Phil Williams discusses Classic Bodybuilding and his path in the sport

Phil Williams was a teenage bodybuilder in the late 1970’s who beat Lee Haney. He won the light heavyweight and overall at the NPC USA Championships, beating out Lee Labrada. He was the 1985 NPC Nationals winner. Training with the likes of Chris Dickerson, Samir Bannout, Mike Christian and the Barbarian Brothers. Phil discusses his life and career with John Terilli
