Welcome to the second episode of the Journey Running Podcast! In this episode I tell a brief story about running my first ultramarathon (a 50k) and answer a variety of popular questions new ultramarathon runners ask me when they are first entering the sport. This is a great starter episode for those new to ultramarathon running who are looking to run their first ultra in the near future. Each topic such as nutrition, gear and navigation (and so on...) that is discussed in this episode will get its own episode dedicated to it in the future so we can discuss those topics more in-depth. But I think this will be a valuable episode for those looking for an overview on how to run their first ultra. Enjoy!
