Cindy Benezra is from Seattle, Washington. She is married and has raised her family of four in the area. Her youngest son, Bryan, was born with a rare brain tumor.

Now, her son is an adult, and Cindy shares her story of the joys and challenges of raising a special needs son. 

Aside from being a mom with a special needs adult, Cindy is the author of Under the Orange Blossoms. She is an advocate for sexual abuse survivors, and a reminder that through the hardships, it is possible to cultivate strength, community, and hope.
