For the 18th episode of the podcast,  James is chatting to thriller author Phoebe Morgan.
Phoebe has written 4 incredible thrillers - "The Doll House", "The Wild Girls", and "The Babysitter".
Not only is Phoebe a hugely successful author she is also an editorial director currently at HarperCollins, working on Thriller, Crime, Women's Fiction, and Saga.
During lockdown, Phoebe organised an auction which raised over £60,000 for the charity 'Care International'.

In this interview, James and Phoebe will discuss why writing and books are still important in a time of such technology, why using a pen name may be a good idea for some already established authors, and how painful it can be to scrap a book and start again.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
