Tierashia Adair was born in Galveston, Texas, but grew up in Hempstead, Texas. She is a wife and a mother of three who resides in Prairie View, Texas. She is a purpose driven woman of faith who loves God and people.

She is an ordained minister, a speaker, an author, a publisher, a Faith & Purpose mentor for Christian women, and an educational consultant. She loves to Encourage, Educate, and Empower people in all that God has purposed her to do. She does this as a natural part of her daily life and through the products and services she provides through her for-profit (T. Adair Enterprises, LLC) and non-profit (AMOL: A Message of Love, Inc.) businesses. 

Tierashia has background training and experience in education; for which she has served 22 years as an educator in the capacities of elementary public school (EC-5 with specializations in special education and ESL), substitute teacher (K-12), job skills trainer and coach, and GED instructor. She also has a degree in theater arts/drama, a minor in business administration, master's degrees in curriculum and instruction in reading instruction and special education.

She is the author of (1) Mommy, Will You Play with Me?, (2) An Attitude of Gratitude Journal, (3) Life on Purpose Journal: 3 Keys to Prospering in Your Purpose (a guided and interactive journal for women), and (4) a contributing writer in Nothing Can Stop the Promises of God, Not Even Covid-19, which was compiled by Karen Malone. Her upcoming releases include the Intercessor’s Prayer Journal (June 2025) and R.E.G.U.L.A.T.E. Your Mind (October 2025). 

Furthermore, she is serious about her role as a spiritual “midwife” who helps people give birth to their purpose and grow in their faith. In her rest and recreational time, she enjoys reading, writing, watching movies, fashion, crafting, playing board games, doing jigsaw puzzles, and traveling with her family and friends. She also enjoys attending plays, musicals, and operas.
