Seven-time world champion and Olympic gold medalist Brittany Reese joined The Juice Podcast with Pam Christian shortly before competing in the Olympics in the summer of 2021. This was her 4th trip to the big dance as a record-holding long jumper.
In this episode, she discusses how she’s been sprinting towards the Olympics from an early age by training not just her body, but her mind as well. Brittany reveals the tools she’s utilized to get her purposeful, grounded and centered. She talks about sharing the strength she’s found since adopting her son and the community she has found that supports not just her new family but her athletic dreams as well
With her message of hope and encouragement, now she's coaching young athletes in track and field and says, “I talk to anybody,” so reach out to Brittany:
