Heather Gandhi is a self-published author, accountant, and passionate mental health advocate based in Huntington Beach, California. A lifelong athlete and thrill-seeker, Heather grew up immersed in sports like soccer, field hockey, surfing, and snowboarding. After experiencing a life-changing manic episode, she found her voice through authoring her book Bouncing Back from Bipolar, a memoir about her journey toward healing, hope, and happiness.
Heather’s mission is to inspire others living with mental illness by sharing her story with honesty, strength, and vulnerability. Now she is happily married and thriving; she travels the world with her husband and dreams of becoming a motivational speaker to help others find joy, purpose, and resilience.
