🟥 He has no experience trying a single case in court. That’s not an exaggeration — he literally has never argued a case before a jury.
🟥 He falsely claimed that 40% of his legal work was litigation. When pressed, he admitted under oath he’s never gone to trial.
🟥 He cited an active case from his interim office as part of his “experience”—a clear ethical violation.

If this weren’t troubling enough, Martin has made public statements that could directly jeopardize open cases—comments that fly in the face of DOJ policy and the foundational legal principle of presumption of innocence.
