkroughly six to ten thousand
thoughts a day, right?
So you, somewhere between sixand ten thousand thoughts a day

(01:06):
you think.
And so all of those thoughts, all of that thinking, is
Creating the life you're living.
So all the thinking that'shappened in your mind up to this
point is has created when youstand right now, today in your
life, the relationships you'rein, the amount of money you make
, the amount of wealth you have, the creativity, the job you

(01:31):
have, the fulfillment that youare experiencing all of that is
the sum total of all thethoughts you have thought up to
this point.
And, as I said last week, research suggests that 95% of
yesterday's thoughts were thethoughts you thought the day

(01:51):
before and the day before thatand the day before that.
New thoughts creep in now andthen, and when we believe them,
when they make sense to us, weadd them to the 95%.
We then think the next day andthe day after that.
So yesterday, 95% of what youwere thinking you've been
thinking for a very long time.

(02:12):
I asked you last week to take itdown to 85.
I asked you to start the weekwhen you wake up in the morning
to say to yourself what's mybest day today?
What's the best use of me today?
I am going to use my life, myday today, to the highest level
of who I am, and I'm not goingto think the same regurgitated

(02:33):
thoughts.
I am going to think newthoughts.
I'm gonna bring new thinkinginto my experience.
And all I asked you for was 10%of that.
How'd you do the rest, you restof you were like is that what?
you said so I asked you to trythat.
Did you try it, robbie?
Robbie, it'll change your life.

(02:55):
Yeah, next week, what if I said5%, okay, okay.
So I quoted the father ofpositive thinking, james allen,
when he said this you are todaywhere your thoughts have brought
you.
You will be tomorrow where yourthoughts take you.
So your tomorrow will bewhatever you're thinking today.

(03:18):
But here's the deal you cannotcreate a different tomorrow with
the same thoughts as today.
You cannot create a differenttomorrow with the same thoughts
as today.
You cannot create a differenttomorrow with the same thoughts
that you've been thinking allalong.
You want something different.
You want something new.
You want to move domain.
You want to do somethingexciting.
You want to do somethingpassionate with your life.

(03:39):
You have passion in your life.
You want things to evolve, toget better.
You have to think differentthoughts.
So last month was all aboutunderstanding who am I, why do I
think the things I do, why do Ibelieve the things I believe,
and am I willing to interruptthe flow of thinking to create

(04:02):
something different?
The flow of thinking to createsomething different.
So that's what we did all lastmonth.
We asked ourselves who am I?
And I did.
Who am I and why do I believewhat I believe?
It's interesting I was a gueston Friday in an online workshop
Someone is teaching mentalmuscle and asked me if I could
be a guest and I said sure, I'llcome online and talk.

(04:24):
And so I went online andthey're in intention week, which
leads to self-esteem week.
So they were just finishing upintention week, going to
self-esteem week, and I said um,I said you know.
I said you cannot create a lifethat you want unless you know
who you are and a life that youwant unless you know who you are

(04:50):
.
And then you must know who youare and live at that level in
order to create the life youwant.
So I started that.
I said so self-esteem weekthat's coming up is paramount to
you creating the life you want, because everything you think
about yourself that is nothealthy, that is negative, every
limitation you believe in,everything that you think you
did wrong.
Anybody do anything wrong intheir life.
Everybody's done somethingwrong in their life.

(05:13):
Let it go, because it's not you, it's not who you are, it's the
use you made of whatever youhad at that time.
Right, let that all go.
So everybody was sharing theirintentions.
And it got to one person andthis person said I'm having a
hard time with intentions.

(05:33):
I said why is that?
He said I don't know.
I just I can't really make youknow.
It's like I hear everybody inmy class talking about the
intentions they have and I don'thave intentions.
And something hit me and I wenthas your teacher talked to you
about AEPs?
And he was like no, I don'tknow what that is.
I said it's an alreadyestablished premise that you

(05:54):
live your life by it's a corebelief.
I said so if I were to say toyou what is your core belief,
your already established premiseabout life in general?
And this person, he went well,I would say that life is a
struggle, but I always getthrough it.
And I did my famous oi.

(06:14):
I just went, oh, I said really.
And he was like yeah, I know.
He said when I hear it, said outloud, it doesn't sound good.
I said it sounds awful.
I said it's awful.
You want to live your lifethinking life is a struggle.
And he was like but it is astruggle.
I said of course it's astruggle.
You believe it's a struggle.
If you believed it wasn't astruggle, it wouldn't be a

(06:35):
struggle.
He said, no, it can't.
Was that simple?
And then I talked to him aboutmy already established premise
of life is unfolding perfectly.
And I gave him a bunch ofreasons why I could totally
prove that that was wrong.
And I refused to prove it waswrong and therefore my life

(07:02):
continues to unfold perfectly.
And so we talked further and Isaid that's why you can't make
intentions.
You can't make intentions fromother world as a struggle.
Why would I want to make anintention?
It's going to be a struggle.
And he was like, oh my God, itwas like it was like one of
those.
Oh, I could have had a V8.
So so you know, when we talkedmore and he talked about, and we

(07:25):
talked about, and I gave someideas on what would happen, but
I gave how it would help him,but I gave us all ideas during
the month of understanding, Isaid to pay attention.
You want to know who you are,pay attention to your reactions.
Did you do that?
Did you pay conscious attentionto why you react the way you
react?
And I don't mean just the bigreactions on the freeway Right,

(07:46):
I mean reactions like feelingsthat you had, thoughts that you
had.
I reacted this way to somethingthis person said why?
Why did I react that way?
I asked you to pay attention toyour body.
What does your body feel like?
Your body is always talking toyou.
Your body is always telling youwhen something is wrong.

(08:07):
I was about to go somewhere theother day and I was getting
dressed in my dressing room andI got the chills.
And I was like that's so weird.
Why am I getting the chills?
Am I getting sick?
No, I don't get sick.
No, why am I?
What are the chills about?
And I just was like, and then Ithought about where I was going
and I was like I don't reallywant to go there.

(08:29):
Why am I going there?
I could do this instead andalmost accomplish the same thing
, and so I just I chose not togo there and the chills went
away and I got finished gettingdressed and went somewhere else.
Listen to your body.
Your body sometimes tells youthings that you're not willing

(08:49):
to admit in your own mind.
So the body is very important.
And the third one was yourfeelings.
So if you did that work and youjust didn't just default to the
same old, same old, now you'reready for this month's work of
manifesting, manifesting a lifethat you will be even more

(09:09):
excited to wake up and jump into.
In fact, the title of my talktoday is Manifestival.
Yes, I made that word up, andyet when I looked it up on
Google just to make sure Iwasn't stepping on anybody's
toes, there's a company calledmanifestival that you can hire
to come to your place and helpyou manifest.

(09:31):
But that's not what I meant.
What I meant was an entiremonth of manifestation.
How about that?
Would you like that?
An entire month of manifestingbetter health, that An entire
month of manifesting betterhealth, better health,
manifesting more prosperity.

(09:51):
Who wants that?
Who wants more money, moremoney in their life, so that
they are free from any financialconcerns whatsoever?
So, so most of us just have alimitation on that.
It's like, yeah, I'd like somemore money, some more money.
How about billions?
Anybody want billions, craig?
Well, good, because you'renever gonna get it with that, so

(10:13):
you're good.
Since you think it's aresponsibility, don't expect it.
Yeah, that's kind of how thisworks.
Yeah, yeah, so you're so muchlike my family.
They're the same way, they dothe same thing and we love you.
My family, yes, they love me,but but it's the same thing.
My family always believed thatmoney was the root of all evil

(10:35):
and that people with money weremean, horrible people.
And I'm like, I grew up withthat.
That was an AEP for a very longtime, until I moved to New York
city and I was like no, theyare so wrong.
That was very Philly of me.
No, they're wrong, wrong.
So let's talk aboutmanifestation.
What is it to manifest?
Here's the first definitionManifest to make evident or

(11:03):
certain by showing or displaying.
And here's the great thingabout that Showing or displaying
.
If you're going to manifest, Iwant you to show me, not tell me
.
I want you to display it forall the world to see, not hide
it in your hopes and wishes inyour head.
That's the difference.

(11:25):
You want to manifest, then itbetter be there to show me.
You want to manifest health, then you better be running
around the block in joyful glee.
That's manifesting health.
You want to manifest money, then you should not have any
money concerns or cares andyou're responsible with it.

(11:45):
I want billions.
I plan on being a billionaire.
You know why?
Because I will know exactlywhat to do with all that money.
Much of it will come back here.
I need a new.
I want a video wall here.
I have so many things that Icould do if I were a billionaire
, but mostly when I heard theother day that Elon Musk, with

(12:05):
all of his money, could endworld hunger if he so chose, I,
my whole being just I had tears.
I'm getting them now.
If I had that wealth, I couldend world hunger.
Don't you want to do that,Right?
So why wouldn't you want money?

(12:26):
There's nothing wrong withmoney.
As we teach, money is God inaction.
So the second definition ofmanifest is readily perceived by
the senses, and this is wherewe're going to go today.
In order for you to manifest, you have got to feel it, you

(12:48):
have got to be it, you have gotto know it so deeply that you
feel it.
When I said to you, um, be abillionaire, honest, show of
hands, how many of you thoughtthat was really outside the
realm of what's going to happento you?
Yeah, most people, to be honest.
Do you think you're going to bea billionaire, pete?

(13:10):
Yes, great, I'm looking forwardto that contribution.
Okay, I'll, I'll, I'll, raceyou to that.
So, most people.
However, when they hear that andthis is what's important for
you to hear how these thingsland, because if you're sitting

(13:30):
here and thinking that's not, that's not for for me, or even
you know, that would be a lot ofresponsibility.
That's the reaction you need topay attention to.
That could also be a positivereaction.
That's a lot of responsibilityand I'm up to it Could be the
next sentence, right?
So Maya Angelou said this askfor what you want and be

(13:50):
prepared to get it.
I think the second part's aproblem for some people.
We're asking a lot, but are youprepared to get it?
So go back to that energy.
It's all about feeling, it'sthe vibration of all of this.
That's what manifestation isall about.
What do you feel like?
And it's the mind-heartconnection, the coherence

(14:15):
between the brain and the heart.
The advanced consciousness classright now is stepping into the
last few weeks of their classand what we're dealing with and
what we're looking at is theunderstanding of the heart-brain
that the heart has brainwavesand sometimes they're more
powerful than the mind'sbrainwaves and the brain's waves

(14:36):
and there needs to be acoherence between the two.
But you know what?
We mostly exist up here in ourbrains and we're mostly figuring
things out in our brains, andyet quantum physics and quantum
metaphysics and quantum scienceis coming along and saying you
know what, and neuroscience iscoming along and saying you know

(14:58):
what you need to drop into yourheart, because your heart knows
your heart is the gateway tothis infinite field of quantum
wisdom and quantum understanding.
And so it's all.
That's why Joe Dispenza is sucha profound movement in this
world right now, because allhe's doing is getting people to

(15:20):
their heart with thesemeditations, so that when
they're creating, they arecreating from a quantum field of
source, not an intellectualfield of particle.
You know, all we are are wavesand particle.
We are waves, we are theenergetic wave, the vibration of
the universe.
That's who we are.
That's what God is Infinite, loving, joyful, all the things

(15:44):
you said.
But we are too.
You know what happens to wavesthey turn into particles, they
turn into matter and we becomematter.
My body, this is matter, mythoughts.
I think that's the next slide.
I don't.
I want to.
Yeah, give me that next slide.

(16:04):
So Bob Proctor said thisthoughts become things.
If you see it in your mind, youwill hold it in your hand.
How many people here know BobProctor?
Amazing, you, you know himpersonally.
So thoughts become things.
Your thoughts are particles.
They're not waves, they're notvibrations.
When they get to the point ofbeing thoughts, you've created

(16:27):
them.
So the wave, that that whichyou are, creates your thoughts.
So your thoughts will havenowhere to go other than to
manifest.
Every one creates your thoughts.
So your thoughts will havenowhere to go other than to
manifest every one of yourthoughts.
So what do you really want tobe?
You want to be the wave.
You want to back it up intothat field where everything is

(16:47):
possible and think from there, drop into the heart, understand
who you are, what you are.
Now you're ready to create theparticles and then hold it in
your hand.
So how does this happen?
How does manifestation happen?
Because it's not magic.
You know, I think a lot of years, a lot of years in the science

(17:08):
of mind, people came alongthinking that this was magic.
You know, I got.
Look at that.
I just demonstrated a parkingspace.
How many of you havedemonstrated parking spaces?
Yeah, that's training wheelsand it's showing you that you
have the capacity to demonstratea yacht.
How would you like to move fromparking space to yacht quickly?

(17:30):
No one wants a yacht here.
Am I the only one that wants ayacht?
Wait, if you have a yacht.
Obviously it's being run bysomeone else.
I didn't say I wanted to run ayacht.
How many people would like ayacht that has a captain, an
entire crew, a chef, somebodythat does physical work for you?

(17:52):
You have a massage therapist onthere too, so every day you get
massages.
Who would like that?
That's what I'm talking about.
See how we think too small.
Oh, if I have a yacht, I'llhave to run it, that'll be awful
.
No, right, so it's not magic.
Energy creates form.

(18:14):
Everybody say that.
Energy creates form.
You are energy, that's all youare, unless you're in your brain
.
If you're in your brain, you'realready a particle, you're
already form, you're alreadythoughts and things all
happening.
So you got to get by that.
You have to bypass the brainand drop into the heart chakra

(18:37):
and drop into that place wherethere's pure potentiality, and
think from there.
So energy is always manifesting.
You are always manifesting.
So if thoughts are things, thenwhat you do with those thoughts
creates the things of your life.
Everybody get that.
If thoughts are things, thenwhat you do with those thoughts
creates the things of your life.

(18:57):
Everybody get that.
If thoughts are things, thenwhat you do with your thoughts
creates the things that show upin your life.
So just take a look at yourlife right now.
What have you created thus far?
And I know for many of you it'sgood, it's really good.
I was sitting in my backyardlast night looking at my home,

(19:19):
looking at my gorgeousoverpriced home I say that
because it's so.
I could buy three 16 acreproperties in Pennsylvania for
what my house would go for inLos Angeles, but I'm aware of it
and I'm grateful that I havethat kind of prosperity.

(19:39):
I was sitting there in thebackyard looking at this rose
bush that someone gave me whenNora died and it's now blooming.
It has 10 unbelievable roses onit and I was looking at it and
I was doing it for a reason.
And then I was thinking aboutmy husband, who was in Palm
Springs helping one of ourministers move, and I was just

(20:00):
thinking about how amazing mylife is, how my health is
vibrant, that I almost died in2010 with with stage four cancer
and there's not a cell in mybody that's even close to that
today.
I look at all of that and Idrop into a gratitude and energy

(20:21):
.
That is I want to create fromthat energy.
Everything's possible there,right?
So Esther Hicks said this.
Where's Eric Bork when I quoteEsther Hicks the amount of time
it takes to get from where youare to where you want to be is
only the amount of time it takesfor you to change the vibration

(20:44):
within you.
So I want you to read thatagain the amount of time it
takes for you to get from whereyou are to where you want to be
is only the amount of time ittakes for you to get from where
you are to where you want to beis only the amount of time it
takes for you to change thevibration within you.
I did that in my yard yesterdaymy yard, so Philadelphian.
I did it in the garden behindmy house.

(21:05):
I did.
I sat there.
My vibration changed so much soI love that baby, so much so
that my dog Mia I Was sittingthere and I'm just getting more
and more open and my heart'sswelling and I'm thinking a more
much.
She just I saw her get up offof her perch in the house,

(21:25):
slowly walk towards me, climb upon the the I was on the chaise
lounge climb up on the chaiselounge and just put her head in
my lap and then fall asleep andbreathing and I was like of
course, I am the most attractivething in this garden.
Of course, what I mean by thatis my attracting mechanism, not

(21:51):
my attractiveness.
Yes, so to start our manifesto,we first have to ask the
important questions, which iswhat do you want to manifest?
So I'm gonna ask you that nowwhat do you want to manifest?
Don't yell it out, this is foryou in your heart.
What do you want to manifest?
I can guess what some of youwill say.
Now here's the thing you needto answer that question away

(22:13):
from limitations, don't thinkabout manifesting and then do
yeah, buts, yeah, but that's notgoing to happen yeah, but this
isn't going to happen.
What do you want away fromlimitations if there was no
limitation and there's not, justwhatever you've created if
there's no limitation, what doyou want?

(22:35):
Do you want to quit your joband go do something more
fulfilling?
You'll give me all the reasonswhy you can't do that.
You want to produce anOscar-winning, award-winning
movie, whatever it is.
You want to act in one.
You want to, whatever it is,get away from the limitations,
but ask yourself Act in one, whatever it is, get away from

(22:57):
the limitations, but askyourself what do I want to
manifest?
And by the way, I mean what doyou want to manifest this month?
And I'm not saying it has toshow up, but I'm saying what do
you want to manifest?
What do you want to create?
The mental equivalent, thevibrational equivalent of in
your body, in your mind, whatare you willing to take a leap?

(23:22):
Jim Quinn, brain coach, saidthis what part of me is still
negotiating limitations?
There's a question for you whatpart of you is still
negotiating limitations?
Only you know the answer tothat question.
My final quote today is this bychoosing your thoughts and by

(23:48):
selecting which emotionalcurrents you will release and
which you will reinforce.
You determine the quality ofyour light, your energy, you
determine the effects that youwill have upon others and the
nature of the experiences ofyour life, and that's Gary Zukav
.
So by choosing your thoughts, really paying attention to them,

(24:13):
I think you need to move past85%.
I think you need to move downto 49%.
If you have to have oldthoughts, keep it under the
halfway mark so that everythingelse that's going on in your
mind and it's doable.
It takes time and, I will tellyou, it can be exhausting.
I've spent this whole week inheadsets, most of the week

(24:39):
listening to things I know willbenefit me, keeping my mind from
thinking anything that willtake me in a direction I don't
want to go.
And then, one by one, little bylittle, those thoughts are
becoming my thoughts and thosethoughts are the way I talk and
the way I think.
That's how we change our minds.
So, choosing the thoughts youwant.

(25:01):
In conclusion, let's start withthat first question what do you
want to manifest?
There's this great quote Iheard A good goal, something you
want to manifest.
A good goal should scare you alittle bit but excite you a lot.
So what scares you but makesyou excited to go for it.

(25:27):
That's what this month can beabout, instead of the same old,
same old thinking, the same oldthoughts, having the same old
experiences.
A good goal should scare you alittle bit, but excite you a lot
.
I have to tell you the truth, Iam scared of a lot of the
things that I am thinking aboutthese days.
There is a part of me.

(25:50):
We have some things coming up atthe center.
We have a town hall meetingthat I hope you all make it to,
or at least online, becausewe're going to tell you some
things that's scary for where wewant to go with this center.
You know what?
If it wasn't a little scary, itwouldn't be worth doing, right,
liza?
So the board already knows andyou will know on June whatever

(26:11):
that date is June 8th, which Ido think is funny Our town hall
is the day of the Tony Awards, think about it.
So I'm going to close with thefinal quote by Neil Donald Walsh
, and he said this A secret ofall masters is to stop changing
one's mind.
Keep choosing the same thing Ifthat same thing Is your highest

(26:38):
and your best, because that'swhat we're here to do.
So I invite you all to take adeep breath, ladies.
We held this song off todaybecause I wanted it to be the
conclusion of All of thisinformation.
You just got all the feelings.

(26:59):
You just got All of thisinformation.
You just got All the feelingsyou just got.
So take a deep breath, closeyour eyes, see if you can drop
into your heart and put thatmanifest right in front of you.

Speaker 2 (27:12):
Get ready my soul.

Dr. James Mellon (27:18):
Are you all ready, ready to do it?

Speaker 2 (27:21):
I'm diving in Right, get ready.
My soul, you ready.

Dr. James Mellon (27:32):
Really ready, I'm diving in to the sweetest
kind of life, the sweetest, themost amazing, to the deepest
kind of love.

Speaker 2 (27:50):
Get ready, get ready, get ready, ginny my soul.

Dr. James Mellon (28:00):
That's what we're dropping into Our soul.
That's what we're dropping intoour soul.
Everything.

Speaker 2 (28:12):
I've ever done and everything I've ever seen,

(28:42):
everything I've lost or won, everything I've ever dreamed has
brought me here, to this newbeginning here, and I'm seeing
life so clearly now.

Dr. James Mellon (28:55):
So what do you want to manifest when you drop
into that place, that quantumfield of pure possibility and
potentiality?
What comes up for you?
No limitations, no, yeah, buts.
Just a clean, clear desire, adesire to be, a desire to

(29:17):
receive, a desire to give, toexpress, a desire to know who
you are at such a deep levelthat everything is possible,
absolutely everything.
So what is it?
What are you ready to receive?

Speaker 2 (29:37):
Because, as soon as you're ready, there it goes,
because here I go, deeper, deeper, deeper than I've ever
been.
Sing this with us.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars?
