Welcome to the Kinky Eater, where adult content
creators talk about food, sex, kink and oralism.
I'm your host, verbal Kink, andtoday, november 28th, is
National French Toast Day.
Let's go.
One of my absolute favoriterestaurants in the San Francisco

(00:59):
Bay Area is Berkeley SocialClub.
It's on University Avenue, it'sabout walking distance from UC
Berkeley, it's basically oncampus.
I do love that whole entiredowntown Berkeley area.
It's great for eating, oh man.
So Berkeley Social Club wasbrought to us from Stephen Hoyol

(01:23):
Choi, owner of renowned SanFrancisco Restaurant Sweet and
Maple, which is actually onSutter Street in San Francisco
and is the home of theMillionaires Bacon, the All
World, all Pro ExtraordinaireMVP Millionaires Bacon, and also
the kitchen story on 16thStreet in San Francisco and

(01:47):
Fred's Place Coffee Shop inSausalito, california, right
there across the bridge, acrossthe Golden Gate.
So if you're ever in the SanFrancisco Bay Area, make sure
you check out Stephen Choi'splaces.
But if you only can go to one,I'd say go to Berkeley Social
Club and get yourself somebrunch.
Oh man, talking about NationalFrench Toast Day, their French

(02:12):
toast is, I would argue, thebest French toast that I've ever
, ever, ever had.
Yeah, um, their French toast iscalled the Mars Capone,
blueberry Stuffed Crunch FrenchToast and it is just to die for.

(02:32):
I mean, even if you know this, this brunch menu, first let me
tell you, is just unbelievable.
There's just so many options.
Berkeley Social Club is aKorean, american, fusion, korean
inspired food.
They do offer breakfast, lunchand dinner.
Their brunch and breakfast isjust unbelievably good.

(02:54):
I love it.
So this Mars Capone BlueberryStuffed Crunch French Toast is
really just two slices of fluffyTexas toast and it's stuffed
with fresh blueberries and MarsCapone filling and then they
crust the two pieces of breadwith cereal flakes, they serve

(03:18):
it with maple syrup, it's on theside and the whole thing is
dusted with powdered sugar andit's, and usually they'll just
throw a bunch of other berrieson top Blueberries and
strawberries and raspberries, and it's garnished with sprig of
mint and it is just one of themost beautiful dishes I've ever

(03:38):
seen.
They played it on this sort ofa pastel, very light, blue,
grayish, round plate and it justcontrasts so well with the
white powdered sugar and thebrown Mars Capone, blueberry
Stuffed Crunch French Toast.

(03:59):
It is just, it is just a marvel.
And really if you order, like Iwas saying, if you order a
whole bunch of other stuff onthe menu for breakfast, or if
you have a group of people andeverybody you know sees the menu
and you see all these sort ofreally good, good things, you
can actually order this Frenchtoast for the table to share.

(04:22):
I mean, it is a pretty bigserving.
It's not too sweet, but it ison the sweet side.
So if you want to get somethingsavory and then have this, as
you know the opposite, to kindof just make it a good meal, oh
man, it is just unbelievable.

(04:42):
It is unbelievably good.
It is my favorite.
I get it every time I go there,no matter what I order.
I love the Blackstone Benedict.
The Blackstone Benedictactually comes with Choice
Famous Millionaires Bacon.
Yes, indeed, you gotta get thisMillionaires Bacon.
You can get it on the side too.

(05:03):
So if you got the French toast, you can order the Millionaires
Bacon on the side.
But essentially thisMillionaires Bacon is just thick
cut bacon.
It's rubbed generously I meangenerously with dark brown sugar
, red pepper flakes, blackpepper and cayenne pepper, and

(05:25):
then they slow bake this thing, these things, for three to four
hours and it just results in asmoky, candy-like bacon that
melts in your mouth and has thatspicy heat and punch all
together at the same time.

(05:45):
I mean, it's just gotunbelievable texture and the fat
and saltiness and the heat Mixthat with that French toast.
Good God, I just want to gothere now.
I need to book a flight.
