Unknown (01:09):

broadcasting
from the deep heart of Southwest Texas,
the beautiful city of Eagle Pass.
And, folks, we have a show for you tonight.
Got a lot of ground to cover.
I hope you guys are ready for it
(01:52):
because this transmission,
starting right now,
nineteen oh six hours,
on Wednesday,
July
2025.
And, I don't think these
I don't think these babies are gonna work. We're gonna be swapping these things out very, very soon.
Got new,
(02:12):
new earpieces here.
Trying these things out, don't like them.
I do not like them. I don't like the way it sounds, it sounds absolutely horrible, sounds tinny.
Wire's too short.
Don't like it.
(02:33):
No, sir.
I don't like it.
Where is that from? Who knows?
Drop a comment in the live chat or the text or the chat below. Let me know if you know where that came from.
Well, folks, it is again, it's just another beautiful night here at Eagle Pass, Texas.
We are going to,
just touch a few things in the news today. We do have a guest lined up for the second hour of the show.
(02:59):
So we're still waiting for, confirmation
on that.
So what we'll do is we'll cover a couple of things here in the first hour.
We'll take a very short break, and we'll come back. And, if our guest is there with us, then we'll continue on with that. And then if not, then we'll just move on, and, we'll shut the we'll close the show out for the night. And then we are back tomorrow
with two guests lined up at the
(03:21):
07:00 hour and at the 08:00 hour. So, it's gonna be
a one humdinger
of a night. And we got another show Friday
with more guests, and then we got Saturday show, and then we got Sunday show, then we're back Monday.
So, man, we are busy, busy, busy, and that's fantastic.
But, hope you guys were able to catch the show last night with doctor Lerman. That was amazing.
(03:44):
That was I had no expectations coming into that, into that show,
and, man, I'll tell you, I really really enjoyed it. I I enjoyed listening to her speak, talking about her life experiences,
a completely,
just a wonderful, wonderful person, and, really did enjoy that, and I hope you did too. And I think you did because the, the the downloads
(04:09):
on the audio was phenomenal,
and, also the, the the plays on the video also phenomenal. So thank you so very much for that. We really do appreciate it.
Now,
couple of things that I wanted to address this evening before,
well, actually, before we get to the monologue, let's let's do some housekeeping. What do you think? Alright.
(04:30):
Head over to our website, joeroos.com,
right up there on your screen right now.
Head over to the contact section, open up that web form, and send us over any questions, comments, cares, or concerns that you might have.
And also, don't forget to send over,
any,
suggestions
that you have. We really wanna know what you wanna heart what you wanna hear about, what you wanna talk about,
(04:54):
helps us plan things out. And, let us know if we're going too much with guests, and you'd rather hear more commentary, or if, the guest thing is good and you're enjoying that.
We would really like your feedback on this one, so please drop us a note. You can leave it in the comments down below. You can email us at info@joeroos.com.
Also, don't forget please don't forget that this is a value for value podcast.
(05:17):
And,
what that basically means is that if you receive anything of value from what we're doing here on the show, we're asking that you return that value to us in the form of a donation. Now
that donation could be a one time donation in any amount,
that you feel appropriate based on the value that you're receiving from us,
or, you could do a monthly recurring donation
(05:38):
in any amount.
If you really wanna help us out, you can sign up for one of our producer tiers. Now, the producer tiers are very, very simple. They work like this.
$17.76
a month,
you are you get the associate producer's credit or the title. Alright? For $18.36
(05:59):
a month, you get the producer's credit. For $25 a month, you get the,
executive producer credit level one. And for $50 a month, you get executive producer credit level two. Alright? What does that mean? Very simply this.
Your donations actually help us pay the bills. Alright? Your donations help
(06:21):
us get guests. Your donations help us,
fix the technical problems that we've had.
Hopefully, we got one of them fixed. We were working with our ISP. They sent us over some new hardware. We got that all up and running today, and hopefully,
hopefully, the the the picture quality is a lot better. And then, we're trying out new things, we're doing all kinds of stuff, but we can't do that without
(06:44):
your support.
So when you actually send us donations,
especially if you sign up to the monthly recurring donations and the producer tiers,
we're able to budget things out, plan things out, and we're able to, you know, meet the needs that we have. So, having said that,
you are considered a producer of the show because of your donations. So that's why we can give you those little titles. Alright? Now we are trying to get those actually recognized by IMDB.
(07:14):
This way, you could actually put that on a resume that you are a producer of this show, and it would actually have some merit and some credit. Alright? So we're working on that. We're getting there. We'll let you know in, you know, once we find out for sure. But in the meantime, for $17.76
a month, you're an associate producer of this show. For $18.36 a month, you are a producer of this show. And for 25 and $50 a month, you are an executive producer of this show. Now, all the producer tiers get
(07:42):
the shout out on every single show.
You get included in all of our show notes. You also get included in, any emails, any mailers that we send out, social media posts, anything that we would have to produce,
to to mention our producers on, your name is Gaut. Gets thrown out there.
Also, at the $25 and $50 level, in addition to the shout outs, you get to book a segment with us live here on the show. You get a thirty minute segment, which is great. It's a lot of fun. We've done it before. We're we're looking forward to doing it again, and we will be doing it again very, very soon.
(08:15):
And then at the $50
executive producer level, you get all of that stuff, plus you get
a Joe Russo podcast t shirt,
you get sticker packs. Whatever you request, we will send out to you as our thank you for your donation. So
you guys can really, really help us out with your donations. I would really appreciate it if you would consider those, especially the monthly recurring ones. Those are those are a huge, huge help to us. Another way you help us out is by going over to your App Store and downloading the Rumble app.
(08:49):
Alright. You download the Rumble app. We are working towards 200 followers
on Rumble. Alright. We are very, very close. We're at one
sixty, I think, or one fifty nine or something like that. What is it? One one fifty nine? We're at one fifty nine right now. We wanna get to 200. So,
so head over to your app store on your phone, download the Rumble app.
It's free.
(09:10):
Sign up for an account. It's free.
Follow the show. It's free.
Okay? It is very, very important. We want you to do that. Alright? Now,
you could also go over on the website, which is right up on the screen as well, rumble.com/joeroos.
And when you find us, just make sure that you like, you follow the show, you share the show, subscribe to it, whatever you wanna call it. But just make sure you do those little things. This way, we get a record of you following the show and, you know, we work toward our 200
(09:39):
follower,
target. Alright? So very, very important. We really hope that you would,
work towards that. Another way you help us out is by going over to our affiliate link with the Alex Jones store. You go to the alexjonesstore.com/joe.
And when you get there, just, take a look around. Take a look at all the great vitamins and supplements that you will be able to purchase on that,
(10:04):
using that link.
That is, incredibly important to us, and we hope that you take full advantage of it. Why is it so important? Well, because if you make a purchase on the alexjonesstore.com/joe,
10% of your purchase comes right back here to the podcast. And, again, that's another way of you helping us to, keep this whole mess here that we have going going. And when I say a mess,
(10:28):
I truly mean a mess.
Alright? So, help us out. Check out like I said, just check out the alexjonesstore.com/joe.
You could also check out our website. Look at our producer tiers if you wanna help us out that way. A one time donation as or a recurring donation in any amount that you feel is appropriate
based upon the value that you're getting out of the show. Alright?
(10:50):
Now we also do cryptocurrencies. You, we have our,
we have our crypto wallet information up on our,
up on our support page, so you could always click on one of those. And the new one that we are taking right now is the,
Ethereum. So you can get up on that. We're working on getting our Solana,
link up there. We're looking on, you know, getting all of the stuff that,
(11:14):
that that we're gonna be accepting up there on the website.
Alright. So, so please take a look at it. We would love to start receiving some more of the cryptocurrencies. They are great. We appreciate them, and they really do help us out.
Alright. If you are, if you want to, check us out on PodMatch, what you could do is, PodMatch is the pod,
(11:35):
it's kinda like
it's like a dating app for podcast.
So basically, if you are a if you're interested in being a guest on a show, you can go to join podmatch.com/joeroos,
use our affiliate link, sign up on PodMatch,
and then you can get yourself on all these podcasts. Now if you're a host, it's great,
because you get a I mean, most of the most of the guests that we've had on the show have been coming through PodMatch. So it is a great platform. It's a great way to to, to, to get your show out there, get your name out there if you're a host, if if you're a guest, if especially if you're a writer, this is a great way to do it. As a matter of fact, one of our guests tomorrow is a is a writer that I've interviewed before on other shows,
(12:14):
that I've done, and, looking forward to having him back on here. He's gonna be jumping onto pod match, very, very soon.
It's a great way to get your your your book out there. It's a great way to, to connect with other podcasts and podcasters.
And, so check it out at joinpodmatch.com/joeroos.
Help us out there as well.
(12:35):
Alright. Well, let's see what else we got. What else can we, mention here to you?
Alright. I think that pretty much covers everything. I don't wanna bore everybody to death because
I am good at that, I from what I'm told. But that's alright.
Oh, man. I cannot wait to change these these earbuds out. These things are driving me nuts.
(12:57):
So, we'll do that, when we go to the break. Alright. So
what
has been going on? You know, we really haven't been doing much with news and, commentary, politics, anything, because we have been so inundated,
and in a good way. And don't misunderstand how I'm saying it with, guest requests. We love it. We're enjoying it. And the great thing about doing interviews,
(13:20):
especially with with,
platforms like PodMatch
is that, you know, you know, I've met people since I've been doing this that there is probably no way in heaven and earth that I would ever ever possibly
be able to meet. For example, Doctor. Luhrmann yesterday, you know, a Nobel Prize nominee.
How you know, when when would we ever be able to make that kind of a connection? And what about all the writers and the authors that we've met? What about all the tech people that we've spoken to? And all the all the crypto people that we've spoken to? Like, what about the crypto psychic we spoke to, Marissa Lee? I mean, that was a great that was a great episode. We had a blast. And and, and and Pat Mingarelli,
(13:57):
what a great conversation that was. And we're looking forward to I don't know if Matt I don't know if Pat's watching, but we are gonna set this thing up for, I think we said, August 3.
We're gonna get together, and we're gonna do a live show,
and we're gonna we're gonna have our bible study
and our Italian feast
on the show, which we're excited about. And then, of course, we met Svetlana Rokoff, who was a phenomenal guest. We really, really loved having her on the show, and we're gonna get her back on the show starting in August, I believe. She's gonna have a more of a regular, segment here with us. So we are, it's
(14:29):
there's no way we could have met all of these people doing,
without doing, these interviews and these guest segments and and using services like PodMatch.
So,
so that's the reason why we haven't really been doing too much on the commentary stuff, that's why we haven't been doing too much with the news and the
politics. And, which I'm sure you guys don't mind because, you
know, I I I know. I I get a little carried away with it sometimes, and, you know, sometimes, yeah, not so great.
(14:55):
But
we're gonna be getting back to it very, very soon.
Now tonight, what I what I really just wanna do is I just wanna just address something that's been very, very,
prominent here in the news lately.
So we're gonna basically we're gonna dive into a story here,
that is,
you know, basically has the whole country
(15:16):
in a in a bit of a buzz.
And,
not only does it have the country in a buzz, the media is in a buzz, but it has the MAGA base
absolutely fuming.
And of course, it has all the conspiracy theorists.
Well, we'll we'll just say they're not exactly cooling their jets.
Alright. Now, I am a I I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm a conspiracy factist.
(15:39):
Alright? And listen. Don't don't try to twist that and say conspiracy fascist. No. I didn't say that. A factist.
Alright. I
the cons all the conspiracy
theories that you guys have heard
over the last,
five, six, seven years
have pretty much all been spot on
fact. Alright? From everything from
(16:00):
COVID to the to where COVID originated from, to the adverse reactions that you get from the, from that mRNA,
gene therapy,
gene replacement,
shot, the clot shot as we call it.
All of that stuff has been coming has been proven true. All the stuff that the mainstream had accused people like myself,
(16:24):
as, conspiracy theorists, you know, pushing false and misinformation, misleading information.
You know, you've been censored on Facebook. You've been censored on YouTube. Hey, one of our shows got taken down on, on YouTube, which is why we don't stream to YouTube anymore. We're we're not even gonna bother.
We were talking about with, with,
Svetlana Rokoff about alternate treatments for cancer and what cancer really is, and, we got taken down off of YouTube for that because we expressed an opinion on something based on fact and based on research and and and solid
(16:56):
scientific research,
and, YouTube said, nah. We're not gonna tolerate that, and they took us down.
So we decided, you know what? Screw you. We're not gonna just we're just not gonna broadcast on your channel anymore, which is fine, because we didn't have very big following there anyway, because they don't push it. Because I know how bad YouTube could be. You know, they call it screw tube for a reason.
But, I'm I'm off. So let's let's get back to the the subject matter at hand here. Alright?
(17:22):
So what particular conspiracy am I talking about now? Well, right now we're talking about the Jeffrey Epstein
client list debacle.
Alright? It's it's a saga that's starting to feel more like a bad soap opera with no satisfying plot twist.
It it it that's exactly the the probably the best way that I can describe it.
(17:46):
Now, we're we're gonna unpack a few things here in in this in this monologue,
about what's going on, what's not going on, whether this whole mess, you know, smells like a cover up,
you know, designed to just, you know, pull the wool over the American people's eyes.
And you know something? If if no matter which direction you go with it, it is really not looking good
(18:10):
for the folks that are in charge.
It's really not.
So let's start with the promises.
Let's start with the promises.
Alright. Back in, February
2025.
Remember this very early on in the in the administration.
February 2025, attorney general, Pam Bondi,
(18:33):
of course, on Fox News, that seems to be her favorite place to be.
Maybe if she spent more time on Fox News, she'd know what's really on her desk and what's not.
But, she she went on Fox News,
and she dropped a bombshell.
I mean, a bombshell. It got everybody's
(18:53):
attention.
When she was asked if the Department of Justice was going to release the Jeffrey Epstein so called
client list,
she said, and I quote,
it's sitting on my desk right now to review.
That's been a directive by President Trump.
I'm reviewing that.
(19:13):
I think that's a pretty clear statement. Wouldn't you think? That that sounds pretty
matter of fact, I got it. I'm gonna review it. That's what the President wants.
The attorney general of The United States,
handpicked by president Trump,
says she's got the list,
it's on her desk,
(19:33):
and it's under review.
The MAGA base,
all the conspiracy crowd, and frankly, anyone who's been following the Epstein case for years,
perked up right there.
Why? Because this was a campaign promised he was gonna do it. It's a campaign. It was a campaign promise that he wanted to see he wanted seen follow through, and it looked like that moment that it's a campaign promise that was actually going to
(20:01):
come to fruition.
This was it.
This was the moment of truth. This was the unveiling of the names of the of the powerful elites
allegedly
tied to Epstein's horrific.
And let let's not let let's not say let's not diminish that word for the slightest.
(20:24):
Horrific
sex trafficking operation.
Well, fast forward to February,
and the justice department drops a memo
that was about as exciting as attacks on it.
I should know.
Guess what?
(20:46):
No client list.
No bombshell names.
No earth shattering revelations. Instead, what they said
was, quote, the
the systematic review revealed no
incriminating
client list,
and they confirm yet again that Epstein killed himself in 02/2019.
(21:07):
Spoiler, he didn't.
That's what they said, that's it, case closed.
It reminds me of that remember the movie in, Animal House? Yeah. Kevin Bacon's character is out there in his military uniform, The people are rioting after the parade has gone completely
to pieces.
(21:28):
And Kevin Bacon standing out there in that nervous voice in that nervous voice, move on. There's nothing to see here. Move along.
Well, that's it. Or if or if you want even a funnier one, just imagine Leslie Nielsen in Naked Gun,
while the building is blowing up behind him with all the fireworks going off. Move along, nothing to see here, move along. Right?
(21:51):
And then you remember that video?
That video in the hallway
outside prison outside of Epstein's prison cell?
Remember that?
They released that?
It's missing a minute.
Right? Just a minute. Just before midnight
(22:15):
when he allegedly killed himself.
How convenient.
How convenient.
And then suddenly,
Bondi's,
you know, client list on my desk
sounds more like a mirage in a desert.
(22:37):
So what happened
to those
files that Bondi was
so confident about?
What happened to them? Where are they?
Back in February, she released what she called I'm sure you remember this. I thought this was quite comical.
She released what she called phase one.
(22:58):
Phase one
of the Epstein files, about 200 pages of flight logs,
a redacted contact list,
and some other documents that were already floating around the public domain, things that we've already known about,
seen a thousand times.
No new dirt, no big names,
(23:20):
literally just a big fat nothing burger.
What did she do?
She immediately went out there and she started to blame
the, the FBI's New York field office
for
withholding
(23:40):
thousands
of pages of documents.
She even she even wrote a strongly worded letter
to FBI director, Kash Patel,
demanding
that they hand over the full set by the next morning.
(24:00):
And you know, when when
when she sent that out, I'll I'll I'm gonna be very honest with you. I I
something didn't sit right with me with that either.
You know, it it just seems so fake.
It seems so forced. It just didn't
And I think you could probably go back to some of the shows that we talked about. I I
(24:26):
I didn't, I was hopeful,
like most of us.
I wanted to see those files, I wanted to to know what was going on.
And to be honest with you, I don't even care if there were prominent Republicans that that I thought were decent people on that list
that ended up getting arrested. I'd I'd
(24:48):
that's fine.
Nobody should be protected by this. Nobody or from this. Nobody should be protected, not a soul.
Well, after the,
after,
Pan Bondi's strongly worded letter,
(25:10):
Kash Patel jumped on x, and he promised, quote, if records have been hidden, we will uncover them, and we will bring everything we find to the DOJ
to be fully assessed
and transparently
disseminated
to the American people as it should be. Remember that? I remember that one.
I was like, yeah. Go get them cash.
(25:32):
Because I I I happen to I I don't know him personally, but I happen to like Cash Patel. I I think,
you know, I was so incredibly hopeful
with Cash Patel getting into the FBI.
I thought he was the ideal candidate for him.
Was I smoke screened?
Was I fooled? What did I I don't know.
(25:56):
But all that sounded good.
All of it sounded good,
except now here we are
months later,
And you have the DOJ saying that there's
nothing more to release.
(26:18):
Nothing more to release. No client list.
No secret tapes.
No smoking guns.
Nothing.
And then we find that
Dan Bongino,
(26:39):
a rock star in the MAGA movement,
and someone that I actually admire.
I would catch his I would catch his podcast
every day.
He was a guy that was in the know. He had information. He he he was somebody that that knew or had his hand on the pulse of what was going on.
(27:05):
Cash Patel,
Dan Bongino
at the FBI. I mean,
you got the dynamic duo right there. I mean, that you this should have been
perfect.
Should have been absolutely perfect.
I mean,
again, these guys were MAGA rock stars
(27:26):
before they took the reigns.
Rock stars.
Cash Patel
went on Joe Rogan's show.
He went on Tucker Carlson. He went he went on he followed the circuit
railing against the deep state,
(27:47):
railing against
the,
the withholding of information,
railing against the persecution, the political persecution, the political assassinations that took place. I don't mean the, like, physically assassinate, you know, by political assassination, I mean, personal assassination. You know, going after somebody so hard
(28:08):
that ruins any chance of them ever
ever
serving in public office again.
Then you had Dan Bongino.
Again,
tremendous amount of respect for Dan Bongino.
His experience in n the NYPD and and law enforcement,
(28:30):
his experience
with the, Secret Service.
This is a guy that
seems to be in the know, has seems to have a lot of information at his disposal while he's doing his podcast.
But what happened?
(28:52):
Both of them
before joining,
the the the administration, before joining the Trump administration,
were out there, and they were totally pushing the idea
that there was a client list being hidden
by the powers that be.
(29:14):
These are two guys that
went on the media circuit
talking about how Epstein
couldn't have killed himself, didn't kill himself. It was impossible that he killed himself.
(29:34):
But once they got their FBI badges,
man, they did a one eighty.
Completely turned around, Bongino said on Fox News, I've seen the whole file.
He killed himself.
Patel backed him up
saying, you know you know a suicide when you see one,
(29:55):
and that's what that was.
I mean, really?
Guys, really?
How is it possible
that with your combined experience in law enforcement,
how is it possible that you could turn around and say something like that when it's blatantly obvious
(30:17):
to someone with no law enforce
law enforcement experience that there's no possible way that that man could have killed himself
with paper sheets.
These guys spent years,
years
(30:39):
hyping up, hyping up, and hyping up, and now you're telling us that the case is closed?
That there's no evidence out there?
I mean,
I will give them this. I mean, when they would when they did the the the the segment on on Fox News,
they look more like hostages
than free speaking, free thinking people.
(31:01):
They looked absolutely, well at least Bongino did, looked absolutely sick to their stomachs saying what they were saying.
You know why? Because it was a lie,
that's why.
Bald faced lie.
(31:24):
All of a sudden, these two guys that have
been so outspoken,
so outspoken,
are all of a sudden towing the deep state narrative?
I mean, is it really any wonder that that, that that that the MAGA base
(31:47):
is calling for their heads?
Not literally.
You know what I mean?
You have Laura Loomer,
Liz Wheeler,
demanding their resignations, and and it's not just them, it's others too. There's plenty of others.
(32:12):
And then you have president Trump himself, which
I am baffled by.
During his 2024
campaign, he promised to do what? He promised to open up the Epstein files,
you know, basically feeding into the hope
that he finally exposed the truth.
(32:35):
But,
yesterday, July 8,
a reporter at the cabinet meeting
asked him about
all of this stuff regarding Epstein,
And to me, he honestly sounded like he would he
would have much rather talked about something else, anything else for that matter.
(32:57):
He said, are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein?
Guys been talked about for years. Are people still talking about this guy, this creep? That's unbelievable.
And of course, he deflected it. He he went to,
the floods in Texas, which are horrible.
I'm here. I'm in Texas. It's horrible
what these poor people are dealing with in Texas,
(33:18):
in Kerrville,
Kerr County. It is unbelievably horrible.
Yes, we get that. We understand that.
There is no denying that.
But he points out the Texas floods, and then he says that there are other things that are more important. He he talks about other priorities,
(33:38):
and then he lets Bondi
say a few words. You know, I guess maybe to take the heat. I I don't know. To get it off of him, get the attention off I don't know.
I don't know what happened to president Trump on this.
And, of course,
Bondi decides to, you know, tries to backtrack
(34:03):
the things that she has said about
the Epstein client list.
She said she wasn't talking about a specific client list.
What?
Then she tried to say that she was talking about the the,
(34:23):
what did she say? What was the word she used?
Swiss cheese folks. Swiss
what did she say? It was the oh, no. It was the entirety
of the paperwork. All of it.
Everything related to Epstein's crimes. That was what she was looking at. That's what she claimed was on her desk, but there was no client list.
(34:50):
It's a good try.
It's a it's a great try.
I'll I'll give you that.
But you know something Pam, that's that's
not exactly what you said on Fox News.
(35:14):
Not exactly
what you told everybody.
You know what? Let's do this.
(35:37):
Let let let's let's refresh
some memories.
Here's Pam Bondi
talking about
the Epstein files
and
the Klan list.
We all did. And the FBI handed over a couple 100 of pages of documents. But, you know, Sean,
(35:59):
I gave them a deadline of Friday at 8AM to get us everything, and a source had told me
where the documents were being kept, Southern District Of New York, shock.
So we got them all by, hopefully, all of them, Friday at 8AM, thousands of pages of documents.
I have the FBI going through them, and cash is also now that we have cash here, it's a game changer, of course. And cash is going to director Patel is going to get us,
(36:25):
a detailed report as to why the FBI
withheld all of those documents. Okay. I wanna be clear because I think people got got frustrated because they were expecting more.
You were expecting more. Uh-huh. And you didn't find out less than 24
before the release, you got a whistleblower that confirmed that there were way more documents
(36:46):
that they had were supposed to turn over, and then you found out just before that. Well, sure.
You're looking at these documents going, these aren't all the Epstein files. You know, they were flight logs, they were names and victims names. And we're going, where's the rest of the stuff? And that's what the FBI had turned over to us.
And so a source said, woah, all this evidence is sitting in the Southern District Of New York. Yeah. So based on that, I gave them the deadline, Friday at eight, a truckload of evidence
(37:14):
arrived. It's now in the possession of the FBI.
Cash is going to get me and himself really a detailed report as to why all these documents and evidence had been withheld.
And, you know, we're gonna go through it, go through it as fast as we can, but go through it very cautiously to protect all the victims of Epstein because there are a lot of victims. Well, you had identified in in phase one over 200 over 254.
(37:39):
Four. Mhmm. Okay. Now is that the only thing that would be redacted? Will everything else be made public that that you get in your possession? Yeah. The FBI hasn't had, obviously, they haven't looked at the thousands of pages of documents that they've just received Friday. But Cash has a team going through them, and it's always about protecting the victim. But you know what? We believe in transparency,
(38:00):
and America has the right to know. The the the Biden administration
said on these documents, no one did anything with them, and why were they sitting in the Southern District Of New York? I want a full report on that. You know, sadly, these people don't believe in
transparency,
but I think more, unfortunately, I think a lot of them don't believe in honesty. And it's a new day, it's a new administration,
(38:21):
and everything's going to come out to the public. The public has a right to know. Americans have a right to know. And and that goes the same with the JFK files. JFK files and Mark Luther King. Yep. Absolutely. What are the things that and maybe some people don't understand the need to redact. In the case of a victim, that should be pretty obvious to people. What are the other things that maybe you would have to redact? Well National security? No. Of course. National security, some grand jury information, which is always going to be confidential, but we'll see. Let's let's look through them as as
(38:52):
fast as we can, get it out to the American people because the American people have a right to know, not only on that, but on Kennedy,
on Martin Luther King, on all of these cases that the Biden administration has just sat on for all these years.
So, yeah, it's it's,
it's really it's not sad. It's it's
infuriating
(39:12):
that these
people thought that they could sit on this information, but they can't. It's a new day,
and we believe in transparency, and it's going to come out. And and when we redact things, Sean, what we're gonna do is not just pull pages out like they used to do. If something's redacted, you will know the line and you will know why it's redacted. The victim's name. Identifying information of the victim.
(39:36):
Well, that sounded all so good, didn't it?
Also good.
We have this information. We are gonna do this. We're gonna cover we're we're we're gonna the American people have a right to know.
Right.
(39:56):
Or how about this clip from
Pam Bonny at McCourt once again on Fox News,
that she says that she has the Epstein list.
Yeah. I saw your appearance at CPAC with Bannon and with Ted Cruz. And one of the things that you've alluded to, and this is something Donald Trump has talked about, the DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients. Will that really happen?
(40:20):
It's sitting on my desk right now to review.
That's been a directive,
by president Trump. I'm reviewing that. I'm reviewing
JFK files, MLK files. That's all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president from all of these agencies. So so have you seen anything that you you said, oh my gosh?
Not yet.
(40:41):
Okay. Well, we'll check
back
with
you.
Oh, god.
God. God. God.
They're on my desk.
Well,
fast forward to,
(41:03):
press conference
at the at the White House,
and, probably my favorite press secretary ever
took to the podium and,
admittedly looked a little uncomfortable
in in in saying what what she was saying here.
(41:23):
But,
but yet she came to the defense
of
Pam Bondi.
Let's, let's go with this.
DOJ and FBI have now concluded there was no Jeffrey Epstein client list. What do you tell MAGA supporters who say they want anyone involved in Jeffrey Epstein's alleged crimes to be held accountable? This administration wants anyone who has ever committed a crime to be held accountable. And I would argue this administration has done more to lock up bad guys than certainly the previous administration.
(41:52):
And the Trump administration is committed to truth and to transparency. That's why the attorney general and the FBI director,
pledged at the president's direction to do an exhaustive
review of all of the files related to Jeffrey Epstein's crimes and his death, and they put out a memo in conclusion of that review. There was material they did not release because frankly, it was incredibly graphic and it contained child pornography, which is not something that's appropriate for public consumption.
(42:20):
But they committed to an exhaustive
investigation.
That's what they did, and they provided the results of that. That's transparency.
Oh, I'm not sure. Okay.
So the FBI looks at the circumstances surrounding the death of Jeffrey Jeffrey Epstein.
According to the report,
this
systematic review revealed no incriminating
(42:40):
client list.
So what happened to the Epstein client list that the attorney general said
she had on her desk? Well, I think if you go back and look at what the attorney general said in that interview, which was on your network on on Fox News. Go ahead. Robert said DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients. Will that really happen? And she said, it's sitting on my desk right now to review.
(43:03):
Yes. She was saying the entirety of all of the paperwork, all of the paper in relation to Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. That's what the attorney general was referring to, and I'll let her speak for that. But again, when it comes to the FBI and the Department of Justice,
they are more than committed to ensuring that bad people are put behind bars.
They have an operation going on right now called Summer Heat.
(43:25):
So, before I even comment on that, I just wanna apologize for the audio.
It seems like it's, doubling up again, like it had been a couple weeks ago.
So,
I'm gonna have to report all that stuff to, to Rumble, let them know what's going on with that. So I apologize for that.
However, on the audio stream, it is perfect. So,
(43:47):
again, I apologize,
for the
the horrible,
horrible, horrible audio.
Alright. But the long and short of it is,
she did not look very comfortable defending
Pam Bondi in that situation there. And, I I don't blame her. I I wouldn't be either.
Absolutely wouldn't be either, and she shouldn't be.
(44:10):
She's in a position right now where she knows that she's not telling the truth.
I can't say any I can't say it any other way.
Tom Fitton
went out and, sat on,
(44:32):
I did a couple of couple of shows.
One he did with Steve Bannon.
Another one he did with,
who was that?
Benny Johnson. And, I'm gonna play those clip for you those clips for you also.
And, again, I do apologize for the for the
jumping around to the audio. But,
(44:58):
the question really here is, is is this a cover up?
Is it a cover up?
Well, here's Tucker Carlson.
Tucker Carlson actually
felt the need to apologize
(45:18):
to Jeffrey Epstein.
It's, eleven. Right?
I'll speak for myself. I never thought that I would be offering an apology to Jeffrey Epstein.
I think of all the times I've maligned that guy, all the times I've accused him of crimes, of blackmailing
people, of trafficking children, to powerful figures around the world on behalf of global intel services. And then I learned yesterday from attorney general Pam Bondi that's totally untrue. Yes. Yeah. The guy killed himself after thirty days thirty six days in prison for no reason. He was a billionaire. He had no clients. He'd done nothing wrong other than get, like, naughty massages
(45:52):
20 before, and the guy killed himself. Another pointless set. And then his best friend, former former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, doing twenty years in prison for no crime. There are no victims. Yes. It's a victimless crime. They're obviously
persecuted by the state. Yes. They're political prisoners, really. It's a The Hague should come in and do an investigation,
(46:23):
I cannot
I cannot disagree with that, because if that's it that there is no other option there.
Just think about this, you got
Bondi,
promising a client list
that mysteriously now doesn't exist.
Although she said she had it,
(46:44):
but now it doesn't exist.
Although she said it was on her desk,
waited to be reviewed,
but now it doesn't exist.
Was she lying then?
Was she lying then?
(47:06):
Interesting question.
Was she lying when she said that she had the list and was on her desk?
And why would she lie about that?
Then you've
got Cash Patel, Dan Bongino,
(47:30):
now singing the establishment tune.
You've got
missing
jailhouse video.
Thousands of pages of documents that that either don't exist,
or are being kept under lock and key.
The president seems to be more annoyed
(47:51):
than interested in getting to the bottom of this.
And then you have all the chatter on x
and other social media sites,
like,
like, folks like Alex Jones, who I have a huge amount of respect for Alex Jones. He's more right than he is wrong.
And you have Alex Jones who has been for years,
(48:13):
for years,
saying
that Epstein was a Mossad agent,
that Epstein worked with the s worked with the CIA,
MI six,
and others.
(48:37):
And then that could be why they're burying all this, because of all of his connections with
all of those intelligence
agencies.
And then of course, you had Elon Musk. Elon Musk himself came out, you know, and, you know, of course, you know, he's we all know, he's had this this huge
falling out with, with president Trump
(48:59):
over the last couple of months.
And he's even he's out there, and he's stirring the pot up now.
Saying, you know, how can people
expect to have faith in Trump if he won't release the Epstein files?
That's a great question.
Look, I
I I love president Trump. I think he's doing a spectacular job in just about everything in every area,
(49:21):
except this.
I think there's a problem here.
There's a problem here.
I support the president.
I pray for the president.
I'm I'm
so pleased with the amount of success that he's been having, and and just about everything he's touching. But this this this is a problem.
(49:48):
Because when you add it all up,
and you start looking at all across the board,
it's really hard not to smell something fishy.
The American people aren't stupid.
(50:08):
The American people can see when they're being fed a line.
Let's take a look at,
let's go over to, clip.
(50:28):
Let's go to four. This is, Tom Fitton talking with,
Steve Bannon.
I hope the audio and the video is better on this. Hold on.
I don't know. I read the memo three or four times again this morning, and,
it's
it's really
(50:49):
I don't think even the Biden administration would have written anything like this. I I just don't think they could have thought they could get away with it. And I gotta wonder what is going on at the
leadership of the justice department and the FBI,
to allow them to think that statements like as follows.
This is this is a classic. Of course, we're suing for this stuff. Right?
(51:12):
And so
they say,
the systemic
systematic
review revealed no
incriminating
client list.
So there's a client list, but it's not incriminating,
so therefore, you can't see it.
We there was also no credible evidence
(51:36):
that found that
Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions. Well, give us the incredible evidence.
We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation
against uncharged
third parties.
So they uncovered evidence, but it wasn't enough to predicate
(51:56):
an investigation
against uncharged third parties.
So you can you can go line by line and kind of, you know, go through this
analysis that I'm going through. It may be unfair or overly critical.
But in my view, unless you have the records to back up the the conclusions you've drawn in this in a case such as this,
(52:17):
this isn't worth much. And it's disturbing. It was leaked to Axios.
Second time there's been a leak to Axios, by the way, by this justice department and FBI. Remember, we sued
for the Biden
videotapes
of his interview with her.
We were in court literally in federal court.
They're stonewalling us. And what do they do? They give it to Axios.
(52:40):
Here, they give it to Axios. And I mean And this
this memo, by the way, It it kind of drips with contempt for people like you, Bannon,
for judicial watch, for anyone asking what to give us the doc judicial.
No. Listen,
we we'd I'd love Mark Caputo. We've had him on the show. We're gonna have him on the show again because they leaked to him the the Kennedy, the massive CIA leak, and John Solomon the best. So you got you got Fenton. You got Bannon. You got Solomon. They got so hang on.
(53:09):
So I have no problem with Mike Allen in actions. It is the consensus thinking of the apparatus.
Okay?
Also, some people at the White House are quite close to these people.
So this was a well thought through leak to a super prominent, particularly
late at night more than drudge.
Everybody will read Axios on a Sunday night before you go. There's a bounce exclusive, but I just want for the audience
(53:31):
to be very specific.
Judicial watch and Tom Fenton are suing DOJ. I think the FBI what are you suing about? Why is your suit
so important to this? And this is
Put my mic on.
Oh, man.
(53:52):
Yeah. Fred's from the mic on. Sorry.
Well,
well, well, well.
Leaks to Axios.
Another interesting question.
(54:14):
Do you think that this particular scandal because it's a scandal. There there's no no other way to say it.
Do you think that this particular thing
could derail
president Trump's agenda?
(54:39):
I mean, you have to be real about this. You gotta think about this.
The Epstein case is really a lightning rod.
You know, it's not just about one man's crimes, it's about
the perception
that powerful people, very powerful people
are being protected.
(55:03):
The American electorate,
77,000,000
people
that voted for for Donald Trump,
the MAGA base
that
basically propelled Trump to victory
is livid,
folks. Livid. You have influencers like like Laura Loomer, we mentioned before, Liz Wheeler, the Hodge twins,
(55:26):
all calling for Bondi to resign.
All of them.
And you know something?
Even now, you have a lot of them are turning on Kash Patel and Dan Bongino.
Yet Steve Bannon, we just saw a clip for Steve Bannon, questioning the administration's transparency. Alex Jones
(55:50):
suggesting Trump is part of the cover up.
Folks, this this this this isn't just a PR hiccup.
You know? The the this is this is an absolute
100%
betrayal
of trust for a base that was promised transparency.
(56:13):
If Trump can't deliver
on a promise as big as as exposing
Epstein's
network,
It risks alienating
the very supporters that he needs to push his make America safe again agenda.
And you know something?
(56:33):
Heads up, folks.
You have the midterms coming up.
The midterms are coming.
Republicans hold a very slim majority in the house.
Very, very slim majority.
(56:56):
So you have the midterms coming up. You have and and let me tell you something else, and I've said this to you before, and I'm gonna say it again, and I and I promise you this is gonna happen.
If the Democrats get control of
the House,
the House of Representatives
or the House of Representing,
if you're Jasmine Crockett,
(57:21):
You're looking at
impeachments
again and again and again. They're gonna try to impeach this man again.
This is bad
news, folks. This is bad news.
And I'm sorry to bring the bad news to you, but it is, but this is bad news.
(57:42):
So you have the midterms coming, you have the media circling on this one.
All of this
can be a distraction from the momentum
the momentum of the legislative
priorities that this administration has, and the victories that this administration has. Donald Trump himself said
(58:03):
something very similar to that in that cabinet meeting.
When he implied that, you're still talking about this guy, this this this creep, this guy, you know, for years we're still talking about this guy when we have all these great things going on. We have we have this, we have all these victories going on on the Supreme Court. We have all this stuff going on. And on top of that, we have all these horrible things going on in Texas with the floods and the loss of life. And you're asking questions about Jeffrey Epstein? You heard it.
(58:30):
He is concerned.
He is concerned that this is gonna
totally derail
his legislative priorities,
that all of the good things that are happening are gonna be overshadowed by this mess,
this debacle that has taken place
over Jeffrey Epstein.
(58:52):
So again, I'm gonna ask, do they think the American people are that stupid?
I mean, because honestly, when you think, it really does seem that way.
It really does seem like that sometimes.
When Bondi says that that she meant the entire file
and not a client list, when when when when when
Patel and Bongino flip from conspiracy warriors
(59:13):
to to to, nothing to see here folks.
And when president Trump brushes it off like old news,
it's like they're banking on us forgetting the promises that they made.
But folks, you know something, the American people aren't buying it.
(59:36):
I'm not buying it, and I hope you're not buying it either.
You look at social media and all you see is outrage about this. It is palpable. You could feel it. You could touch it.
(01:00:03):
You have you have folks posting things like this is a you know, calling it a shameful cover up.
Absolutely right.
Absolutely right. It is a shameful cover up.
You have people calling for accountability.
Not not just calling for it, demanding accountability.
(01:00:35):
You know, the victims
the victims of
Jeffrey Epstein's crimes
and Jelaine Maxwell's crimes, by the way, who's sitting in jail for something that they say doesn't exist.
Just keep that in mind.
(01:00:56):
The victims deserve better than this.
They deserve better than redacted binders and empty promises.
The public
deserves better than being told to move along,
move on, nothing to see here.
Here's Tom Fitton
(01:01:18):
on, Benny Johnson
just
ripping apart the DOJ.
To me, the status report of
of of your foyas,
what you are going after, have you learned
anything
about the evidence that the government is keeping from the American people? So it's it's crazy town. So
they had the the,
(01:01:39):
the public leak of information of the Epstein records. I don't even and
so we saw there was an issue there. You had the attorney general and the FBI director complained about FBI obstruction
of their efforts to review information. Right?
You had the attorney general say the records were on her desk, including the list,
(01:02:01):
And then they released these
this one group of records, and everyone was upset because it was so it seemed to be a selective leak. It wasn't clear what was else was out there and what next was happening.
So we asked for the records under the Freedom of Information Act,
and we got the runaround.
So we sued back in April. We said give us all basically, we said give us all the Epstein records and give us records that Kash Patel and attorney general Bondi
(01:02:30):
have about this issue.
So he filed a lawsuit that got some attention as you know.
And it's interesting. Almost immediately, we got a note from the justice department. Bondi's office has no records about Epstein.
What she just said she had all of the records on her desk.
She was complaining
(01:02:51):
vociferously about the FBI
obstruction in New York of the release of the records. Remember, they were getting a truckload of documents or
records,
and not one record has been released to us since then.
And,
two weeks ago, they told the court they're accept I think they used exceptional circumstances.
(01:03:12):
And then yesterday,
in the joint status report with our federal FOIA lawsuit here in DC,
they told the court that they're still reviewing the records.
But when they when they're gonna look at. They the f b they've gotten they've searched for
and are reviewing
FBI records
(01:03:32):
and justice department records.
But I heard there were there was no records.
Or or or were we told yesterday they weren't gonna be released to any of us?
Well, that's not what they're telling the court.
So it's one thing to send out a memo with no signature. It's another thing for a justice department lawyer. I mean, we know what FOIA is. We, you know, we've been as you point out, we've been doing it for thirty plus years.
(01:03:57):
So they're not gonna be able to put this memo before the court. No court's gonna take this memo seriously,
and they're gonna have to provide
in the ordinary course, we'll see how this case goes,
either the record a a time frame for releasing the records,
and then they have to explain to us and the court why
they're withholding any records,
(01:04:19):
and there's gonna be a legal fight about it.
All the excuses they use
don't necessarily
impact the FOIA disclosure.
And, you know, when they say, oh, some of these names are intertwined with the documents that we don't wanna release, well, then just that's no reason not to release the documents in the whole.
(01:04:40):
Means you take out the material that you think would be protected from disclosure.
They don't wanna this is not there's nothing normal
about the way this case has been handled.
And it's, it's it's disturbing. It's disturbing. I tell you, I I told I told Bannon this yesterday. I don't think the Biden people would have done this sort of gainsmanship
(01:05:01):
with this type of
issue. I mean, they would have just said you can't have the records or, you know,
they would have handled it through FOIA. Here, it's kind of a
I don't
know, gaslighting one zero one. Right? And it's it's really kind of juvenile in some respects to think that
we're we're, the I don't know if juvenile is the right word.
(01:05:25):
Naive
to think that this might pass,
for scrutiny. And, you know, I I understand president Trump wants to support his appointees over there.
You know, I would just I would just tell president Trump the FBI and the justice department
are letting you
down. The FBI can't be trusted to prosecute or investigate a jaywalking offense.
(01:05:48):
He should set up his own investigative unit.
And all these politically sensitive issues, he got he's got to handle directly. They're just they've proven themselves in my view. Well, first of all, the the institutions are corrupted and can't be trusted.
And
I I don't think the leadership has the kind of the
full understanding of just how serious the issue is
(01:06:11):
and the willingness to take the hard the hard make the hard choices. I mean,
to me, it means Kash Patel tells president Trump or president Trump tells Kash Patel, we have to have the FBI go the way of the USAID.
Or or Pam Bondi say, we can't trust this justice department to investigate anything that you're concerned about.
I agree with Fitton. We gotta have a special prosecutor that reports to you. Keep the DOJ and FBI out of it. Heck, they gotta be the targets of the investigation.
(01:06:40):
Yes.
So where do we go from here?
Where Where do we go from
here?
Now, I'm not ready to say that this is a full blown conspiracy. Alright?
But I'm also not
ready to swallow the DOJ's line that there's nothing more to see here.
(01:07:03):
I'm not.
There are way too many contradictions,
way too many backtracks,
and too much smoke for there to be no fire.
So what is this?
Is this incompetence?
(01:07:24):
Or is this something more?
Is it something more sinister?
And what does it mean for the the Trump administration's
credibility?
And, folks, this story is just far, far from over.
(01:07:49):
There's a lot of there's a lot more information
that we need to look at, and we're gonna look at,
and we're gonna stay on top of this as much as we possibly can.
So
I wanna know what you think. Let me know what you think. Is it incompetence? Is it something more sinister?
(01:08:10):
