Speaker 1 (00:05):
okay, so welcome to our podcast.
This is a little bit differenttoday, because this podcast is a
spin-off of our radio show.
Okay, so welcome to our podcast, or our or whatever you want to

(00:26):
call it Conversation.
Yeah, this is a little bitdifferent today, because this
podcast is a spinoff of ourradio show.
The radio show is John Jay andRich.
This is Rich.
I'm John Jay.
We've been doing this show forabout 25 years.
About a year ago, my doctor andI started our own podcast
called the Doctor and the DJ.

(00:47):
She's amazing.
She went on vacation and that'swhen we knew you were coming,
so she couldn't leave.
So I asked my partner, Rich, tojump on this podcast.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Not a doctor, not a doctor, but I do take fish oil.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
But I want to start by welcoming you to our podcast.
Thank you, krishna G a master, the Oneness Movement.
Yes, a little background.
My wife went to go see youspeak yesterday and she came
home she felt like she was adifferent person.
She said that your energy andeverything she learned from you

(01:26):
and saw from you changed herlife.
In fact, when you pulled uphere and you saw, she walked out
to you in the parking lot andstarted crying yes.
So what did you do?

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Thank you for having me on the show.
So wonderful to see you both.
What I did was I took her intoa beautiful state, my speech, my
meditation, and then, at theend of the program, I did a
deeksha, where I actuallytransfer the state of connection
and love.
I have this unique gift in mefrom the age of 11 where I can
transfer a powerful state intoothers.

(02:00):
It's called deeksha.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
It's called what again Deeksha?
Okay, deeksha is, and thismeans.

Speaker 3 (02:06):
This means it's a Sanskrit word and it means that
in the ancient times, sages andsaints in India could transfer
their inner state to others, their powerful inner state, okay
, and I got this gift at the ageof 11 to do it.
And from the age of 11, I'vebeen impacting thousands of
people across the world where Imeditate and transfer state to
them.
So yesterday was the state ofconnection and love.

(02:27):
So that has impacted your wife.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
How did you find out that you had this power or this
gift at 11?
What happened?

Speaker 3 (02:35):
Well, it was a very transcendental, mystical
experience that happened to me,with the divine in my heart, and
then my father, who is also aspiritual master, told me that
will you be able to transferthis gift to others.
So, being 11 years old, Ididn't question that, you know.
I said let's try it out and Istarted to do the diksha process
, that is, transferring thisstate to others, and the others

(02:59):
could feel it and move into thatstate and experience that state
.
So you're a spiritual master.
Yes.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
It that state and experience that state.
So you're a spiritual master?
Yes, it's interesting to me.
The second you walked in, I didfeel an energy shift and I want
to take you back a few days.
I was visiting my daughter inNew York City.
She just started college thereand we hung out all day Saturday
, and we were going, going, going.
At a certain point I said Idon't know if this affects you
or not, but I feel the energy ofall the people around us and I

(03:27):
need to take a break, because Ididn't really ready myself for
that onslaught of what a millionpeople or nine million in this
case in a city feels like.
But it can be either empoweringor draining.
And she said I know exactlywhat you feel like.
So I'm wondering as you walkaround I mean, you spend time in

(03:49):
New Delhi, which is also a bigcity how do you both protect
yourself from, maybe, the energythat isn't so positive and
still be able to give ofyourself and pass the positive
energy on to people?

Speaker 3 (04:04):
See the way I do it is.
I'm in the state of positiveenergy most of the time.
I'm in a very transformed,beautiful state.
So I have mastered this art ofliving in this state.
So, as I live in this state, the negative energies really do
not impact me.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
So you can see it, you can recognize it I can
recognize it, but it doesn'timpact me.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
I can feel it, it doesn't impact me.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
So I don't get impacted by it.
And how do you show people thatlive in this negative state how
to turn that around forthemselves?

Speaker 3 (04:33):
You, start off with simple meditation practices.
We did the soul sync meditationyesterday where your wife was
present.
That's a very powerful practicewhere actually your brain is
moving from beta state to alphastate.
That's a very powerful practicewhere actually your brain is
moving from beta state to alphastate.
So in beta your brain is veryagitated and is very stressed
out.
In alpha you're more calm, morequiet, more concentrated, which
means your energy will change.
As you meditate and transformyour brain, your energies are

(04:56):
changing.
So today science tells us thatthe highest brain frequency is
gamma, which is a state ofoneness.
So science is proving peoplethat yes, it is possible for
human beings to move to a stateof oneness and be in that state.
But you start with alpha.
So there are five differentbrain frequencies beta, alpha,
theta, delta and gamma.
So the soul sync meditationhelps do that.
So when your brain statechanges, your mind changes, your

(05:18):
consciousness changes, everything changes and you are
in this beautiful state.
So you can start withmeditations which help you get
there, but later on you shouldtake a spiritual journey to go
deeper into understanding wherethis negative is A spiritual
journey.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
What is an example of a spiritual journey?

Speaker 3 (05:33):
A spiritual journey is where you are learning to
live in a beautiful state.
See, I go around the world.
Both me and my wife, sriPreethaji.
We teach people a veryimportant teaching that every
one of us are only living in twostates.
There is no third inner statewe experience our life from.
It's either a suffering stateor a no suffering state.
Suffering state being stress, anxiety, irritation, frustration

(05:55):
, fear, insecurity, loneliness, depression all these are
suffering states.
All the killers, all thekillers.
Or beautiful states like peace, calm, love, connection,
gratitude, courage All these arebeautiful states.
And then, in love connection, gratitude, courage All these are
beautiful states.
And then, in the spectrum ofno-suffering states, you have
the transcendental states andthe highest being enlightened
states.
But you start with thebeautiful states.
So we go around people teachinghow you shift yourself from a

(06:16):
suffering state to a beautifulstate by applying teachings,
wisdom, so that it becomes partof your DNA.
So initially you start with thepractice, but later on you
actually learn to live in abeautiful state.
It's like a shadow that'sfollowing you everywhere and
once you learn to live in thatstate, your life is beautiful.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
So if you have a job like him and I have a job and
sometimes it gets stressful ifwe have meetings in the
afternoon or later there's a wayfor us to live in the
non-suffering state and justenjoy the meeting.

Speaker 3 (06:47):
Absolutely.
That's the way you have toright.
Right, or should you suffer?

Speaker 1 (06:51):
So how do you do that ?
How can we Stage one?

Speaker 2 (06:54):
Stage one.

Speaker 1 (06:55):
I'm just trying to think of.
Maybe you have to consciouslysay, okay, I'm going to be in a
beautiful state, now Bring it on.

Speaker 3 (07:02):
Is it like that?
You can start off with a simplepractice called the serene mind
practice.
It's a three minutes practicethat you do.
You can do it multiple numberof times.
So whenever you feel stressed, you do this practice and then,
after you do that practice, youmove into a beautiful state so
three minute practice is threeminute deep breathing.
Yes, it involves deep breathing.
It involves identifying youremotion and naming that emotion.

(07:24):
So you breathe in and breatheout three times and after that
you identify the emotion that istroubling you.
You name that emotion.
If it is anger, you name it asanger.
If it's fear, you name it asfear.
Anxiety, fear it could be morethan one, more than one.
Okay, you name it.
And then you observe whetheryou are obsessing about the past
or you are having a chaoticfuture projection, or are you in

(07:47):
the present.
You just observe that.
Is there a time frame to do itbefore Nothing?
Whenever you feel stressed?

Speaker 2 (07:54):
Oh, not just a meeting, not just a meeting.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
In the car, but I could do it at 4 am,
anticipating a 3 pm meeting.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
You do it when you feel stressed.
When you feel stressed For 4 amanticipating a 3 pm meeting.
You do it when you feelstressed, when you feel stressed
For 4 am.
You do the soul sync meditation, which is a 12 minutes practice
that you do once a day.
So serene mind is a practiceyou do when you feel stress.
You take two to three minutesoff.
You do this meditation and comeout of the stress and move into
a beautiful state and then getinto your meeting.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
But soul sync meditation is a meditation that
you do every day to transformyour brain.
Um, I want to jump back to thatin a second, but I want to get
back to a little bit of what youoffer, or how people, from what
I've heard, I don't like to doa lot of research.
Yes, I like to just gatherinformation as I live and then
repurpose it.
Um, I know that I believe, ifI'm right, tony robbins has
stayed with you.
Yes, um, ian, my friend ian,has stayed with you.
Yes, and it's much like peopleget very excited for justin

(08:52):
bieber yes I get excited fortony robbins.
Yes, I get very excited to meetyou because of your tony robbins
connection.
Yes, and ian and I were at westpalm beach and we went to a
tony robbins seminar.
Oh, beautiful, there werethousands of people.
There was 2016,.
I think right, probably 2016.
Yes, and Tony Robbins startstelling us about this wonderful
place, that he lived in Indiafor a while and he studied under

(09:15):
the gurus.
Yes, and he talked about theblessing.
Yes, and he gave everybody inthe room the blessing.
Yes, and I mean there werethousands of people there.
So I felt that would it be aspowerful giving the blessing to
thousands of people or is itbetter to do it one-on-one?
Anyway, he gave us all theblessing.
Yes, and it was amazing.

(09:35):
Yes, goosebumps and everything.
And Ina and I have been prettymuch blood brothers ever since,
right, yes, so cut to.
Well, I do remember yes, tonyrobbins telling the story also
that one other person wasallowed to give the blessing.
Yes, and it was the drummer forthe band death leper rick allen
, rick allen.
Yes, could you tell us the storyof tony robbins and rick allen?

Speaker 3 (09:56):
and then I have a part two yes, the blessing is
basically a deeksha, so thedeeksha that was born from me at
the age of 11.
So tony robbins received thedeeksha from me, so for the West
, we named it the blessing tomake it more understandable and
easy.
So what he transferred to youis a gift that he received from
me many, many years ago.

(10:16):
Same thing happened to RickyAllen.
Ricky Allen has received itfrom somebody else.
So what I do is I also initiatepeople into blessing givers so
you can come to our event, gothrough our journey and then you
also become a blessing giver, whereby you can transfer this
blessing to others.
That sounds beautiful.
Yes, so that is the gift Tonyhas and it's beautifully being
shared with the world throughhim.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
So Rich and I do a radio show and we had a huge
festival in Las Vegas with manydifferent acts.
Yes, and one of the acts wasDef Leppard.

Speaker 3 (10:44):
Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1 (10:45):
And I didn't care about any.
We were there to work for threedays, yes, and I said all I
want is a meeting with RickAllen.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (10:54):
Right, so I got all the access passes.
I was in.
He was in his dressing room, security guard in the front door
, he's standing there and I.
He's standing there and I go, Ihave my pass and I said I'd
like to talk to rick allenplease and the security guard
said what about?
And rick's standing there, heturns around and I go.
I want to talk to you about theblessing, okay and he turns
around having goosebumps.
He taps the security guard, hegoes.

(11:14):
He goes, let him.
So.
He met me, we talked for alittle bit, went outside in the
hallway and I have video of thiswhole thing happening.
He gave me the blessing in thein the backstage area at
T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
So I remember I called Ianright away, I sent him pictures,
video, I go.
I just got the blessing.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
I got the blessing.
How's life been since then?
It's been fantastic Ever sincethe Tony.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
Our lives have changed so much.
Since the Tony Robbins meetingIan and I went to, and then
personally in our lives, my wifeand my kids.
It's been great, and so I'm sofascinated by this blessing and
I think it'd be I don't knowit'd be great if we could get a
blessing from you at some pointduring this podcast to do it
Definitely Right.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
Yes, that sounds amazing.
You've never been freaking outabout the blessing, of course.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
I'll have to show you the video.
That's the only thing youpursued, yeah that's it.

Speaker 3 (12:03):
It was amazing, Sure sure.

Speaker 2 (12:05):
I was reading something that is a quote of
yours.
Yes, that I think kind ofencapsulates what you do and I
think it's so beautiful.
You said every day spent withsuffering is a wasted day and
every day lived in a beautifulstate is a life truly well lived
.
Yes, and that seems like yourentire mission.

(12:27):
Yes, and do you ever have baddays where you just don't want
to get out of bed or maybe theroom service got something wrong
?
How do you keep that stuff?
That kind of weighs most of usdown?
How do you not let that affectyou?

Speaker 3 (12:46):
I do have challenging days and challenging times,
problems.
These come along, being part ofthis world and doing what
you're doing.
All this is part of your life.
But I apply the teachings, Ilive my teachings and I don't
allow myself to move intosuffering.
You catch yourself, I catch itvery early and I am gifted to be
in this enlightened state for avery long time now.

(13:08):
It's part of me, it's part ofmyself, it's part of my body, so
it's very easy for me to be inthat state.
But the most important thing is, whatever we teach is something
that we practice and we live.
So I catch it very early and Icome out of suffering within a
few seconds, so I don't spendtime in suffering too long.
Suffering within a few seconds,so I don't spend time in
suffering too long.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
I don't go into suffering too deep.
How much of it is perspectivethat I'm in a pretty good place,
that shouldn't really bother me.

Speaker 3 (13:29):
Perspective doesn't work.
It doesn't work.
If perspectives work, everybodyshould be free of their
suffering.
It doesn't happen, okay, okay.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
So it's not like, you know, we have to walk into a
terrible meeting like, okay, butwe still have good lives.
That's not what you're talkingabout.
No, that's not what I'm talkingabout.
Okay, you're talking aboutgoing in there, going like I'm
not going to let the shrapnelget on me.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
Yes, and I observe what is causing that suffering.
So I have the teachings toobserve what is causing the
suffering, I go to the root ofit and this entire process I can
do it in a few seconds and andthat's the gift I want to share
to the world, where the worldalso can do it in a few seconds
and come out of the suffering.
Because if you look at theentire purpose of every one of
us, right, it's ultimately to behappy.

(14:10):
You're doing what you're doingto be happy.
You're doing this podcast tomake others happy.
Everybody's working every dayvery hard to be happy.
Ultimately, that's the purpose.
That's why you know we havefamilies, we have families, we
have systems, we have everythingthe wealth creation, the work
we go for, the businesses we do.
Everything is ultimatelyseeking that fulfillment, that
happiness no-transcript fightfor that joy.

(14:34):
No, you don't need to fight, youjust need to move inwards.
You're going in the wrongdirection to find that joy.
You're going outwards to findthat joy.
It's not going to be found inthe outer world.
So for me, there are two worldsthe inner world and the outer
world.
We, as humanity, have masteredthe outer world.
We have not yet mastered theinner world.
We need, in the world, tounderstand how do we?
Do that by starting a journeywith me, let's start it, let's

(14:57):
start it.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
Give us a peek Give us something.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
Please come to our events.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
Come as my guest?

Speaker 1 (15:01):
Yes, come Because you have an event in Los Angeles
Tomorrow.
Yes, for four days, for fourdays.
And who are the people therethat anybody can go to that
event?

Speaker 3 (15:10):
Anybody can go to that event that's yes, it's a
field of awakening and it'sthree different fields of
awakening, so the next one thathappens in New York is a
different one.
So, but then you come fromthere to Sweden, to a center in
Sweden oh, that's, sweden, yesso we have a center very close
to Copenhagen, you come for theDeepajani.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
Akam is the name of your.

Speaker 3 (15:29):
Akam is the place where the meditation center is.
The main center in india isyeah, in india in india, and
that's the center forenlightenment.
That's where tony robbins wentyes, that's where he came for
the opening.
Yes, he was, so he lived therefor a couple of weeks.
Yes, he was there, for he hasvisited quite a number of times
and every time he comes at leastfor a week, a minimum do you
ever reach out to him?

Speaker 1 (15:49):
hey, how are things?
Not recently, but in the pastyears and how many people do you
expect to show up in Sweden?

Speaker 3 (15:56):
In Sweden we have a center for 150 people, so every
program we do is for 150 people.

Speaker 1 (16:02):
And that if people go there, it involves food
everything accommodation, food.

Speaker 3 (16:06):
It's a beautiful center.

Speaker 1 (16:07):
When you talk about suffering, though, what about,
is it, or is this out of therealm when you're fighting
disease and stuff?
Or is that all can becontrolled?
Controlled mentally?

Speaker 3 (16:16):
see, suffering is emotional, disease is physical.
Okay, so there are twodifferent things.
So we in fact tell people thatwhen you are having a physical
problem, it's not, you don'tneed to suffer, but for that you
need to grow spiritually.
So, for example, there is aperson right now who has
attended one of my courses andhas been directly with cancer in

(16:37):
the brain and has been operated, but this person wrote a
message saying that pleaseinform Krishnaji that I'm not
suffering While people around meare in suffering.
Since I've gone through thejourney, I'm seeing this as a
problem and addressing this as aproblem.
I'm not suffering, so he's notin stress, he's not in anxiety,
but he's calm and quiet and theoperation went extremely well

(16:59):
and looks like he'll be curedcompletely.

Speaker 1 (17:01):
Wow, yes, when you say suffering, though, I mean
isn't suffering like sometimesyou suffer, because the end goal
is happiness.
Like exercise, I think exerciseis suffering.

Speaker 3 (17:14):
Exercise is pain.
Physical pain, right?
Pain is different fromsuffering.
It is.
You're going back to emotional.
Yes, suffering is suffering.
Exercise is pain.
Physical pain, right, pain isdifferent from suffering.

Speaker 2 (17:18):
It is You're going back to emotional.
Yes, suffering is emotional.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
Exercise pain is physical, physical exercise Is
suffering genetic?

Speaker 3 (17:26):
Yes, it is genetic for the entire humanity, just
not for one person.
It's something that's beingtransferred from one generation
to another generation.
Does it go back manygenerations, many generations?
Today science tells us at leastit's going back three
generations, so it goes back toour parents, grandparents and
great-grandparents.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
So you really are breaking a cycle of suffering
when you, when you go inward andsay, okay, well, this is not
going to hit me the way it hitmy father and my father's father
, like we were making the changehere.
You can do that for yourchildren too.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
Absolutely, that's the key.
You're making the change foryourself and you're making the
change for your children.
Don't you feel lighter justsaying that Beautiful?
That's the great work, theinformation that's being passed
on to the next generation is amore beautiful information than
a suffering information.

Speaker 2 (18:13):
What do we get right here in America when it comes to
going to a place of trying toget where things don't affect
you?
I mean, for me it's listeningto music when I'm in my spot
sitting in my house.
it's like I feel like I'm insidethe song and nothing could be
wrong because everything's right.
Yes, so what if you don't havethat ability to sit in your

(18:38):
music or whatever it is?
What do you tell people to, Idon't know?
Focus on or are used, becausesometimes those voices in our
head can loop pretty loud, right?

Speaker 3 (18:48):
See, the voices in our head will always be there
and people do different thingsto escape those voices.
So music is one form, dancecould be another form, exercise
could be one form, running couldbe another form.
But ultimately you have tobecome comfortable with these
voices and the voices mustchange.
So the music must change inyour head.
So how do you change that music?

(19:09):
Right now, the music is stress, anxiety, fear, insecurity.
How do we change that to love, connection, gratitude.
If that music changes, you'llenjoy it.
There's no problem, right?
No, you're worried with it.
You don't like it because it'sa music that is not beautiful,
you know.
It's a music that's causing yousuffering.
It's a music that's painful.
So once you change that music, you're comfortable with the

(19:30):
music.
So there's no way you can avoidthe music.
You have to change the music inyour head.
Are you happy?
Right now, I'm very happy.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
Are you always happy?

Speaker 3 (19:38):
Most of the time, I'm happy.
Yes.

Speaker 1 (19:41):
Are there moments where you're very happy, or are
you never sad?

Speaker 3 (19:45):
Very happy is excitement.
When was the last?

Speaker 1 (19:49):
time you got excited.

Speaker 3 (19:51):
Excited Coming now to you.

Speaker 1 (19:52):
This is you being excited?

Speaker 3 (19:54):
Yes, Driving and coming to you and being in this
podcast.
I'm very glad you're here and Ihad very much, a lot of anxiety
to interview you.
I did.

Speaker 1 (20:06):
And I'm at peace.
Right now, talking to you, Ifeel good.
I'm looking at my wife she'shappy.
I'm looking at my friend, he'shappy, my partner's happy.
Seeing you smile, there isdefinitely some joy in the room.

Speaker 2 (20:21):
Isn't there something to be said?
I mean, you would probably beable to tell us more than
anybody.
When you have that happiness, when you have that joy, this
life, whatever this is, is apretty incredible place to be,
and I know I I mean, I'm sure alot of us have been to places
where you don't have that andyou feel like you can't even get
content for a second, and thatis a hard place to be.

(20:43):
Yes, and making that switch, which are when you tell people
just that one spot where theycan start.
So, if somebody's watching thisor listening to this and
they're feeling like that, youknow that endless loop of panic,
yes, in their mind.
Yes, and they're feeling likethat.
You know that endless loop ofpanic in their mind.
If you were with them at thismoment, where would you tell
them to start, to begin, to stop?

Speaker 3 (21:03):
that I would start with the serene mind practice
that's where I will start andfor them to realize that you
know that we are having thisbeautiful Mother Earth with us,
out of this billions of galaxiesthat's present, and we have
this beautiful opportunity tohave a beautiful life here.
And I think that realizationthat this is the only home we

(21:24):
have and we should be extremelysatisfied that we are in this
home, in this beautiful homewith beautiful people, and we
have to make sure that this homeis available to the next
generations in a beautiful way,not in a way that is going to be
home is available to the nextgenerations in a beautiful way,
not in a way that is going to bepainful and struggling for the
next generations.
So I think that's whereeveryone of us have to start
connecting to Mother Earth andfeeling that what a blessing it

(21:47):
is to be here, to be alive andto have this experience.
You can travel wherever youwant, you can eat what you want
to eat so many varieties of foodand everything is coming from
mother earth, right.
So to feel that sense ofgratitude and connection, I
think it'll be a great place tostart.
Have you met with?

Speaker 1 (22:05):
world leaders?
Yes, I have, you have and, yes,who have you met with?

Speaker 3 (22:10):
I can't reveal the names.

Speaker 1 (22:11):
You can't reveal the name?

Speaker 3 (22:13):
yeah, because, but I have met with leaders from
different parts of the worldcelebrities, business leaders
they ask you to come and talk tothem about many things, or
specifically the blessing.
It'll be the blessing, definitely, and it'll also be
understanding the teachings andlearning to live in a beautiful
state.
So some of them have come to me, to India, to spend some time
with me.
I do what is called a verypersonal process, where it's a

(22:35):
one-on-one with me.
That's what even Tony Robbinswent through where you spend the
time with me for six days to 10days and I take them through a
journey of transformation.
Wow.

Speaker 1 (22:45):
Yeah, I see it in my friend Ian.
He spent two weeks with you.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
He spent four weeks, four weeks with you.
Yes, he looks so peaceful to mehe looks like a different human
being.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
He's still handsome, but still, I mean.
My wife was with you for a fewhours yesterday and came back
very enlightened, with a glow.
She said to me that I'm in herheart and I was like I thought I
was in your heart already.
She goes, now you're in myheart, not before, but now.

Speaker 3 (23:08):
Yeah, yes, yesterday in the process.
So so could we do the blessing, could you, could we?
How could we do that here?
Is that something we could do?
I can do it after the podcastfor you, you could.

Speaker 1 (23:22):
Yes, I would love that.
Would you love that?

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Yeah, and if the people that are watching can
receive it as well.
Is that how it works?

Speaker 1 (23:27):
Okay, we can do that yes, Even if they don't watch it
, screw them.

Speaker 3 (23:31):
They're suffering, let them suffer.

Speaker 2 (23:32):
Let him suffer.
This is a this would beincredible.
How do we prepare ourselves forthe blessing?

Speaker 3 (23:40):
Nothing, you just close your eyes.
Please close your eyes.

Speaker 1 (23:44):
You guys want to come sit on here to be on the
blessing.
Does that work for you?
That would be incredible.

Speaker 2 (23:50):
Do you want them on this side?
So they're not Wherever youwant, pass them the cameras.

Speaker 1 (23:52):
Okay, never turn down a blessing.
Never turn down a blessingWherever you want.

Speaker 2 (23:54):
Pass him the cameras.

Speaker 1 (23:55):
Okay, never turn down a blessing.
Never turn down a blessing.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
How's this guy For the podcast?

Speaker 1 (24:00):
My friend Ian.
Ian's a spiritual gangster Okaywhat do we do this?

Speaker 3 (24:05):
Yes, okay, place your palms on your thighs.
Yes, yes, you can either placeit upwards or downwards, no
problem.
Close your eyes.
Bring your attention now toyour breath and as you inhale,
bring your attention.
And as you exhale, bring yourattention and let the exhalation

(24:29):
be longer than your inhalations.
Do this for three times Now inyour heart.

(24:57):
Think of one thing that youdesire for, and hold the desire
in your heart as an intention.
And now we'll be moving intoblessings.

(25:32):
In this blessing, I will betransferring the state of
connection to all of you, a deepsense of love.
It can be experienced as love, appreciation, gratitude.
Keep your attention at yourheart region.

(25:59):
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

(28:25):
Slowly bring back your attentionto your breath, bring a gentle
smile, open your eyes Thank youslowly bring your attention back

(29:50):
to your breath, bring a gentlesmile on your face and whenever
you are ready, you can slowlyopen your eyes.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
That's very special, thank you.

Speaker 3 (30:13):
My pleasure.

Speaker 1 (30:17):
So someone's watching this podcast or listening to
this podcast.
What's the best way to followyou Social media?

Speaker 3 (30:23):
Yes, social media.

Speaker 1 (30:25):
Oneness movement, the oneness movement.
Yes, I started following you.
Yes.

Speaker 2 (30:29):
YouTube as well.
Yeah, YouTube as well.
I saw that today.
I hit the subscribe buttonright away.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
There is also the Breathing Room app, which is for
meditations and to startmeditations, someone can even
get there.

Speaker 2 (30:47):
Oh, it's your app breathing room.
Breathing room?
Yes, oh, I didn't know.
Yes, I didn't find myselfliterally just thinking about my
breath and really nothing else.
Yes, when that was happening.

Speaker 3 (30:52):
Yes, when normally I try to do that on my own I have
a thousand thoughts goingthrough my head I'm like, oh
yeah, I forgot I was meditatingbut when we were just doing it,
I I was just thinking about thebreath Beautiful Itself.

Speaker 2 (31:02):
It was really refreshing actually.

Speaker 1 (31:05):
Being as open as I can with you.
I was trying to do the blessing100%, but also, what about?
My mind felt like it was goinga million.
I was like I have this specialmoment here with you.
Yes, and you said set yourintention.
Yes, how.
And you said you know, set yourintention.
And it was like a movie in myhead of like all these things I

(31:28):
want.
They're not physical things, yes, tangible things.
They're happiness, health formy family.
Yes, kids have a career, somefuture.
But it was like a movie.
Yes, like fast forward.
Yes, is that okay, that'sperfectly okay?
Okay, good, like fast forward.
Yes, is that okay?
That's perfectly okay?
Okay, good, that's perfect.
Am I not allowed to tell youthat, like it won't come true,
like if you make a wish and blowon a candle.

Speaker 3 (31:48):
It comes true when you tell me.

Speaker 1 (31:50):
It comes true when I tell you yes, you're amazing.
Yes, you do have a verycontagious, powerful smile and a
great.
Do you exercise?
Do you do yoga?

Speaker 3 (32:00):
Yes, I do yoga every day, every day.

Speaker 1 (32:01):
Every day, any kind of, is it like?

Speaker 3 (32:04):
Surya Namaskar.

Speaker 1 (32:05):
Oh, I don't know that one.

Speaker 3 (32:06):
Yeah, it's a simple yoga and I do like 15 sets a day
.
Yeah, that's it.
And, of course, meditation ispart of my life.
Every program, I meditate andmeditate for many hours.

Speaker 2 (32:18):
So, on a typical day, how long will you sit in
silence just sharpening yourbrain by clearing it of thought?

Speaker 3 (32:26):
See, if you're thinking about state as a
silence.
80% of the day I'm in thatstate.

Speaker 2 (32:32):
Oh, interesting yeah.

Speaker 3 (32:33):
But I can, in a meditation, move into a very
high state of oneness where I'mactually in an enlightened state
that I can be two hours, threehours, four hours.
I can keep meditating.

Speaker 2 (32:45):
You're probably not surprised when you see the
studies from Western medicine, when they study a master like
yourself meditating and theyshow the brain waves change.
We have that lab with us.
I'm sure it's really quiteamazing.

Speaker 3 (32:59):
So in fact we do these tests on people who are
coming to our programs and weshow them that when they enter
they're actually having beta andhigh beta brain frequency and
the third day into the programyou see them in theta.
And fourth day, fifth day intothe program, you actually see
the brain emitting gamma waves, which is enlightened state.

Speaker 2 (33:15):
So the brain likes to be in that state, so you do
that to everybody that stays inIndia.
We select people.

Speaker 3 (33:18):
yes, let's say we have 500 people in the program.
We select like 20 people and dotests on them.

Speaker 1 (33:25):
You'll have 500 people in the program physically
in India.
Yes, yes, so is it a hotel.

Speaker 3 (33:30):
No, it's a center.

Speaker 2 (33:32):
It's a physical center.

Speaker 3 (33:33):
It's beautiful looking With rooms for people
With rooms with accommodationswe can accommodate at any given
point of time you got aStarbucks in there.

Speaker 1 (33:43):
No Starbucks, but you have excellent Indian coffee.
How many people can stay thereat one?

Speaker 3 (33:45):
time 3,500.

Speaker 1 (33:46):
3,500?
Yes, Are there people there now?
Not now, they'll be coming inBecause you're here, because I'm
here.

Speaker 3 (33:52):
They're coming in November, so I have a batch of
people coming in November andthen December.

Speaker 1 (33:57):
Like if my wife and I wanted to go.
It's a minimum, it's six days.
Yes, six days, that would bereally.
She's been to India before.

Speaker 3 (34:04):
Yes, she talks, she loves it, you can come to.
You can come to OnenessAbundance Festival in December.
It's a festival that I do forwealth creation, so it's in
December for six days, butwealth creation to a transformed
state of In India, in India.
So please come as guests.
Please be my guest, be yourguest yes come December, when to
when?
December 5th to the 11th 5th tothe 11th.

(34:27):
Yeah.
Is it easier, I think it'sDecember 11th to the 16th.
December 11th to the 16th.
Yes, yes.

Speaker 2 (34:34):
Six days.

Speaker 3 (34:35):
Come.

Speaker 2 (34:36):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (34:36):
Sorry, you were starting to say something there
that I think is probably a goodthing for people to think about,
so I didn't miss what you said.
Yes, I was.
I was saying that, um, you know, we go into wealth creation and
the typical understanding ofwealth creation is through
education, through connections, through your skills, right?
But here we do a very uniqueprocess where it's through a
transformed state ofconsciousness sure.

Speaker 2 (34:55):
So that makes sense, because you can't make money if
you're in a state of like you'regonna watch it go right through
your finger, exactly, exactly.

Speaker 3 (35:00):
And there's this understanding right that you
need fear to be successful.
You need anger to be successful.
You need all the states to besuccessful, but you don't need
the states.
It will ultimately destroy you.
What you need is a beautiful, powerful inner state.
So we take people throughactually cleansing the states in
your consciousness.

Speaker 2 (35:14):
All those things that sabotage yourself.

Speaker 3 (35:16):
That sabotage yourself exactly.
You mean doubt, fear, insecurity, all these things and
we take you through a specialprocess called the samskara
shuddhi.
Samskara means traits that cometo you from your previous
generations.
So this space has this uniquepower to make those revelations
happen to you in yourconsciousness and you find out
why you have these traits in you.

(35:38):
Like, there was a veryinteresting gentleman who was a
participant from New York.
He's a billionaire, but thoughhe's a billionaire, he was
always in fear.
He didn't understand why I'm infear.
Because I have money, I have abeautiful home in Miami, I have
everything, but why am I in fear?
So when he went through thisprocess, he understood that it
came from his grandparents, wholived during very tough times in
Burma and they moved intotremendous fear and that

(36:00):
information of fear got passedon.
And for no reason, though hislife is super comfortable now,
he still feels fear and hedoesn't understand why he has
this fear.
So he got liberated from thatfear when he went through this
journey and now he's in abeautiful state enjoying life.
There's no more fear aroundwealth, no more fear around
whether it'll stay, it'll goaway, nothing like that.
You don't really need all thesethings go away, nothing like
that.

Speaker 1 (36:20):
You don't really need all these things, these houses
and cars and stuff, to havehappiness, correct?
Absolutely no.

Speaker 3 (36:27):
Yeah.
But, money does help.
Money helps for comfort, rightfor comfort, for leisure, yeah,
yeah, and to have the pleasuresof life, but not happiness.
Pleasure is different man.

Speaker 1 (36:38):
Pleasures are different than happiness.

Speaker 2 (36:40):
Yes, pleasures are different than happiness.
Yes, you have a book out aswell.

Speaker 3 (36:42):
Yes, the four sacred secrets the four sacred secrets
um?

Speaker 2 (36:46):
have we discussed any of those four sacred secrets on
this?

Speaker 3 (36:49):
podcast.
Not really.

Speaker 2 (36:50):
We just discussed the beautiful state alone okay, yes
, should we uh before we let yougo, should we know what those?
I don't think, so I rememberthat's a lot.

Speaker 3 (36:58):
that's a lot.
You want me to grab the bookand I'll yes it later.
Yes, yes, I think so, butthere's four sacred ones.

Speaker 2 (37:05):
They're in the book and we should know those.
They're there.
Yes, Got it.

Speaker 3 (37:07):
I do know the other one, which is a spiritual vision
.
Ah yeah, spiritual vision is avision you hold for your inner
state.

Speaker 2 (37:27):
So we have a vision for our inner state, so
spiritual vision is about havingthe beautiful vision for a
beautiful inner state that's thesecond secret, sorry, yes, do
you have enemies?

Speaker 1 (37:32):
uh, might have, I don't know, so you don't wake up
in the morning thinking orthere's not people that you have
anger towards, no, I don't have, yeah, or competition.

Speaker 3 (37:41):
No, I don't.

Speaker 1 (37:42):
I know that my life is going to be fantastic if I
live these teachings and if Ilive in that state yeah, I have
to get to that point because Ihave like competitors that I
want to see them crash into apole.

Speaker 3 (37:58):
I told my wife I go, all I want to do is make him
laugh one time.
Yes, yes, make him laugh onetime.
That's my blessing.
That's my blessing to you.
Take it, take it, write a bookabout it.
Anyway, thank you so much.
Oh yes, it was such a joy to bewith both of you.
Thank you.
