He studied management, psychology, and political science at Ohio University, where he had the privilege of learning from renowned educators Dr. Paul Hersey and Dr. Ken Blanchard. Their teachings sparked his passion for understanding what the best coaches, leaders, and managers do to maximize individual and organizational performance.With advanced degrees in business (M.B.A.) and education(M.Ed.), Paul has amassed significant experience as a teacher, business executive, and writer. He has been instrumental in designing and delivering leadership training programs, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives and has led various human resource functions.Paul’s contributions to the field have not gone unnoticed; he received the United Technologies Award for Extraordinary Management Effectiveness in both 1985 and 1996. In 2015, he was honored with the Joseph J. Deliso, Sr., Endowed Chair at Springfield Technical Community College.A prolific writer, Paul has published over 75 articles in leading business and leadership magazines, journals, and websites, including a monthly piece on leadchangegroup.com. He is also the author of 16 books and has created 28 management and leadership videos available on YouTube, along with numerous slide presentations on slideshare.net.Join me as we dive into Paul’s journey, his insights on leadership, and his vision for the future of management.
