We are a mother + daughter team, who both share the titles of mother, scientist, teacher, yogi, fitness enthusiast, plus more. Each episode we will sift through the plethora of info out there, and give you our take on an important issue relating to any facet of wellness- from physical, to mental, to emotional, to environmental, spiritual, etc. We will delve into the science, and pepper in our life experiences.
