So this experience will beginin a moment with a recorded drum
meditation.
It's just to help you relax,set an intention for your

playlist of seven songs meant toactivate each main chakra point
will begin to play.
It's best that you listen tothis entire meditation and
experience on either headphonesor an external bluetooth or

Please make sure that as youprepare for this journey, you
are in a quiet, safe space,either laying on the floor on a
comfortable mat with pillows andblankets and bolsters for your
knees or pillows under yourknees, or lying on a bed.
Please make sure that there isnothing around you, as some of

Please ensure that there isnothing on the walls or around
you that could be a hazard orcause you to hurt yourself or
fall.
Ensure that you have an eyemask or maintain your eyes
closed throughout the wholesession.

The breath work that you will bedoing is entirely up to you.
I am going to demonstrate a fewof the different types of
breath work that can be utilizedthroughout this session.
You can utilize them all oronly one.

There's no right or wrong way.
It's whatever feels good andnatural to you.
The first type of breath thatyou can do, especially at the
beginning, is a somatic style ofbreathing, simple as breathing
in through the nose, fillingyour belly and letting it go.
It looks like this, like this,and you can speed it up as the

music goes on, to have it looklike this Whatever is
comfortable for you, naturally,let your body breathe like that.
Another form of breath work canbe holotropic.
This one is a little bit fasterpace and more intensive.
It does require you to engageyour abdominals in your core

It's very similar to a kKundalini breath of fire.
Just make sure you're nothyperventilating in the chest,
but you do have to engage yourabdominals if you do that type
of breath.
My favorite style of breathingis a combination of both, which

is called a shamanic breath, andit looks like this we're still
engaging the abdominals, butwe're breathing in through the
nose and forcefully breathingout through the mouth.
Whatever you feel like doing,just follow what your intuition
and what your body is tellingyou.

So if you're ready to begin, Iwould like for you to lie down
in a comfortable position, puton your eye mask and the volume
is set to as high as possible.
This is a very sensoryexperience and when I begin the
drumming meditation, I wouldlike for you to just begin to

Welcome, my friends, to yourshamanic healing journey,

I invite you to lie back in acomfortable position, put your
eye mask or close your eyes andbegin to breathe.

angelic host.
We are calling in our team oflights, our spirit guides, our
ancestors and any and all beingsthat are here for our highest

directions, out of reverence andrespect for this ceremony, so
that they may come andinvigorate you, challenge you,

sacred fire.

ready ourselves for when thetime comes, to take all
preparations needed.
And on our journey, today, inthis moment, allow us to step
into this experience all in awhole.

around us, feed us your sweetnectar of joy and happiness.
Open our inner child.
Oh, the great woundings that wemay have, please lift them up,
help us to transform them,reframe them, shift them so that

Activate our intuition, openour subconscious and allow us to
