This is the intro to The Joe Mangiacotti Show airing on WCRN 830 AM on April 7th, 2025 Well, well, well… Welcome back to The Joe Mangiacotti Show, folks—your home for common sense conversation for the common sense citizen. We're coming to you live from the center of the dial, the center of New England, and the center of information—AM 830 WCRN, Radio Central.

It is Monday, April 7th, 2025… and as always, I’m glad you’re here with me—because we’ve got a full plate today. And I mean loaded. The headlines this week have been nothing short of outrageous. Disturbing. In some cases, downright unbelievable—but you know what? Around here, we do the one thing the media refuses to:

We break it down with facts, clarity, and a whole lotta common sense. Let’s start here:

How many times do you have to break into someone’s house before they finally lock the door—for good?

Well apparently, in America, 40 is still not enough. Yeah, I said it.

40 times.

A Mexican national named Julian Estrada-Garcia—with a rap sheet longer than a CVS receipt—was just deported from the United States… for the 40th time. That’s not a typo, folks. Not 4. Not 14. Forty.

He’s got convictions for DUI, drugs, fraud, and four separate charges for illegal re-entry. This guy wasn’t just slipping over the border for a better life—he was gaming the system, committing crimes, and thumbing his nose at our laws… And yet… we keep letting him in.

This, my friends, is the real cost of open-border policies. It’s not theoretical—it’s not partisan—it’s right there in front of us. This is about public safety, plain and simple.

And speaking of the rule of law being twisted beyond recognition… Congressman Andy Biggs—who has never been afraid to shake the foundation of D.C.—has just filed a bombshell resolution to remove a sitting federal judge, James Boasberg… without going through the usual two-thirds Senate vote. Now that’s bold.

Unprecedented? Maybe. But unconstitutional? Not necessarily. Biggs says Boasberg has repeatedly abused his position, undermined President Trump’s executive authority, and blocked efforts to deport violent foreign gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.

Think about that:

You’ve got the President of the United States—lawfully invoking a 1798 law to protect American citizens from known violent operatives— and a rogue judge steps in and says, “Nope. Not on my watch.”

That’s not justice. That’s not independence. That’s not balance of power. That’s activism in a robe—and Biggs is saying enough is enough.

He’s invoking the Good Behavior Clause under Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution—arguing that judges who no longer act in good behavior can be removed by a simple majority in Congress, just like they were confirmed.

Now I know, I know… legal scholars are already screaming “constitutional crisis!” But I ask you—who is really creating the crisis? Is it Congress doing its job… or is it unelected judges overstepping their bounds and interfering with national security?

We’ll unpack all of this, and I want your thoughts—because this affects every single American.

Also coming up today… We’ll talk about ICE’s latest operation in Houston, where Estrada-Garcia was finally rounded up—alongside over 170 illegal migrants, many with serious criminal records. We’ll dive into why ICE is now maxed out on detention space, and how the Trump administration’s renewed enforcement push is both working… and being resisted at every turn. We’ll talk about how we got here—and how we turn the tide. We’ve got constitutional questions, legal power struggles, executive authority, border security… and of course, the one thing you won’t hear on the networks: The truth, backed by reason.

And folks—I’ll say it again: This show isn’t about Left or Right—it’s about Right and Wrong.

If that makes you uncomfortable, maybe you’ve been listen
