ICYMI: One of hockey's greatest goaltenders, "Mr. Goalie" Glenn Hall, died in hospital in Stony Plain at age 94 on Wednesday January 7, 2026. After reading the story on air, I received a great phone call about Mr. Hall.

Chatting about Team Canada getting knocked out 3 years in a row by Czechia. For all the arguments online of 'Canada used to dominate' I asked Tom if other teams are getting stronger or does Team Canada need change what isn't working anymore, plus we chat about the Strome/Mangiapane rumours ahead of tomorrow's home game against Nashville.

Last month we chatted about a local woman who opened a P.O. Box for her Mom, Sadie who is in palliative care in Calgary and really missed receiving Christmas Cards. The response since then has been INCREDIBLE.

Someone I know from Twitter shared a very heartfelt story about her wonderful Mom, Sadie. (Story here)
Sadie is in palliative care and mentioned that she missed getting Christmas cards. Bonnie, (her daughter) really wants to make this Christmas wonderful for her and so they opened a PO Box from a ton of people requesting her address to send cards this year.
