Pete Steinberg, a leadership consultant based in Boulder, Colorado, joins this episode and discusses his new book, Leadership Shock: Using Authenticity to Navigate the Hidden Dangers of Career Success (Advantage Books; April 16, 2024). 

A former Olympic rugby coach, Pete is currently the president of the business consulting firm Innovative Thought. He has extensive experience consulting with top Fortune 200 and Fortune 500 professionals, having done so for more than two decades.
