Ricardo Grzona dedica su vida a la formación de maestros y catequistas. Estudió en las Universidades de Mendoza, Medellín, Bogotá, México y Roma. Tiene un doctorado en catequética, especialización que se dedica a estudiar la catequesis que la Iglesia imparte.
Fue director del Departamento de Catequesis y del Departamento de Educación del CELAM para toda América Latina. Consultor católico por más de 20 años de la fraternidad mundial Sociedades Bíblicas Unidas, que reúne 153 oficinas en el mundo. Director de proyectos de impacto con la Palabra de Dios a nivel mundial para jóvenes; www.lectionautas.com, www.cristonautas.com, promotor del proyecto Lectio Divina en Familia, director del programa de televisión Cristonautas en la televisora católica más vista en el mundo EWTN, ha dirigido programas de animación bíblica en los cinco continentes.
