After suffering through an undiagnosed chronic illness for 23 years, Brianna Greenspan was relieved to finally be able to put a name on the condition so she could find appropriate treatment.
Her diagnosis was serious - a rare chronic illness called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a genetic connective tissue disorder that doctors are only now beginning to understand. She could have easily fallen into a depression. Doctors had limited knowledge of the illness and initially prescribed medicines with side effects that just made her condition worse.
Brianna talks about how her thirst for knowledge impacted her wellness journey which in turn, influenced her personal growth. This path eventually brought her to the discovery of ancient healing techniques including meditation, affirmations, mantras, and many other holistic methods which she now shares with others who want to live their best life.
She also understands the power of a good routine and talks about her positive affirmation coloring book as well as her motivation to try to make the world a better place, not only for herself, but for everyone facing unique challenges or invisible illnesses like her. Listen now!
