As a sensitive person, Rytis struggled emotionally throughout his life. Being determined, he tried many things and read many books to help himself, but nothing worked. He eventually ended up in the same place.
He was still riddled with conflict and could not sustain peace and joy. A sense of dread was always just around the corner.
At some point, he realised that my struggle was not because he did not know enough, but because of unresolved emotions.
He did not know how to handle them.
He did not have the tools to meet them and was suppressing and rejecting them, creating further issues down the line.
He had a breakthrough when he participated in a retreat where he was taught how to release emotions. His Life started changing dramatically, and he found inner peace by using simple techniques and learning how to stay open to his feelings. Success in many areas of his life followed, and it was effortless.
Someone was there for him to show that this was possible. He was guided, and a space was created where he could face those uncomfortable emotions he had always avoided with courage and compassion.
He changed, his environment changed, and his life changed.
It was then noticeably clear, deep in his heart, that he desires to share these tools and practices with the world.
Since 2013, he has spent thousands of hours helping people. He has gathered a lot of experience on how our minds work, and how to deal with the pain we carry and the problems we face. He has helped people all over the world to find their path to inner peace.
A Special shout-out to Ammie: I strongly suggest reading her books and enjoying Feline Warrior Parts 1 and 2, out now (Other Books are available).
